山东省某电厂粉煤灰年排放量约100万t,但年利用率仅为12%。该电厂为解决粉煤灰的排放和堆存,选择征购233.33hm2(3500亩)土地露天堆存,不但占用了大量珍惜土地造成严重环境污染,同时也浪费了大部分的可利用资源。开展粉煤灰的综合利用,是消除危害,使其资源化的有效途径。本文根据该电厂粉煤灰含碳质较高、可浮性好的物化特征,采用一次浮选试验,脱碳率达到92.42%,精煤产品含碳66.51%,可直接作为燃料煤使用。经试验,采用浮选和重选工艺使其有用成分得以分离、富集、提纯,其产品实现了粉煤灰资源化,基本解决了粉煤灰利用率低、存放占用空间和环境污染问题。  相似文献

对平菇多糖提取进行优化研究 ,结果表明 ,平菇多糖提取最佳工艺条件为 :90℃浸提 8h ,m(原料 )∶m(水 ) =1∶30 ,醇析时乙醇体积分数为 80 % ,去除蛋白质时V(粗提液 )∶V(氯仿 +正丁醇 ) =1∶1,V(氯仿 )∶V(正丁醇 ) =10∶3,萃取 30min效果最佳 ,其得率为 1.5 4%。  相似文献

为解决化学驱油体系中无机碱引起地层黏土膨胀、注采系统结垢等问题,充分发挥碱的作用,降低由传统无机碱带来的不利影响,以乙二胺(EDA)作为碱剂,与十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)复配,与孤东油田原油制备乳状液,考察温度、含水率、SDBS及EDA单独使用和复配使用时的质量分数、乙醇助剂等因素对乳状液的影响,使用析水率和微观结构观测相结合的方法分析乳状液的稳定性.结果表明,当温度低于70℃时,随着温度的升高,原油黏度下降很快;乳状液黏度随含水率的增大先升高后降低,含水率为50%时的黏度最高;50℃、油水质量比为1∶1时,质量分数不超过0.100%的SDBS和EDA单独使用时乳状液的析水率达到50%以上,乳化油滴数量较少;二者复配使用时乳状液的析水率可降至38%,且乳化油滴数量多,稳定性增强;质量分数为0.100%的乙醇助剂的加入可进一步使乳状液的析水率降至30%.  相似文献

通过3个晴天,对遮阳网大棚风小气候进行观测,结果表明,黑色SZW=12型蔗阳网遮光率为53%-77%,平均为69%;对降低土壤温度十分明显,0,51,0cm降温幅度分别为:1.0-11.9℃,0.8-6.2℃,0.7-5.2℃,平均降温分别为5.6℃,3.8℃,3.3℃;而对棚内气温降低作用不明显,只有0.30m以下气层平均降低0.4℃;0.50,1.00,1.50m气层比棚外高0.2-0.9℃,并有逆温现象。此结果可为花卉度夏,超常蔬菜育秧管理提供气象依据。  相似文献

Based on X-ray diffraction, optical microscopy and scanning electron microscopy analysis of the Dachang gold ore, it is showed that the sulfide of ore is the main carrier minerals of gold. A majority of gold is embedded in pyrite and tetrahedrite as the form of inclusion and a small amount intergrowth with pyrite and gangue mineral, occasionally the presence is in form of monomer natural gold. The main factors which influence the recovery rate are sulfide mineral particle size, and the fine grained sulfide is beneficial for the dissociation and flotation of gold bearing minerals. The monomer dissociation degree of gold bearing minerals can reach 91.3% , when the grinding fineness is less than 0. 074 mm and grain level accounts as 80%. It is not conducive to the flotation of sulfide if the grinding fineness is low or high. It is difficult to completely dissociate the monomer if there is a small amount of pyrite and arsenopyrite in the ore. Therefore, before leaching the gold, it must conduct pretreatment to reach the ideal recovery rate of the gold, like roasting oxidation, pressure oxidation and biological oxidation. The fine microscopic gold has little influence on the gold recovery rate.  相似文献

