半潜浮式风机逐渐在深海风电开发中受到关注,建立风机、平台与系泊结构耦合数值计算模型,通过FAST与AQWA链接进行风机塔基荷载及平台运动响应相互耦合传递,基于随机波与极限波组合模型生成畸形波时程序列,进行半潜浮式风机系泊失效全过程时域模拟计算分析,得出系泊锚链张力、风机、塔筒和平台运动时程响应,探究系泊失效、风机停机和叶片变桨速率对浮式风机平台系泊结构动力响应的影响。结果表明:畸形波作用下浮式平台和系泊结构动力响应显著,系泊失效导致塔基剪力增加,平台纵荡和纵摇运动响应显著增大;风机停机会引起系泊锚链张力显著减小,转子推力、塔基剪力和叶尖挥舞位移响应逐渐衰减,平台纵荡、纵摇和横摇运动响应显著减小;随着叶片变桨速率增加,风机转子推力和塔基剪力波动幅值增大。  相似文献

借助FAST软件对OC4半潜式浮式风机平台进行数值计算,分析了影响海上浮式风机平台首摇运动的一系列重要因素及其变化规律(如风向变化、浪向变化、陀螺力矩等)。研究了平台首摇运动所诱导的风机系统动力响应,发现浮式风机首摇运动不仅会加剧平台耦合运动响应,而且还会影响风机的气动性能和加剧锚泊张力波动。提出并探讨了几种减小海上浮式风机支撑平台首摇运动的方法。  相似文献

为了解决四种典型结构型式的张力腿平台在中国南海荔湾气田极端海况条件下的选型问题,采用新的相似原则以保证平台的设计拥有相同的相似条件。这些相似条件确保了四种平台具有相似的水动力性能和系泊性能。考虑平台和系泊系统包括顶张紧式立管(TTRs)、钢悬链式立管(SCRs)及筋腱之间的耦合效应,运用动态时域耦合分析方法计算得到平台的动力响应,并通过对比不同结构型式的平台在作业、极限及生存工况下的运动响应以得到最优水动力性能平台。文中还分别对四种张力腿平台的动态响应、筋腱受力、气隙分析和动晕环境条件进行对比分析,分析结果为实际工程提供参考。  相似文献

针对概念设计的位于南海的三腿TLP浮式风机基础,应用基于水动力与空气动力耦合的FAST程序在时域内开展了风机基础的动力响应分析。结果表明,风载荷对TLP风机基础六个自由度的动力响应,尤其是纵摇影响显著。由于耦合作用,二阶波浪力进一步增大了基础的纵荡、横摇和艏摇响应。谱密度分析表明,风载荷及二阶波浪力显著地增大了浮式基础水平面内的低频运动。此外,基于风机基础运动时程,应用ORCAFLEX软件开展了时域内筋腱的顶部张力特性分析,结果表明,风载荷和二阶波浪力增大了筋腱顶张力幅值。  相似文献

针对一种新型全潜式浮式风机,应用FAST软件建立风电机组-塔筒-浮式平台-系泊系统的时域耦合分析模型,研究其在不同风况下的动力响应。计算结果表明:风速对于该浮式风机的动力响应影响明显,浮式平台的纵荡、纵摇以及风机叶片根部弯矩与风机在不同风速下受到的推力相关,由于新型全潜式浮式风机垂荡方向刚度很大,风速变化对于其垂荡运动影响相对较小;各风况下,系泊缆始终处于张紧状态,新型全潜式浮式风机运动幅值较小,具有良好的运动性能。  相似文献

参考英国的Kincardine风机采用的新式的Semi-Spar概念,结合spar式基础和半潜式基础的特点,提出了一种新式海上浮式风机平台模型,并基于三维势流理论,利用AQWA软件进行水动力计算,验证新式平台可靠性。分析了在风、浪、流荷载联合作用下,锚链竖向夹角、系缆数量对风机浮式平台运动性能和系泊张力的影响,对系泊系统进行优化,并验证极端工况下的可靠性。结果证明风机平台水平运动和纵摇运动幅值较小,但垂荡幅值略大,而通过减小锚链竖向夹角可以控制平台运动响应幅值,增加系缆数量可以同时减小系泊张力大小。计算结果证明了新型Semi-Spar式海上风机平台可行性,为浮式风机平台及系泊系统的设计提供参考。  相似文献

采用多体动力学方法研究了H型浮式垂直轴风力机的动力特性。将风力机叶片和塔柱处理为柔性体,浮式基础处理为刚性体,考虑柔性体的非线性变形,由拉格朗日第二类方程建立了浮式风力机系统的非线性刚—柔耦合多体动力学方程。系统载荷包括浮式基础受的波浪力、风机叶片旋转时受到的气动载荷、塔柱受到的风压载荷、系泊力以及系统阻尼力。编制了模拟系统响应的数值计算程序,该程序可以考虑浮式风力机系统的刚—柔耦合和气动力—水动力耦合效应。以5 MW风力机为例,计算了叶片的固有频率;分析转速对叶片固有频率的影响;计算风、浪联合作用下浮式风力机系统的动力响应。结果表明,随着风机转速的增加,叶片切向固有频率增加、法向固有频率减小;在风、浪联合作用下,浮式基础运动以波浪频率为主,气动载荷贡献较小。  相似文献

