自1997 年以来,两岸集装箱港口体系在“间接通航”、“试点直航”以及“全面直航”特殊政策的影响下,先后经历了直航萌芽期、直航发展期及直航成熟期三个阶段。以国家交通部发布的台湾海峡两岸集装箱海上运输航线为主干数据,基于复杂网络的分析视角,利用网络分析软件GEPHI和GIS技术,对直航背景下海峡两岸集装箱港口体系空间联系格局、中心性空间分异和区域集散效应的演化特征进行定量测度,并进一步探究两岸集装箱港口体系空间结构演化的动力机制。结果表明:① 两岸集装箱港口体系空间结构总体呈现“特定转运港集中—枢纽港集中—区域网络化发展”的三阶段演变过程,主要表现为航线联系范围的扩大和干线权重的减弱,中心性功能在枢纽港弱化、在次级港口增强,以及新兴小型港口呈现“小世界”区域集聚的现象,体现了重要的复杂网络特性。② 两岸直航前,港口区域集聚性主要分布于珠三角及环渤海地区,两岸直航后,区域集聚现象主要分布于珠三角地区与海峡西岸经济区。③ 两岸航运网络的空间演化机制受制度、市场及技术三方面因素共同驱动,特殊的通航政策是港口体系形 成、演化的重要社会制度环境,两岸经贸联系和ECFA的全面推进在很大程度上重塑了中国沿海四大经济区主要港口与台湾港口间的航运联系,而基于技术革新的港口竞争机制影响了两岸航运企业的航线配置。  相似文献

港口体系的发展对区域发展乃至国土开发有着重要的意义,一直是港口地理的研究核心,而区域性集装箱港口体系的演化规律及动力机制是港口体系理论的内涵提升。选取珠江三角洲的31个港口为样本,以1970-2013年为研究时段,采用集装箱港口数量、吞吐量等长时间序列数据,刻画了珠江三角洲集装箱运输的总体发展与集散趋势,分析了集装箱港口体系的演化过程,重点凝练演绎其演化模型,并揭示其动力机制。研究发现:珠江三角洲集装箱港口体系的演化过程呈现集中化和分散化两种发展趋势,并经历了特点各异与格局明显不同的5个发展阶段,形成了“原始单核结构→孤立双核结构→极核枢纽结构→双核枢纽结构→多核发展结构”的演化模型;珠江三角洲集装箱港口体系是在众多影响因素综合作用下实现“港口集装箱化”的演化过程,包括自然条件、经济产业、技术条件、港航市场、政策和制度等,各因素在不同时期的影响程度有所差异。该研究有助于完善港口体系的演化模型理论,并能为珠江三角洲的港口建设提供指导。  相似文献

运用港口首位度和修正的赫希曼-赫芬达尔指数, 从箱流的角度对1998-2010 年中国集装箱港口体系的空间结构转型进行了定量测度。结果表明:① 集装箱港口体系的重心由珠三角地区向长三角地区缓慢转移;② 集装箱港口体系总体进入“边缘挑战阶段”, 箱流的分散化成为中国集装箱港口体系空间变化的主流倾向, 但7 大港区首位港的极辐作用存在显著差异;③ 中国集装箱港口体系空间结构呈现低级均衡、单门户、多门户并存的多样化特征, 其中, 长三角、珠三角地区形成集装箱多门户港口区域的空间结构已成事实。政府宏观调控与政策引导, 枢纽港资源瓶颈约束, 边缘港口的设施、服务趋同, 港航企业网络扩展和腹地交通网络拓展与完善等因素是多门户空间结构形成的主要动力。  相似文献

运用位序—规模法则与核密度方法,以近30年来各港口货物吞吐量及集装箱吞吐量为主要指标,刻画环渤海地区港口体系的规模分布特征,分析其作用机制。结果表明:① 总体看,环渤海地区港口体系具有一定位序—规模分布特征,但不同阶段、不同规模的港口在位序分布上出现明显分化,港口区域化特征愈发明显。② 港口货物吞吐量位序—规模分布的无标度区数量先增后减,最终由单分形变为双分形结构。区域港口体系经历了高位序平衡发展、中小港口突破、大中小港口差异化发展、枢纽港竞合下的港口融合四个阶段。港口集装箱吞吐量位序—规模分布的变化轨迹呈现外接式分割发展、枢纽港形成及新兴港口融入、支线港大型化和集装箱网络整合四个阶段。两者在发展节点上基本吻合;港口集中化与分散化交织进行,货物总吞吐量的分散化早于集装箱运输,分散趋势较为明显。③ 环渤海地区港口体系位序—规模演化的作用机制突出表现为自然经济地理约束下的大港口主导作用明显、区域化和竞争压力倒逼港口合作并推动港口实现自组织协调、能源输出特征及转型推动新兴港口快速成长三方面。  相似文献

长时间序列的港口分布格局的演化规律, 一直是国内外交通地理学有待解决的问题, 而考察港口体系的长期演变规律, 有助于对目前港口体系发展阶段的判断, 并为未来优化提供科学支撑。基于国内外港口体系研究现状的评述, 本文从内河和沿海两个方面, 对秦汉时期以来中国港口分布格局的发展过程与空间特征进行系统解析, 认为存在秦汉至南北朝、隋唐至南宋、元朝至明中叶、明中叶至鸦片战争、鸦片战争至1949 年和1949 年至今等六个阶段, 各阶段呈现不同的分布特征。并且, 本文从产业布局、政治经济空间关系、大宗物资运 输、国际贸易、外来势力和现代交通等多角度出发, 深入分析了中国港口分布格局演化的基本机理。同时, 本文从空间格局演化轨迹、首要港口变迁、驱动机制、港口体系开放性、港口区位和发展阶段等角度, 系统总结了中国港口分布格局的基本发展规律。  相似文献

