The nuclear-encoded small subunit ribosomal RNA gene (18S rDNA) of 16 isolates of Chondrus from 8 countries were sequenced. A total of 1796 nucleotides were obtained and aligned with the phylogenetic analysis conducted. The results suggest that the entity from Dalian, China, regarded as C. sp1 is C. pinnulatus. The C. sp2 previously depicted as C. yendoi or Mazzaella japonica may belong to genus Chondrus. So, 4 Chondrus species, i.e. C. ocellatus, C. nipponicus, C. armatus, and C. pinnulatus are distributed in China. However, the entity from Connemara, Ireland, named C. crispus, is not a Chondrus species but that of Mastocarpus stellatus, although it is morphologically similar to C. crispus. Phylogenetic analysis based on complete 18S rDNA sequence data shows that genus Chondrus includes 3 main lineages: the Northern Pacific lineage, containing C. ocellatus, C. yendoi, and C. nipponicus; C. armatus, and C. pinnulatus form the sub-North Pacific lineage; and the Northern Atlantic Ocean lineage, comprising samples of C. crispus from Canada, Portugal, Ireland, Germany and France. The phylogenetic relationships indicate that genus Chondrus might have a North Pacific ancestral origin, radiated to North Atlantic area, and then formed the species C. crispus.  相似文献

We are concerned with the shape of overturns due to irreversible effects of turbulent mixing through internal wave breaking in the ocean. Vertical (z) overturn displacements (d) are computed from ship-borne SeaBird-911 CTD-data using the well-established method of reordering unstable portions in vertical density profiles. When displayed as a function of z, the displacements d(z) reveal a characteristic zigzag shape. Here, we primarily investigate the particular slope (z/d) of this zigzag signature after assigning the displacements to the end-point depths. Using model-overturns we show that this slope equals ½ for a solid-body-rotation, while a more sophisticated Rankine-vortex overturn-model, here employed in the vertical, has slopes slightly >½ in the interior and >1 along the sides. In the case of a near-homogeneous layer, displacement-points fill a parallelogram with side-edges having a slope of 1. The models are used to interpret overturn shapes in NE-Atlantic-Ocean-data from moderately deep, turbulent waters above Rockall Bank (off Ireland) and from deep, weakly stratified waters above Mount Josephine (off Portugal). These are compared with salinity-compensated intrusion data in Mediterranean-outflow-waters in the Canary Basin. Dynamically, most overturns are found to resemble the half-turn Rankine-vortex model and very few a, small-only, solid-body-rotation. Additionally, the usefulness and uselessness of upcast-CTD-data are discussed for overturn characterization.  相似文献

利用广西2009至2012年降雹样本资料和新一代天气雷达回波顶高(ET)产品,对广西冰雹云回波顶高变化特征进行统计分析,结果显示广西冰雹云的ET整体呈现明显的阶段性变化特征,降雹时间和ET值达到最大值时间基本一致。冰雹云量化识别指标分别为:2月份回波顶高≥8km且回波顶高与0℃层高度差36.1km;3-4月份回波顶高≥10km且回波顶高与0℃层高度差≥6.1km;5月份回波顶高≥13且回波顶高与0℃层高度差38.1km。降雹直径与冰雹云ET值和特征层高度差值成正相关关系,可作为估计降雹直径的一个重要参考依据。  相似文献

对比分析传统的二值图像边界跟踪算法,并在此基础上提出一种只根据邻近两个栅格的图像状态控制轮廓走向的新算法。实验结果表明,新算法搜索次数少,轮廓识别准确,且很好地解决了岛洞问题,最后在应用中验证了算法的有效性。  相似文献

The complexity of building models directly affects the application efficiencies of 3D urban maps. To address the challenges of building models with various structures, we propose a structural simplification method in this paper. The geometric structures of building models are classified into three categories: embedded structures, compositional structures, and connecting structures, which can be extracted separately through convex/concave analysis. Some specific rules are proposed for the simplification of geometric structures, and the building models are suggested to be simplified progressively. The robustness and efficiency of the method are demonstrated by experiments, and the applications of the Levels of detail of the building models are illustrated.  相似文献

The capability of human-computer interaction reflects the intelligent degree of mobile navigation system. The navigation data and functions of mobile navigation system are divided into system commands and non-system commands in this paper. And then a group of speech commands are abstracted. This paper applies speech recognition technology to intelligent mobile navigation system to process speech commands and does some deep research on the integration of speech recognition technology with mobile navigation system. The navigation operation can be performed by speech commands, which makes human-computer interaction easy during navigation. Speech command interface of navigation system is implemented by Dutty ++ Software, which is based on speech recognition system-Via Voice of IBM. Through navigation experiments, navigation can be done almost without keyboard, which proved that human-computer interaction is very convenient by speech commands and the reliability is also higher.  相似文献
