城市活动事件(如文化、娱乐、体育等事件)的规模与影响力是城市经济文化发展的重要体现,其发生的全过程对城市现实空间与赛博空间都会产生巨大影响,从现实空间与赛博空间对城市活动事件的演化感知、动态建模与时空分析,具有重要的理论研究与应用价值。提出了一种结合现实空间交通数据与赛博空间社交媒体数据的城市活动事件时空建模分析方法,从事件进行中的交通轨迹,探测识别与事件显著相关的城市时空区域和交通流,分析现实空间事件热度的时空变化;从事件发生全过程的社交媒体数据中,探测分析赛博空间事件热度的时空变化;通过将现实空间和赛博空间的融合,建立城市活动事件时空模型,刻画事件全过程中城市地理空间与城市行为空间的时空演变特征。以2015年周杰伦"魔天伦2.0"世界巡回演唱会(武汉站)事件为例,采用武汉市出租车GPS轨迹数据和微博数据,对演唱会的事前、事中、事后实现城市地理空间与行为空间全过程建模与时空演变分析,并与单一数据源事件刻画模型进行比较,结果显示本方法能更合理地结合现实空间和赛博空间刻画城市活动事件。  相似文献

Space and place are two fundamental concepts in geography. Geographical factors have long been known as drivers of many aspects of people’s social networks. But whether and how space and place affect social networks differently are still unclear. The widespread use of location-aware devices provides a novel source for distinguishing the mechanisms of their impacts on social networks. Using mobile phone data, this paper explores the effects of space and place on social networks. From the perspective of space, we confirm the distance decay effect in social networks, based on a comparison between synthetic social ties generated by a null model and actual social ties derived from real-world data. From the perspective of place, we introduce several measures to evaluate interactions between individuals and inspect the trio relationship including distance, spatio-temporal co-occurrence, and social ties. We found that people’s interaction is a more important factor than spatial proximity, indicating that the spatial factor has a stronger impact on social networks in place compared to that in space. Furthermore, we verify the hypothesis that interactions play an important role in strengthening friendships.  相似文献

人们在线上网络空间和线下现实空间活动时, 会产生大量线上线下的痕迹(轨迹), 这种轨迹作为一种讯息会影响其他人的活动。现有研究大多单一地采用问卷调查、网络数据、GPS轨迹等方法, 忽略了移动互联时代线上线下空间活动的关联性以及历史活动足迹对日后活动的影响。基于对搜索量、签到和照片等网络大数据与线下GPS轨迹大数据的融合, 对人们线上线下活动进行时空行为模式分析, 建立基于信息素和回归分析的计算模型, 实现了对景观休憩空间的吸引力评价。以采样接近5 a的181个用户轨迹数据及相应时间段的网络大数据, 对北京28个景观进行实验, 并与单一线上或线下数据的研究方法进行比较, 结果表明所提方法不仅综合体现了景观热度, 且能够对未来的潜在游憩价值进行估计。  相似文献

Discovering Spatial Interaction Communities from Mobile Phone Data   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4  
In the age of Big Data, the widespread use of location‐awareness technologies has made it possible to collect spatio‐temporal interaction data for analyzing flow patterns in both physical space and cyberspace. This research attempts to explore and interpret patterns embedded in the network of phone‐call interaction and the network of phone‐users’ movements, by considering the geographical context of mobile phone cells. We adopt an agglomerative clustering algorithm based on a Newman‐Girvan modularity metric and propose an alternative modularity function incorporating a gravity model to discover the clustering structures of spatial‐interaction communities using a mobile phone dataset from one week in a city in China. The results verify the distance decay effect and spatial continuity that control the process of partitioning phone‐call interaction, which indicates that people tend to communicate within a spatial‐proximity community. Furthermore, we discover that a high correlation exists between phone‐users’ movements in physical space and phone‐call interaction in cyberspace. Our approach presents a combined qualitative‐quantitative framework to identify clusters and interaction patterns, and explains how geographical context influences communities of callers and receivers. The findings of this empirical study are valuable for urban structure studies as well as for the detection of communities in spatial networks.  相似文献

