The community forest program in Nepal is one of the successful conservation initiatives. Tree species in a forest ecosystem have a fundamental role in maintaining the vegetation structure, complexity, and heterogeneity. This study analyzes the composition and regeneration of tree species in five community forests (CFs) of the sub-tropical region, Lamjung district, Nepal for preparing baseline data for long-term research projects and helps the community to manage their CFs scientifically. Tree species data were generated by stratified random sampling using 35 quadrate plots (size: 20 m x 20 m). The density of adult trees in the forests ranged from 575 Ind ha -1 (Tilahar CF) to 1196 Ind/ha (Deurali Thadopakha CF). The sapling ranged from 2533 Ind ha -1 (Tilahar CF) to 4000 Ind ha -1 (Thuliban CF) and seedling from 19583 Ind ha -1 (Tilahar CF) to 37500 Ind ha -1 (Thuliban CF). Similarly, the adult tree basal area varied from 28.34 m 2 ha -1 (Tilahar CF) to 49 m 2ha -1 (Deurali CF). The adult tree diversity index (Shannon-Weiner’s H) also ranged from 1.08 (Thuliban CF) to 1.88 (Tilahar CF). The tree species such as Sapium insigne, Ficus benghalensis, Lagerstroemia parviflore, Albizia sp. and Pinus roxburghii were weak regeneration. In general, the forests have good regeneration status except for Tilahar Community Forest, but based on the DBH size class distribution diagram, there is no sustainable regeneration. Among the five community forests the DBH size of adults was significantly different, and the DBH of Deurali Thadopakha was the lowest. But only few species have good regeneration and most of the species have weak, poor to no regeneration. The dominancy of fewer species like Shorea robusta, Castanopsis indica, and Schima wallichii accordingly maintain the overall regeneration of tree of CFs, so further plantation needs to be done inside the CF by triage accordingly those species whose regeneration has poor.  相似文献

本研究以南亚热带优势树种黄果厚壳桂(Cryptocarya concinna)为研究对象,采用控制实验与样地调查相结合的方法,验证密度制约对群落物种多样性维持的影响。通过在黄果厚壳桂母树周围建立24个成对的1 m×1 m幼苗样方,定期进行幼苗群落调查并做土壤杀菌,分析杀菌处理对黄果厚壳桂幼苗存活率及其幼苗物种丰富度的影响。并通过样地调查进行不同龄级相对多度与群落均匀度的相关分析。结果表明,杀菌处理可显著降低幼苗群落物种丰富度。黄果厚壳桂幼树密度随着离母树距离的增加而增加,其种群占整个群落的相对多度随着树龄呈递减趋势,黄果厚壳桂种群优势地位的减少将直接导致群落均匀度的增加,从而避免单优种群的发生,促进多物种共存。。  相似文献

利用多年样方资料的统计分析,对退化草原群落轻耙处理后恢复过程中的生物多样性变化规律及引起这些变化的主要植物种群进行研究,结果表明:在退化群落耙地恢复过程中,整个群落的物种丰富度变化不大,物种分布的均匀性指数随演替过程呈现波动下降的趋势,多样性指数也呈现波动下降的趋势,恢复后期有所升高,且物种分布的均匀性是造成物种多样性指数变化的主要原因。羊草(Leymus chinensis)的密度和生物量的变化与多样性指数具有极显著的负相关关系。冷蒿(Aartemisia frigida)、洽草(Koeleria cristata)的密度和生物量与多样性指数具有极显著的正相关关系。隐子草(Cleistogenes squarrosa)、变蒿(A.commutata)的密度与多样性指数具有极显著的正相关关系。多样性指数与耙地处理后的恢复年限(11 a间)的关系可表示为:以密度为指标的多样性指数Dn=3.579-0.665Lnx(r=-0.9185);以生物量为指标的多样性指数Dw=4.4-0.7696Lnx(r=0.8667)。  相似文献

