利用PCR技术分别扩增连云港及启东沿海蛤蜊科的西施舌（Coelomactra antiquata）、中国蛤蜊（Mactra chinensis）和四角蛤蜊（Mactra veneriformis）3种双壳贝的16SrRNA基因片段和ITS2核苷酸序列．测序后用DNAstar软件分析了核苷酸差异。结果显示：三种贝类16SrRNA基因片段长度相同，均为306bp（去除引物）．核苷酸存在多态性。共有45个变异位点，54个核苷酸发生了变异。全部为碱基置换。西施舌与中国蛤蜊此片段核苷酸的同源性为88．9％．与四角蛤蜊的同源性为88．6％．中国蛤蜊与四角蛤蜊的同源性为90．6％。三种蛤蜊ITS2序列分别为390bp（西施舌）、441bp（四角蛤蜊）和466bp（中国蛤蜊）。存在长度多态性．ITS2核苷酸差异分析结果显示．西施舌与中国蛤蜊的同源性为70．9％-71．1％，西施舌与四角蛤蜊的为70．5％-71．0％。中国蛤蜊与四角蛤蜊的同源性为88．1％-88．8％。ITS2序列分析结果与16SrRNA基因片段分析结果一致．2种分子分析法均显示中国蛤蜊与四角蛤蜊的亲缘关系近。  相似文献   

Finding KBO Flyby Targets for New Horizons

Development of the New Horizons mission to Pluto and the Kuiper Belt is now fully funded by NASA (Stern and Spencer, this volume). If all goes well, New Horizons will be launched in January 2006, followed by a Jupiter gravity assist in 2007, with Pluto arrival expected in either 2015 or 2016, depending on the launch vehicle chosen. A backup launch date of early 2007, without a Jupiter flyby, would give a Pluto arrival in 2019 or 2020. In either case, a flyby of at least one Kuiper Belt object (KBO) is planned following the Pluto encounter, sometime before the spacecraft reaches a heliocentric distance of 50 AU, in 2021 or 2023 for the 2006 launch, and 2027 or 2029 for the 2007 launch. However, none of the almost 1000 currently-known KBOs will pass close enough to the spacecraft trajectory to be targeted by New Horizons, so the KBO flyby depends on finding a suitable target among the estimated 500,000 KBOs larger than 40 km in diameter. This paper discusses the issues involved in finding one or more KBO targets for New Horizons. The New Horizons team plans its own searches for mission KBOs but will welcome other U.S, or international team who wish to become involved in exchange for mission participation at the KBO.  相似文献   

Fire and ice: unravelling the climatic and volcanic history of James Ross Island, Antarctic Peninsula

Back in the mid-nineteenth century British explorer James Clark Ross took his ships, HMS Terror and HMS Erebus , farther south than anyone else had been. He now lends his name to James Ross Island, a part-volcanic edifice that rises out of the sea off the north-east tip of the Antarctic Peninsula. The island records a geological history dating back to the Cretaceous, though its great peaks are volcanic. The most recent rocks of the island record a monumental struggle between fire and ice, the volcanoes, and the ice sheets that cover them. The glacigenic sediments that are interspersed with the volcanic rocks contain rich fossil assemblages which suggest that at times, the climate was warmer, with the ice retreating. Their study may help us to delimit the patterns of climate change in the Antarctic Peninsula region as Earth's global climate warms.  相似文献

We analyze the magnetic configurations of three super active regions, NOAA 10484, 10486 and 10488, observed by the Huairou Multi-Channel Solar Telescope (MCST) from 2003 October 18 to November 4. Many energetic phenomena, such as flares (including a X-28 flare) and coronal mass ejections (CMEs), occurred during this period. We think that strong shear and fast emergence of magnetic flux are the main causes of these events. The question is also of great interest why these dramatic eruptions occurred so close together in the descending phase of the solar cycle.  相似文献

采用各向同性弹性地球模型推导了地面位移场速率与地壳内任意点应力场变化的边界积分关系,同时利用青藏高原东北缘1999～2001年观测的GPS资料对观测区地壳深度为5 km和25 km的主应力和最大剪应力进行了计算分析.结果表明,青藏高原东北缘的主应力变化主要集中在祁连山断裂、海原断裂等,在1920～1954年间历史上发生过多次震级为7.0～8.5级强震的断裂附近,并具有主应力变化沿断层走向分布、最大剪应力沿断层走向交替变化等特征.  相似文献

QUEST on DASI is a ground-based, high-sensitivity, high-resolution (ℓ_max2500) experiment designed to map CMB polarization at 100 and 150 GHz and to measure the power spectra from E-modes, B-modes from lensing of the CMB, and B-modes from primordial gravitational waves. The experiment comprises a 2.6 m Cassegrain optical system, equipped with an array of 62 polarization-sensitive bolometers (PSBs), located at the South Pole. The instrument is designed to minimize systematic effects; features include differencing of pairs of orthogonal PSBs within a single feed, a rotatable achromatic waveplate, and axisymmetric rotatable optics. In addition the South Pole location allows both repeatable and highly controlled observations. QUEST on DASI will commence operation in early 2005.  相似文献

A lower limit to the field strength in magnetic reconnection sites in solar flares inferred from hard X-ray bursts

It is shown how the hard X-ray burst count rate and itse-folding ime can be used to estimate the minimum magnetic fieldB _min required in a flare magnetic reconnection site for the burst to be interpreted in terms of a thick target model. Application of the method to data from the Solar Maximum Mission (HXRBS) indicates absolute minimum fields well in excess of 100 G, and impossibly high values for some reconnection geometries.  相似文献
