电热板加热消解法和微波消解法是目前海洋沉积物样品消解的常用方法。为了比较这两种处理方法对检测结果准确性的影响程度,文章依据《测量不确定度的评定与表示》技术规定中的相关要求对海洋沉积物中铜含量测定过程中采取的两种消解方法进行了不确定度评定与对比,建立了模型,并对各不确定度分量进行分析和量化,计算出两种消解方法测量沉积物中铜含量的相对合成不确定度分别为0.06721和0.04033,扩展不确定度分别为4.0mg/kg和2.4mg/kg。通过比较两种消解方法对测定结果不确定度的贡献,发现微波消解法明显优于电热板加热法。  相似文献

Thirteen samples of seawater were collected from Yellow Sea and East China Sea near Qingdao, Lianyungang, and Xiamen, China. They were analyzed for halogenated organophosphorus flame retardants (OPFRs). The compounds selected for detection were Tris(2-chloroethyl) phosphate (TCEP), Tris(2-chloroisopropyl) phosphate (TCPP), Tris (1,3-dichloro-2-propyl) phosphate (TDCPP), and Tris(2,3-dibromopropyl) phosphate (TDBPP). The total concentrations ranged from 91.87 to 1392 ng/L and the mean concentrations of these four chemicals were 134.44, 84.12, 109.28, and 96.70 ng/L, respectively. TCEP exhibited the highest concentrations, although concentrations of TCPP and TDCPP were also fairly high in Lianyungang and Xiamen. Generally, Lianyungang was the most heavily polluted district, with very high concentrations of TCEP at LYG-2 (550.54 ng/L) and LYG-4 (617.92 ng/L). The main sources of halogenated OPFRs were municipal and industrial effluents of wastewater treatment plants in the nearby economic and industrial zones.  相似文献

The North-East Atlantic porbeagle (Lamna nasus) population has declined dramatically over the last few decades and is currently classified as ‘Critically Endangered’. As long-lived, apex predators, they may be vulnerable to bioaccumulation of contaminants. In this study organohalogen compounds and trace elements were analysed in 12 specimens caught as incidental bycatch in commercial gillnet fisheries in the Celtic Sea in 2011. Levels of organohalogen contaminants were low or undetectable (summed CB and BDE concentrations 0.04–0.85 mg kg−1 wet weight). A notably high Cd concentration (7.2 mg kg−1 wet weight) was observed in one mature male, whereas the range observed in the other samples was much lower (0.04–0.26 mg kg−1 wet weight). Hg and Pb concentrations were detected only in single animals, at 0.34 and 0.08 mg kg−1 wet weight, respectively. These contaminant levels were low in comparison to other published studies for shark species.  相似文献

硅橡胶作为耐高低温电缆料具有优异的性能,加入无机阻燃剂在赋予硅橡胶阻燃功能的同时保持力学性能一直是研究的热点。本文通过改变乙烯基聚硅氧烷的配比,优化交联密度和交联点的位置,在提高硅橡胶撕裂强度的同时,保持硅橡胶优异的粘弹性,得到性能优异的硅橡胶。当生胶A(Vi%0.23):生胶(Vi%0.04)为4:1时,晶须在硅橡胶分散均匀,补强效果最佳;当生胶A(Vi%0.23):生胶(Vi%0.04)为2:3,在较好力学性能的条件下,阻燃性能最好。  相似文献

利用流动注射在线萃取技术,以MIBK为萃取剂,用火焰原子吸收分析方法测定地质样品中的痕量金,取得了满意的效果。该法精密度好,无污染,操作简便,测定迅速,且样品不需分离。方法检出限Au为0.78×10-9,精密度为2.30%。  相似文献

Because of the influence of carbonates on the geotechnical properties of foundation and construction materials in civil engineering, a simple, precise, and inexpensive method of determining soil-carbonate content is needed. A large number of methods exist to determine the carbonate content in soils; but, for diverse reasons (precision (accuracy), cost, sensitivity, etc.) not all are appropriate in a civil-engineering laboratory. In the present work, different laboratory methods to determine the carbonate content in soils have been compared in order to choose the most appropriate one. The most suitable method has been selected on the basis of a number of general criteria: precision (accuracy), equipment cost, operating and maintenance costs, staff requirements, and sensitivity of the equipment. According to these general criteria, three methods can be considered suitable: flame photometry, volumetric calcimeter, and EDTA complexometry. These three methods present errors of less than 5%, involve low to medium cost, and the maintenance operations are simple. In addition, a suitability index has been defined (depending on three specific criteria: degree of precision (accuracy), level of standardization, and suitability of the operation method and type of ion analysed) which enabled the selection of the most appropriate from among the three methods. For the study, marl samples were taken from quarries used to construct the impermeable cores of three dams in the upper Guadalquivir River Basin (S Spain), as well as Standard samples were made with pure and inert calcium carbonate. Finally, it is concluded that the volumetric method (Bernard calcimeter) is the overall best technique to determine the carbonate content in civil-engineering laboratories.  相似文献

水菱镁矿是一种新开发的高镁矿,可以作为阻燃填料使用。水菱镁矿作为单一填料时,阻燃效率较低。为了解决这一问题,使用海泡石(SEP)为协效剂,水菱镁矿(HM)作为阻燃剂,制备SEP-HM/EVA复合阻燃材料。对材料进行了极限氧指数(LOI)、垂直燃烧(UL-94)、锥形量热(CCT)和力学性能测试,研究了海泡石对该复合材料阻燃性能及力学性能的影响。研究结果表明:在水菱镁矿和海泡石总添加量为60%,其中海泡石为9%时,相比于未添加海泡石的复合材料,拉伸强度增加了51.59%,断裂伸长率增加了67.54%,LOI上升了3.5%,垂直燃烧等级均维持在V-0级别,热释放总量(THRR)降低了16.65%,烟释放总量(TSP)降低了22.93%。总的来说,在显著提高复合材料力学性能的同时,海泡石也能较好的提高复合材料的阻燃性能。通过该研究能够对水菱镁矿作为阻燃填料方面的应用提供新的思路。  相似文献
