Geological and structural mappings of Tayyib Al-Ism area were carried out using the rocks finite strain data, the Landsat-7 Enhanced Thematic Mapper Plus (ETM+) data and the field based observations. To analyze the finite strain in the studied rocks, the Rf /? and Fry methods are applied to feldspar porphyroclasts and mafic grains from nine metavolcano-sedimentary samples (Hegaf Formation), four diorite-gabbros suite samples (Sawawin Complex), two meta-granite samples (Ifal suite) and five Zuhd alkali granite samples. The obtained data indicate traces of high to moderate level of deformation in the meta-granite and metavolcano-sedimentary rocks. The axial ratios along the XZ section range from 1.70 to 4.80 for the Rf/? method and from 1.50 to 4.50 for the Fry method. A sub-vertical trend of short axes in association with sub-horizontal foliation is also observed. These informations allow us to conclude that a finite strain in the deformed granitic rocks is of the same order of magnitude as in the metavolcano-sedimentary rocks. The contacts between the metavolcano-sedimentary and granitic rocks in Tayyib al Ism area were formed during the granitic intrusions along some of the faults under brittle to semi-ductile deformation conditions. These faults have significantly influenced the geometry and style of rifting in the Red Sea during the Neogene. The finite strain was accumulated in the area during the process of deformation, which superimpose the already existed nappe structure. It indicates that the nappe contacts formed during the accumulation of finite strain. In addition to finite strain analysis, band ratio images (3/1, 5/3, 7/5) and Principal Component Analysis (PCA) technique have been used, which proved effective in mapping geological and structural features of various rock bodies exposed in the study area.  相似文献

Genetic algorithm (GA) and support vector machine (SVM) optimization techniques are applied widely in the area of geophysics, civil, biology, mining, and geo-mechanics. Due to its versatility, it is being applied widely in almost every field of engineering. In this paper, the important features of GA and SVM are discussed as well as prediction of longitudinal wave velocity and its advantages over other conventional prediction methods. Longitudinal wave measurement is an indicator of peak particle velocity (PPV) during blasting and is an important parameter to be determined to minimize the damage caused by ground vibrations. The dynamic wave velocity and physico-mechanical properties of rock significantly affect the fracture propagation in rock. GA and SVM models are designed to predict the longitudinal wave velocity induced by ground vibrations. Chaos optimization algorithm has been used in SVM to find the optimal parameters of the model to increase the learning and prediction efficiency. GA model also has been developed and has used an objective function to be minimized. A parametric study for selecting the optimized parameters of GA model was done to select the best value. The mean absolute percentage error for the predicted wave velocity (V) value has been found to be the least (0.258 %) for GA as compared to values obtained by multivariate regression analysis (MVRA), artificial neural network (ANN), adaptive neuro-fuzzy inference system (ANFIS), and SVM.  相似文献

刀额新对虾主要过敏原蛋白的肽指纹图谱鉴定与分析   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
以我国常见的刀额新对虾为研究对象,旨在获得其主要过敏原的氨基酸序列等基础数据,增加对虾类过敏原的认识和理解。分离和纯化了分子量为36 kD的虾主要过敏原蛋白,利用激光辅助解析/飞行时间质谱对其进行肽质量指纹图谱鉴定,并对鉴定的结果采用Mascot搜索引擎在NCBInr数据库上进行搜索。结果表明刀额新对虾主要过敏原蛋白与斑节对虾原肌球蛋白匹配分值最高为268,吻合肽段27条,序列覆盖率为65%;与其它无脊椎动物如腐食酪螨、衣鱼等的原肌球蛋白的序列覆盖率也很高,分别达到了51%和53%。这一结果不仅表明了刀额新对虾与其它甲壳类海产品过敏原存在着高度同源性,而且为其与甲壳类及其它无脊椎动物主要过敏原之间存在严重交叉反应的现象提供了理论依据。  相似文献

Polyphenols from the ethanol extracts of Sargassum tenerrimum (ST) with potent antiallergic effects were studied to optimize separation process through column chromatography. The adsorption and desorption characteristics of three widely used adsorbents: macroporous resin, silica gel, and polyvinylpolypyrrolidone (PVPP), were critically evaluated respectively and studied for the optimization of preparative separation of polyphenols. Static operations on these adsorbents showed that macroporous resin had the best adsorption and desorption capability among the three adsorbents. Dynamic adsorption and desorption with macroporous resin packed column were also conducted to optimize the parameters such as: with the optimal values shown in brackets, the concentration of extract solution (4 times diluted), pH value (6–7), adsorption speed (3 BV h−1, bed volumes/per hour), concentration of ethanol (80%), elution speed (3 BV h−1) and elution volume (7 BV). The chromatographic process so optimized gave a purity of 62.43% from the crude polyphenols, providing a promising basis for large scale preparation of bioactive polyphenols upon further scaling up tests.  相似文献

