为比较分析雷州半岛东、西两岸湖栖鳍虾虎鱼(Gobiopterus lacustris)遗传差异,以COI基因和D-loop区部分序列为分子标记,获取雷州半岛湖栖鳍虾虎鱼群体COI序列44条(九龙山群体21条,高桥群体23条)、D-loop序列53条(九龙山群体25条,高桥群体28条)。基于COI基因部分序列分析结果显示:619 bp的44条序列中,统计的变异位点29个;T、C、A、G碱基组成分别为:27.8%、31.0%、23.7%、17.5%,且A+T(51.5%)高于C+G(48.5%);单倍型多样性比较,九龙山群体(0.695)高桥群体(0.324);遗传分化分析表明东、西群体分化显著(Snn=0.0.591,0.01P0.05),基因流(Nm)为5.37,遗传分化系数(Gst)为0.147,固定指数(Fst)为0.042(0.001P0.01),核苷酸差异数(Kxy)为2.547,核苷酸歧义度(Dxy)为0.004。而基于D-loop区部分序列分析结果表明:563 bp的53条序列中,变异位点133个;T、C、A、G碱基组成分别为:32.3%、14.8%、35.5%、17.4%,A+T(67.8%)明显高于C+G(32.2%);单倍型多样性与COI分析结果类似,九龙山群体(0.797)高桥群体(0.661);遗传分化分析表明东、西群体分化极显著(Snn=0.970,P0.001),Fst为0.315(P0.001),Nm值为0.55,Gst、Kxy、Dxy分别为:0.157、3.506、0.006;AMOVA分析揭示群体内变异程度高于群体间;聚类分析表明,基于COI基因与D-loop区部分序列构建的邻位链接法聚类树(NJ树)均存在按照采样点聚类的现象,但D-loop更为明显。综上,雷州半岛东、西两岸湖栖鳍虾虎鱼群体出现较为明显的分化现象。  相似文献

The Carboniferous and Permian sedimentary rocks (mainly the Shanxi and Taiyuan formations) in the Linxing region, eastern Ordos Basin, China, host a significant volume of unconventional gas resources (coalbed methane, shale gas and tight sandstone gas). Currently, the in-situ stress state is poorly understood but knowledge of this is extremely important for a range of applications, such as gas exploration and production, fracture stimulation and wellbore stability. The maximum horizontal stress (SHmax), minimum horizontal stress (Shmin) and vertical stress (Sv) magnitudes, and the SHmax orientation in the Linxing region were systematically analyzed for the first time in the present study, which can provide a reference for subsequent numerical simulation and hydraulic fracturing design. Based on borehole breakouts and drilling-induced tensile fractures interpreted from borehole imaging logs, the SHmax orientation rotates from ∼NEE-SWW-trending in the southern part to ∼ NWW-SEE-trending in the northern part of the Linxing region. Both conventional logs and extended leak-off tests were used for stress magnitude determination. The results revealed three types of in-situ stress fields (Sv > SHmax > Shmin, SHmax > Sv > Shmin and SHmax > Sv ≈ Shmin), and a dominant strike-slip stress regime (SHmax > Sv ≥ Shmin) was found for the entire well section in the target Shanxi Formation and Taiyuan Formation in the Linxing region. In addition, differential stress increased with depth in the Linxing region, which indicates that wellbore instability might be a potentially significant problem when drilling wells that are vertical or ∼ N-S-trending.  相似文献