应用数值模拟与模型试验相结合的方法研究半潜式生产平台系泊状态下的耦合动力特性。建立耦合分析模型,时域内计算求解平台的动力响应,选取缩尺比为1∶60,采用等效截断模型方法对数值模拟结果进行验证。通过对比模型试验与数值模拟结果发现:等效截断系泊系统可以较好地模拟平台的位移响应,但在系泊张力方面却差异较大,此外极端海况下平台的甲板上浪问题也必须得到充分重视。  相似文献

随着海上风电产业的快速发展,大型浮式风机逐渐从概念设计走向工程应用,但仍面临较大的挑战。一方面,在风、浪等环境载荷的作用下,浮式风机的气动载荷和水动力响应之间存在明显的相互干扰作用;另一方面,风力机大型化使得叶片细、长、薄的特点愈发突出,叶片柔性变形十分显著,这会影响到浮式风机的耦合性能。基于两相流CFD求解器naoe-FOAM-SJTU,结合弹性致动线模型和等效梁理论,建立了浮式风机气动—水动—气弹性耦合响应计算模型,并对规则波和剪切风作用下Spar型浮式风机的气动—水动—气弹性耦合响应进行了数值模拟分析。结果表明,风力机气动载荷使得叶片挥舞变形十分显著,而叶片的扭转变形会明显降低风力机的气动载荷。此外,风力机气动载荷会增大浮式平台的纵荡位移和纵摇角,同时,浮式平台运动响应会导致风力机气动载荷产生大幅度周期性变化。进一步地,叶片结构变形响应会使得浮式风机尾流场的速度损失和湍动能有所降低。  相似文献

针对具有天然岛礁庇护或人工庇护的温和海洋环境,提出了一种混合模块大型浮式结构系统,即水动力性能更优的半潜式模块作为内侧主模块,消波效果更优的箱式模块作为外侧浮式防波模块和波浪能发电模块.波浪能装置利用外侧箱式模块与内侧半潜式模块的相对纵摇运动进行发电.考虑模块间多体水动力耦合效应和连接器机械耦合效应,基于ANSYS-AQWA程序重点研究了典型海况下混合5模块串联浮式结构系统的动力响应特征.结果表明,外侧箱式模块和波浪能发电装置能有效减弱内侧半潜式主模块运动响应、连接器动力响应和系泊缆绳张力,并且提供一定的能源供给.所得研究成果可为模块化超大型浮式结构系统的防波—发电集成系统设计提供参考.  相似文献

Accurate prediction of the offshore structure motion response and associate mooring line tension is important in both technical applications and scientific research. In our study, a truss spar platform, operated in Gulf of Mexico, is numerically simulated and analyzed by an in-house numerical code ‘COUPLE'. Both the platform motion responses and associated mooring line tension are calculated and investigated through a time domain nonlinear coupled dynamic analysis. Satisfactory agreement between the simulation and corresponding field measurements is in general reached, indicating that the numerical code can be used to conduct the time-domain analysis of a truss spar interacting with its mooring and riser system. Based on the comparison between linear and nonlinear results, the relative importance of nonlinearity in predicting the platform motion response and mooring line tensions is assessed and presented. Through the coupled and quasi-static analysis, the importance of the dynamic coupling effect between the platform hull and the mooring/riser system in predicting the mooring line tension and platform motions is quantified. These results may provide essential information pertaining to facilitate the numerical simulation and design of the large scale offshore structures.  相似文献

在寒区海域,冰荷载是影响海洋平台安全运行的主要环境荷载之一,由其引起的冰激振动给平台结构及其上部设备带来了严重危害。为分析不同冰况下平台的振动响应,本文建立了导管架海洋平台冰激振动的离散元(DEM)-有限元(FEM)耦合模型。采用具有黏接-破碎性能的等粒径球体离散单元对海冰的破碎特性进行模拟,通过由梁单元构建的海洋平台有限元模型获得结构的振动响应。在离散元与有限元的接触区域中实现了两个模型间计算参数的传递。为提高该耦合模型的计算效率和规模,发展了基于动力子结构方法的DEM-FEM耦合模型。为验证该耦合模型的有效性和可行性,将不同冰况下得到的冰荷载与ISO19906和JTS 144-1-2010标准进行了对比。结果表明,计算得到的冰荷载与标准相近,且冰厚与冰荷载呈二次非线性关系。同时,从冰速和冰厚两方面对比了渤海四桩腿JZ20-2 MUQ锥体导管架平台冰激振动加速度的数值结果和现场实测数据,发现冰速与振动加速度呈线性关系,冰厚与振动加速度呈二次非线性关系,并且振动加速度与冰速和冰厚平方的乘积呈线性关系。  相似文献

