讨论了海洋旅游深度开发的内涵 ,结合青岛海洋旅游开发现状 ,分析了青岛海洋旅游深度开发的必要性 :(1 )海洋旅游资源的可替代性强 ,海洋旅游竞争激烈 ;(2 )旅游业要持续发展 ,必须发挥海洋特色 ,进行海洋旅游的深度开发 ;(3 )旅游产品开发处于初级阶段 ,结构单一 ;(4 )旅游形象定位模糊 ,宣传力度不够 ;(5 )海洋旅游规划不合理 ,景区布局分散 ,未形成整体优势 ;(6)海洋旅游设施建设滞后 ,管理体制混乱。提出了青岛海洋旅游深度开发战略 :(1 )产品多元化与精品化相结合战略 ;(2 )市场细分化与营销网络化战略 ;(3 )形象以名定位化战略 ;(4 )服务优质化和环境舒适化战略。  相似文献

近年来,休闲旅游逐渐成为人们享受生活、开拓视野的重要方式之一,其中滨海旅游吸引了众多国内外游客,威海市拥有丰富的滨海旅游资源,十分适合发展滨海旅游业。随着近年来旅游标准和需求的不断提高,旅游业的发展规划必须与时俱进,文章通过SWOT分析法对威海滨海旅游业现状进行分析,并根据分析结果提出威海滨海旅游业发展的对策。包括:开发独具特色的滨海旅游项目及相关产品;完善滨海旅游基础设施的建设;引进及培养高素质旅游人才;加强政府的引导和宣传力度。以此来提高威海市滨海旅游业的知名度和赞誉度,推动威海市的滨海旅游业走向更高层次。  相似文献

滨海旅游业在带来巨大的经济利益的同时,对沿海地区的环境具有一定的负面作用。区域海岸带综合管理规划是解决滨海旅游业的开发与环境保护矛盾的有效方法。按照综合管理的原则在对海岸带地区资源承载力和生态承载力做出估计后确定其环境容量及旅游容量,在保证国家宏观调控和地区优先发展方向的大前提下,做出滨海旅游可能的最优发展规划,最终应在地区性法规体现以保证实施。同时旅游业行业管理条例中同样应做出规定,提倡生态旅游,真正地实现海岸带和旅游业的可持续性发展。  相似文献

Coastal zone management in China has undergone a developmental leap since 1978, a turning point in the country's economic and institutional reform. In examining China's reform in coastal management, this paper assesses the evolution of marine activities including coastal tourism. It also looks into the present issues of coastal resource uses and how administrative agencies responded to those coastal resource issues especially as the country moves from a planned economy to a market economy, and from centralized governance to decentralized governance. Industrial longline fishing can be understood as a case study of the cultural, economic, environmental and social impacts of unsustainable fishing technology. While much attention has been attributed to the impact of industrial longlines on the marine ecosystem, little is known about the impact of longline fishing on local food security, employment, cultural belief systems and traditions, revenue generation from marine tourism and climate change. New data demonstrate that the contributions of Marine Protected Areas, marine tourism and recreational fishing to local coastal economies dwarf the contributions of longline fishing. When combined with the impact of overfishing on coastal fishing communities and fish consumers, policies promoting sustainable fisheries must be expanded to take these other factors into account along with issues of biodiversity.  相似文献

月湖,当地人称天鹅湖,是国家级荣成大天鹅自然保护区的3个核心区之一。这里滨海景色宜人,鸟类景观独特,具有很高的旅游价值。20世纪80年代以来,在人类活动的影响下,月湖海岸生态环境逐步退化。从1992年到2007年,月湖的COD、NH3-N及废水排放量增加了1倍,SO2、NO2及烟尘的排放量则增加了3倍多,植被面积减少了10%。环境质量的变化导致周围旅游资源质量发生相应的改变。文中从海岸生态环境变化的影响因素入手,采用旅游环境承载力评价方法,计算出1992年以来,月湖旅游承载力指数以平均每年4.2%的速度降低,指出了海岸生态环境变化对旅游资源的不利影响,已引起当地相关部门的注意。  相似文献