为了深入了解和探讨西藏沙化土地治理区的植物群落的结构类型、组织水平和稳定程度,根据西藏雅鲁藏布江河谷沙地山南市全国防沙治沙综合示范区20个样地的调查资料,分析了西藏山南市全国防沙治沙综合示范区植物群落物种多样性特征。结果表明:西藏山南市全国防沙治沙综合示范区的植物有34种,藏沙蒿(Artemisia wellbyi)、花棒(Hedysarum scoparium)、桑(Morus alba)、沙打旺(Astragalus adsurgens)和沙蒿(Artemisia desertorum)占优势地位。综合示范区固沙植被平均盖度为31.6%±13.1%;平均生长高度为41.2±19.9 cm;平均生长密度为4.6±4.7株·m-2。植物群落物种多样性H指数平均为0.99±0.54;物种多样性D指数平均为2.55±1.37;物种均匀度平均为1.76±0.75。  相似文献

Investigation of the invasion of Prosopis juliflora and its effects on indigenous plant species are important for the control of the species. The study aimed to assess: (1) the effects of Prosopis juliflora invasion on the diversity of plant species in Awash Fentale and Amibara Woredas; (2) the effects of Prosopis juliflora invasion on the regeneration potential of native woody species. Sample collection was performed in habitats of Prosopis juliflora thicket, Prosopis juliflora mixed with native species stands, non-invaded woodlands, and open grazing lands. The vegetation was stratified into invasion levels of Prosopis juliflora and then a random sampling technique for data collection. Among species of plants, the highest proportion of species, 75 (47.8%), was recorded under non-invaded woodlands, but the lowest proportion of species, 22 (14%), was recorded under open grazing lands. The invasion of Prosopis juliflora reduced the Shannon diversity index. The mean values of the Shannon diversity index and species richness under Prosopis juliflora mixed with native species (H′=2.22, R=14) and non-invaded woodlands (H′=2.23, R=13) were significantly higher than Prosopis juliflora thicket (H′=1.96, R=12) and open grazing lands (H′=1.84, R=10). The highest total density (358 stems ha?1) of seedlings was recorded under Prosopis juliflora mixed with native species. But, the lowest total density (153 stems ha?1) of seedlings was recorded under Prosopis juliflora thickets. Moreover, 102 trees ha?1 native woody species were recorded under Prosopis juliflora thicket, but 1252 trees ha?1 native species were recorded under non-invaded woodlands. If the invasion of Prosopis juliflora and its effects on native species diversity continue coupled with a drier climate, plant diversity of the Afar flora region will be highly affected and its ecosystem services will be under question. Thus, the participation of all stakeholders and multidisciplinary research approaches should be designed for the management of the species and rehabilitation of the rangelands in the region.  相似文献

贺兰山针叶林是我国西北地区珍贵的森林生态系统,本文通过研究其结构特征和植物种类组成,为森林保育提供建议。基于森林结构特征,贺兰山针叶林可分为4类,分别为乔木径级组成以小于10cm为主,以10~20cm为主,径级组成较均衡和以大于30cm为主。分类的结果主要反映了砍伐后恢复时间的长短和海拔高度的影响。根据样方的物种组成分析,共得6个群丛,主要反映了海拔的影响。物种密度以云杉藓类林最低。云杉藓类林向上与高山灌丛草甸交错,物种密度增加。海拔降低,云杉林类型改变,物种密度增加。海拔最低的油松林,物种最为丰富。两种分类反映了贺兰山针叶林不同方面的特征,但也存在联系。海拔高度对于森林结构和物种组成的影响都是明显的,而当森林结构特征类似时,包含的群丛较多,但某一群丛则往往仅属于一种或两种结构类型。  相似文献

