粗鱼油通过精炼可以除去非甘油三酯杂质成分,研究表明黄鳍金枪鱼鱼油精炼的工艺参数为:800g,L的H3PO4脱胶,添加量为油量的1%(体积分数);300g/L的Na0H脱酸,添加量为油量的2%(体积分数);活性土脱色。添加量为油量的10%(质量分数);85℃下减压蒸馏脱臭15min。经过精炼,鱼油呈淡黄色,澄清透明,有淡鱼腥昧,理化指标达到鱼油SC/T3502—2000标准的精制鱼油一级要求,精制鱼油中PUFA的总含量(w)达37.06%,DHA和EPA含量(w)分别为25.10%和4.45%。  相似文献

【目的】探索富硒长茎葡萄蕨藻(Caulerpalentillifera)的培养条件。【方法】以亚硒酸钠(Na_2SeO_3)为硒源,采用单因素实验,研究不同硒浓度对长茎葡萄蕨藻的生长、光合色素和硒富集量的影响,通过正交实验,找出适宜长茎葡萄蕨藻富硒的最佳温度、照度和氮磷比组合条件。【结果】在亚硒酸钠0、0.5、1.0、2.0、4.0、8.0mg/L条件下,随亚硒酸钠添加量增加,藻体硒质量分数(干基)从1.70μg/g增加至50.10μg/g,且各组间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);亚硒酸钠添加量2.0 mg/L时,藻体硒质量分数达到11.7μg/g;添加量大于2.0 mg/L时,显著抑制藻体的生长(P<0.05),藻体叶绿素a和叶绿素b含量显著性降低(P<0.05);添加量低于2.0 mg/L时,藻体的生长、叶绿素a和叶绿素b含量均无显著性差异;类胡萝卜素含量各组间无明显变化。在培养液亚硒酸钠质量浓度为2.0 mg/L的条件下,藻体最适的生长条件组合是温度28℃、照度2 000 lx、氮磷比10∶1,藻体的最优富硒条件是温度24℃、照度2 000 lx、氮磷比8∶1。【结论】长茎葡萄蕨藻在开发含硒安全性功能海藻食品方面有较大应用潜力。  相似文献

硝酸银络合法浓缩金枪鱼鱼油多不饱和脂肪酸的研究   总被引:6,自引:2,他引:4  
以金枪鱼鱼油混合脂肪酸为材料 ,利用硝酸银络合法浓缩其中的多不饱和脂肪酸 (PU FA) ,主要考察了搅拌时间和硝酸银浓度对产品得率和EPA和DHA含量的影响 ,并测定了产品的理化指标和脂肪酸组成。研究结果表明 :搅拌时间为 6 0min ,硝酸银浓度为 4mol/L时得到的产品得率为 18.0 3% ,浓缩产品中的EPA和DHA的质量分数分别为 9.78%和 86 .0 7% ,总质量分数达95 .85 % ,过氧化值为 7.35mmol/kg ,碘值 2 6 0 8.9g/kg。  相似文献

利用蛋白酶酶解法从黄鳍金枪鱼(Thunnus albacares)加工的下脚料———鱼头中提取鱼油。以鱼油提取率和感官特征为指标,通过正交优化实验设计,获得了胰蛋白酶提取鱼油的最佳酶解工艺参数:酶解温度45℃,酶添加量1.5%,料液质量比1∶1,酶解时间4 h,酶解pH 8。在该条件下,鱼油的提取率为4.34%,理化指标除过氧化值外均达到SC/T3502-2000的粗鱼油二级标准,多不饱和脂肪酸总含量高达38.47%,其中DHA和EPA的含量分别为23.63%和4.84%。  相似文献

