系泊系统的定位能力是浅水油田作业的软刚臂式单点系泊FPSO安全作业的重要保障,为研究不同水深/吃水比下单点系泊系统的受力性能,针对一艘16万吨级软刚臂单点系泊FPSO,在线性三维势流理论的基础上,基于多体动力学方法,建立FPSO-系泊腿-软刚臂的耦合模型,采用Newman近似法和Pinkster近似法分析了FPSO所受二阶波浪力,在时域内计算了不同水深/吃水比对系泊系统动力响应性能的影响。结果表明,随着水深/吃水比的增加,Newman近似法计算得到二阶波浪力先增大后减小,引起单点系泊系统载荷先增大后减小;而Pinkster近似法计算得到的二阶波浪力逐渐减下,引起单点载荷逐渐减下。在浅水条件下,Pinkster近似法具有较好的适用性,Newman近似法严重低估了FPSO所受的二阶波浪力;在深水条件下,Newman近似法能满足工程计算的要求;适用两种方法的临界水深/吃水比为1.64。  相似文献

基于多体动力分析方法进行FPSO和水下软钢臂系泊系统的运动特性研究。相较于非线性弹簧模拟软钢臂系泊系统或者其他近似模拟方法,多体分析方法可以充分考虑系泊系统具体结构形式及其动力项对FPSO运动性能的影响,更好的预报系统运动响应和系泊力。本文将FPSO和水下钢臂结构模拟成2个具有6自由度的独立结构,两者用系泊链组进行连接。基于三维势流理论应用汇源分布法,首先在频域内进行FPSO的水动力参数分析,进而在时域内对系统进行耦合动力分析。本文重点讨论系泊系统黏性力和二阶波浪力对系统响应的影响,计算结果发现系泊系统黏性力对系泊力有一定影响,而在浅水条件下二阶波浪力的计算对准确预报系统运动及系泊力非常重要。  相似文献

以浅水单点系泊装置水下软钢臂维修解脱为背景,研究在拖轮限位状态下FPSO运动与限位缆绳张力。计算在不同水深及浪向条件下,FPSO的二阶传递函数(QTF);分别应用Newman近似方法、全QTF法以及使用部分QTF值的方法,计算FPSO时域低频波浪载荷,并对其限位响应进行对比;计算不同长度时的限位缆绳张力响应,分析限位缆绳长度及FPSO波频运动对缆绳张力的影响。分析表明:Newman近似的适用性,应根据FPSO的QTF与海浪谱能量集中范围综合判断;为减少QTF计算量,可根据FPSO低频运动固有频率,确定频率间隔△ω的计算上限,采用部分QTF值计算低频波浪载荷,其响应预报结果与全QTF法接近;若FPSO的RAO能够避开海浪谱能量集中的频率范围,则在限位分析中可忽略FPSO波频运动的影响。  相似文献

本文给出有限水深二维物体二阶绕射势在外域中的解析表达式,从而准确满足二阶绕射势的辐射条件。二阶绕射势在内域自由表面上的边界条件则由一阶势的数值微分求得。然后对内域用简单Green函数法求得二阶绕射势。本文对二维浮体和潜体在不同水深和潜深情况下的绕射问题进行了计算,求得了二阶绕射势和二阶定常及倍频波浪力。讨论了水深和潜深对波浪力的影响以及二阶绕射势对非线性波浪力的贡献  相似文献

近年来,在风、流和浪联合作用下的单点系泊油轮的运动受到人们很大的关注。本文提出了一种顶浪状态下单点系泊油轮纵荡运动的工程计算方法,它包括由于风、流和二阶定常力引起的定常运动部分、高频部分(相应波浪周期的振动)及二阶波浪力引起的低频运动。在初步设计阶段,利用本文提供的方法,可以方便地估计出顶浪系泊油轮的纵荡运动。  相似文献