During the austral winter, cetaceans and other apex predators follow the annual northeastward movement of shoaling sardines, known as the sardine run, along the southeast coast of South Africa, including a 400-km stretch called the Wild Coast. In total, 131 opportunistic aerial surveys were conducted between May and July, from 1996 to 2014, to monitor sardine movement. Cetacean-sighting data from these surveys were analysed, focusing on long-term trends in frequencies of the cetaceans. In total, 630 sightings involving five cetacean species were recorded: 268 (approximately 32 400 individuals) of Indo-Pacific bottlenose dolphin Tursiops aduncus, 108 (approximately 79 400 individuals) of long-beaked common dolphin Delphinus capensis, 242 (approximately 670 individuals) of humpback whale Megaptera novaeangliae, 1 (two individuals) of southern right whale Eubalaena australis, and 11 (16 individuals) of Bryde’s whale Balaenoptera edeni. The occurrence of common dolphins, typically associated with sardines, decreased significantly in average group size over the study period (p = 0.0343); bottlenose dolphins, considered generalist feeders, demonstrated no such trend (p = 0.916). Humpback whales were most frequently sighted between 2010 and 2014, and with significantly larger groups observed towards the end of the study period (p = 0.0121). For all these species, more sightings were made inside than outside of marine protected areas (>70% of the dolphin species, and >65% of the humpback whales), both pre- and post-2005 (from 2005 the size of the survey area increased). The results indicate that movements of the common dolphin may be employed as a proxy for sardine occurrence. Long-term trends evident in the data also demonstrate the importance of this coastal region for bottlenose dolphins as well as use as a migratory corridor for humpback whales.  相似文献

Elucidating the influence of dams on fluvial processes can inform river protection and basin management. However, relatively few studies have focused on how multiple factors interact to affect the morphological evolution of meandering reaches. Using hydrological and topographical data, we analyzed the factors that influence and regulate the meandering reaches downstream the Three Gorges Dam (TGD). Our conclusions are as follows. (1) The meandering reaches can be classified into two types based on their evolution during the pre-dam period: G1 reaches, characterized by convex point bar erosion and concave channel deposition (CECD), and G2 reaches, characterized by convex point bar deposition and concave channel erosion (CDCE). Both reach types exhibited CECD features during the post-dam period. (2) Flow processes and sediment transport are the factors that caused serious erosion of the low beaches located in the convex point bars. However, changes in the river regime, river boundaries and jacking of Dongting Lake do not act as primary controls on the morphological evolution of the meandering reaches. (3) Flood discharges ranging from 20,000 to 25,000 m3/s result in greater erosion of convex point bars. The point bars become scoured if the durations of these flows, which are close to bankfull discharge, exceed 20 days. In addition, the reduction in bedload causes the decreasing of point bar siltation in the water-falling period. (4) During the post-dam period, flood abatement, the increased duration of discharges ranging from 20,000 to 25,000 m3/s, and a significant reduction in sediment transport are the main factors that caused meandering reaches to show CECD features. Our results are relevant to other meandering reaches, where they can inform estimates of riverbed change, river management strategies and river protection.  相似文献

通过对研究区地层剖面、接触关系、区域地层对比及同位素测年等资料的研究,将发育于大兴安岭地区原满克头鄂博组下部的一套杂色复成分砾岩、含砾粗砂岩夹火山岩组合的地层厘定为上侏罗统土城子组,与燕辽地区之土城子组有较好的可比性.研究区土城子组的发现,一是填补了研究区土城子组的空白;二是通过对该组形成时代的讨论以及与上覆地层的接触关系研究,为该区与燕辽地区中生代地层划分与对比研究提供了依据,同时为兴安岭地区中生代地质演化研究提供参考.  相似文献

通过对大兴安岭地区侏罗系与白垩系之间不整合面的讨论,以地层区域对比及同位素测年数据等信息确定其界线,达到本区侏罗系与白垩系界线的可识别性、客观性和稳定性之目的.同时,对该区主要地层形成的大地构造环境的研究,认为土城子组是碰撞造山后伸展阶段形成的一套陆相红层,也是侏罗纪结束的标准层;而满克头鄂博组、玛尼吐组和白音高老组则是碰撞造山后垮塌阶段形成的火山地层.以大规模火山爆发为特征,本区开始了白垩纪地壳演化阶段.侏罗系与白垩系界线位于土城子组与满克头鄂博组之间,二者界线以区域不整合(假整合)为特征,不整合面形成于碰撞造山后伸展与垮塌的转换时期.  相似文献