Social media and Big Data have transformed our world into interconnected cyberspace and realspace. Cartographers can now trace, monitor, and map the spread of social movements, disease outbreaks, nature hazards, and popular events by digitally collecting social media and Big Data with locational contents, such as global positioning system tags and user location profiles. The dynamic characteristics of social media and Big Data provide a great research opportunity for cartographers to map and analyze human behaviors, communications, and movements. However, there are many challenges and pitfalls in cartographic research associated with spatiotemporal analysis of social media contents and Big Data. This short paper will address important research challenges and major opportunities for cartographers to process and visualize Big Data and social media.  相似文献

Individuals and other entities move through space as a function of local characteristics of place, their internal behavioral models, and the topological structure of the underlying space. When a collection of locations (i.e. geotagged photos or other geotagged social media information) from a large number of individuals is assembled, it becomes possible to understand the interrelationship between the individuals and the space they occupy. This research systematically considers this interrelationship through an examination of the effect of the intersection of behavioral and spatial characteristics on individuals moving on street networks. The research illustrates how social media data, in combination with a biased random walker, can be used to understand and model the interaction of spatial structure and social‐environmental factors on influencing individuals' use of their environment. The biased walker offers a flexible approach to incorporate consideration of both social‐environmental and structural factors into a model and we demonstrate this through a case study wherein we are able to use the random walker to model the characteristics of Flickr users in New York City.  相似文献

This article highlights the key intellectual development in human dynamics research, examines the modeling emphases in publications, and argues for research directions in need. Human dynamics research is discussed in two broad directions: spacing time and timing space, to model human activities and interactions. Time is essential to human dynamics research. Space, while often being overlooked, in complement with time is critical to understanding human dynamics because knowing where activities take place is essential to knowing how and why people act and interact. Some interactions allow remote or asynchronized participations, and others require movement to collocate individuals for participating in synchronized activities. A spacing time approach examines the temporal gaps between interactions. A timing space approach investigates the spatial pulses between interactions. Primary research in the spacing time of human dynamics established queueing theories to explain the bursts and heavy‐tailed distribution of human interactions. Although research on the timing space of human dynamics enjoys growing popularity with data from geo‐tagged social media and location‐aware social internet of things (SIoT), its publications remain mostly exploratory. This article suggests a hierarchical framework to systematically study human dynamics and relate findings to build the body of knowledge about human dynamics.  相似文献

Location‐based social networks (LBSNs) have become an important source of spatial data for geographers and GIScientists to acquire knowledge of human–place interactions. A number of studies have used geotagged data from LBSNs to investigate how user‐generated content (UGC) can be affected by or correlated with the external environment. However, local visual information at the micro‐level, such as brightness, colorfulness, or particular objects/events in the surrounding environment, is usually not captured and thus becomes a missing component in LBSN analysis. To provide a solution to this issue, we argue in this study that the integration of augmented reality (AR) and LBSNs proves to be a promising avenue. In this first empirical study on AR‐based LBSNs, we propose a methodological framework to extract and analyze data from AR‐based LBSNs and demonstrate the framework via a case study with WallaMe. Our findings bolster existing psychological findings on the color–mood relationship and display intriguing geographic patterns of the influence of local visual information on UGC in social media.  相似文献

When studying spatial patterns, GIScientists often employ distance‐based methods and techniques, such as network analysis. When studying human behavior, however, spatial patterns often emerge that cannot be adequately examined assuming a physical conceptualization of distance. Such patterns emerged during our study of the process of ghettoization of Jews as implemented in Budapest during the course of 1944. As part of an NSF‐sponsored research project on the geography of the Holocaust, we built a Historical GIS of the Budapest Ghetto with the objective of discovering patterns of Jewish concentration and dispersion as well as simulating potential daily spatial interactions between the Jewish and the non‐Jewish population. Spatial analytical techniques allowed us to discover distinct spatial patterns of isolation, interrelation and concentration, but a whole set of patterns appeared that were the opposite of what we expected, and that could only be explained by thinking of distance not in spatial terms but in social ones. In this article we employ social network analysis to examine the geography of oppression in the Budapest ghetto. What jumped out from our study is the interweaving of space and place – intended as a community bounded by social relations and living in a specific time and location.  相似文献

