以LiOH.H2O和Mn(CH3COO)2.2H2O为原料,通过微波烧结和固相烧结的两段烧结法合成了锂离子电池正极材料Li3.22Na0.569Mn5.78O12尖晶石。研究表明,在380℃的固相烧结温度下,微波处理有利于生成纯尖晶石相。在2.5~4.5V电压区间,样品的初始放电容量高于132 mAh/g。在充放电过程中,40循环的放电容量几乎不衰减。微波烧结使该样品的Mn-O键被加强,晶格结构在充放电过程中保持稳定。  相似文献

1982年笔者在河北符山矿镁矽卡岩的裂隙中发现了碳硅钙石,具完好的板状晶体,发育有{100},{101},{120},{201}等单形。Ng=1.628,Nm=1.615,Np=1.609,(+)2V=67°;比重为2.76;空间群I2/m;a_o=10.1206,b_o=15.2058,c_o=6.6345;β=100°37′;Z=2.结构式为(Ca_(7.03)Fe_(0.01)Mn_(0.01)K_(0.002))〔Si_6O_(18)〕_(0.98)(CO_3)_1.06·2.1 H_2O,主要X—射线衍射线为3.02(100),2.99(80),2.78(35),2.49(40),1.896(40)。红外光谱有21个吸收带,CO_3群的伸缩振动谱带有明显分裂。DTA曲线表现有240℃及757℃两个吸热谷及895℃的放热峰。该地产出的碳硅钙石是矽卡岩晚期的低温热液矿物,与方解石,钙沸石,雪硅钙石,吉水硅钙石和硅灰石产膏等共生。  相似文献

单斜钠钙石(Na_2CO_3·CaCO_3·5H_2O)是自然界产出的含水碳酸盐矿物,最早发现于委内瑞拉。晶体结构分析用的单斜钠钙石晶体采自吉林省乾安县大麻苏盐硷湖,其结晶形态与矿物学研究工作,由长春地质学院何绍武、郑松彦同志完成。  相似文献

采用无机盐溶胶-凝胶法制备了颗粒均匀的形态为针状的(Eu2+,Dy3+)SrAl2O4纳米粉体.通过TG-DTA分析和X射线衍射和扫描电镜分析方法,对样品进行了微观结构和表面形态的表征.研究了纳米(Eu2+,Dy3+)SrAl2O4粉体在不同烧结温度下固相反应过程和成相规律.实验结果表明,当样品的烧结温度为500 ℃时是单一的Sr(NO3)2晶相;750 ℃左右生成了Sr3Al2O6,并伴有少量SrAl2O4晶体;1 100 ℃是生成了结晶度良好的针状纳米(Eu2+,Dy3+)SrAl2O4粉体.通过计算,样品粉体晶粒平均为80~100 nm.该晶体粒度随烧结温度升高而逐渐变大.  相似文献

研究发现,雪硅钙石是一种硅酸钙水化物.根据电子探针分析结果计算得到的化学式为(Ca4.424K0.021Mg0.0034.448(Si5.731Al0.7286.465O16(OH)2·4H2O,与经典化学式Ca5Si6O16(OH)2·4H2O基本一致.通过X射线粉晶衍射结果分析认为,该雪硅钙石属于1.4 nm类型雪硅钙石.雪硅钙石矿物呈放射状纤维集合体,颗粒大小为0.2 mm×0.5 mm×0.3 mm,黄褐色,正低突起,最高干涉色为Ⅰ级黄,二轴晶正光性,光轴角为53°.  相似文献

主要研究了过饱和溶液中CaSO4 ·2H2 O晶体成核及生长现象 ,同时对垢的形成机理进行了探讨。实验表明 ,成核延迟时间随溶液过饱和度增大而减小 ;CaSO4 ·2H2 O晶体生长属于表面反应控制 ,且与粒径相关 ,当温度为 3 0℃ ,粒径为2 8~ 67μm ,Ca2 + 浓度为 0 .0 3 5mol/L时 ,晶体生长速度在 0 .5× 10 - 8~ 5 .8× 10 - 8m/s之间  相似文献

以氧化钙为反应物料,在200~250℃的水热反应条件下分解钾长石。实验研究了在不同的Ca/(Si Al)摩尔比、水固比、反应温度和反应时间条件下,钾长石中K2O的溶出率和固相的物相变化。结果表明,液相中K2O的溶出率为40%~87%,固相反应产物为结晶良好雪硅钙石晶体。采用化学分析、XRD、SEM、DSC_TG和BET等方法对合成的雪硅钙石粉体进行了表征,结果表明,合成的雪硅钙石粉体是由长5~10μm、宽100~200nm、厚度为49~50nm的薄片纤维晶体交织成的直径为30~40μm的空心球形团聚体,耐火温度高于650℃,是制备硅酸钙保温材料的良好原料。  相似文献

通过具体的应用实例,系统介绍了在矿物材料学研究中硅酸盐体系的多相平衡反应热力学的基本原理。对硅酸盐体系的典型多相平衡反应进行了热力学计算,包括:(1)微晶玻璃制备过程中的硅酸盐熔融反应;(2)霞石正长岩和高铝粉煤灰利用技术中的硅酸盐烧结反应;(3)S iO2-CaO-H2O体系和KA lS i3O8-CaO-H2O体系雪硅钙石、硬硅钙石的水热晶化反应;(4)高铝粉煤灰和霞石正长岩烧结产物的溶解反应;(5)Na[A l(OH)4]-A l(OH)3-H2O体系和Na2SO4-Ca(OH)2-H2O体系中α-A l(OH)3和CaSO4.2H2O的析晶反应。研究成果可望对矿物材料制备实验方案设计、工业生产过程优化及改进产品性能提供理论指导,同时为同类材料学研究提供借鉴。  相似文献

Lithostratigraphy, physicochemical stratigraphy, biostratigraphy, and geochronology of the 77–70 Ma old series bracketing the Campanian–Maastrichtian boundary have been investigated by 70 experts. For the first time, direct relationships between macro- and microfossils have been established, as well as direct and indirect relationships between chemo-physical and biostratigraphical tools. A combination of criteria for selecting the boundary level, duration estimates, uncertainties on durations and on the location of biohorizons have been considered; new chronostratigraphic units are proposed. Calcite samples were extracted both from the rock matrix and the superficial coating of a karstified fault plane of an underground quarry, located in the eastern border of the Paris basin. The karstification is dated as Quaternary. Analysis of mechanical calcite twinning reveals that only the calcite matrix has also undergone a compression trending WNW that can be attributed to the Mio-Pliocene alpine collision. Both coating and matrix have undergone a strike-slip regime with σ1 roughly trending north–south, that could correspond to the regional present-day state of stress, a strike-slip compression rather trending NNW, modified by local phenomena.
