对比两种计算RMS值的方法,结合误差概率统计给出结果的误差概率分布。在使用有限脉冲响应(FIR)带通滤波器进行滤波并计算RMS值的过程中,滤波器窗口函数和阶数是影响计算结果误差的主要因素,其中阶数的作用更大。通过计算功率谱密度(PSD)反算RMS值的误差主要受pwelch函数的窗口函数类型、窗口长度及重叠率等参数影响,其中窗口长度作用更大。从同等误差水平的概率分布看,在合理设置参数的前提下,使用PSD反算RMS值的方法更优。  相似文献

Species abundance and habitat distribution are two important aspects of species conservation studies and both are affected by similar environmental factors. Forest resource inventory data in 2010 were used to evaluate the patterns of habitat for target species of Cervidae in six typical forestry bureaus of the Yichun forest area in the Lesser Xing’an Mountains, northeastern China. A habitat suitability index(HSI) model was used based on elevation, slope, aspect, vegetation and age of tree. These five environmental factors were selected by boosted regression tree(BRT) analysis from 14 environmental variables collected during field surveys. Changes in habitat caused by anthropogenic activities mainly involving settlement and road factors were also considered. The results identified 1780.49 km2 of most-suitable and 1770.70 km2 of unsuitable habitat areas under natural conditions, covering 16.38% and 16.29% of the entire study area, respectively. The area of most-suitable habitat had been reduced by 4.86% when human interference was taken into account, whereas the unsuitable habitat area had increased by 11.3%, indicating that anthropogenic disturbance turned some potential habitats into unsuitable ones. Landscape metrics indicated that average patch area declined while patch density and edge density increased. This suggests that as habitat becomes fragmented and its quality becomes degraded by human activities, cervid populations will be threatened with extirpation. The study helped identify the spatial extent of habitat influenced by anthropogenic interference for the local cervid population. As cervid species clearly avoid human activities, more attention should be paid on considering the way and intensity of human activities for habitat management as fully as possible.  相似文献

本文主要介绍了不同类型水泥发泡剂在氯氧镁水泥(MOC)泡沫混凝土体系中的影响因素。对比不同发泡方式获得MOC泡沫混凝土的结构特征、力学性能、离子溶蚀速率以及微观结构等,研究了发泡方式和不同类发泡剂对MOC泡沫混凝土的适宜性。结果表明,对于MOC胶凝材料物理发泡方式相比化学发泡方式更能获得优良的泡沫混凝土,物理发泡剂中动植物蛋白类发泡剂是获得优良MOC泡沫混凝土的最佳选择。  相似文献

文章根据2014年在天津近岸海域海水水质调查成果和收集资料的基础上,分析了现阶段天津近岸海域水质状况,并结合近几年大规模海洋开发活动,分析天津近岸海域环境变化趋势。研究表明:除营养盐浓度明显增加外,其他因子没有明显变化,说明近期的海洋工程对天津近岸海域的环境影响不大。  相似文献

水声通信和测距能力是实现水下航行器准确定位的重要技术手段。当前基于水声定位的方法主要有利用测距和测向功能的水声定位技术以及水声测距辅助导航技术,二者的系统物理复杂度都比较高。本文提出了一种基于单水声信标距离量测的匹配定位方法,航行器在水声信标测距覆盖范围内,利用航行过程中多次测距信息构建测距圆序列形成位置约束,基于航位推算导航信息,将航行器在连续测距时间段内的相对航迹在圆序列上进行最优匹配,从而获得位置估计,通过对测距误差进行补偿可进一步提升定位精度。本方法所需物理系统结构复杂度低、可操作性强,仿真实验表明,该方法可以独立实现较高精度的定位。  相似文献