根据 8个样地的调查资料 ,用丰富度指数、多样性指数和均匀度指数对山西太岳山 10个森林群落多样性进行研究 ,结果表明 :1)同一群落不同层次的物种多样性指数存在一定的波动范围 ;不同群落间 ,物种多样性指数也存在差异 ,这种差异与群落所处的演替阶段相关 ;当群落处于演替的顶级阶段时乔、灌、草 3个层次的物种多样性和均匀度指数多为乔木层 <灌木层 <草本层 ;演替先锋阶段和进展阶段多为乔木层 <灌木层 >草本层或乔木层>灌木层 <草本层。 2 )分布在不同海拔高度的森林群落的物种多样性呈连续性波动的变化 ,表现为随海拔高度的增加 ,物种多样性指数呈上升趋势。 3)群落物种多样性在空间上的差异不仅决定于物种丰富度指数 ,更与各物种间的均匀度指数密切相关 ;进而影响不同层次的物种多样性对群落总体物种多样性的贡献  相似文献

生物多样性沿海拔梯度的变化是多样性环境梯度格局研究中的一个热点问题。在对滇西北玉龙雪山2 900 m~4 200 m间沿海拔梯度进行的群落调查基础上,对植物物种多样性和群落结构的垂直分异格局进行了分析。结果表明:1)在16个样地中共记录植物物种261种,分属78科,158属,其中木本植物36种,灌木植物71种,草本154种。2)沿海拔梯度,森林群落的最大树高、最大胸径、平均树高和平均胸径等群落结构指标均呈单峰分布格局。3)随着海拔的升高。木本和草本的物种丰富度,先增加后下降;而灌木层的物种丰富度随着海拔的上升呈明显下降格局。4)木本层和灌木层的β多样性(Cody指数)随海拔升高,总体呈减小趋势,而草本层β多样性显示出单峰分布的垂直格局。  相似文献

By studying the structural characteristics and carbon storage of the mangrove island ecosystem in the Beibu Gulf, this study provides a scientific basis for mangrove ecological compensation in the coastal areas of Guangxi, South China Sea. On the basis of the unmanned aerial vehicle remote sensing images and a sample plot survey, the object-oriented multi-scale segmentation algorithm is used to extract the mangrove community type information, and one-way analysis of variance is conducted to analyse the structural characteristics of the mangrove community. The carbon storage and carbon density of different mangrove ecosystems were obtained based on the allometric growth equation of mangrove plants. The analysis yielded four main results. (1) The island group covers about 27.10 ha, 41.32% (11.20 ha) of which represents mangrove areas. The mangrove forest is widely distributed in the tidal flats around the islands. (2) The main mangrove types were Aegiceras corniculatum, Kandelia obovata + Aegiceras corniculatum, Avicennia marina + Aegiceras corniculatum and Avicennia marina communities. (3) Amongst the mangrove plants, Avicennia marina had the highest biomass (18.52 kg plant-1), followed by Kandelia obovata (7.84 kg plant-1) and Aegiceras corniculatum (3.85 kg plant-1). (4) The mangrove carbon density difference was significant. Kandelia obovata had the highest carbon density (148.03 t ha-1), followed by Avicennia marina (104.79 t ha-1) and Aegiceras corniculatum (99.24 t ha-1). The carbon storage of the mangrove island ecosystem was 1194.70 t, which was higher than in other areas with the same latitude. The carbon sequestration capacity of the mangrove was relatively strong.  相似文献

以宁化县紫色土侵蚀区4种主要治理模式的植物群落调查资料为基础,采用丰富度指数、均匀度指数和多样性指数对其进行分析。研究结果表明:1)与对照区相比,各治理样地植物群落物种多样性、丰富度和均匀度指数均有不同程度提高,植物群落结构趋于复杂稳定。2)随着演替的进展,群落多样性指数在乔灌草混交及封禁治理模式增大,但在油茶园改造模式中变化不明显。3)经济林模式治理年限短,受人为干扰强烈,植物多样性差异较大,其随治理年限的变化有待于进一步观察。4)植物多样性与植物生长型的关系:物种丰富度和多样性指数在治理初期为草本层大于灌木层,随着群落演替的进展,灌木层逐渐大于草本层;均匀度指数的变化,在油茶园改造及乔灌草混交模式中草本层大于灌木层,而在经济林和封禁模式中,多表现为灌木层大于草本层。因此,后续治理应注意:侵蚀劣地的生态恢复必须进行科学的人为干预,生物措施应合理配置乔灌草物种数和个体数,对树种单一的群落需进行补植修复;针对不同治理阶段和治理模式,生态恢复侧重点要有差异。  相似文献