研究影响寻路行为的人为因素,对于提升智能导航服务的用户体验具有重要意义。从心理旋转、抽象推理、空间短时记忆和空间感知4种能力出发,设计空间认知对照实验,探究空间认知能力与寻路绩效之间的相关性。研究结果表明:(1)4种空间认知能力之间弱相关,且按空间尺度部分分离。相同尺度空间的认知能力,即心理旋转能力和抽象推理能力、短时记忆能力和空间感知能力的相关性较强,不同尺度空间的认知能力相关性较弱。(2)心理旋转能力和抽象推理能力对寻路绩效有较高的拟合显著性水平。考虑多因素联合作用,虚拟场景中,心理旋转能力对寻路绩效影响最大,空间感知能力影响最小;真实场景中,空间感知能力对寻路绩效影响最大,短时记忆能力影响最小。(3)寻路表现具有显著的场景效应,在虚拟和真实场景中各项能力因子对寻路绩效拟合的决定系数明显不同。该研究结果为基于虚拟场景的行人导航研究的有效性提供了实证参考,也可为设计顾及人因的导航服务提供依据。  相似文献

介绍实景地图的概念,讨论实景地图的空间认知过程和空间认知效果。实景地图遵循地图空间认知的一般过程,但其"亲历式"的感知过程符合人类视觉和记忆习惯。实景地图对位置认知效果较差,对方向认知效果一般,对距离、对象认知效果较好。与二维电子地图和虚拟地理环境相比,实景地图在真实性、信息量、感知度方面存在优势,而在视角和空间感方面劣势明显。  相似文献

Augmented reality (AR) overlays real‐world views or scenes with virtual, computer‐generated objects that appear to visually coexist in the same space. Location‐based social networks (LBSNs) are platforms for individuals to be connected through the interdependency derived from their physical locations and their location‐tagged social media content. Current research and development in both areas focuses on integrating mobile‐based AR and LBSNs. Several applications (e.g., Sekai Camera and Wallame) have been developed and commercialized successfully. However, little research has been done on the potential impacts and successful evaluation methods of AR‐integrated LBSNs in the GIScience field. To close this gap, the article outlines the impacts and benefits of AR‐integrated LBSNs and highlights the importance of LBSNs in GIScience research. Based on the status quo of AR‐integrated LBSNs, this article discusses—from theoretical and application‐oriented perspectives—how AR‐integrated LBSNs could enrich the GIScience research agenda in three aspects: data conflation, platial GIS, and multimedia storytelling. The article concludes with guidelines on visualization, functionality, and ethics that aim to help users develop and evaluate AR‐integrated LBSNs.  相似文献

为了实现影像的自动化分割,提出一种利用非监督方式将观测数据采样化的遥感影像分割方法。该方法利用欧氏空间的概率分布建模采样数据和观测数据,并将其映射到黎曼空间,通过不断将观测数据转换为采样数据的方式实现影像的自动采样化。每次采样过程只需计算观测数据点到采样点的测地线距离,将距采样点测地线距离最小的观测数据转化为采样数据,以保证采样数据不断趋于该类数据的真实分割结果,同时使算法能够有效分割具有不同像素数的类别。将算法应用于模拟影像和真实遥感影像分割,对其分割结果以及传统基于统计、基于模糊的非监督算法和基于神经网络的监督算法相应分割结果定性定量的对比分析验证了该算法的有效性及可行性。  相似文献

随着信息技术的发展,网络空间与国家安全、军事、政治、经济、生活息息相关,网络空间地图作为人类认识复杂网络空间的工具越来越得到重视,但已有研究较为零碎和分散。针对网络空间自身特点,以网络空间地图可视化任务需求为牵引,系统综述了网络空间地图可视化的研究现状,辨析了网络空间地图需重点关注的研究方向。从地图学的角度探讨了网络空间的特点,引入隐喻理论探索了网络空间的组成及要素分类,探究了网络空间地图可视化的任务;对各类网络空间要素可视化方法进行了体系化分析,梳理了研究进展并进行了总结分析。研究认为,网络空间地图可视化基础理论、网络空间与地理空间的映射以及虚拟形态要素的可视化研究等是网路空间地图的未来研究趋势。  相似文献