The TLP configuration in this paper comes from the case study of the ISSC Derived Loads Committee I.2 in 1985. Two models, Model 1 and Model 2, are created aiming at developing a computational tool to handle hydro-dynamic and structural aspects together to help the TLP designer. Another objective is to generate relevant information for a non-linear static local stress analysis of TLP components from a dynamic hydro-structural global analysis. Model 2 is developed for LUSAS, a general purpose, well established, FE software, to validate the in-house program DCATLP. Model 1 and Model 2 are purposely made slightly different in the tether modelling so that the non-linear formulations in DCATLP to treat a TLP as a coupled system with the hull and tethers can be verified with a straightforward linear step-by-step dynamic analysis in LUSAS. The code in DCATLP has advanced features to account for some complex aspects of TLPs, such as compliant characteristics. The results from DCATLP can be directly used in the reliability based structural design of TLP components and subsequent optimisation studies.  相似文献

在动力沉桩过程中,桩长时间连续运动导致桩侧土体强度的降低,使土体产生疲劳效应。结合一维应力波动理论,桩土相互作用模型和土体疲劳的不同计算方法,编制计算软件,对渤海某油田采油平台的桩基工程进行打桩分析,预测沉桩过程所需的锤击数、桩周土静阻力以及桩的极限承载力。比较不同的桩侧土体疲劳计算模式的分析结果,并用工程实测数据验证计算值。为工程设计和施工提供参考。  相似文献

The dynamic behavior of floating offshore wind turbine (FOWT) is crucial for its design and optimization. A novel dynamics analysis method for the spar-type FOWT system is proposed in this paper based on the theorem of moment of momentum and the Newton’s second law. The full nonlinearity of the equations of motion (EOMs) and the full nonlinear coupling between external loads and the motions are preserved in this method. Compared with the conventional methods, this method is more transparent and it can be applied directly to the large-amplitude rotation cases. An in-house code is developed to implement this method. The capability of in-house code is verified by comparing its simulation results with those predicted by FAST. Based on the in-house code, the dynamic responses of a spar-type FOWT system are investigated under various conditions.  相似文献

波和流是近岸海区的主要动力因素。应用二维潮流数学模型和最新第三代近岸海浪模式SWAN,建立了非结构网格下二维情况近岸波流耦合作用数学模型。时间离散采用欧拉向前格式,空间离散采用有限体积法显式格式。通过将波浪场及潮流场进行迭代耦合计算,实现了对波流共同作用下波浪场和潮流场的数值模拟。将模型应用于矩形海湾实验和李孟国数模实验等理想地形以及大连长兴岛海区实际复杂地形算例,并用现场实测资料对计算结果进行验证,结果表明:耦合结果与实测结果吻合良好,并且要优于未耦合的结果。  相似文献

A full time-domain analysis program is developed for the coupled dynamic analysis of offshore structures. For the hydrodynamic loads, a time domain second order method is developed. In this approach, Taylor series expansions are applied to the body surface and free-surface boundary conditions, and the Stokes perturbation procedure is then used to establish the corresponding boundary value problems with time-independent boundaries. A higher-order boundary element method (HOBEM) is developed to calculate the velocity potential of the resulting flow field at each time step. The free-surface boundary condition is satisfied to the second order by fourth order Adams–Bashforth–Moultn method. An artificial damping layer is adopted on the free surface to avoid the wave reflection. The mooring-line/tendon/riser dynamics are based on the rod theory and the finite element method (FEM), with the governing equations described in a global coordinate system. In the coupled dynamic analysis, the motion equation for the hull and dynamic equations for mooring-lines/tendons/risers are solved simultaneously using the Newmark method. The coupled analysis program is applied for a truss Spar motion response simulation. Numerical results including motions and tensions at the top of mooring-lines/risers are presented, and some significant conclusions are derived.  相似文献

In this paper a hydroelastic method for the design of marine structures is used to study the impact of a wedge-shaped body onto a calm free-surface. The method combines computational fluid dynamics and dynamic finite-element techniques to predict the hydroelastic response of a structure in the time domain. The basic idea of the method is to predict the stress field on the fluid-structure interface due to rigid-body impact, and then to transfer the information to a wet modal model. The one-way transfer of information from the fluid simulation to the structure has two important advantages with respect to a fully coupled simulation: a single rigid-body motion computation can be reused for subsequent analyses after the structure has been redesigned, and cost of the fluid dynamic simulation is not increased due to iteration which is required in coupled simulations. The maximum displacement of an elastic wedge during the impact and penetration stages are compared with published results from a fully coupled theoretical model and a fully coupled numerical solver. The present method requires approximation of the flexural added mass, and the comparison with other results shows that the approximation is satisfactory for predicting maximum displacement.  相似文献

随着海洋油气资源开发逐渐走向深海,浮式结构物的定位能力越来越受到人们的重视。锚的泊辅助动力定位系统是将锚泊定位和动力定位相结合的一种新型海上定位系统。它具有安全性高、定位能力强、消耗功率小的特点。本文以某深水半潜式钻井平台为例,通过建立锚泊辅助动力定位时域模拟程序,分析平台在工作海况下的定位精度和功率消耗,并与相应海况下的动力定位进行比较。分析结果表明,该时域模拟程序能较为准确的地反映实际平台的定位情况。与动力定位相比,锚泊辅助动力定位能够取得更好的定位精度和较小的功率消耗,是更理想的定位方式。  相似文献
