本研究于2021年2月在金门岛红树林湿地设置2个断面4个采样站位进行沉积物样品采集,对小型底栖动物的类群组成,海洋线虫群落的优势属、优势种和摄食类型等方面进行研究。结果表明:共鉴定出10个小型底栖动物类群,包括海洋线虫、桡足类、寡毛类、多毛类、涡虫、有孔虫、腹足类、涟虫、双壳类和缓步类;其中海洋线虫为最优势类群,占小型底栖动物总数的93.93%。共鉴定出海洋线虫51种或分类实体,隶属于4目15科31属。建功屿断面JH站位鉴定出11属16种,其优势属(数量百分比≥5%)为Ptycholaimellus、Viscosia、Daptonema、Dorylaimopsis、Parasphaerolaimus、Anoplostoma,优势种为Ptycholaimellus sp.1、Viscosia sp.1、Daptonema ungula、Dorylaimopsis sp.1、Anoplostoma papaviviparum; JM站位鉴定出23属35种,其优势属为Metachromadora、Daptonema、Viscosia、Ptycholaimellus、Dorylaimopsis,优势种为Metachromadora sp.1、Viscosia sp.1、Dorylaimopsis sp.1、Daptonema baihaijiaoensis、Ptycholaimellus ocellatus; JL站位鉴定出18属30种,其优势属为Daptonema、Dorylaimopsis,优势种为Daptonema quattuor、Daptonema setihyalocella、Viscosia sp.1、Daptonema baihaijiaoensis、Ptycholaimellussp.1、Spilophorella candida。古宁头断面GH站位鉴定出21属35种,其优势属为Daptonema、Parasphaerolaimus、Ptycholaimellus、Viscosia、Ptycholaimellus,优势种为Daptonema aquattuor、Daptonema setihyalocella、Viscosia sp.1、Daptonema baihaijiaoensis、Ptycholaimellus sp.1、Spilophorella candida。从群落结构来言,4个采样站位仅Daptonema为共有优势属,其他无共有优势种。从摄食类型来看,除建功屿断面中潮位的海洋线虫群落以2A型为主以外,在其他3个采样站位均以1B型为优势,故本研究海洋线虫以非选择性沉积食性者为主。  相似文献

本研究利用非结构网格有限体积海洋模型FVCOM(Finite-Volume Coastal Ocean Model)、MDO(Mellor-Donelan-Oey)波浪模型以及可分层的植被波耗散参数化方案,通过对比有无红树林工况评估红树林的波浪衰减能力,研究了不同形态的红树林在高水位与低水位情况下的消波能力,分析了植株密度对红树林消波能力的影响。结果表明,红树林的消波系数与林带宽度呈非线性正相关,与水深的关系则与红树结构有关。以白骨壤(Avicennia marina)为代表的A型植株形态在低水位下的消波系数极大值为67.9%,高水位下则能够达到94.4%;以红海榄(Rhizophora stylosa)为代表的B型植株形态的消波系数在低水位和高水位的极大值分别为90.6%、89.4%;以角果木(Ceriops tagal)为代表的C型植株形态的消波能力在高低水位区别不大。植株密度的增加能提高红树林消波系数上限,还能使得红树林消波系数对林带宽度的变化更为敏感,减小达到消波系数极大值所需要的林带宽度。在保护现有的红树林生态系统或建立新的红树林综合减灾防护系统时,应注意不同植株结构红树林的...  相似文献

Whereas diel fish migration between mangrove and seagrass habitats has been recognized for decades, quantitative studies have focused mainly on diurnal patterns of fish distribution and abundance. In general, previous studies have shown that fish abundances decline with increasing distance from mangroves; however, evidence for such a pattern at night, when many fishes are actively feeding, is scarce. The present study is the first to report nocturnal fish abundances along a continuous distance gradient from mangroves across adjacent seagrass habitat (0–120 m). Here, we used nocturnal seine sampling to test the null hypothesis (based on diurnal studies and limited nocturnal work) that fish abundance would decrease with increasing distance from shoreline. We focused on species and life‐stage‐specific abundance patterns of Lutjanus griseus, Sphyraena barracuda, Archosargus rhomboidalis, and Haemulon sciurus. Results indicated that assemblage composition and structure differed significantly by season, likely influenced by temperature. However, within each season, the fish habitat use pattern at both the assemblage and species‐specific level generally failed to support our working null hypothesis. Species‐specific analyses revealed that, for most species and life‐stages examined, nocturnal abundance either did not change with distance or increased with distance from the mangrove‐seagrass ecotone. Our results suggest that analyses where taxa are grouped to report overall patterns may have the potential to overlook significant species‐ and stage‐specific variation. For fishes known to make nocturnal migrations, we recommend nocturnal sampling to determine habitat utilization patterns, especially when inferring nursery value of multiple habitats or when estimating fish production.  相似文献