我国海滩旅游资源开发程度不高,还存在大量的优质乡村海滩资源未被利用,具有巨大的潜在经济价值和社会效益,是未来海滨旅游开发的重点。对旅游海滩质量进行科学评价是海滩开发的重要基础工作之一。国内外成熟的海滩质量评价体系侧重于滨海旅游的舒适性和服务完善性,比较适合于开发完善的城市旅游海滩,目前没有针对乡村旅游海滩资源的质量评价体系。本文结合了国内外海滩资源质量评价的研究方法,根据乡村海滩旅游海滩的独特性,从资源开发潜力、资源自然条件、海滩沉积动力特征及安全性3类评价因素19个评价因子,建立了乡村海滩旅游资源质量评价指标体系和乡村海滩旅游资源质量分类体系。结合现场调查数据,利用该评价体系对雷州半岛沿岸18个乡村海滩进行了质量评价和分类。结果表明该海滩质量评价体系可为乡村海滩资源的综合利用、保护和开发提供理论和技术支持。最后,分析指出在海滩质量评价体系中引入地形动力理论,对海滩裂流安全性因子进行评价的重要性。  相似文献

科技创新是引领旅游业高质量发展的重要驱动力。为促进沿海地区旅游产业形成创新驱动的绿色发展,文章利用2011—2019年中国沿海11个省(自治区、直辖市)的面板数据,基于熵值法分别评价科技创新与滨海旅游绿色发展的水平,随后采用耦合协调模型探析二者的耦合协调关系。结果表明:(1)沿海地区科技创新和旅游绿色发展子系统呈现平稳上升的发展特征,三大海洋经济圈的科技创新水平由高到低依次排序为东部、北部、南部的分布格局,滨海旅游绿色发展水平由高到低依次排序为东部、南部、北部的空间特征;(2)沿海地区两系统的耦合协调关系处于不断优化的基本协调状态,三大海洋经济圈呈现东部耦合协调度高而南北协调度低的空间特征;(3)各省(自治区、直辖市)的科技创新与滨海旅游绿色发展的协调发展水平不断增强,并向基本协调和中度协调的方向发展。基于以上结论,提出倡导旅游低碳发展,探索滨海旅游绿色创新发展模式,制定差异化绿色旅游发展战略等建议。  相似文献

Global coral reef related tourism is one of the most significant examples of nature-based tourism from a single ecosystem. Coral reefs attract foreign and domestic visitors and generate revenues, including foreign exchange earnings, in over 100 countries and territories. Understanding the full value of coral reefs to tourism, and the spatial distribution of these values, provides an important incentive for sustainable reef management. In the current work, global data from multiple sources, including social media and crowd-sourced datasets, were used to estimate and map two distinct components of reef value. The first component is local “reef-adjacent” value, an overarching term used to capture a range of indirect benefits from coral reefs, including provision of sandy beaches, sheltered water, food, and attractive views. The second component is “on-reef” value, directly associated with in-water activities such diving and snorkelling. Tourism values were estimated as a proportion of the total visits and spending by coastal tourists within 30 km of reefs (excluding urban areas). Reef-adjacent values were set as a fixed proportion of 10% of this expenditure. On-reef values were based on the relative abundance of dive-shops and underwater photos in different countries and territories. Maps of value assigned to specific coral reef locations show considerable spatial variability across distances of just a few kilometres. Some 30% of the world's reefs are of value in the tourism sector, with a total value estimated at nearly US$36 billion, or over 9% of all coastal tourism value in the world's coral reef countries.  相似文献

Coastal zones and beach management practices, regulatory decisions, and land use planning activities along coastal zones have historically been made with insufficient information concerning the dynamic coastal environment. In this study we address and integrate an interdisciplinary scientific approach to Coastal Management in a scenario where lack of this information has resulted in the alteration of the natural dune system of the beach of Cala Millor (Mallorca, Balearic Islands, Spain), and also in the perception of the beach retreat and in a parallel way, a risk for the tourism resources. In this work the detailed studies on beach morphodynamics have been developed as a basis for integrating proper beach management, beach natural dynamics and local users and economic agent interests. From this point of view a set of solutions are considered as the basis for a management policy that links beach science and beach use as a tourism resort resource.  相似文献