An experiment on the phosphorus requirement and the proper Ca/P ratio in the diet of the black sea bream using the phosphorus gradient method (with casein as basic diet, sodium dihydrogen phosphate as source of phosphorus, and calcium lactate as source of calcium) showed that growth was greatly affected by the diet's phosphorus content and Ca/P ratio. Inadequate phosphorus in the diet resulted in slow growth and poor food conversion ratio (FCR). Analyses of the fish body showed it contained a high level of lipid but a low level of moisture, ash, calcium and phosphorus. The optimal values of phosphorus and Ca/P ratio in the black sea bream diet are 0.68% and 1:2 respectively. Phosphorus in excess of this optimum value resulted in slow growth or even death. The results of this experiment clearly indicated that phosphorus is the principal mineral additive affecting black sea bream growth.  相似文献

The Wadi Sharis orogenic gold deposit in northwestern Yemen is related to the fault and shear zones vein at medium depth in the crust in the Neoproterozoic meta-sedimentary and meta-volcanosedimentary succession of greenschist to amphibolite facies metamorphism.Three distinct fluid inclusion types have been identified in the gold-bearing quartz sulphide veins of the deposit:(1) type I:vapour-liquid two-phase(VH2O-LH2O),(2) type II:three-phase CO2(VCO2-LH2O-LCO2) and(3) type III:vapour-rich(LCO2-VCO2) inclusions.Six analysis of individual fluid inclusion indicate the fluid inclusions comprise mainly of H2O and CO2.Formation P-T conditions recorded by fluid inclusions in quartz crystals correspond to 180℃-380℃ and up to 130 MPa,as indicated by high-density CO2 bubbles(up to 0.98 g/cm3) observed in some inclusions.The estimated crystallization pressures correspond to approximately 4-10 km of overburden,assuming a lithostatic load.The salinity ranges from 0 to 22 wt%.The deposit holds at 0.2-5 g/t Au and contains low-moderate salinity.  相似文献

The ability of cell to modulate the fluidity of plasma membrane was crucial to the survival of microorganism at low temperature. Plasma membrane proteins, fatty acids and carotenoids profiles of Antarctic psychrophilc yeast Rhodotorula sp. NJ298 were investigated at -3 ℃, 0 ℃ and 8 ℃. The results showed that plasma membrane protein content was greater at -3 ℃ than that at 8 ℃, and a unique membrane polypeptide composition with an apparent molecular mass of 94.7 kDa was newly synthesized with SDS-PAGE analysis; GC analysis showed that the main changes of fatty acids were the percentage of unsaturated fatty acids (C18∶ 1 and C18∶ 2) and shorter chain saturated fatty acid (C10∶ 0) increased along with the decrease of the culture temperature from 8 ℃ to -3 ℃; HPLC analysis indicated that astaxanthin was the major functional carotenoids of the plasma membrane, percentage of which increased from 54.6±1.5% at 8 ℃ to 81.9±2.1% at -3 ℃. However the fluidity of plasma membrane which was determined by measuring fluorescence anisotropy was similar at -3 ℃, 0 ℃ and 8 ℃. Hence these changes in plasma membrane's characteristics were involved in the cellular cold-adaptation by which NJ298 could maintain normal plasma membrane fluidity at near-freezing temperature.  相似文献