用双向指示种分析(TWINSPAN)、除趋势对应分析(DCA)和典范对应分析(CCA)研究了大青沟国家自然保护区32个样地36种地面生苔藓植物分布格局。TWINSPAN和DCA分析结果显示,地面生苔藓植物群落可以分成双色真藓(Bryum bicolor)-小石藓(Weissia controversa)群落、西伯利亚瘤冠苔(Mannia sibirica)+小石藓(Weissia controversa)群落、密叶绢藓短柄变种(Entodon compressus var.zikaiwiensis)-密叶绢藓(Entodon compressus)+反扭藓(Timmiella anomala)群落、绒叶青藓(Brachythecium velutinum)-鳞叶藓(Taxiphyllum taxirameum)+尖叶匐灯藓(Plagiomnium cuspidatum)群落和地钱(Marchantia polymorpha)+曲肋薄网藓(Leptodictyum humile)-鳞叶藓(Taxiphyllum taxirameum)-柳叶藓(Amblystegium serpens)+平肋提灯藓(Mnium laevinerve)群落5组,对应分布在羊草(Leymus chinensis)草地、西伯利亚杏(Prunus sibirica)灌丛、大果榆(Ulmus macrocarpa)林、蒙古栎(Quercus mongolica)林和水曲柳(Fraxinus mandschuria)林。CCA分析结果显示,影响苔藓植物分布的主要因子有土壤水分、乔木盖度、空气湿度、凋落物盖度、草本层盖度等。  相似文献

以长白山北坡林线长白落叶松(Larix olgensis)和岳桦(Betula ermanii)为研究对象,通过野外样方调查、树轮技术分析,采用趋势线模型拟和、单因素方差等统计方法从各种参数分析长白落叶松和岳桦径向树高生长的对比关系并揭示2个种群动态对环境适应性的对比差异。结果显示:垫状生长形的长白落叶松海拔最高(均值:2 017 m),其次为旗形树(2 005 m),正常形态的海拔最低(1 992 m),所在生境差异显著(p < 0.05)。正常形态的长白落叶松生长速度大于岳桦(树高方程斜率:长白落叶松0.750 9>岳桦0.253 6),随着旗形树的出现,速度相似(斜率:长白落叶松0.375 4>岳桦0.253 6),变成垫状后,岳桦占优。长白落叶松受到压制种群扩张速度不如岳桦,长白山林线上侵表现为以岳桦种群为主力,长白落叶松仍是岳桦主要的伴生树种。  相似文献

秦岭不仅是中国南北的地理分界线,也是中国亚热带和暖温带的气候分界线,在中国地理生态格局中占有重要的地位和作用。由于过渡带的复杂性、过渡性和异质性以及划分指标、研究目的的不同,学术界关于这一南北地理—生态分界线的具体位置一直有争论。为了进一步揭示秦巴山区过渡带的特征,明确中国南北地理—生态分界线的位置,本文选择马尾松(Pinus massoniana)林和油松(Pinus tabulaeformis)林这两类分别代表中国南方亚热带针叶林和北方温带针叶林的植被,结合研究区SRTM地形数据、气温和降水数据等,以年降水、最冷月(1月)气温、最热月(7月)气温和年均温为气候指标,详细分析了这两类植被在秦巴山区的空间分布及二者分界线处的气候条件。结果表明:① 马尾松林和油松林的分界线及相应位置的气候指标可以作为亚热带与暖温带界线划分的植被—气候指标之一。秦巴山区亚热带针叶林(马尾松林)与温带针叶林(油松林)的分界线位于伏牛山南坡至汉中盆地北缘一线(秦岭南坡)海拔1000~1200 m处;分界线处气候指标稳定:年降水750~1000 mm,年均温12~14 ℃,最冷月气温0~4 ℃,最热月气温22~26 ℃。② 通过综合的植被—气候指标来划分秦巴山区亚热带和暖温带的界线,能更科学地确定气候带分界线的位置及过渡带的特征,更全面地反映地表植被—气候格局的变化。此外,秦巴山区亚热带与暖温带的界线应该是由亚热带与暖温带针叶林分界线、阔叶林分界线、灌丛分界线等组成的一个过渡带。本文的研究结果为亚热带与暖温带划分指标的选取提供了一定的科学依据。  相似文献