【目的】探讨不同血清和细胞因子等培养液添加物对尼罗罗非鱼(Oreochromisniloticus)精原干细胞(Spermatogonial stem cells,SSCs)生长增殖的影响。【方法】无菌取发育第Ⅲ期的尼罗罗非鱼精巢组织,用酶消化法结合差速贴壁法获得尼罗罗非鱼SSCs,在有支持细胞饲养层条件下,L-15培养液中分别添加体积分数2%、5%、10%新生牛血清(New bovine serum,NBS),体积分数1%、2%、3%罗非鱼血清以及5、10、15 ng/mL白血病抑制因子(Leukemia inhibitor factor,LIF),比较不同添加物对尼罗罗非鱼SSCs生长增殖的影响。【结果】在支持细胞饲养层上,SSCs分裂指数明显高于无饲养层的SSCs,支持细胞饲养层明显促进精原干细胞分裂增殖(P 0.01);与2%、10%NBS组相比,添加体积分数5%NBS可显著促进精原干细胞增殖(P 0.01);添加体积分数1%、2%、3%尼罗罗非鱼血清对SSCs无显著的促增殖作用(P 0.05);添加5、10 ng/mL LIF可促进SSCs增殖,添加10 ng/mL LIF效果更佳,添加15 ng/mL LIF则抑制SSCs增殖。【结论】使用尼罗罗非鱼精巢支持细胞作饲养层,用添加体积分数5%NBS及10 ng/mL LIF的L-15培养液培养,有助于促进尼罗罗非鱼精原干细胞生长增殖。  相似文献

以蛇鲻精制鱼油为原料,采用氢氧化钾乙醇皂化和硫酸酸化制备鱼油混合脂肪酸,以EPA和DHA含量为指标,探讨了尿素包合法富集鱼油中EPA和DHA的工艺条件。结果表明:以乙醇为溶剂,在尿脂质量比为2︰1和包合温度0℃的条件下进行一次性包合20 h后,富集产物中EPA和DHA总含量达到了69.74%,其中EPA含量为22.05%,DHA含量为47.69%,达到了保健鱼油的生产要求。  相似文献

用添加质量分数为0.00%(对照组)、0.02%、0.05%、0.20%、0.50%褐藻酸寡糖(alginate oligosaccharides,AOS)的基础饲料饲养初始体质量为(17.61±0.16)g的大菱鲆(Scophthalmus maximus)幼鱼10周,研究AOS不同添加量对大菱鲆幼鱼生长、血液学指标、非特异性免疫的影响。结果表明:与对照组相比,在4个不同添加量组中,增重率、特定生长率差异无统计学意义(P0.05);各组血液中白细胞含量均提高,差异有统计学意义(P0.05),血红蛋白、红细胞压积及红细胞数差异无统计学意义(P0.05);血清中谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶、总胆固醇、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白含量降低,但差异无统计学意义(P0.05);0.02%、0.05%、0.20%组的血清中酸性磷酸酶活力高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05),但超氧化物歧化酶、溶菌酶活力与对照组差异无统计学意义(P0.05),其中0.05%、0.20%组碱性磷酸酶明显高于对照组(P0.05);添加AOS组肝脏中的酸性磷酸酶活力以及超氧物歧化酶SOD活力与对照组相比差异无统计学意义(P0.05);攻毒试验发现,大菱鲆幼鱼对腹水病的疾病抵抗力随添加量的增加而升高。在本实验条件下,饲料中添加AOS对大菱鲆幼鱼生长性能和血液学指标并无显著影响,但可提高其非特异性免疫功能。建议添加量为质量分数0.05%。  相似文献

新鲜鱼油中添加05、0、2505、00 mg/kg 4种不同浓度的维生素E醋酸酯,在实验的第6、14、28、36和68天测定鱼油中的脂肪酸含量。结果表明:在500 mg/kg添加量内,维生素E醋酸酯对鱼油中脂肪酸含量没有显著性影响(P>0.05)。在实验期间,EPA(C20:5)、DHA(C22:6)、亚油酸(C18:2)含量明显下降,ARA(C20:4)、亚麻酸(C18:3)先升后降,棕榈酸(C16:1)逐步上升;C14含量逐渐增加,C17则先降后升,C16和C18在实验后期有较大提高。维生素E醋酸酯对鱼油中不饱和脂肪酸效用系数大小依次为:ARA>EPA>DHA>C18:3>0>C16:1>C18:2>C18:1,对ARA抗氧化效用最大,效用系数达到10.193%,C20:5为0.490%,C22:6为0.364%;维生素E醋酸酯对饱和脂肪酸效用系数大小依次为:C14>C17>0>C18>C16。  相似文献