Thyroid hormone is a kind of important hormone which regulates metamorphosis. Its role is well described in amphibian metamorphosis. Thyroid hormones (T3 and T4) have also been demonstrated to play a role in metamorphosis of marine invertebrates. However, the mechanism of thyroid hormone in metamorphosis of marine invertebrates remains unknown. A homolog of vertebrate thyroid hormone receptor (TR) was cloned and identified in abalone Haliotis diversicolor and was named HdTR . The mRNA expressions of HdTR , thyroid peroxidase ( TPO ), thyroid peroxidase 1 ( TPO1 ), idothyronine deiodinase Ⅲ( IDⅢ) and integrin alpha-V ( ITGAV ) had significant diff erence in metamorphosis of H . diversicolor . Metamorphosis rate and mortality rate were significantly diff erent in HdTR RNAi experiment and T3 inducing experiment. In RNAi experiment, ITGAV and CCND1 (cyclin D1) expression of dsRNA HdTR exposing group were significantly lower than those of blank control and negative control. But CTNNB (catenin beta) expression of dsRNA HdTR exposing group was higher than that those of blank control and negative control. ERK (extracellular signal regulated kinases) and PI3K (phosphoinositide-3-kinase) had no significant diff erence in RNAi experiment. Moreover, ITGAV of 1 μmol/L T3 group was significantly lower than that of 0 μmol/L T3 group, PI3K expression of 10 μmol/L T3 group was higher than that of 0 μmol/L T3 group, and the other genes expression had no significant diff erence in T3 inducing experiment. The data of genes expression suggested that CCND1 might be an eff ector gene of TR genomic action, while CTNNB might be regulated by unliganded TR. CCND1 and CTNNB may be involved in cell proliferation of metamorphosis. T3 might regulate the expression level of PI3K via nongenomic way. These results shed light on the mechanism of thyroid hormone in abalone metamorphosis.  相似文献

阿尔金断裂具有线性与弧形相叠加的几何学特征及强烈的时空不均一性,阿尔金断裂是一条同时具有逆冲、左行走滑和正滑复杂力学性质的巨型断裂系。走滑作用和正滑作用的主要时期分别为白垩纪-新生代和上新世一第四纪,逆冲作用则是晚古生代以来一直起主导作用的变形事件(大约305Ma以来)。阿尔金断裂的形成与其两侧地块的强烈不均一变形(阿尔金山腹地以收缩变形为主,祁连地块以逆冲扩展为主)有关,它经历了分段破裂、逐段连接和逐渐扩展的动力学过程,其形成与祁连地块中的上叠式逆冲序列和青藏高原隆升同步,随着自南而北逆冲扩展和青藏高原  相似文献

本文根据储集岩样品的显微特征,分析了黄骅坳陷三马地区下第三系中一深部储层中孔隙的成因类型、微观特征及演化规律。研究表明,研究区储层孔隙演化具有明显的阶段性,可划分为原生孔隙、混合孔隙及次生孔隙3个发育带。中一深部储层中原生孔隙所占比例很小,以次生孔隙为主,随埋藏增大,次生孔隙所占比例相应增加。中深部储层中主要分布3个次生孔隙发育带,其深度分别为3200~3500m,3600~4000m,4200~4500m。次生孔隙类型主要为粒间溶孔和粒内溶孔,也可见到铸模孔和微裂缝。导致原始孔隙降低的主要原因为压实和胶结作用,次生孔隙形成机理主要包括长石、方解石的溶解作用和矿物的转化等。本文还讨论了储层岩相、岩性特征、地层水中有机酸浓度的改变、早期方解石的充填、烃类注入、异常高压及微裂缝等地质与地球化学因素对中深部储层成岩作用和次生孔隙形成与分布的控制作用。  相似文献

Microalgae are photosynthetic microorganisms that function as primary producers in aquatic ecosystems. Some species of microalgae undergo rapid growth and cause harmful blooms in marine ecosystems. Heterocapsa triquetra is one of the most common bloom-forming species in estuarine and coastal waters worldwide. Although this species does not produce toxins, unlike some other Heterocapsa species, the high density of its blooms can cause significant ecological damage. We developed a H. triquetra species-specific nuclease protection assay sandwich hybridization(NPA-SH) probe that targets the large subunit of ribosomal RNA(LSU r RNA). We tested probe specificity and sensitivity with five other dinoflagellates that also cause red tides. Our assay detected H.triquetra at a concentration of 1.5×104 cells/m L, more sensitive than required for a red-tide guidance warning by the Korea Ministry of Oceans and Fisheries in 2015(3.0×104 cells/m L). We also used the NPA-SH assay to monitor H. triquetra in the Tongyeong region of the southern sea area of Korea during 2014. This method could detect H.triquetra cells within 3 h. Our assay is useful for monitoring H. triquetra under field conditions.  相似文献
