对武汉汤逊湖湖泊沉积物T06-1样芯进行了磁性测量、重金属分析和粒度分析,探讨了利用磁参数追踪、指示城市湖泊重金属污染的可行性.结果表明,低矫顽力的亚铁磁矿物主导了沉积物的磁性特征.磁参数χ,SIRM和ARM与重金属Cr,Zn,Cu和Pb呈现较为一致的垂向变化特征:55cm之下,磁参数值和重金属的含量均较低且稳定;在50~10 cm之间,两者基本呈现随深度的减小而增加的趋势,其中在20~10 cm区间,出现小范围内波动;而10cm至表层,元素含量和磁参数值随深度减小而急剧增加.选取粘土(<4μm)对沉积物中Cr,Zn,Cu和Pb进行粒度校正的结果显示:校正后元素的变化趋向于平稳,但在表层的10cm处Cr,Pb,Zn和Cu的含量仍然较高,表明了表层沉积物中金属元素的含量主要受人类活动的影响.相关分析也表明了磁参数χ,SIRM和ARM与重金属Cr,Pb,Zn和Cu之间均呈显著相关关系(0.62≤R≤0.86),表明磁参数可以用于追踪和指示汤逊湖湖泊沉积物重金属污染.  相似文献

The DArk Matter Particle Explorer(DAMPE),also known as Wukong in China,which was launched on 2015 December 17,is a new high energy cosmic ray and γ-ray satellite-borne observatory.One of the main scientific goals of DAMPE is to observe Ge V-Te V high energy γ-rays with accurate energy,angular and time resolution,to indirectly search for dark matter particles and for the study of high energy astrophysics. Due to the comparatively higher fluxes of charged cosmic rays with respect to γ-rays,it is challenging to identify γ-rays with sufficiently high efficiency,minimizing the amount of charged cosmic ray contamination. In this work we present a method to identify γ-rays in DAMPE data based on Monte Carlo simulations,using the powerful electromagnetic/hadronic shower discrimination provided by the calorimeter and the veto detection of charged particles provided by the plastic scintillation detector. Monte Carlo simulations show that after this selection the number of electrons and protons that contaminate the selected γ-ray events at~10 Ge V amounts to less than 1% of the selected sample.Finally,we use flight data to verify the effectiveness of the method by highlighting known γ-ray sources in the sky and by reconstructing preliminary light curves of the Geminga pulsar.  相似文献

Nonlinear force-free magnetic field(NLFFF) extrapolation based on the observed photospheric magnetic field is the most important method to obtain the coronal magnetic field nowadays.However, raw photospheric magnetograms contain magnetic forces and small-scale noises, and fail to be consistent with the force-free assumption of NLFFF models. The procedure for removing the forces and noises in observed data is called preprocessing. In this paper, we extend the preprocessing code of Jiang Feng to spherical coordinates for a full sphere. We first smooth the observed data with Gaussian smoothing, and then split the smoothed magnetic field into a potential field and a non-potential field.The potential part is computed by a numerical potential field model, and the non-potential part is preprocessed using an optimization method to minimize the magnetic forces and magnetic torques. Applying the code to synoptic charts of the vector magnetic field from SDO/HMI, we find it can effectively reduce the noises and forces, and improve the quality of data for a better input which will be used for NLFFF extrapolations applied to the global corona.  相似文献

基于器件模拟仿真,设计了一种1.5 μm波长InGaAsP-InP晶体管激光器材料外延结构. 其多量子阱有源区置于基区非对称波导中. 仿真结果显示该外延结构能够获得较好的光场限制和侧向电流限制. 对该材料MOCVD生长研究表明,基极重掺杂接触层中Zn2+扩散将导致量子阱严重退化. 通过对其扩散过程的模拟仿真,采用平均掺杂浓度为1×1018 cm-3的梯度掺杂,有效地抑制了Zn2+向量子阱区的扩散. 所获得的外延材料在  相似文献

ATON是20世纪90年代新提出的一种Hall推力器设计方案,其中的缓冲区是ATON新采用的一种结构.本文对缓冲区的作用进行分析,在此基础上提出了采用附加电源提高缓冲区预电离率的方法.并采用PIC(Particle-in-cell)粒子模拟方法对这种设计方式的等离子体分布进行数值模拟.结果表明,通过增加缓冲区内的附加电压,能够有效地提高缓冲区预电离率.  相似文献

Based on a calculation model, we study the interference phenomena of serially coupled V-type and Λ-type triple quantum dots (CTQDs) driven simultaneously by a strong driving field and a weak probe field. Strongly depending on the configuration of the three-level CTQD, the probe absorption spectra, which are shown in the tunneling current, exhibit various quantum coherence properties. In the case where the two pairs of transitions of the CTQD have a small eigenfrequency difference Δω, the double-coupling effect of the driving field results in two Autler-Townes doublets and one weak Mollow triplet in one spectrum. With the value of Δω increasing, only one Autler-Townes splitting remains due to the single-coupling of the field. We also find that the effect of spontaneous emission of phonons may lead to an obvious background current, which can be used to distinguish which transition is driven by the driving field in experiment. The interesting quantum property of a CTQD revealed in our results suggests its potential applications in quantum modulators and quantum logic devices.  相似文献

Knowledge of pore-water pressure(PWP)variation is fundamental for slope stability.A precise prediction of PWP is difficult due to complex physical mechanisms and in situ natural variability.To explore the applicability and advantages of recurrent neural networks(RNNs)on PWP prediction,three variants of RNNs,i.e.,standard RNN,long short-term memory(LSTM)and gated recurrent unit(GRU)are adopted and compared with a traditional static artificial neural network(ANN),i.e.,multi-layer perceptron(MLP).Measurements of rainfall and PWP of representative piezometers from a fully instrumented natural slope in Hong Kong are used to establish the prediction models.The coefficient of determination(R^2)and root mean square error(RMSE)are used for model evaluations.The influence of input time series length on the model performance is investigated.The results reveal that MLP can provide acceptable performance but is not robust.The uncertainty bounds of RMSE of the MLP model range from 0.24 kPa to 1.12 k Pa for the selected two piezometers.The standard RNN can perform better but the robustness is slightly affected when there are significant time lags between PWP changes and rainfall.The GRU and LSTM models can provide more precise and robust predictions than the standard RNN.The effects of the hidden layer structure and the dropout technique are investigated.The single-layer GRU is accurate enough for PWP prediction,whereas a double-layer GRU brings extra time cost with little accuracy improvement.The dropout technique is essential to overfitting prevention and improvement of accuracy.  相似文献

本文用磁性地层学方法研究衡阳盆地白垩纪-第三忆地层,建立了该地层的磁极性序列。以地磁极性年代表为时间标尺,并辅之岩石的^39Ar-^40Ar同位素年代测定值,研究了各地层单元的生成年代,为地层时代的确定提供了依据。研究认为,衡阳盆地东北组时代属早白垩世;神皇山时代为早白垩世-晚白垩世;载家坪组时代为晚白垩世;东塘组和霞流市组时代属古新世。  相似文献
