The advantages of the simultaneous integration of production and time-lapse seismic data for history matching have been demonstrated in a number of previous studies. Production data provide accurate observations at particular spatial locations (wells), while seismic data enable global, though filtered/noisy, estimates of state variables. In this work, we present an efficient computational tool for bi-objective history matching, in which data misfits for both production and seismic measurements are minimized using an adjoint-gradient approach. This enables us to obtain a set of Pareto optimal solutions defining the optimal trade-off between production and seismic data misfits (which are, to some extent, conflicting). The impact of noise structure and noise level on Pareto optimal solutions is investigated in detail. We discuss the existence of the “best” trade-off solution, or least-conflicting posterior model, which corresponds to the history-matched model that is expected to provide the least-conflicting forecast of future reservoir performance. The overall framework is successfully applied in 2D and 3D compositional simulation problems to provide a single least-conflicting posterior model and, for the 2D case, multiple samples from the posterior distribution using the randomized maximum likelihood method.  相似文献

Thermobarogeochemical studies have revealed the relatively high-temperature ore-bearing fluid of the N’yavlenga deposit. The dependence between the homogenization temperatures of the fluid inclusions and salinity of the fluid and the bimodal distribution of salinity values indicates mixing of two different fluids in the ore-bearing system. These facts are related to the thermal metamorphism of ores from the N’yavlenga deposit and indicate the complex relations of the early Au-Ag epithermal and late Au-Cu-Mo porphyry mineral complexes in orebodies of the deposit.  相似文献

This study made it possible to reconstruct three stages of the structure formation at the large Malomyr gold deposit in the Amur Region: (1) premineral folding and left-lateral strike-slip faulting; (2) synmineral thrust faulting, and (3) postmineral dike and neotectonic stage. The study has shown that the formation of the Malomyr deposit was related to the system of duplexes as the structural traps that are the most favorable for ore deposition. The left-lateral duplex hosts the major orebodies composed of refractory ore at the Central site of the deposit, whereas the highest-grade and readily processable ore from the Quartzitic site is localized in the right-lateral duplex. The development of both duplexes during the same stage of thrust faulting indicates that readily processable and refractory ores were formed almost simultaneously. The type of mineralization depends on structural conditions of ore deposition. Refractory ore with invisible gold was formed under compression, whereas the readily processable ore with free gold was deposited in the extension setting.  相似文献

The Butarny gold deposit is situated in the central part of the Khurchan-Orotukan Zone of tectonomagmatic activation, which is traced for 150 km in the near-meridional direction, and localized in the slightly eroded Late Jurassic granitoid stock of the same name. The explored orebodies are quartz veins and pinnate veinlets with low-grade pocket-disseminated sulfide (mainly arsenopyrite) mineralization containing native gold. The Bi-bearing gold-pyrite-arsenopyrite and the quartz-löllingite-arsenopyrite-stibnitejamesonite stages of the veined low-sulfide ore formation have been distinguished. The main mineral assemblage consists of arsenopyrite, native gold, and native bismuth. The minerals-carriers of gold were deposited during the final stage of ore-bearing quartz crystallization at 334?245°C from low-concentrated pneumatolytic-hydrothermal carbonated fluid containing CO2 and CH4 (5.8?2.2 and 1.6?0.5 mol/kg of solution, respectively). The ore-bearing fluid had variable salinity (5.3?2.2 wt % NaCl equiv). It is quite probable that the gas-saturated fluid participated in transport and precipitation of ore matter. Its density varies from 1.02 to 0.77 g/cm3. The pressure is estimated at 1600 to 780 bar. The fluid regime of ore formation at the Butarny deposit is similar to that of typical intrusion-related gold deposits. The Au tenor of beresitized granodiorite, numerous quartz veinlets, and extensive Au-bearing weathering mantle allow us to suggest stockwork mineralization.  相似文献

This paper introduces a new hydrographic climatology of the Okhotsk Sea; this climatology was constructed from the Far Eastern Regional Hydrometeorological Research Institute (FERHRI) database. The FERHRI database has a volume of data three to five times larger than the data used in previous studies because unpublished Russian observation data have been included in the FERHRI database. After removing erroneous data from the database by pertinent quality control methods, the climatology for 1/4°?×?1/4° grids is produced by applying objective analysis procedures. Features similar to those in previous studies are seen in the intermediate layers in the Okhotsk Sea, whereas our climatology provides values that fill in gaps in previous climatologies. It is obvious from the monthly climatologies that temperature and salinity distributions evolve in accordance with seasonal variations in the Eastern Sakhalin Current and inflow from the North Pacific. We also reconstructed climatologies for the winter mixed layer and dense shelf water from data obtained from the temperature minimum waters identified as the remnants of these two layers.