在室内水泥池,利用沙层自净养殖模式和直接铺沙养殖模式对不同规格的方斑东风螺(Babylonia areolataLink)进行了高密度养殖的研究。结果表明,沙层自净养殖模式养殖小螺、中螺、大螺组日均增重分别为0.031、0.088、0.098 g/d,沙层NH4+-N最高含量w分别为1.3、2.1、3.1 mg/L,H2S最高含量w分别为0.03、0.07、0.14mg/L,各规格组东风螺保持正常生长和活动,成活率92.9%以上;直接铺沙养殖模式养殖小螺、中螺、大螺日均增重分别为:0.023、0.051、0.068 g/d,成活率分别为95.2%、86.7%、84.9%,沙层NH4+-N最高含量w达到13.7mg/L,H2S最高含量w达到0.47 mg/L,沙层底质恶化,东风螺活动异常、不摄食。可见,沙层自净养殖模式对方斑东风螺的生长、成活率、沙层水质控制效果显著,在一定程度上克服了直接铺沙养殖底质恶化问题。  相似文献

研究0、300、600、900、1 200、1 500 mg/kg 6个L-肉碱添加水平对牙鲆(Paralichthys olivaceus)幼鱼生长、生化组成和血液指标的影响。结果表明:添加量为1 200 mg/kg的处理组牙鲆幼鱼的增重率和特定生长率显著提高,饲料系数显著降低(P<0.05);随着饲料中L-肉碱含量的增加,肝指数呈现下降趋势,且在添加量为900~1 500 mg/kg时,各组较对照组差异显著(P<0.05);饲料中添加L-肉碱显著降低各实验组脏体比(P<0.05),而对各处理组间存活率和肥满度均无影响(P<0.05);肌肉和肝脏中的脂肪含量与L-肉碱添加量呈负相关,当添加量为1 200~1 500 mg/kg时,较对照组差异显著(P<0.05);肌肉中的蛋白含量与L-肉碱添加量呈正相关,但各组差异不显著(P<0.05);饲料中添加L-肉碱降低血清中的谷草转氨酶、胆固醇、甘油三酯和尿素氮含量,且添加量1 200 mg/kg组各指标含量均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);各处理组的血糖含量较对照组均有所增加,其中1 200 mg/kg组血糖含量较对照组提高41.6%(P<0.05);血清中总蛋白和低密度脂蛋白均随着L-肉碱添加量的增加而呈下降趋势,高密度脂蛋白却得以提升,但差异均不显著(P<0.05)。分析认为,在本实验条件下,饲料中添加L-肉碱可促进牙鲆幼鱼生长,且降脂效果显著。建议L-肉碱最适添加量为1 200 mg/kg。  相似文献

Nitrogen balance method and nitrogen-free diet were used in this study to determine nitrogen maintenance requirement (NM) and nitrogen maintenance requirement per unit metabolism body weight (NM′) of black porgy Acanthopagrus schlegeli. Fish with body weight (BW) of 50, 80, 120, 160 and 200 g were fed by the diets containing three graded levels of crude protein (380, 420 and 460 g/kg). The results from nitrogen balance experiment showed that the amount of nitrogen deposition varied from 0.15 to 0.31 mg/g BW per day, accounting for 12.2% to 21.1% of nitrogen intake. The amount of fecal nitrogen excretion varied from 0.21 to 0.32 mg/g BW per day, accounting for 16.3% to 21.6% of nitrogen intake. The endogenous nitrogen excretion, a main part of nitrogen consumption varied from 0.79 to 0.97 mg/g BW per day, accounting for 63.3 % to 68.0% of nitrogen intake. Positive correlation was found between NM and body weight, while a negative correlation was found between NM of unit body weight and the growth duration. No significant differences (p>0.05) were found in NM′ among different growth stages. The average of NM′ was 0.485 7mg/g per day. The results from nitrogen-free diet experiment showed that a negative correlation between NM and feed intake of nitrogen-free diet. NM increased with the decrease of feed intake of fish. The average of NM was 0.482 9 mg/g BW per day that was close to 0.483 8 mg/g BW obtained from fish with 120 g BW in nitrogen balance experiment. The nitrogen balance method is recommended to be a better method for determining NM in consideration of fish stress and result stability. This study also provides a calculated result of the protein content in diets, which is necessary for maintaining fish body protein at different growth stages. The calculation was based on the amount of nitrogen required for maintaining body protein per kg BW. 为研究生物酶采油解堵剂中产蛋白酶菌株的初、复筛选及培养条件优化,从大庆原油样品中筛选菌种,通过水解酪素的透明圈实验及福林酚测蛋白酶酶活的方法进行菌株的初、复筛选;以蛋白酶酶活为优化指标,采用单因素实验对筛选的产蛋白酶菌株的培养基及培养条件进行优化,优化最适培养基:可溶性淀粉为15g/L,蛋白胨为20g/L,酵母膏为20g/L,NaCl为1.0g/L,CaCl2为0.02g/L,Na2HPO4为0.2g/L,NaH2PO4为0.1g/L;在初始pH为6.0、接种量为5%(体积分数)、温度为31℃、摇床转速为160r/min的条件下,培养72h后,菌株的蛋白酶酶活为551.0U/mL,为复筛选菌株的蛋白酶酶活的22.92倍,即为菌株生长繁殖及代谢的最佳条件,能够获得更高的蛋白酶酶活,有利于后续实验的进行.结果表明:菌株产蛋白酶对原油作用效果为发酵液表面张力从作用前的56.2mN/m降低到作用后的30.5mN/m,表面张力显著降低,还有降解降黏原油等效果,具有一定的研究价值.  相似文献

