高新区作为城市结构的重要有机组成部分,是城市复杂系统中的一个重要子系统,其建设将对城市的空间结构、经济发展、城市内部组织方式多方面产生深刻的影响。系统科学是解决复杂系统问题的重要方法,运用系统科学的理论视角,从西安市发展层面、同级开发区层面和高新区自身发展层面出发,分析西安市高新区现状、高新区在发展中与各层面间的互动关系,对其结构形态、内部组织等方面进行了研究,提出西安市高新区未来发展中的几点启示。 相似文献

近代城市医院的空间布局及演化——以广州市为例 总被引：2，自引：0，他引：2
以广州市为例,引用广州志书资料和民国文献档案资料,采用历史文献、统计和空间分析方法,通过复原广州医院历史分布图,发现广州近代医院在景观扩散模式上,早期阶段属于墨渍式迁移扩散,之后,转向以区位条件优次为主要选址依据的等级扩散;在选址布局上,形成以老城高优势度区域为中心,自中心向外围环状递减的等级区域分布格局,而公立医院和私立医院密集于城市中心,教会医院和慈善医院散布在城市外围,在类型上,呈现为外围型和中心型相结合的空间形态。研究显示,广州近代医院的空间布局,主要受人口、经济和交通因素的影响,同时,政治、宗教、城区环境和医院特殊性等外部条件起着一定的制约或促进作用。 相似文献

长江三角洲是我国经济最发达、智力资源最密集的地区之一,高新区已经成为当地高新技术产业发展的主导力量。1990年以来,长江三角洲高新区凭借其良好的区位条件和政策的支持,软硬环境进一步优化,迅速集聚起各类要素资源,增长极作用明显,但也存在自主创新机制不完善,研究开发能力较弱,产品技术含量较低,国际竞争力不强等问题。本文从经济实力、经营绩效、科技创新能力、对外开放能力以及生态效率等5个方面选取29项指标,运用主成分分析法,对长江三角洲8个国家级高新区可持续发展能力进行评价。结果显示,上海张江高新区可持续发展能力最强,南京高新区和无锡高新区次之,杭州高新区和苏州高新区居中,宁波高新区和常州高新区较弱,泰州高新区最弱。并基于此提出了促进长江三角洲高新区可持续发展的对策措施。 相似文献

综述了国内外关于高技术园区评价的指标体系与方法,通过建立的中国高技术园区评价指标体系,应用因子分析方法对52个国家级高新技术开发区1989年～1994年(历年)进行了发展现状与增长评价,同时采用定性与定量相结合的方法分别对30个省、市、区科技发展综合实力和52个高新区发展条件进行了评价。通过分析认为:北京、上海、沈阳等7个高新区是今后中国高新技术区发展扶持的重点区;天津、吉林、西安、郑州可视国家经济实力给予适当支持;建议将包头、珠海、保定等15个国家级高新区降为省级高新技术区开发。 相似文献

广州市制造业与生产性服务业协同集聚与空间相似性 总被引：1，自引：1，他引：0
基于企业微观大数据,从空间相似性的视角,运用核密度法、双变量空间自相关法和地理探测器等分析方法,对广州市6个制造行业和5个生产性服务行业的空间协同关系展开分析,在街镇尺度下从行业层面探讨生产性服务业与制造业在城市内部的协同集聚。研究发现：行业集聚中心的空间布局形态显示,广州的制造业与生产性服务业布局具有空间相似性。制造业与生产性服务业空间相似性最高的区域集中在城市的近郊区与远郊区,在城市中心城区两大产业的空间相似性较低。科技服务业与制造业的空间相似性最强,金融业与制造业的空间相似性最低。产业发展历史、行业的服务功能特性、民营企业的布局弹性等,是影响生产性服务业与制造业空间相似性的重要因素。 相似文献

先秦到北宋时期在河洛地区的洛阳、邺城、开封等都市规划中形成的"择中"、"负阴抱阳"、"城郭一体"、"中轴线"等规划理念,是我国历史都市规划的时代典范.通过对秦汉以后的番禹城、兴王府、子罗城等广州城市规划在选址、空间布局、功能分区方面的考证,发现其受到历史时期河洛城市规划理念的深刻影响,同时又根据广州商业发达的自身特点,进行了合理改造.这种区域城市文化的传播与影响,莫定了广州岭南中心,千年商业都会的地位,是对历史河洛城市文化的继承和创新. 相似文献

以购物中心为研究对象,选择广州为案例地,采用ArcGIS和SPSS软件进行空间属性表达和统计分析,探讨购物中心时空演变特征及与城市商业空间结构的关系,得出以下结论：广州购物中心数量及规模增长呈现出周期性和跳跃性的特征,购物中心的分布主要集聚于中心城区,其空间分布格局正逐步由集聚中心城区向集聚与扩散并存的方向发展。从购物中心时空演变的影响因素分析,人口规模与购物中心数量及规模存在显著的正相关性,购物中心空间布局的交通指向性明显,购物中心时空演变还受城市空间发展战略、城市用地结构调整影响较大,而消费者一站式购物、体验消费趋势也对购物中心空间布局以及经营产生重要影响。最后,探讨了购物中心发展对城市商业空间结构的影响。购物中心发展促进城市商业中心等级体系呈现扁平化,有利于城市多中心商业空间结构体系的形成,与此同时,购物中心也影响了城市商业业态结构,提升了商业中心现代化水平。 相似文献
