氨对长对虾各期幼体的毒性试验表明:蚤状幼体对氨最每天敏感,而仔虾幼体对氨的耐受性最强,在盐度32,PH8.20,水温29.0℃时,无节幼体Ⅱ期,蚤状幼体Ⅰ期,仔虾第五天24h的LC50值分别为13.20(1.15)、9.97(0.87)、26.99(2.35)和60.81mg/dm^3ΣNH^+4(NH3)-N^1(5.30gm/dm^3NH3-N).Z1,M1,P5的48h的LC50值分别为5.  相似文献

汞对三角褐指藻一次培养毒性实验表明,当无机汞(HgCl_2)浓度为5μg/dm~3时能抑制细胞分裂,汞浓度达到80μg/dm~3,则细胞完全停止分裂。甲基汞浓度为1μg/dm~3时能抑制细胞分裂,浓度为25μg/dm~3时,则完全抑制细胞分裂。有机络合剂对无机汞有解毒作用,这表明汞的毒性与汞在溶液中形态有关。根据实验结果,分析讨论了汞对三角褐指藻的毒性机理。无机汞和甲基汞对细胞毒性的差别,可能与它们同细胞膜的结合及传输方式不同所致。  相似文献

在实验室条件下研究了多环芳烃荧蒽和铜对三角褐指藻的单一和联合毒性。结果表明:在本实验所测试的浓度范围内,荧蒽(0~0.315μg/mL)和铜(0~1.262μg/mL)分别对该藻的生长产生了一定的影响,且都呈现较好的剂量-效应关系;其中当荧蒽浓度升高至0.079μg/mL或铜离子浓度升至0.317μg/mL时,开始明显抑制藻种群的增殖。经回归分析求得荧蒽和铜对三角褐指藻的72hEC50分别为(0.103±0.009)μg/mL和(0.531±0.037)μg/mL。在联合毒性实验中,定义0.5×EC50(荧蒽) 0.5×EC50(铜)=1个毒性单位(TU)。荧蒽和铜混合后,对三角褐指藻的72hEC50为(1.093±0.085)TU,其联合毒性效应方式表现为拮抗作用。  相似文献

甲基汞(MeHg)对鱼类多种生命过程存在极强的毒性作用,但有关其对海水鱼类免疫功能的毒性作用研究较少。本文利用实验毒理学方法研究了MeHg(暴露浓度0.0, 0.1, 1.0, 10.0, 20.0μg/L;暴露时间30天)在褐牙鲆(Paralichthys olivaceus)幼鱼组织(鳃、肝脏和脾脏)中的蓄积特征及其对幼鱼的四种免疫功能生物指示物(溶菌酶LZM、酸性磷酸酶ACP、碱性磷酸酶AKP和免疫球蛋白MIgM)和生长的毒性作用。结果表明,幼鱼体内MeHg蓄积量具有显著的浓度依赖性和组织特异性,各组织对MeHg的蓄积能力总体上呈现肝脏鳃脾脏的趋势;四种免疫功能生物指示物(活性或含量)对不同MeHg浓度暴露的响应方式各异,且具有显著的组织特异性; MeHg达到一定暴露浓度后显著抑制幼鱼的生长。总体而言,MeHg在褐牙鲆幼鱼体内蓄积,对其产生免疫毒性,并抑制幼鱼的生长。此外,ACP、AKP和LZM等免疫性指标能较好的反映对MeHg暴露的浓度依赖关系和组织特异性,可作为海水环境中MeHg污染风险评估和生物毒性分析的潜在生物指示物。  相似文献

As the most widely used plasticizers in the world, phthalate esters (PAEs) are potential endocrine disruption compounds (EDCs). In the present study, the toxicity of dimethyl phthalate (DMP),diethyl phthalate (DEP), dibutyl phthalate (DBP), di (2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP) on embryogenesis and larvae development of the marine univalve Haliotis diversicolor supertexta was examined in laboratory. The results show that the malformation of embryos appeared during the experiment, such as embryos died or lysed, small transparent flocculent rings studded on the periphery of the embryo, and the larvae could failed to hatch. In embryo toxic test, embryos incubated at the highest concentration of DMP,DEP and DBP solutions showed significantly high abnormal rate compared with the control, while DEHP solutions displayed no significant difference. In larval toxic test, in all concentrations of DMP, DEP and DBP solutions, larval settlement rates were low significantly than that of the control. Similarly, DEHP solutions show nearly no effect on the larval settlement. The order of toxicity on embryos and larvae is DBP>DEP>DMP>DEHP. Being a simple and easy stimulation to indoor spawn, sensitive to environmental factors, and short culture time, the embryos of 1-1. diversicolor supertexta can be used to indicate toxicity of the PAEs.  相似文献

用苯酚和十二烷基苯磺酸钠对奥尼罗非鱼进行急性毒性实验,以评价其在水环境中对奥尼罗非鱼的影响。研究表明:苯酚对奥尼罗非鱼的24、48、96 h的LC50分别为40.33、34.23、28.07 mg/L,十二烷基苯磺酸钠分别为10.06、9.14、8.48 mg/L;苯酚对奥尼罗非鱼SC及最大容许浓度MPC分别为2.807、0.281 mg/L,十二烷基苯磺酸钠对奥尼罗非鱼SC为0.848 mg/L,最大容许浓度MPC为0.085 mg/L。  相似文献