以塔里木河下游荒漠河岸林中的胡杨群落为研究对象,以群落结构特征、物种多样性和优势种为群落波动的表征值,采用固定样地法对漫溢补水干扰下胡杨群落的波动响应特点进行了研究。结果表明:①干扰后胡杨群落物种组成变化明显,群落中物种数和层次呈现增加趋势,群落结构由简单向复杂转化,群落趋于稳定;②干扰前后胡杨群落物种多样性指数波动性较大,群落物种丰富度和多样性都呈增加趋势,而物种分布均匀度略有下降趋势;③漫溢补水干扰下群落中优势种的数量及种类发生改变,其中胡杨的优势度明显增大了。综上可知,地表漫溢补水植被修复措施使流域内的胡杨群落结构趋于复杂、群落层次增加,群落多样性增加,优势种及其优势度增加,总体上胡杨群落的波动为正向波动。  相似文献

Data selection and methods for fitting coefficients were considered to test the self-thinning law. The Chinese fir (Cunninghamia lanceolata) in even-aged pure stands with 26 years of observation data were applied to fit Reineke’s (1933) empirically derived stand density rule (N $propto$ d¯ -1.605, N = numbers of stems, d¯ = mean diameter), Yoda’s (1963) self-thinning law based on Euclidian geometry ($propto$ N -3/2, v¯ = tree volume), and West, Brown and Enquist’s (1997, 1999) (WBE) fractal geometry ( $propto$ d¯ -8/3). OLS, RMA and SFF algorithms provided observed self-thinning exponents with the seven mortality rate intervals (2%-80%, 5%-80%, 10%-80%, 15%-80%, 20%-80%, 25%-80% and 30%-80%), which were tested against the exponents, and expected by the rules considered. Hope for a consistent allometry law that ignores species-specific morphologic allometric and scale differences faded. Exponents α of N $propto$ d¯α, were significantly different from -1.605 and -2, not expected by Euclidian fractal geometry; exponents β of $propto$ Nβ varied around Yoda’s self-thinning slope -3/2, but was significantly different from -4/3; exponent γ of $propto$ d¯γ tended to neither 8/3 nor 3.  相似文献

祁连山青海云杉林动态监测样地群落特征   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4  
依据中国森林生态系统动态监测样地设置方法,参照国际森林生态学大样地建设技术规范,于2010年和2011年在祁连山自然保护区青海云杉(Picea crassifolia kom.)林内建立了10.2 hm2动态监测样地,定位调查了样地内19 927株DBH≥1 cm活立木木本植物,完成了第一次群落特征调查和分析。调查结果表明:①青海云杉群落成层现象明显,可划分为乔木层、灌木层、草本层和苔藓层4个层次。乔木层是群落的最主要层,整体而言其垂直高度结构复杂性要大于灌木层和草本层,苔藓层较为发达。②青海云杉径级结构呈明显的倒“J”形,个体集中在径级1~5 cm至21~25 cm,其占到总个体数目的91.42%,青海云杉更新良好。③青海云杉DBH≥1 cm对应的树高结构呈“单峰”形,高度主要集中在小于6 m,占到总个体数目的60.00%,高度偏小,小树较多,中树占有一定的比例,大树较少。同时,树高和胸径二者之间显著符合二次函数关系(p<0.05),反映了青海云杉群落生物学特征。④从空间分布格局来看,青海云杉表现出明显的聚集性分布格局。对不同年龄段青海云杉小树、中树和大树点格局分析表明,随着龄级的增大,种群的聚集程度减小,即由聚集分布变为随机分布,表现出明显的扩散趋势。青海云杉个体分布没有明显的空间异质性,而且2 534株大树随机分布在该样地,表明该群落未受大范围的人为干扰。  相似文献