The production rate, ion density and electron density are calculated between longitudes 0° and 360° E due to incident radiation of wavelength range 1-102.57 nm in the dayside atmosphere of Mars. These calculations are made by using global analytical yield spectrum (AYS) model at solar zenith angle 80° between latitudes 50° and 70° N for spring equinox and medium solar activity condition. These conditions are appropriate for Mars Global Surveyor (MGS) Phase 2 aerobraking period during which both the accelerometer and the radio occultation data are used. The calculated results are compared with MGS radio occultation measurements carried out at different latitudes (64.7°-67.3° N) and longitudes (0°-360° E) in December 1998 between solar zenith angle 78° and 81°. This measurement shows primary and secondary ionization peaks, which are varying with longitudes. Our calculation suggests that first peak is produced by photoionization and photoelectron impact ionization processes due to absorption of solar EUV radiation (9-102.57 nm). The second peak is produced by photoelectron impact ionization of soft X-ray photon (1-9 nm). There is a good agreement between our calculation and measurement as far as the maximum and the minimum values of primary peak altitude/peak density of electrons are concerned. However, the calculated values of secondary peak density and peak altitude are higher than the measured values by a factor of 1.5-2.0 and 1.1, respectively. The secondary peak is brought into agreement with the measurement using low X-ray flux by a factor of 2 to 3 below 9 nm. The longitudinal distribution of calculated and measured peak density and peak altitude are fitted by least-square method with 0.95 confidence limits.  相似文献

Photolysis of NH3PH3 mixtures (11 Torr) at 175°K resulted in the same initial rate of P2H4 formation as when the 11 Torr of pure PH3 was photolyzed. A higher yield of P2H4 is obtained at 175°K than at 298°K because some of the P2H4 condenses on the cell wall at 175°K and is not subject to further reaction. Some reaction of P2H4 is taking place as observed by the decrease in its yield and on the formation of red phosphorus on extended photolysis of PH3 at 175°K. No NH2PH2 or (PN)x were detected as photoproducts as indicated by the absence of change in the UV spectral properties of the P2H4 and red phosphorus fraction, respectively, when NH3 is present. Although the pathway for PH3 decomposition is changed, the outcome of the photochemical process is essentially the same in the absence or presence of NH3. The formation of P2H4 and red phosphorus was not inhibited by small amounts of C2H4 and C2H2, so the low levels of hydrocarbons on Jupiter and Saturn will not have a significant effect on the course of PH3 photolysis. The ratio of products of PH3 photolysis are only slightly affected by the wavelength of light used. Use of xenon lamp, with a continuous emission in the ultraviolet where P2H4 absorbs, results in only a modest decrease in the yield of P2H4 and a modest increase in the rate of formation of red phosphorus as compared to the rates observed with a 206.2-nm light source. The quantum yield for P2H4 formation is pressure independent in the 0.5–11 Torr range. This quantum yield is not affected by lowering the temperature to 157°K or by the addition of 100 Torr of H2. It is concluded that photolysis of PH3 to P2H4 and the subsequent conversion of P2H4 to red phosphorus are likely procses on Jupiter and Saturn and that particles of P2H4 condense in the atmospheres of these planets. The conversion of some of the P2H4 to red phosphorus may take place on Jupiter.  相似文献

Weather models are essential tools for checking of the effect of the weather elements in terms of their effect on the production of the crop. This research is an attempt to see the effect of only two variables i.e., temperature and rainfall for the division Faisalabad (semitropical region of Pakistan).The model fitted is of the linear form:the values of a,b, c have been found. The expected yield has been calculated by using the aridity indices (X1 and X2 ) and the result in the form of coefficient of determination R2 has been found equal to 0.166. The significance of the regression coefficient has been tested, which shows that the contribution to the yield from aridity index at germination and that at ripening is significant.The wheat yields are the results of a wide variety of variables, most of which show varying degree of relationship with one another, some positive and some negative in terms of output. These variables may be technology, fertilizers, pesticides, epidemics, kinds of seeds used, market price of crop and the area under cultivation etc, which can be the source of variation in the wheat yield. Since rainfall during germination and temperature at the ripening periods are the necessary factors for the yield of wheat, for this purpose these parameters have been studied in order to their contribution.  相似文献
