渤海中部海底恒温层温度及泥温相位随深度变化特征   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
利用渤海中部两点一年中4个季节泥温观测资料,近似确定两测点海底恒温层泥温分别为11.0℃和11.7℃。认国泥温随深度变化可视为一垂向波-泥温波,并利用这一概念分析了泥温相位随深度变化特征,8^#,A(B)平台测点泥温波波长分别为l8=8m和lA(B)=10m。研究建议,以0.5m处多年泥温平均值作为海底恒温层温度。  相似文献

南麂列岛海域微小型底栖藻类生态研究   总被引:6,自引:0,他引:6  
本文首次报道南麂列岛海域沉积物中的微型(2~20μm)、小型(20~200μm)藻类组成、数量分布及其与环境因子的关系。经初步鉴定,沉积物中共有微小型藻类24属71种,其中小型的底栖圆筛藻属Coscinodiscusspp.为21种,广布于整个海区,春季平均细胞密度为(10.4±3.6)×103个/cm2,占总密度的65.4%;微型藻以中肋骨条藻Skeletonemacostatum占优势,秋季平均细胞密度为(4262.8±11928.2)×103个/cm2,占总细胞密度的98.9%,主要分布在沿岸区。对0~12cm柱状样品中细胞密度分层分析结果表明,0~2cm层的细胞密度大于2~5cm层大于5~12cm层。沿岸区(1,2,5,6,7,8,9站)的种类和细胞密度高于岙口(3站)、远岸(10站)及水道区(4站)。根据微小型底栖藻类组成特点,可划分为三个生态类群:广布性类群、暖水性类群和温带性类群。微小型底栖藻类密度与营养盐浓度的季节变化密切相关,秋季高于春季。  相似文献

通过淡水白鲳(ColossomabrachypomumCuvier)幼鱼(L=2.9cm±0.05cm)对氯化钠浓度(pH=8.21±0.07)及碱度(pH=8.85±0.18)的急性毒性试验。用概率单位法求得其24、48、96h的半致死浓度(LC50):氯化钠浓度分别为12.0、11.4、10.4g·L-1;碱度分别为83.25、56.99、45.70mmol·L-1,并在此基础上进行盐碱混合正交试验,经统计分析得出碱度致死作用显著。在此条件下24hLC50值时碱度与氯化钠浓度的关系为:Alk(mmol·L-1)=256.24-24.69Sal(g·L-1)。  相似文献

庙岛群岛的光棘球海胆主要分布于北四岛(南、北隍城岛,大、小钦岛),砣矶岛及大、小竹山岛等,而南五岛极少分布。砣矶岛的海胆多是2~3年生壳径4~6cm的个体,海胆性腺成熟期为7月中旬至8月中旬,性腺发育与水温、栖息场和饵料等有关。海胆体重随季节而变化,繁殖季节体重W(g)与壳径D(cm)相关,W=2.582D2.034(r=0.87),性腺重GW(g)与壳径D(cm)关系为GW=0.0403D3.0828(r=0.8273),壳径D(cm)与壳高H(cm)呈线性关系H=0.5225D+0.0668(r=0.9078)。壳径生长随年龄而变慢,2.8cm的幼海胆年增长2.1cm;6.1cm的成海胆年增长0.43cm。光棘球海胆嗜食海带和裙带菜,平均日摄食量6.0cm的海胆为2.6g,4.0cm的为1.34g,3.1cm的为1.3g,幼海胆摄食率较高的原因是因其生长发育快速,活动强度和代谢水平高。  相似文献

本文根据两次在水雷营、牛鼻嘴、船坞进行3昼夜的潮汐和海流观测,及在水雷营岸北进行了1a的波浪监测和对威海湾南部近岸水域水深、地质调查资料的分析研究,结果如下:1.威海湾内外的潮汐类型属不规则半日潮,潮差平均为1.35m,潮流流速偏小,最大流速在牛鼻嘴附近海域为37cm/s(流向94°),水雷营附近海域为18cm/s(流向78°),船坞附近海域为10cm/s(流向210°)。2.牛鼻嘴、水雷营和杨家湾3处附近海域50a一遇H1/10波高分别为4.6m,4.3m和3.9m,对应的周期均为T=8.6s。3.威海湾南部海底地形虽然坡度较陡,但变化趋势较平稳,近岸水域具有岩石浅滩,并有明暗礁石分布。基岩高度起伏比较大,最大相差30m左右。4.没有外部固定输沙源,局部海岸侵蚀后退系古老片麻岩,经风化侵蚀下来的物质其量甚微,对未来海港及航道不会构成大的威胁。  相似文献