This study shows results on litterfall dynamics and decay in mangrove stands of Avicennia germinans distributed along a latitudinal gradient (three forest sites) in the Gulf of California, in order to assess whether internal sources could support the observed mangrove ecosystem organic deficit in this arid tropic. Total mean annual litterfall production increased southward (712.6 ± 53.3, 1501.3 ± 145.1 and 1506.2 ± 280.5 g DW m−2 y−1, in the Yaqui, Mayo and Fuerte areas respectively), leaves being the main component of litter in all locations during the entire year, followed by fruits. The wet season (June–September) showed the highest litterfall rates through fruits. The temporal trend of litterfall production was significantly explained through mean air temperature (R2 = 68%) whilst total annual litter production in the entire region showed a statistically significant relationship with total soil phosphorus, salinity, total nitrogen, organic matter and tree height (R2 = 0.67). Throughout 117 days of the decomposition experiment, the litter lost 50% of its original dry weight in 5.8 days (average decay rate of 0.032 ± 0.04 g DW d−1) and there were not significant differences in the remaining mass after 6 days. The percentage of both C and P released from the litter correlated significantly with the ratio of tidal inundated days to total experiment days (R2 = 0.62, p = 0.03 and R2 = 0.67, p = 0.02, respectively); however, the frequency of tidal inundation only showed a significant increase in C release from Avicennia litter after 6 and above 48 days of decomposition. Whereas the total C content of litter bags decreased linearly over the decomposition to (% Total C = 5.52 − 0.46 days, R2 = 0.81, p = 0.0005), N content displayed an irregular pattern with a significant increase of decay between 48 and 76 days from the beginning of the experiment. The pattern for relative P content of litter revealed reductions of up to 99% of the original (%tot-P = −9.77 to 1.004 days, R2 = 0.72, p = 0.01) although most of the P reduction occurred between 17 and 34 days after the experiment started. Soil N and P contents, which exhibited significant differences in the course of the decomposition experiment, appeared to show significant differences between sampling sites, although they were not related to tidal influence, nor by leaf and nutrient leaching. In a global basis, C/N litter ratios decreased linearly (C/N = 32.86 − 0.1006 days, R2 = 0.62, p = 0.02), showing a strong and significant correlation with meteorological variables (R2 = 0.99, p = 0.01). C/P ratios of litter increased through an exponential function (C/P = 119.35e0.04day, R2 = 0.89, p < 0.001). Changes in the remaining percentage of litter mass during the experiment were significantly correlated with soil C/N ratio (R2 = 0.56, p = 0.03) as well as with the soil C/P ratio (R2 = 0.98, p < 0.001). Our results of litter decomposition dynamics in this mangrove support the fact of null net primary productivity of the arid mangrove wetlands: fast litter decomposition compensates the ecosystem organic deficit in order to sustain the mangrove productivity. Terebralia palustris is a common mud-whelk present at a particularly high density in all Indo-West Pacific mangroves. Young snails feed on nothing but mud while larger specimens are able to feed on fallen leaves too. In Kenya (Mida Creek) under the canopy, competition for mangrove leaves can be very high due to the high density of Sesarmidae crabs. On open exposed muddy platforms, no Sesarmidae occur but the leaf density is very low because the leaves are only randomly present as they are deposited and removed twice a day by the tide. However, the snail density is always very high, raising the question as to whether the snails use a special searching strategy to optimize their resource finding rather than a purely random movement. By analyzing the snails' movements on a uniform area at different levels and comparing them with simulated random paths, we could show that the snails' movements are not purely random. The distribution of different size classes of T. palustris in Mida Creek was known to be quite odd: the same simulation approach suggests that the zonation asymmetry could reasonably be due to the stochastic recruitment of juveniles in space and time and maintained by a substantial long-lasting spatial inertia.  相似文献

近年来红树林群落中物种结构简单、功能退化等环境问题日趋严重,为了及时准确掌握红树林群落的物种空间格局与分布,本文首先基于深圳福田红树林自然保护区无人机高光谱影像,利用归一化差值植被指数和归一化潮间红树林指数提取植被区域;然后在植被区域根据最佳指数法选取信息量大、波段相关性小的波段组合,分别采用基于像素支持向量机分类方法和面向对象影像分类方法对红树林物种进行分类。试验结果表明,基于像素支持向量机分类方法的总体精度为81.03%;利用面向对象影像分类方法的总体精度为85.58%。面向对象影像分类方法能有效去除椒盐噪声,充分利用对象光谱、形状及纹理信息,提供更准确的红树林分布信息。  相似文献

