牡蛎循环系统的研究

于１９８９－１９９０年在海南岛、广东蛇口以及青岛近海采集１２种牡蛎,进行循环系统的比较解剖学研究。首次提高了牡蛎的循环系统有两种类型,即附心脏型和无附心脏型。两者之间的主要区别是：（１）附心脏型无肌套血管,其外套血液主要来自环外套动脉和附心脏;无附心脏型,由于无附心脏和环外套动脉,其外套血液主要来自肌套血管。（２）附心脏型是通过出鳃静脉和外套静脉分别将鳃前部和后部的血液送回心耳;无附心脏型的外套静  相似文献

以中国对虾原肠期胚胎为材料，采用整体低渗法和管渗法均制备了染色体。通过比较发现，管渗法制备的染色体比整体低渗法的形态好。本文对制备中国对虾染色体技术方面的问题进行了探讨。通过作者的观察，了解到中国对虾染色体徐正常特征外，还存在较特别的形态特征，如主缢痕增强，次缢痕变化，同源配对等。并对产生这些形态特征的原因进行了解释。  相似文献

Suspended sediment transport of the Hangzhou Bay and its related hydrodynamic analyses

The 25-h measurements of current speed, flow direction, water depth, suspended sediment concentration and salinity were carried out at six anchored stations in the study area during spring and neap tides in winter of 1987 and summer of 1989. Caculations and analyses of the data obtained show that large amounts of suspended sediments are moved back and forth under the action of tidal current, and the net transport of sediment is small, with its predominance upstream in winter and downstream in summer. These calculations and analyses also suggest that the advective transport of sediment is dominant, while the vertical gravitational circulation of the suspended sediment comes next. Meantime, it is indicated that tidal currents play a major role in the suspended sediment transport, and residual flows have effect on the net transport of the suspended sediment, which is more remarkable during neap tide than during spring tide.  相似文献

南极半岛西北部海域软体动物双壳类的研究

1984-1985年中国首次赴南大洋考查期间，在南极半岛西北海域(62°06.8′－64°24.′5S，56°2.8.′6-62°3l.′0W)进行了底栖生物调查，并在中国南极长城站附近进行了潮间带采集，共获得软体动物双壳类100余号近500个标本，经分类研究，共有13个科24种，其中7种为该调查海域首次记录，3种只鉴定到属。它们大多数是壳小，壳质极薄脆的环南极分布的南极种和亚南极种，明显地显示出寒带高纬度海域的区系特点。  相似文献

The present paper deals with the ultrastructural changes of oocyte in the process of maturing in pen shell Atrinapectinata Linne. When it develops from the antecedent growth period to the accelerating growth period the annulate lamellae emerge, the RER better develop, the yolk granules with single and double layer membrane and are visible. In the well-developed mitochondria there is yolk stored. The Golgi vacuoles are brewing yolk granules. At the mature period the annulate lamellae and the Golgi bodies disappear, and there are only a few RER and mitochondria with poor cristae in the cytoplasm. All these might be well used for judging the maturity of the ootids in the process of the artificial propagation.  相似文献

The studied area is a shallow water area that belongs to the East China Sea continent shelf. The distribution of zooplankton biomass is higher inshore than offshore. The maximum abundance is in the inshore edge of the centre of upwelling, which is the superposed area of the salinity front and temperature front, due to the fact that the mixture of three different waters has brought about a concentration of nutrients. The herbivorous Euphausia, Copepoda and Tunicata are the major groups of the abundant area. Tunicata possess the possibility to compete against other kinds of herbivorous zooplankton. This means that there is negative correlation between the distribution of Tunicata and that of Copepoda and Euphausia. The positions of maximum areas of zooplankton biomass, phytoplankton individual and the concentration of phosphates and chlorophyll-a overlap one another. 于1995年10月采集本所自繁有ju鲫（约1.03g/ind)，在30℃水温下进行摄食－生长实验，研究了从饥饿到饱食5个摄食水平对不同性别稀有ju鲫的生长和能量收支的影响，结果表明，鱼体干物和能量含量不受摄食率和性别的影响，随着摄食率的增加，雌鱼的湿重，干重和能量特定生长率均呈双对数增加，雄鱼湿重特定生长率呈双对数增加，而干物质和能量特定生长率呈指增加，雄鱼生长速度及摄食率低于雌鱼，随着摄食率的增加，食物能损失于粪便中的比例均呈上升趋势，损失于排泄物中的比例变化不大，呈下降趋势，用于代谢的比例呈下降趋势，用于生长的比例呈上升趋势，除饥饿组外，在各个摄食水平，雌鱼食物能用于代谢的比例较雄鱼低，而用于生长的比例较雄鱼高。  相似文献   

Semi-Probabilistic Evaluation of System Redundancy for Existing Offshore Structures

In this paper, a new definition of structure system redundancy is proposed in view of the various measures for structure redundancy. By introducing the terms of structure system failure at the mechanism level and equivalent reliability index, the safety for existing offshore platforms can be evaluated by the semi-probabilistic method presented in this paper. Some numerical examples are given and satisfactory results have been obtained.  相似文献
