拟穴青蟹(Scylla paramamosain)六个地理群体肌肉氨基酸和脂肪酸的比较分析

本文对广西钦州(Gq)、福建霞浦(Fx)、浙江温州(Zw)、浙江三门(Zs)、浙江宁海(Zn)、浙江慈溪(Zc)等6个野生群体拟穴青蟹(Scylla paramamosain)肌肉进行了氨基酸及脂肪酸分析。共测定出19种游离氨基酸和26种脂肪酸。氨基酸含量在80.94—191.39mg/g之间, Gq为最高;总脂肪酸含量在7.97—11.38mg/g之间,Zn为最高。主要氨基酸为甘氨酸和精氨酸;主要脂肪酸为C20:5n3(EPA),占总脂肪酸含量的平均值为(22.47±5.84)%。各群体风味氨基酸和多不饱和脂肪酸含量丰富,占总氨基酸比例(TDAA/TFAA)和总脂肪酸比例(PUFA/TFA)分别为(53.62±5.43)%和(59.27±5.29)%。Zs群体的必需氨基酸含量及C22:6n3(DHA)均为最高。主成分分析结果表明:各群体的氨基酸与脂肪酸组成与含量相似性与地理距离分布具有一定的相关性,特别是Gq群体,在氨基酸与脂肪酸的分类中与其他群体区分比较明显。各群体风味氨基酸和多不饱和脂肪酸的聚类分析结果均表明:Zw、Zc与Gq群体较为接近,具有较强的甜味; Fx、Zn与Zs群体较为接近,具有较强的香味及不饱和脂肪酸营养价值。  相似文献   

岩藻黄素纳米复合物的制备及抗氧化、抗肿瘤活性研究

岩藻黄素是一种脂溶性类胡萝卜素,由于其水溶性差、环境敏感性强,使其应用受到限制。本研究采用有机溶剂浸提、大孔树脂纯化法,从裙带菜中提取高纯度岩藻黄素。通过复凝聚反应制备乳清分离蛋白-岩藻黄素-阿拉伯胶纳米复合物。通过透射电镜观察,纳米复合物呈光滑的球形,粒径约为44nm。红外光谱则表明,岩藻黄素与乳清分离蛋白、阿拉伯树胶发生相互作用,导致联烯键、乙酰基等特征吸收峰被遮蔽。与单一岩藻黄素相比,纳米包封的岩藻黄素具有较好的抗氧化活性稳定性。抗肿瘤实验表明,纳米复合物保留了岩藻黄素抑制HT29细胞增殖的生物活性。  相似文献   

Stokes漂流对全球海表面温度模拟的影响

Stokes漂流对海洋上混合层中的流场和温度场结构具有不可忽视的作用。本文基于WAVEWATCHⅢ海浪模式模拟的海浪要素计算得到Stokes漂流,将其引入SBPOM模式的动量方程中,从体积输运的角度研究Stokes漂流对全球海表面温度的影响。分析发现Stokes漂流与Stokes输运在全球呈现高纬度强于中低纬度的带状分布特征,且这种流动与输运对全球海表面温度具有降温作用,该降温作用的分布与全球Stokes输运强度相对应,高纬降温作用大于中低纬度,特别是南极绕极流海域平均降温明显大于其余海域,最大降温可达1.5℃,且全球月平均降温超过0.1℃。  相似文献

通过分析和整理从战国中晚期（约300 BC）至清末（约1900 AD）无定河流域历代县级及以上城址的位置、兴废年代数据,结合行政区划沿革、经济社会发展、政权更迭等资料,分析流域城镇格局的时空演变过程。研究表明：① 受气候周期性波动影响,无定河流域城镇的兴起与衰废具有明显的周期性特征,城镇几何中心的移动轨迹具有明显的“西北—东南”向潮汐性运动特征;② 城址存续年限普遍较短,具有明显的阶段性特征,流域内曾存在过4个阶段性中心城镇,中心城镇移动的方向和过程与城镇几何中心的潮汐性移动过程趋势一致;③ 流域城镇空间格局可分为3种类型,即秦汉与隋唐时期的沿河流谷地分布,宋、明两代的沿边境线与长城分布,以及元、清两代集中于流域下游分布。流域城镇未来的发展布局应重视气候变化对城镇分布的长期影响,关注区域环境的脆弱性,合理安排城镇体系发展规模与布局。  相似文献