Palm oil is of great potential as one of the sustainable alternatives to fish oil (FO) in aquafeeds. In this present study, five isonitrogenous diets (32% crude protein) with elevated palm oil levels of 0%, 2%, 4%, 6% and 8% were used during an 8-week feeding trial to evaluate its effects on RNA/DNA ratio and lipoprotein lipase (LPL) and MyoD mRNA expressions in muscle of Oreochromis niloticus. The results showed that RNA, DNA content as well as ratio of RNA to DNA were significantly affected (P < 0.05), in each case the highest was recorded in fish group subjected to 6% palm oil level. There was a strong positive correlation between nucleic acid concentration (RNA concentration and RNA: DNA ratio) and specific growth rate (SGR), protein efficiency ratio (PER), while a negative correlation existed between nucleic acid concentration (RNA concentration and RNA: DNA ratio) and feed conversion ratio (FCR). The mRNA expressions of LPL and MyoD in muscle were not significantly affected by the different palm oil levels, although the highest expression was observed in fish fed with 6% palm oil level. There also existed a strong positive correlation between the mRNA expression of LPL, MyoD and SGR, PER, while their correlation with FCR was negative. In conclusion, elevated palm oil affected the RNA, DNA concentration as well as RNA/DNA ratio significantly, although the mRNA expression of LPL and MyoD were not affected significantly by elevated palm oil levels.  相似文献

研究流沙湾网箱养鱼区水体氮、磷含量的月变化和水平分布,并运用质量平衡方程估算其氮、磷负荷。结果表明:总氮变化在0.212~0.892 mg/L之间,平均0.498 mg/L;总磷变化在0.009~0.036 mg/L之间,平均0.020mg/L;氮磷比变化在23.6~26.1之间,平均为25。在5-9月,氮、磷含量变化呈逐渐增加趋势,到9月达到最大,10月又减少。网箱内部氮、磷的含量高于网箱外部,并随着与网箱距离的增大而逐渐减小。红鳍笛鲷(Lutjanus argentimaculatus)、紫红笛鲷(Trachinotus ovatus)和卵形鲳鲹(Lutjanus erythopterus)全鱼的氮质量分数平均为2.42%,磷质量分数平均为0.26%,饵料系数为6.67,流沙湾网箱养鱼养殖期产生的氮、磷负荷平均分别为135.8和19.4 kg/t。  相似文献

检测了高体革鯻(Scortum bacoo)幼鱼肌肉营养组成,结果表明:高体革鯻粗蛋白质量分数为17.77%,粗脂肪质量分数为3.42%,水解氨基酸总质量分数为15.71%,其中必需氨基酸质量分数为7.50%,占氨基酸总量的47.74%,鲜味氨基酸总质量分数为5.46%,占氨基酸总量的34.75%,必需氨基酸指数为88.60。说明高体革鯻具有较高的营养价值和养殖价值。  相似文献