Factors of shale gas accumulation can be divided into the external and internal factors,according to accumulation mechanism and characteristics of shale gas. The internal factors mainly refer to parameters of or- ganic geochemistry,mineral components and physical parameters. Six factors were presented in this study,i.e. organic matter,maturity,quartz,carbonate,clay mineral and pore. The external factors mainly refer to geolog- ic environment of shale gas reservoir,including four factors: temperature,pressure,depth and thickness. Based on the experiment results of 26 samples of drilling cores from Wuling fold belt in Lower Paleozoic Silurian of the Upper Yangtze Basin,combined with the integrated analysis of geology,logging and test,the correlation of the gas content of shale gas to the above-mentioned ten factors was concluded. 以月腹刺鲀(Gastrophysus lunaris)卵巢为原料,利用超声波辅助提取河豚毒素(Tetrodotoxin,TTX)。通过单因素实验及二次回归旋转组合设计实验研究液料比、超声温度、超声时间等因素对提取率的影响,确定超声波辅助提取河豚毒素的最佳工艺条件。结果表明:在实验范围内影响河豚毒素得率的各因素大小依次为液料体积质量比、超声温度、超声时间;超声波辅助提取河豚毒素的最佳工艺条件为液料体积(mL)质量(g)比3.03∶1,超声温度39℃,超声时间22 min,该工艺条件下提取河豚毒素得率为63.57μg/g。  相似文献

K油藏是中东伊拉克H油田重要的油气产层, 储层裂缝基本不发育, 储集空间主要为基质孔隙和溶孔, 渗透率极差范围大, 孔渗相关性较差。储层厚度大, 层间非均质性极强, 使得仅依靠常规测井资料和传统的测井评价方法来评价该区域碳酸盐岩储层流体性质识别效果差, 针对该问题, 进行H油田K油藏流体识别研究。通过分析常规测井资料发现, 深浅电阻率比值可以较好地划分水和烃类。在分析总结气测全烃曲线的形态特征及所对应的储层流体性质基础上, 发现气测曲线对于不同流体性质形态差异明显, 因此考虑利用气测曲线进行水和烃类进一步划分。统计发现重烃比值和烃气密度指数可以较好划分油水同层和水层, 为了定量表征识别过程建立水层-油水同层气测曲线识别法(ECR1), ECR1大于0为油水同层, 反之为水层。以烃气湿度指数、轻烃比值、挖掘效应可以较好划分气层和油层, 以此为基础建立气层-油层气测曲线识别法(ECR2), ECR2大于0为气层, 反之为油层。以该模型对H油田K油藏13口井38个小层的应用表明, 其识别符合率达到81.58%, 识别精确度高, 能满足研究区实际需要。通过建立的气测曲线识别法(ECR)模型, 在H油田K油藏取得较好应用效果, 可为本区块后续勘探开发具有一定借鉴意义, 同时也可以为国内外类似碳酸盐岩储层流体识别提供参考。   相似文献

Sulpho-aluminate expansive cementitious composite is proved to be one of the most effective ways to prevent concrete cracking too soon. Mix design of sulpho-aluminate expansive cementitious composite complete- ly depends on experience and experiments at present. This method ignores the influence of expansion behavior which hinders the application of sulpho-aluminate expansive cementitious composite. The workability,free ex- pansion property,flexural strength and compressive strength of sulpho-aluminate expansive cementitious com- posite have been investigated by tests. The relationship between expansion ratio and mix design parameters such as curing age,water-cement ratio and cement abundance coefficient is deduced according to the experimental statistics. A new simplified approach to mix design of sulpho-aluminate expansive cementitious composite is pro- posed as a reference for construction application,which avoids experiments and experience.  相似文献

Sipingshan gold deposit is gold-bearing sillcalite in type. There only exist a few kinds of sulfide in the ore and it is lower in content. The gold degree is lower. Au is closely related to the Ag,Cu,Pb,As and Hg elements. The upper sillcalite has Eu and Ce negative anomaly,and the lower sillcalite has Eu positive anomaly. however,the hot spring cemented breccia and rhyolite porphyry have Eu negative anomaly;the S isotope component has deep-seated magmatic sulfur and terrestrial sulfate characteristic;and the Pb isotope has the character of the mixture origin of crust and mantle that is mainly dominated by Pb in the orogenic belt. The ore-forming fluid temperature is 180℃-244℃,characterized by magmatic hydrothermal and meteoric water;and the ore-forming age is 87 Ma. The deposit was formed by the metallogenic fluid in the tectonic fault zone overflowing near the earth’s surface and leading to the metallogenic function and the metallogenic substance deposition.  相似文献