Agarases are hydrolytic enzymes that act on the hydrolysis of agar and have a broad range of applications in food,cosmetics and pharmaceutical industries. In this study, a glycerol feeding strategy based on induction mode optimization for high cell density and β-agarase production was established, which could effectively control acetate yield. First, exponential feeding strategy of glycerol with different overall specific growth rates(μ) was applied in the pre-induction phase. The results showed that the low μ(μ=0.2) was suggested to be the optimal for cell growth and β-agarase production. Second, the effects of induction temperature and the inducer concentration on cell growth and β-agarase production were investigated in the post-induction phase. When induced by isopropyl-β-d-thiogalactoside(IPTG), the strategy of 0.8 mmol/L IPTG induction at 20℃ was found to be optimal for β-agarase production. When cultivation was induced by continuous lactose feeding strategy of 1.0 g/(L·h), the β-agarase activity reached 112.5 U/mL, which represented the highest β-agarase production to date.Furthermore, the β-agarase was capable of degrading G. lemaneiformis powder directly to produce neoagarooligosaccharide, and the hydrolysates were neoagarotetraose(NA4) and neoagarohexaose(NA6). The overall research may be useful for the industrial production and application of β-agarase.  相似文献   

On the electron density diagnostics of silicon <Emphasis Type="SmallCaps">viii</Emphasis> ion in solar transition region

The conditions for accurate electron density diagnostics in the solar transition region are discussed, and result shows that lines from Si?viii can provide an excellent tool for electron density diagnostics of the emitting plasma. For the Si?viii 1440.50 Å and 1445.75 Å lines, the principle of the electron density diagnostics is discussed for any intensity ratio. By the observed intensity ratio, the diagnostic results of the electron density for the quiet sun and the active region are calculated, and results indicate that in the quiet sun, the averaged electron density is \(\log (N_{e}) = 8.63\); while in the active region, the averaged density gets the maximum \(\log (N_{e}) = 8.86\) in the active region (B), and gets the minimum \(\log (N_{e}) = 8.38\) in the active region (E), where the electron density is in the unit of cm^?3. Finally, the relationship of intensity ratio and electron density is discussed, in the case of lower and higher electron density limits. This discussion is significant in the electron density diagnostics, which will be important for study on coronal heating and acceleration of solar wind.  相似文献

载波/多普勒平滑伪距在Android手机中的定位实现

针对Android手机GNSS伪距定位精度较低的问题，利用手机端观测信息，通过载波相位/多普勒平滑伪距改善手机端伪距观测值的质量，从而达到提高定位精度的效果。首先给出了Android手机GNSS原始观测量的获取方法，然后推导了载波相位平滑伪距和多普勒平滑伪距算法模型，并设计合理有效的试验对算法的精度进行评定。试验结果表明：在手机端静态定位中载波相位和多普勒平滑算法均可提高原始伪距的定位精度，且多普勒平滑算法表现更优；在手机端动态定位中多普勒平滑算法可获得比原始伪距更优的定位精度，但是载波相位平滑算法较原始伪距更差；由于硬件的制约手机端周跳和信号失锁严重，占比超过50%，载波相位在手机端的可用性较低；多普勒平滑算法的最优平滑时间常数小于等于10 s，具有实时动态定位的巨大潜力。  相似文献

文章基于叠前深度偏移地震成像分析, 结合前人重磁反演等地球物理资料成果, 对中沙海槽盆地东北部结构构造进行探索研究。研究表明: 中沙海槽盆地东北部发育新生代地层, 厚度在1500~2500m之间, 地层层速度为1500~ 3500m·s^-1, 不存在中生界沉积层, 盆地基底为海山或前寒武系基岩及岩浆岩隆起。中沙海槽盆地新生代陆源海相烃源岩丰富, 盆地新生界地层厚度大, 盆地凹陷、断裂发育, 具有一定的油气勘探潜力。  相似文献