用沉积物捕捉器取样,研究了大亚湾海域2000年6~9月孢囊(Cyst)种群动态,同时 分析了浮游植物种群动态。研究期间(8~9月)该海域发生了一起大规模的锥状斯氏藻赤潮。 赤潮前一个月,锥状斯氏藻孢囊的平均日形成率为2.05× 105cysts/(m2·d),丰度为50.22%, 该时期以有性生殖产生的静止期孢囊为主;在赤潮盛期的8,9月初,孢囊的平均日形成率达到 2.01 ×106cysts/(m2·d),丰度为96.97%,此时期的孢囊多为营养细胞所形成的暂时性孢囊; 赤潮结束后,由于环境条件的恶化,暂时性孢囊的形成达到高峰,平均日形成率为1.24×l07 cysts/( m2·d),丰度为99.53%。结果表明大亚湾丰富的孢囊是潜在的种源(Seed bed),2000年 的夏季、秋李持续高温(>25℃),台风减少及风力减弱等有利锥状斯氏藻的环境条件诱发孢 囊萌发,开始了该种类的赤潮。  相似文献

实验于1995年7月10日至9月16日,在烟台市黄海水产集团公司第二养虾场进行。采用围隔生态系实验法,利用4个海水池塘陆基围隔(5m×5m)初步研究了台湾红罗非鱼(Ore-ochromismossambicus×O.niloticus)与菲律宾蛤仔(Ruditapesphilippinarum)施肥混养的效果。结果表明:菲律宾蛤仔的生产力为1.24g/m2·d,负荷力为3830.0kg/hm2;罗非鱼的生产力为1.86g·(m2·d)-1,负荷力为1580.8kg/hm2。鱼贝对施入氮、磷的利用率分别为15.06%和6.80%,比单养罗非鱼要高;总生产力和总负荷力都明显高于单养罗非鱼。  相似文献

海冰上积雪的分布是影响海冰与大气能量交换以及气候变化的重要因素。当前的CMIP6气候模式(如CESM2和NESM3)采用定常的积雪密度,而专注于模拟雪厚度和密度变化的模式(如SnowModel-LG)则采用经验的变化雪密度公式。对比CryoSat-2卫星观测的积雪厚度发现,从积雪厚度的空间分布与平均值难以判断出变化雪密度对北冰洋积雪厚度模拟产生何种影响,对于变化雪密度模拟积雪厚度的改进及机制有待进一步研究。本文采用随气温、风速等因子变化的雪密度经验公式模型,并利用SNOTEL单站的长时间序列观测资料,对不同影响因子设计如下敏感性实验:A. 考虑所有气象因子的变化雪密度模型;B. 常数雪密度模型;C. 在A中不考虑风对密实化的影响;D. 在A中不考虑气温对密实化的影响。实验A、B、C和D诊断计算的2018年11月1日至2019年5月10日积雪厚度的均方根误差分别为4.2 cm、4.8 cm、25.9 cm和4.2 cm。结果表明,变化雪密度方案A模拟的积雪密度、厚度在平均值上与常数雪密度的结果接近,但其模拟的积雪厚度均方根误差最小,并且能够模拟出积雪厚度在几天到十几天时间尺度上的高频变化,同时减小了这种高频变化对应时段雪厚模拟结果的相对误差,二者具有一定的相关性。此外,还发现气温变化对积雪密实化的影响远小于风。  相似文献

Data obtained from a site at mean tide level on Belfast Lough, Northern Ireland, show temperature fluctuations on various timescales. Hourly means differ markedly from month to month but are similar for different depths during the same month. The short-term temperature fluctuations recorded at the surface are largely dissipated at a sediment depth of 20 cm with the proportion of total flux occurring at any depth remaining similar irrespective of the absolute temperature range. It is suggested that temperature flux ratios may provide an objective in situ assessment of beach exposure and/or water flow through sediments. The vertical distribution of microphytobenthos (MPB) was investigated in intertidal flats of the Nakdong River estuary over different temporal periods. The MPB biomass were measured as chlorophyll a concentration in the sediment, and monitored at two different depth scales. From August 2006 to August 2007, monthly sampling was carried out at four sites to a depth of 10 cm. The vertical distribution exhibited an exponential decline with depth and the slope was closely related to sediment composition and MPB biomass in the surface sediment. The two slightly muddy sand (5–25% mud, <63 μm) sites presented similar trends of seasonal variation to a sediment depth of 10 cm, and no statistical difference was observed in their initial values and the slope of the exponential curves applied to each data set. The site with higher mud content also had higher surface biomass, and the fitted exponential curve had a larger slope than sites with more sand content. The seasonal variations of phaeo-pigments compared to chlorophyll a revealed higher grazing stress on the MPB in summer at the three slightly muddy sand sites, and low grazing stress all year around at the sand (<5% mud) site. In January, April and October 2007, and January 2008, diurnal sampling was conducted at hourly intervals at one slightly muddy sand site. The investigation in January 2007 which was conducted at 1 cm intervals to a depth of 10 cm sediment showed the migration mainly existed in the upper 1 cm. The other diurnal sampling was undertaken to a 1 cm depth at 0.5 mm intervals. An evident migratory rhythm was present, with migration up to the surface during daytime emersion and down into deeper sediment during night and high tide submersion. Migrating cells could reach sediments as deep as 6 or even 10 mm. When the visible thick biofilms formed, the migratory rhythm changed by keeping higher biomass at the surface even at night and during high tide submersion. Generally, the MPB surface biomass was an important factor in structuring the MPB vertical distribution. The vertical distribution to depths of 10 cm was closely related to the sediment composition over the long term, while the MPB migration influenced the vertical distribution over the short term in the top 1 cm of the sediment.  相似文献