In order to provide a theoretical basis for the protection and development of T. ciliata germplasm resources, we studied the genetic diversity of T. ciliata by using SSR (Simple Sequence Repeat) primers to evaluate the genetic diversity of 192 T. ciliata germplasm samples from 24 populations of 5 provinces. DataFormater, Popgene, NTSYS, TFPGA and other software were used for genetic data conversion, genetic parameter estimation, dendrogram construction and genetic variation analysis. The results showed that: 1) a total of 17 alleles (Na) were detected in seven pairs of primers, with an average of 2.260 for each primer. Among them, the highest numbers of alleles (4) were detected in primers S11 and S422.The mean value of Nei’s genetic diversity index (H) was 0.4909, the mean value of Shannon information index (I) was 0.7321, and the mean value of polymorphic information content (PIC) was 0.5182. The mean expected heterozygosity (He) and observed heterozygosity (Ho) were 0.1055 and 0.4956, respectively. The Nei°s genetic distances of the populations ranged between 0.0002 and 2.6346, and the mean was 0.5477. The average genetic diversity level (H=0.1044) of the 24 populations was lower than that of the species (H=0.4909). 2) The genetic differentiation coefficients (Fst) varied from 0.2374 to 0.9148, with an average value of 0.7727. The mean of population gene flow (Nm) was 0.0735, indicating a low level of genetic exchange between populations, and suggesting that the genetic variation mainly came from within populations. 3) With the UPGMA method, the 24 populations were clustered into 3 groups at Nei’s genetic identity (0.99): the populations from Guizhou Province and Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region were clustered into one group, the populations from Hunan Province were in another group, and the populations from Hubei Province were in the third group. The Mantel test analysis showed a significant correlation between Nei’s genetic distance and geographic distance (r=0.6318, P=0.009?0.05). The genetic diversity of the 24 populations of T. ciliata was at a low level. Geographic isolation was the main reason for genetic differentiation among T. ciliata provenances. In the protection of germplasm resources of T. ciliata, emphasis should be placed on breeding genetic resources from the populations with higher genetic diversity (P14, for example). As for the populations with low genetic diversity, an ex-situ protection strategy as well as ecological and timber objectives, should be taken into account to maximize the conservation and utilization of the diversity of T. ciliata.  相似文献

对科尔沁沙地围封草地和放牧草地群落的种类组成、结构和多样性等特征进行比较研究。结果表明:(1)围封草地盖度、密度、地上生物量、高度均优于放牧草地(P<0.01)。与放牧相比,围封使植被盖度、密度、高度和地上生物量分别提高了237%、429%、77%和218%,植物群落结构得到明显改善。(2)与放牧草地相比,围封草地物种数增加了69%,多年生草本、灌木类种数和重要值均高于放牧草地。放牧草地的优势植物种依次是大果虫实(Corispermum macrocarpum)、狗尾草(Setaria viridis)、差巴嘎蒿(Artemisia halodendron),重要值占72%;而围封草地优势植物种依次是达乌里胡枝子(Lespedeza davurica)、糙隐子草(Cleistogenes squarrosa)、虎尾草(Chloris virgate)和画眉草(Eragrostis pilosa),重要值占57%,大果虫实、狗尾草和差巴嘎蒿逐渐处于群落的次要地位,取而代之的是与其环境条件相匹配的优质豆科和禾本科植物。围封使物种组成多样化,科属组成复杂化,优势物种发生了变化,群落结构和功能得到改善,沙地植被得以恢复。(3)围封草地的Shannon-Wiener指数、Simpson指数、Margalef指数、均匀度指数均大于放牧草地。围封增加了群落的物种多样性,群落的稳定性得以提高。  相似文献