本研究分析了九龙江口红树植物秋茄(Kandelia obovata)和桐花树(Aegiceras corniculatum),以及盐沼植物互花米草(Spartina alterniflora)和短叶茳芏(Cyperus malaccensis)不同状态(成熟、衰老和腐烂)叶片中脂肪酸组成及相对含量。结果共检测出20种脂肪酸,其中9种存在于所有样品中。样品中含量最高的饱和脂肪酸均为棕榈酸C16:0 (21.76%~39.55%),其次是硬脂酸C18:0 (4.98%~29.88%);不饱和脂肪酸主要有油酸C18:1n9 (2.04%~12.90%)、亚油酸C18:2n6 (8.25%~24.69%)和C20:1n9 (1.64%~40.45%)。红树植物和盐沼样品中的脂肪酸组成存在差异,C30:0为红树植物的特征脂肪酸。在植物衰老和腐烂的样品中的脂肪酸组成与新鲜成熟样品存在差异,C20:1n9在衰老的样品中出现明显的下降,而相比红树植物两种盐沼植物的C20:1n9含量则下降更快。研究结果表明,总体上湿地植物在衰老和腐烂后不饱和脂肪酸占脂肪酸的比例明显下降,而必需脂肪酸C18:2n6的水平则未出现升高。  相似文献

In order to improve the understanding of structural and reactive features of sediment organic matter from mangrove swamp as well as evaluate the relationship between such features and the impact from different sources (marine and terrestrial), humic and fulvic acids were isolated from two mangrove swamp sediments located in the Qinglan harbors on Hainan Island, China. One is a forest surface sediment site (WWM2), and the other is an estuary subaqueous sediment site (BMW). The humic and fulvic acids were characterized and compared using chemical and spectroscopic methods, including elemental analysis, thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), Fourier Transformed Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR), 13C nuclear magnetic resonance (13C NMR) and potentiometric titrations. The results indicated that there were less aliphatic compounds but more aromatic compounds and oxygen-containing functional groups in fulvic acids. Humic acids contained more long-chain hydrocarbons and nitrogen compounds. Comparison of the C/N ratios and δ13C values for the humic substances at both sites indicated a larger marine and/or microbial contribution to the BMW site. Humic substances at the WWM2 site have more acidic functional groups than those of the BMW site. Compared to the literature, more phenolic groups existed in the samples of both sites, which may be due to the autochthonous contribution of mangrove plants.  相似文献

以海南东寨港、三亚河和青梅港红树林保护区为研究对象,构建出红树林健康指数(EI)评价指标体系和方法,并确定了评价标准和评价等级,对海南红树林群落进行了健康状况评价.结果表明,2009年,东寨港、三亚河和青梅港保护区的红树林群落健康指数分别是0.8640,0.4798和0.5791,分别处于Ⅰ级(健康)、Ⅲ级(亚健康)和Ⅱ级(中等健康状态).结果说明东寨港红树林群落结构和功能稳定,生态演替序列完整,对环境压力响应良好.三亚河和青梅港红树林处于城市中心区和旅游开发区,受外界干扰影响大,退化明显,红树林的保护和恢复受到不同程度的限制.  相似文献

于2008年在海南典型红树林湿地东寨港、三亚湾和亚龙湾采集沉积物样品,使用原子吸收分光光度法(SOLAAR M6)分析沉积物中Cu、Pb、Zn、Cd和Cr的含量,原子荧光光度法(AFS-8130)分析Hg和As的含量.表层沉积物中Cu、Pb、Zn、Cd、Cr、Hg和As的平均含量分别为14.8±9.2、24.1±9.2、57.9±36.5、0.17±0.10、29.6±20.4、0.08±0.04和9.7±4.4μg·g-1干重(DW),目标化合物(除Cd外)的含量均具有东寨港高、三亚湾次之而亚龙湾低的特点,Cd的含量各区域相近.与国内外其他典型红树林沉积物中重金属的含量相比,本研究区域沉积物重金属含量处于中偏低的水平,这与海南目前开发程度较低、人类活动影响较小相一致.柱状沉积物中Cu、Pb、Zn、Cd、Cr和Hg含量的剖面分布均具有表层稍低、中上层较高和底层相对低的特征,而As的含量呈现表层较高、中上层低和底层相对高的特点.潜在风险分析显示,本研究区域沉积物中重金属(As除外)目前污染较轻,对生态环境影响较小.  相似文献