在确定温跃层三要素 (深度 (上界深度 )、厚度和强度 )及测站温度垂直最大梯度的基础上 ,分别计算了南沙深水测站 (水深大于 1 0 0 0m)在温跃层上界深度层范围内的平均温度、在温跃层下界深度以下自 3 0 0m层至 80 0m层之间的平均温度。分析表明 ,在温跃层上界深度范围内 ,海水平均温度的水平分布明显显示出低温海水自南沙的西北部向东南部缓慢推进之势 ,似是东北季风驱动的结果。温度垂直梯度越大 ,它在垂直方向上阻碍上层海水的热量往深层扩散的能力就越强。  相似文献

The diurnal variation of nitric oxide (NO) emission fluxes from a Kandelia obovata and Avicennia marina mangrove wetland were studied in the Zhangjiang River Estuary Mangrove National Nature Reserve using a dynamic chamber-based technique and a chemiluminescent analyzer. Results from field experiments show that NO emission from K. obovata and A. marina sampling sites reached maximal values of 1.07 ng N m−2 s−1 and 1.23 ng N m−2 s−1, respectively after the night tide. Meanwhile NO emission maintained at a steady lower level in daytime for both wetland sites. In laboratory experiments, NO emission from the mangrove wetland soil samples treated with simulated tides in the darkness exhibited higher values than those in the light, therefore it seems that tides and darkness could increase NO emission from mangrove wetlands, while intensive light, high temperature, and dryness in the daytime decreased NO emission. Compared with K. obovata soil samples, the diurnal average NO emission rate of the A. marina site was significantly higher, which was closely related to relatively higher diurnal average CO2 emission rate, soil available nitrogen content and soil net nitrification rate of the A. marina site. Moreover, soil samples of the A. marina site were more responsive to simulated tides and the addition of nitrogen than those of the K. obovata site.  相似文献

We describe physical oceanographic conditions around the S1 biogeochemical mooring site (30°N, 145°E) between February 2010 and July 2013. At the S1 mooring site, there is a clear seasonal variability of the mixed layer depth, wind forcing as well as horizontal kinetic energy in a near-inertial band. Interannual variability of the winter mixed layer was observed. The winter mixed layer depth was shallower in early 2010 and became deeper afterwards. Several mesoscale eddies and typhoons passed by the S1 mooring sites every year. Based on observed events, we suggest that those physical processes possibly affected biogeochemical properties around the S1 mooring site.  相似文献

Free-living marine nematodes at two littoral sites near Vancouver, Canada were studied over a 1-year period. Sixty-four species were found at a Belcarra Park site, with a maximum nematode density of 6·7 × 105 m?2 and 24 species at Iona Island, with a maximum density of 1·6 × 105 m?2. At both sites most of the nematodes occurred in the upper 2 cm of the 6 cm depth of sediment examined, and the vertical distribution of most species remained constant during the year. The distribution of the nematodes in relation to some physical parameters is discussed. The occurrence of certain species suggests that they have a worldwide distribution.  相似文献

盐度对变化2014年东北太平洋“暖泡”的作用   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
A significant strong, warm "Blob"(a large circular water body with a positive ocean temperature anomaly)appeared in the Northeast Pacific(NEP) in the boreal winter of 2013–2014, which induced many extreme climate events in the US and Canada. In this study, analyses of the temperature and salinity anomaly variations from the Array for Real-time Geostrophic Oceanography(Argo) data provided insights into the formation of the warm"Blob" over the NEP. The early negative salinity anomaly dominantly contributed to the shallower mixed layer depth(MLD) in the NEP during the period of 2012–2013. Then, the shallower mixed layer trapped more heat in the upper water column and resulted in a warmer sea surface temperature(SST), which enhanced the warm"Blob". The salinity variability contributed to approximately 60% of the shallowing MLD related to the warm"Blob". The salinity anomaly in the warm "Blob" region resulted from a combination of both local and nonlocal effects. The freshened water at the surface played a local role in the MLD anomaly. Interestingly, the MLD anomaly was more dependent on the local subsurface salinity anomaly in the 100–150 m depth range in the NEP.The salinity anomaly in the 50–100 m depth range may be linked to the anomaly in the 100–150 m depth range by vertical advection or mixing. The salinity anomaly in the 100–150 m depth range resulted from the eastward transportation of a subducted water mass that was freshened west of the dateline, which played a nonlocal role.The results suggest that the early salinity anomaly in the NEP related to the warm "Blob" may be a precursor signal of interannual and interdecadal variabilities.  相似文献