 It has long been believed that properties of spatial structure have a strong effect on trip distribution, which thus leads to a bias in the estimated distance decay parameters of spatial interaction models. This paper is an attempt to identify to what extent the spatial structure effect affects the trip distribution and determine whether the incorporation of a term to account for the relative location of destinations into the conventional gravity models, results in a model that can more correctly represent the actual trip distribution. The main focus is on the comparison of the origin–specific estimates of the distance decay parameter, calibrated from the traditional production-constrained model and the production-constrained competing destinations model. The results show that the competing destinations model is superior to the conventional model in both reproducing the interaction flows and giving behavioral explanation to the distance decay parameters, but the essential aim of the competing destinations model to remove the map pattern from the distance decay parameters of the conventional model has not been identified. Many social phenomena have a spatio‐temporal dimension and involve dynamic decisions made by individuals. In the past, researchers have often turned to geographic information systems (GIS) to model these interactions. Although GIS provide a powerful tool for examining the spatial aspects of these interactions, they are unable to model the dynamic, individual‐level interactions across time and space. In an attempt to address these issues, some researchers have begun to use simulation models. But these models rely on artificial landscapes that do not take into account the environment in which humans move and interact. This research presents the methodology for ‘situating’ simulation through the use of a new modeling tool, Agent Analyst, which integrates agent‐based modeling (ABM) and GIS. Three versions of a model of street robbery are presented to illustrate the importance of using ‘real’ data to inform agent activity spaces and movement. The successful implementation of this model demonstrates that: (1) agents can move along existing street networks; (2) land use patterns can be used to realistically distribute agent's homes and activities across a city; and (3) the incidence and pattern of street robberies is significantly different when ‘real’ data are used.  相似文献

心象地图是驻留在记忆中的关于地理世界空间特征认知结果的表达,具有如下特征:空间表达的非均一性、内容选取的主观性、空间定位的非确定性、度量特征上的非精确性.心象地图的可视化需要由特殊的图形形式来承担,经过分析提出了适宜这一表达特征的3种可视化技术,包括面向道路网认知表达的路网构架图、专题属性空间定位信息认知表达的面域拓扑图、虚拟网络空间导航认知的赛伯网络图.基于地图的定义,对这3种可视化形式度量特征进行了讨论,认为它们在有序量尺度上具有可度量特征.  相似文献

无人机在获取影像时,受到天气、光照条件、相机传感器、主观人为等多种因素的影响,导致获取的影像内部或影像之间存在不同程度的亮度与色调分布不均匀,因此需要对无人机影像进行匀光匀色处理。本文提出了灰度值均值算法、基于相机响应函数的灰度值误差参数算法两种匀光匀色算法,并将其应用于镇江市实景三维数据建设无人机影像处理。试验结果表明,两种算法均能较好地去除色差,使色调过渡更缓和,可改善后期的实景三维整体效果,对城市级实景三维建设相关项目具有较好的借鉴作用。  相似文献

ABSTRACT

Urban functions are closely related to people’s spatiotemporal activity patterns, transportation needs, and a city’s business distribution and development trends. Studies investigating urban functions have used different data sources, such as remotely sensed imageries, observation, photography, and cognitive maps. However, these data sources usually suffer from low spatial, temporal, and thematic resolution. This article attempts to investigate human activities to understand urban functions through crowdsourcing social media data. In this study, we mined Twitter and Foursquare data to extract and analyze six types of human activities. The spatiotemporal analysis revealed hotspots for different activity intensities at different temporal resolution. We also applied the classified model in a real-time system to extract information of various urban functions. This study demonstrates the significance and usefulness of social sensing in analyzing urban functions. By combining different platforms of social media data and analyzing people’s geo-tagged city experience, this article contributes to leverage voluntary local knowledge to better depict human dynamics, discover spatiotemporal city characteristics, and convey information about cities.  相似文献

针对网络Voronoi图中点与点之间通过实际路径距离而非传统欧式距离相连,在实际应用中较平面Voronoi图更加合理,该文提出了一种基于改进脉冲耦合神经网络的网络Voronoi图构建算法。借助模型的自动波发放及并行处理特性,较好地实现了基于路网的网络空间剖分,顾及了道路网及其点群自身属性对其服务范围的影响。实验表明,该算法实现了点群网络Voronoi图的构建,最短路径思想的引入使得构建的网络Voronoi图符合Voronoi图基本特征,可以用来表示点群的服务范围,不仅如此,算法的并行特性保证了算法的高效率。  相似文献