为探讨渤海沉积物中重金属的生物毒性,采集了渤海湾和莱州湾共72个站点的表层沉积物,测定了酸可挥发性硫化物(AVS)、同步萃取金属(SEM)、有机碳(TOC)等参数,应用平衡分配模型(EqP Model)评价了沉积物中重金属的潜在生物毒性。研究显示,有8个站点超过了EqP Model的毒性阈值,显示潜在生物毒性,而61%的站点应无生物毒性。本研究同时测定了沉积物的总含量,应用几种常用的沉积物质量基准进行了评价虽然有部分站点的Cu、Ni、Cr超过了基准值,但与渤海的背景值比较,这些基准值可能并不适用于评价渤海沉积物。研究显示,EqP Model可以更有效的评价沉积物中重金属的活性和生物毒性,尤其针对我国近岸海域的沉积物,TOC和AVS含量偏低而重金属生物毒性偏高的情况可能普遍存在,更应积极考虑应用EqP Model进行重金属生物毒性的评价。  相似文献

The toxicity of seven major HAB (harmful algal bloom) species/strains, Prorocentrum donghaiense, Phaeocystis globosa, Prorocentrum micans, Alexandrium tamarense (AT-6, non-PSP producer), Alexandrium lusitanicum, Alexandrum tamarense (ATHK) and Heterosigma akashiwo were studied against rotifer Brachionus plicatilis under laboratory conditions. The results show that P. donghaiense, P. globosa, P. micans, A. tamarense (AT-6), or A. lusitanicum could maintain the individual survival and reproduction, as well as the population increase of the rotifer, but the individual reproduction would decrease when exposed to these five algae at higher densities for nine days; H. akashiwo could decrease the individual survival and reproduction, as well as population increase of the rotifer, which is similar to that of the starvation group, indicating that starvation might be its one lethal factor except for the algal toxins; A. tamarense (ATHK) has strong lethal effect on the rotifer with 48h LC50 at 800 cells/mL. The experiment on ingestion ability indicated by gut pigment change shows that P. donghaiense, P. globosa, P. micans, A. tamarense (AT-6) and A. lusitanicum can be taken by the rotifers as food, but A. tamarense (ATHK) or H. akashiwo can be ingested by the rotifers. The results indicate that all the indexes of individual survival and reproduction, population increase, gut pigment change of the rotifers are good and convenient to be used to reflect the toxicities of HAB species. Therefore, rotifer is suggested as one of the toxicity testing organisms in detecting the toxicity of harmful algae. The growth of Chlorella marine, Nannochloris oculate, Pyramimonaos sp., Platymonas subcordiformis and Phaeodactylum tricornutum exposed to chlorobenzene, 1,2-dichlorobenzene, 1,2,3,4-tetrachlorobenzene and pentachlorobenzene was tested. The Boltzman equation was used to describe organism growth. The time course for uptake of hydrophobic organic chemicals (HOCs) by aquatic organisms was expressed by incorporating growth and, if desired, the effect of metabolism into the HOC bioconcentration process. The probability of any given concentration of HOCs in the organisms causing a specified toxic endpoint was expressed with a modified Weibull distribution function. The combined bioconcentration and probability equations were tested with data for time course of incubation of algae exposed to chlorinated benzenes (CBs). A set of parameters, including the uptake rate constant k 1, the elimination rate constant k 2 and thereafter the bioconcentration factor on a dry weight basis, BCF D, the critical HOC concentration in the organism resulting in a specified toxic endpoint, C A * , and the spread factor, S, could be obtained by fitting only experimental data for percent growth inhibition(%)-time-CB exposure concentration. The average coefficients of variation within CBs were 15.2% for BCF D, 21.0% for k 1, 18.3% for k 2, 8.1% for C A * and 9.7% for S. The variability in toxicity (such as EC10, EC50, EC90) derived from the model equations agreed well with those experimentally observed.  相似文献

A dynamic scheme for water movements over a flood in a small watershed was proposed in a previous paper [Ben Othman, D., Luck, J.M., Tournoud, M.G., 1997. Geochemistry and water dynamics: application to short-time scale flood phenomena in a small Mediterranean catchment: I. Alkalis, alkali-earths and Sr isotopes. Chem. Geol. [140] 9–28] based on major, alkali–alkali earth trace elements and Sr isotopes. In the present paper, metal contents and Pb isotope data are reported for the same samples, and compared to natural and anthropogenic local sources analysed for this purpose. Water treatment plants have stable but show relatively large variations, presumably related to yet unidentified (industrial?) Pb sources. Some Cu–Zn-rich chemicals used extensively on vineyards have unradiogenic around 17.7. Local rains sampled over two years show roughly similar low values. Pb from rocks is variable and more radiogenic ( ≈18.8–22.8). Except for the first hours, trace element concentrations in the dissolved load are similar to or slightly higher than those observed over the year, and similar to other moderately anthropogenic areas [Shiller, A.M., Boyle, E.A., 1987. Variability of dissolved trace metals in the Mississippi river. Geochim. Cosmochim. Acta [51] 3273–3277] for [Pb] (0.05–0.45 nM), [Zn] (10–75 nM) and [Cd] (0.03–0.18 nM). Dissolved [U] and [Co] show simple variations correlated to carbonate, related to local natural sources. Most trace elements in the particulate load are strongly correlated. Lead isotopes in the dissolved and particulate loads show ranges over the flood, again similar to those observed over the year ( ≈17.9–18.3), implying the same sources. The very good alignments observed in and vs. diagrams, especially for the particulate, are interpreted as mixing phenomena. Generally Pb isotopic signature of the dissolved load is less radiogenic than the particulate, indicating differences in sources or proportions and absence of isotopic equilibration with respect to the time of transfer. Pb isotopes shift regularly with time away from the road runoff endmember towards more radiogenic values. The strong negative correlation between Pb isotopes in the particulate load and Sr isotopes in the dissolved load, observed for the first time in a small watershed, probably reflects the local coupling between mechanical and chemical erosion, respectively.  相似文献