基于城际轨道交通流的珠三角城市区域功能多中心研究   总被引:10,自引:3,他引:7  
城市区域是经济全球化与区域一体化发展趋势下重要的空间组织形式,功能多中心是城市区域最为重要和本质的特征以及最为关键的演化阶段。以流动空间和城市网络理论为基础,城市区域功能多中心的研究可以从城际功能联系展开,通过定量测度与定性分析相结合的方式获得具有实践与理论意义的成果。以珠三角城市区域为研究对象,以城际轨道流为功能联系的数据基础,对珠三角城市区域的功能多中心进行探讨。研究表明,基于城际轨道交通流功能联系的珠江三角洲地区具有较高的功能多中心性,在世界上典型的城市区域中处于中上水平;对于东西两翼多中心度的测度与分析发现,东西两翼城市间缺乏有效的城际轨道交通功能联系,对于珠三角城市区域功能多中心产生严重的消极影响,珠三角城市区域功能多中心度进入离心发展阶段。随着城际轨道交通建设的推进和区域一体化的发展,珠三角城市区域的功能多中心将趋于成熟。  相似文献

长三角集装箱港口体系的偏移增长与演化模式   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
通过分享—偏移(share—shift analysis)模型对近17 年长三角集装箱港口体系的偏移增长状况的研究显示: ①上海港在1994—1998 年间为正偏移增长港, 而在其他两个时段均为负偏移增长港。②宁波港始终为正偏移增长 港, 且偏移增长量一直很大。③沿海港群和内河港群间的偏移增长状况较为复杂, 在总体上, 沿海港群优势不断凸 显, 而内河港群则相反。④在不同等级港口间的偏移增长中, 中型集装箱港口始终居于劣势地位, 大型集装箱港口 近13 年来优势明显, 小型集装箱港口始终居于相对优势地位。⑤长三角集装箱港口体系的发展可初步划为初步发 育阶段、枢纽中心港初步形成阶段和大型深水直挂港加速成长三个阶段, 每一阶段的发展都表现出明显的阶段性 特征和作用机制。上述状况的形成是区域经济发展、国家政策调控、港口资源条件差异、区域通达条件以及集装箱 装卸运价等多种因素长期综合作用的结果。  相似文献

环渤海地区作为我国经济发展的三大核心增长极之一,近年来地区港口发展迅猛,为港口城市经济发展提供了显著的辅助支撑。研究港口体系演化及其与港口城市发展的空间关联特征对于揭示环渤海地区港城互动发展具有重要意义。该文采用不均衡指数、偏移-分享模型及重心轨迹分析等方法,探讨了环渤海地区港口体系演化与港口城市经济发展的空间关联特征与耦合态势,结论如下:1)港口发展与城市经济建设总体上呈现明显的空间关联性,目前处于港口发展成熟期的大型港口(大连、青岛、天津等),与城市腹地经济发展基本形成良好的互动格局;处于生长期和发展期的中小港口与城市联系将更加紧密,但也存在某时期港口发展与城市经济建设发生一定的空间错位;2)整体而言,城市规模、港口规模指标不均衡指数均呈现下降;3)港口、城市总规模重心基本稳定在同一个区域内部,波动幅度相对较小;4)环渤海地区港口、城市总规模的偏移增长量在1998-2014年间始终保持正值,港口与腹地城市发展相对同步,港口是海港城市发展的重要支撑。  相似文献

21世纪以来,中国大陆众多沿海城市纷纷转型为港口城市,港口区域化态势明显,港口发展呈现新的竞合关系。运用位序-规模法则与复杂网络模型,从规模结构、航运网络两方面刻画1985年以来中国大陆沿海集装箱港口体系的区域化特征。结果表明:① 港口体系日趋完善,位序-规模分布更加明显;发展演化呈低级均衡,明显集中化及相对分散化三个阶段,围绕世界级枢纽港形成区域集聚和群内扩散的空间格局。② 港口航运网络小世界特征得到强化,不同类型港口航线网络特性变化差异明显。枢纽港以广度上升深度下降、中转功能上升为主;大型港口变化较为复杂,超过一半的大型港口腹地引致特征明显,中转功能较弱;地方港呈现两极分化态势,大部分港口在航线网络深度、广度与辐射能力等多方面得到提升,少部分港口则明显萎缩。③ 以班轮航线为载体的物流网络推动港口区域化内在联系更加紧密,轴-辐特征得到强化,整个网络效率大为提升。从社会网络分析软件(UCINET)呈现的最强联系航线看,沿海集装箱航运网络已由局部网络转变为统一的双层轴-辐网络,全国性的港口网络联系水平大幅提升,区域航运网络与港口群存在空间错位而非一一对应。  相似文献

Desertification is a global phenomenon that affects about two billion people. It occurs in arid zones where the annual precipitation is below 400 mm, partic- ularly in the marginal areas of the world's largest deserts. It is a result of water and wind erosion, over- grazing, global warm-ing, improper soil cultivation, and increased pressure ot population growth, and it causes degradation of soil and natural and agricultural vegetation. The direct result is less food for people and livestock, which influences pop- ulation and animal husbandry fluctuations. Despite ef- forts to combat and reduce desertification, the affected areas are annually increasing.  相似文献