Artificial surfing reefs (ASRs) are a new breed of coastal engineering structures claimed to enhance local biodiversity, provide coastal protection and improve wave quality for surfing. By providing multiple functions ASRs are often expected to contribute positively to the local economy, especially through tourism related to surfing and other water sports or beach uses. However, there is a lack of independent studies to support this expectation. This study investigates the claims that an ASR will enhance a coastal economy through tourism. Using Boscombe ASR, UK as a case study a preliminary evaluation of visitor expenditure is conducted. Using targeted face-to-face questionnaires we gathered data from 523 seafront visitors over a 32 month period. Results show that the ASR initially acted as a tourist attraction after which the novelty wore off. However, the positive impacts of the seafront regeneration scheme on the local economy are longer lasting. Contrary to the original claims that the Boscombe ASR would attract an affluent surf market, surfers and water users interviewed in this study are low spenders and rarely stayed overnight in Boscombe. Although it has been demonstrated that the expenditure of surfers is not as high as expected, more affluent non-surfer visitors have been attracted by the marketing associated with the new surfing resort. The results of this study have led to the following recommendations with respect to the establishment of artificial surf reefs: a period of stakeholder consultation with surf community and local community is required to determine whether an ASR is desirable; robust impact assessments of the reef must be carried out by independent parties before a marine licence is granted; expectations of the community must be managed through honest marketing and careful media coverage; planning must include a contingency for the cost of maintenance, repair and even removal if the structure fails to deliver; and further research is required to determine the full social and economic potential of artificial surf reefs.  相似文献

Artisanal fishing communities are often in conflict with the interests of the oil extraction industry, industrial fishing fleets and tourism. This paper considers Lobitos, a fishing enclave in northern Peru, where the oldest oil settlement in Latin America was established. The primary focus is community organization and development of the fisheries. Using a mixed methods approach, intensive ethnographic observation and analysis of the social networks of the skippers of small-scale fishing vessels was conducted by in-depth interviews with 30 artisanal fishermen, together with a social network survey involving 43 boat captains in Lobitos. The results showed the mistrust and negative attitudes of fishermen towards oil companies and the industrial fishing fleet. However, they expressed positive expectations regarding tourism development, as well as favorable attitudes towards the diversification of fishing activity through tourist services. The networks of acquaintances, social support and exchange of ecological information allowed us to identify three different groups of fishermen according to preferential fishing zones. The skippers of vessels that prefer to fish in intermediate zones have a prominent role, both in terms of local leadership and through the connection with boats belonging to other bays near Lobitos. This subgroup acts as an intermediary in the networks a whole and has an integrated vision of the coastal ecosystem. Network measures and preferential fishing zones can be used as indicators to assess the degree of availability and preparation for the implementation of new uses in the fisheries sector associated with tourism and heritage.  相似文献

Management of the interactions between social/economic interests and the coastal environment requires practical, interdisciplinary assessment techniques. Backbarrier systems are critical natural resources that provide both economic and social benefits. Activities such as aquaculture, fishing, shipping and port activities, sediment mining, salt extraction, and tourism all take place in these ecosystems but are often not compatible with each other. Therefore, a program to manage such a system must congregate many different types of activities and stakeholders with potentially conflicting interests. In this paper, we develop a proposed coastal management program (CMP), based on the driving-pressure-state-impact-response (DPSIR) framework and the integrated coastal management (ICM) cycle, for the management of channels located in backbarrier systems subject to dredging operations. The conceptual model involves the application of regional sediment management (RSM) actions and is applied to a case study, Faro Channel, located in the Ria Formosa backbarrier system in Algarve, Portugal. The CMP provides results on the interactivity between scientists, stakeholders, and decision-makers, by defining and clarifying the economic and environmental aspects of decision-making processes through the utilisation and measurement of local coastal indicators. The proposed CMP proved to be a useful tool in the definition of coastal management initiatives for channels inside backbarrier systems, since it identified management problems and allowed management solutions to be formulated. The CMP could be used within a broader ICM program but would also be effective when used on its own.  相似文献

文章以福建省沿海地区的旅游文化产业为研究对象,选取1998—2015年时间序列数据,构建向量自回归模型,对福建省海洋旅游文化与经济增长的关系进行理论分析和实证检验。结果表明:福建省沿海区域经济指标变量间存在稳定均衡关系,各地区产业集聚程度和经济发展情况存在差异,旅游业发展也不平衡。基于此,提出缩减地区差异和促进共同发展、加快公共服务体系建设、优化海洋旅游文化产业结构、坚持绿色可持续发展以及实施旅游目的地营销的措施建议。  相似文献