巴西马托格罗索州阿尔塔·弗洛雷斯塔(Alta Floresta)地区是亚马孙盆地西南部重要的金成矿省。为了满足中资矿业公司进行矿业投资和开发活动的需求,在实地考察和文献资料搜集的基础上,对该地区金矿地质特征和矿床类型进行了初步总结。该区主要的金矿类型有石英脉型、花岗斑岩型、红土型金矿等,其中石英脉型和红土型金矿为主要的金矿开发类型。区域构造对岩浆作用、金矿化作用和矿床类型等具有重要控制作用。总体来说,该地区具有多次金成矿活动,金成矿类型丰富,可作为中资矿业公司实施"走出去"战略的重要成矿区带。  相似文献

北阿尔金是塔里木克拉通变质基底的主要出露区之一。对该区具有侵入接触关系的正长花岗岩和花岗片麻岩进行了LA-ICP-MS锆石U-Pb定年研究。正长花岗岩中的锆石多呈椭圆状,具有振荡环带结构,部分颗粒中可见老锆石残核,Th/U值较高,亏损轻稀土元素,富集重稀土元素,具有负Eu异常和正Ce异常的特点,表明该组锆石为岩浆成因。定年结果获得1903±13Ma和2506±55Ma两组年龄加权平均值,前者代表岩体的结晶年龄,后者为捕获锆石年龄,结合区域年代学资料,认为正长花岗岩岩浆侵入过程中可能捕获了太古宇米兰群的古老基底锆石。花岗片麻岩中16个测点的锆石~(207)Pb/~(206)Pb年龄集中于1802±28Ma,代表了岩体侵位时代,其余5个测点的锆石~(207)Pb/~(206)Pb年龄为1911~1951Ma,说明岩浆侵位过程中捕获了部分正长花岗岩的物质。区域地质与同位素年代学研究表明,北阿尔金地区广泛存在2.0~1.8Ga的构造-热事件。获得的花岗质岩石的1.9~1.8Ga的年龄结果,直接证实了北阿尔金存在约1.9Ga的岩浆作用,可能为古元古代Columbia超大陆汇聚事件在该地区的响应,为探讨塔里木板块前寒武纪构造-热事件演化历史提供了新资料。古元古代末期约1.8Ga的花岗片麻岩,代表了后造山伸展阶段的岩浆活动。  相似文献

位于湖北省秭归县的范家坪滑坡是长江三峡库区干流上的大型岩质滑坡之一。阐述了高分辨率合成孔径雷达干涉测量技术(InSAR)监测滑坡地表形变的工作方法与技术体系,采用22景3m空间分辨率的TerraSAR-X数据,辅以人工反射体布设和GPS测量,对范家坪滑坡变形进行监测,发现滑坡处在缓慢匀速变形状态,其谭家河滑坡体的形变比木鱼包滑坡体更为强烈,形变最大处的雷达视线向形变速率达到300mm/a。通过综合分析滑坡区2012年大气降雨和长江水位资料,发现年度内范家坪滑坡变形受水位变化和大气降雨影响微弱。  相似文献

论述了构造解析在变质岩专题填图过程中的作用及其意义。主要围绕以下5个方面:(1)构造解析在高级变质岩区地质调查中对重大地质边界的识别作用;(2)通过构造解析区别变质岩区不同岩石和/或构造单元因构造发生的堆叠作用;(3)通过构造解析识别并区分不同岩石单元的构造类型、期次和组合样式;(4)变质岩填图区剖面测制及地层原始厚度恢复需要在构造解析工作基础上进行;(5)变质岩区地质填图工作实际上是构造解析和变质岩石学的有机结合过程。总之,构造解析对变质岩填图区内地质情况的客观表述具有重要的意义。  相似文献