This study was conducted to compare lipid and fatty acid composition of cod, haddock and halibut. Three groups of cod (276 g ± 61 g), haddock (538 g ± 83 g) and halibut (3704 g ± 221 g) were maintained with commercial feeds mainly based on fish meal and marine fish oil for 12 weeks prior to sampling. The fatty acid compositions of muscle and liver were determined by GC/FID after derivatization of extracted lipids into fatty acid methyl esters (FAME). Lipids were also fractionated into neutral and polar lipids using Waters silica Sep-Pak?. The phospholipid fraction was further separated by high-performance thin-layer chromatography (HPTLC) and the FAME profile was obtained. Results of the present study showed that cod and haddock were lean fish and their total muscle lipid contents were 0.8% and 0.7%, respectively, with phospholipid constituting 83.6% and 87.5% of the total muscle lipid, respectively. Halibut was a medium-fat fish and its muscle lipid content was 8%, with 84% of the total muscle lipid being neutral lipid. Total liver lipid contents of cod, haddock and halibut were 36.9%, 67.2% and 30.7%, respectively, of which the neutral lipids accounted for the major fraction (88.1%–97.1%). Polyunsaturated fatty acids were the most abundant in cod and haddock muscle neutral lipid. Monounsaturated fatty acid level was the highest in halibut muscle neutral lipid. Fatty acid compositions of phospholipid were relatively constant. In summary, the liver of cod and haddock as lean fish was the main lipid reserve organ, and structural phospholipid is the major lipid form in flesh. However, as a medium-fat fish, halibut stored lipid in both their liver and muscle.  相似文献

褶皱臂尾轮虫(Brachionus plicatilis)与卤虫(Artemia franciscana)无节幼体分别以浓缩小球藻、深海鱼油和鱼肝油强化后,投喂龙虎斑(Epinephelus fuscoguttatus♀×E.lanceolatus♂)仔稚鱼,研究不同强化剂对仔稚鱼生长、存活率、消化酶活力及体成分的影响。结果显示,3种强化剂强化后的生物饵料均可显著提高龙虎斑仔稚鱼的存活率、体长和体质量,差异有统计学意义(P0.05),但对鱼体粗脂肪含量以及肠淀粉酶活力的影响无统计学意义(P0.05)。深海鱼油组仔稚鱼存活率最高,浓缩小球藻可以显著提高胃、肠蛋白酶活性和鱼体粗蛋白含量,各组差异有统计学意义(P0.05),而深海鱼油和鱼肝油可以显著提高肠脂肪酶活性(P0.05)。结果表明,3种强化剂各具优点,均可用于龙虎斑仔稚鱼生物饵料的强化,尤其以深海鱼油提高存活率最显著。  相似文献

An 8-week feeding trial was conducted to investigate the effects of dietary soy isoflavones on feeding intake,growth performance,and digestion of juvenile Japanese flounder(Paralichthys olivaceus).Four isonitrogenous(49% crude protein) and isoenergetic(20.1 MJ kg-1) diets were formulated to contain four graded levels of soy isoflavones,namely,0,1,4 and 8 g soy isoflavones in 1 kg of diet.Each diet was randomly fed to triplicate tanks of fish(Initial average weight:2.58 g ± 0.01 g),and each tank was stocked with 35 fish.No significant difference was observed among diets with levels of 0,1 and 4 g kg-1 soy isoflavones in feed intake,weight gain,feed efficiency ratio(FER),proximate composition of fish whole body and apparent digestibility coefficients(ADC) of nutrients and energy(P>0.05).However,high dietary soy isoflavones level(8 g kg-1) significantly depressed weight gain,FER,whole-body crude lipid content of fish and ADC of nutrients(P<0.05).These results indicate that high level of dietary soy isoflavones(above 4 g kg-1) significantly depresses growth responses and FER of Japanese flounder.However,as the content of soy isoflavones in soybean meal is around 1 to 3 g kg-1,the adverse effects might be neglected when soybean products are used as a fish feed ingredient.  相似文献