将船舶操纵运动模型和船舶耐波性理论结合起来,建立了适用于求解船舶在随机波浪中运动的六自由度数学模型.该模型采用水平随船坐标系,与操纵运动有关的水动力采用经验公式估算;与耐波性相关的水动力除二阶力外采用从频域到时域的方法,其中一阶波浪力通过脉冲响应函数的卷积求取,记忆效应力由时延函数的卷积表示;对于二阶波浪力则只考虑其定常部分.最后,应用该模型对一艘集装箱船在静水、规则波、随机波下的回转运动进行了预报,并就波浪对回转运动的影响做了讨论.认为一阶力对船舶操纵运动影响不明显;在考察波浪对船舶操纵运动的影响,必须考虑二阶力的作用.  相似文献

以一艘现役起重船为研究对象,对其进行不同水深(46 m和36 m),缩尺比1∶50的模型试验。采用基于二次传递函数QTF的时域准静态分析法对实际尺度起重船与系泊系统进行耦合数值分析,并与试验结果进行比较。结果表明,当水深变浅时,浅水对二阶载荷的影响是系泊力明显的主要因素,浅水对一阶载荷的影响有限。在保持系泊系统刚度线性不随水深变化的前提下进行了三个水深吃水比的数值模拟计算,结果表明,对于系泊起重船,随着水深的减小,二阶定常力有所增大;浅水对差频载荷的影响在30 m水深(吃水水深比d/h=0.27)时变得明显。对于浅水系泊系统的相关分析需要充分考虑水深对二阶慢漂运动的影响,保证系泊系统的安全。  相似文献

基于考虑能耗的定常缓坡方程,推导得出包含波能耗散的近岸水域波浪传播变形数学模型,并用所得模型对浅水中波浪的传播进行了计算,将计算结构与Berkhoff的实验数据进行比较,表明二者吻合很好。该数学模型能较好地解决波浪在浅水中的传播变形问题。  相似文献

Shallow Water Effects on Surge Motion and Load of Soft Yoke Moored FPSO   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
Much attention should be paid to a large FPSO moored permanently in an oil field with water depth of only about 20 m, since shallow water effects on the hydrodynamics may bring about collision and damage. A 160kDWT FPSO with a permanent soft yoke mooring system is investigated with various shallow water depths and focuses are the low frequency surge motion and mooring load. Computation for the FPSO system is made based on linear 3-D potential fluid theory and time-domain numerical simulation method. Corresponding model test is carried out in the ocean engineering basin of Shanghai Jiao Tong University. It is shown that, in the surge natural period, low frequency surge motion and mooring force increase remarkably with the decrease of water depth. Especially, the smaller the ratio of water depth and draught is, the quicker the increase is. The shallow water effects should be taken into account carefully for determining the design load of a single point mooring system.  相似文献

应用基于势流理论的时域高阶边界元方法,建立一个完全非线性的三维数值波浪水槽,通过实时模拟推板造波运动的方式产生波浪。通过混合欧拉-拉格朗日方法和四阶Runge-Kutta方法更新自由水面和造波板的瞬时位置。利用所建模型分别模拟了有限水深波和浅水波,与试验结果、相关文献结果和浅水理论结果吻合较好,且波浪能够稳定传播。系统地讨论造波板的运动圆频率、振幅和水深等对波浪传播和波浪特性的影响,并对波浪的非线性特性进行分析,研究发现造波板运动频率、运动振幅以及水深均将对波浪形态和波浪非线性产生显著影响。结果为真实水槽造波机的运动控制以及波浪生成试验提供了依据,便于实验室设置更合理的参数来准确模拟不同条件下的波浪。  相似文献

在线性三维势流理论的基础上,采用时域计算方法对BZ25—1油田16万吨级FPSO不同吃水条件下的碰底情况作了分析研究。数值计算结果与模型试验进行了比较,两者吻合较好,说明应用时域计算方法可以从理论上预报FPSO在浅水中的触底情况。这对我国渤海等浅水海域油田应用FPSO系统进行开发具有一定的意义。  相似文献

Theoretical Model and Dynamic Analysis of Soft Yoke Mooring System   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
As a popular solution for mooring an FPSO (Floating Production, Storage and Offloading) permanently in shallow water, the soft yoke mooring system has been widely used in ocean oil production activities in the Bohai Bay of China. In order to simulate the interaction mechanism and conduct dynamic analysis of the soft yoke mooring system, a theoretical model with basic dynamic equations is established. A numerical iteration algorithm based on error estimation is developed to solve the equations and calculate the dynanfic response of the mooring system due to FPSO motions. Validation is conducted by wave basin experimentation. It is shown that the numerical simulation takes only a few iteration times and the final errors are small. Furthermore, the calculated results of both the static and dynamic responses agree well with those ones obtained by the model test. It indicates that the efficiency, the precision, the reliability and the validity of the developed numerical algorithm and program are rather good. It is proposed to develop a real-time monitoring system to further monitor the dynamic performance of the FPSO with a soft yoke mooring system under various real sea environments.  相似文献

The spectrum variance m0, peak frequency ω0 and peakness factor p are expressed in terms of nondimensional fetch and duration by making use of relations which are derived through comparing and analyzing existing empirical formulas for the growth of significant wave height and period. The main features of spectrum growth as specified by these parameters agree with those of the JONS-WAP experiments. For given wind speed and fetch, the high frequency parts beyond the peaks of shallow water spectra almost coincide with that of the corresponding deep water spectrum, whereas the low frequency parts differ appreciably. The method developed in this paper predicts smaller significant wave height as well as smaller wave period for shallow water spectra in contrast to the theoretical result of Kitaigorodskii ef al, in which the peak frequency, and consequently the significant wave period, remains basically unchanged for different water depths. Vessels operating in shallow waters require careful observation of the finite-depth effect. In present study, a Rankine source method that includes the shallow water effect and double body steady flow effect is developed in frequency domain. In order to verify present numerical methods, two experiments were carried out respectively to measure the wave loads and free motions for ship advancing with forward speed in head regular waves. Numerical results are systematically compared with experiments and other solutions using the double body basis flow approach, the Neumann-Kelvin approach with simplified m-terms, and linearized free surface boundary conditions with double-body m-terms. Furthermore, the influence of water depths on added mass and damping coefficients, wave excitation forces, motions and unsteady wave patterns are deeply investigated. It is found that finite-depth effect is important and unsteady wave pattern in shallow water is dependent on both of the Brard number τ and depth Froude number Fh.  相似文献

针对圆筒型海上储油装置FPSO垂荡运动性能较差、无法安装干式井口的问题,设计了带延伸筒体与矩形阻尼结构的圆筒型FPSO,根据延伸筒体与矩形阻尼结构是否通海分为两种型式。建立水动力计算模型,比较分析不同延伸筒体和阻尼结构型式对FPSO水动力性能的影响。针对南海作业海域,设计了悬链式系泊系统,基于JONSWAP波浪谱对FPSO的运动进行时域预报,并对系泊系统进行校核。分析结果表明:通海型FPSO垂荡固有周期显著提升,可以错开南海百年一遇谱峰周期,通海型FPSO满足钻井、安装干式井口的运动响应要求,系泊系统系缆张力满足规范要求。  相似文献

Mooring system is the key equipment of FPSO safe operation. The soft yoke mooring system is regarded as one of the best shallow water mooring strategies and widely applied to the oil exploitation in the Bohai Bay in China and the Gulf of Mexico. Based on the analysis of numerous monitoring data obtained by the prototype monitoring system of one FPSO in the Bohai Bay, the on-site lateral vibration behaviors found on the site of the soft yoke subject to wave load were analyzed. ADAMS simulation and model experiment were utilized to analyze the soft yoke lateral vibration and it was determined that lateral vibration was resonance behaviors caused by wave excitation. On the basis of the soft yoke longitudinal restoring force being guaranteed, a TLD-based vibration damper system was constructed and the vibration reduction experiments with multi-tank space and multi-load conditions were developed. The experimental results demonstrated that the proposed TLD vibration reduction system can effectively reduce lateral vibration of soft yoke structures.  相似文献
