地层沉积、地震剖面与露头资料并结合平衡剖面的研究,表明库车三叠纪盆地属于前陆盆地,侏罗纪与早白垩世盆地属于造山期后超大型盆地中克拉通边缘凹陷型盆地,它们具有不同的北部边界和沉降特征。三叠纪盆地的北部边界位于现今盆地北部边界以北6~21km的位置,而沉降中心则位于现今南天山山前及山下的中-西段;侏罗纪盆地的北部边界位于三叠纪盆地之北,沉降中心则位于现今南天山山前及山下;早白垩世盆地的北部边界位于侏罗纪盆地之南,东段则已到达了现今边界以南的位置,而沉降中心已接近拜城北部。基于上述,建议在分析油气成藏时首先应进行三叠纪与侏罗纪烃源岩的分布研究。  相似文献

 This integrated study of the sedimentology, magnetostratigraphic chronology and petrography of the mostly continental clastics of the Oligocene to Miocene Swiss Molasse Basin underpins a reconstruction of facies architecture and delineates relationships between the depositional evolution of a foreland-basin margin and exhumation phases and orogenic events in the adjacent orogen. A biostratigraphically based high-resolution magnetostratigraphy provides a detailed temporal framework and covers nearly the whole stratigraphic record of the Molasse Basin (31.5–13 Ma). Three transverse alluvial fan systems evolved at the southern basin margin. They are characterized by distinct petrographic compositions and document the exhumation and denudation history of the growing eastern Swiss Alps. Enhanced northward propagation of the orogenic wedge is interpreted to have occurred between 31.5 and 26 Ma. During the period 24–19 Ma, intense in-sequence and out-of-sequence thrusting took place as Molasse strata were accreted to the orogenic wedge. A third active tectonic phase, possibly caused by backthrusting of the Plateau Molasse, probably occurred between ca. 15 and 13 Ma. Fan head migration between 31.5 and 13 Ma is probably controlled by the structural evolution of the thrust front due to Molasse accretion and backthrusting. 最近发现的蛇绿岩指示中、越交界区发育一条古特提斯的地缝合线,分开了越北地块和华南次大陆。滇桂交界处的印支期前陆褶皱冲断带为古特提斯造山带提供了进一步的证据。本文讨论了冲断-推覆构造的特征,提出该地的古特提斯洋具复杂的大陆边缘,沿北西走向段先发生碰撞,之后沿北东东向段发生碰撞,北西向断裂则发生右行的走滑(或右行斜冲)活动。冲断作用是向北或北东扩展的,仰冲的增生杂岩可能掩埋了大部分磨拉石沉积,造成了磨拉石不发育的假象。  相似文献

 以浙西北为例,基于上二叠统长兴组(P2c)和大隆组(P2d)以及下三叠统政棠组(T1z)深水浊积岩的发现,初步认为该区古生代至早三叠世具被动大陆边缘沉积楔特征。综合大地构造分析进一步表明研究区构造样式总体上以向北西逆冲的冲褶席(duplex)为特征,构造变形强度和密度自南东向北西呈递减趋势。自南东向北西具明显的分带性。该区大地构造相主要为前陆褶皱冲断带相,而上三叠统乌灶组(T3w)为前陆磨拉石盆地相,二者可能是该区始于早中生代(T1—T3)造山作用的响应。大地构造相分析不仅较为圆满地解释了研究区的众多地质现象,为造山带模式提供新的制约,而且能为研究区提出新的战略目标。  相似文献

Many studies of foreland basins have recognized a hierarchical organization in the stacking of sequences deposited by axial‐deltaic and alluvial fan systems. The hierarchy is often explained in terms of the competing control of eustasy and pulsed tectonic subsidence and the different frequencies at which these processes operate. Unravelling the relative contributions of tectonic and eustatic controls on the sequence stacking pattern is a fundamental question in foreland basin analysis, yet this is difficult because of the lack of independent stratigraphic evidence. In this study, a three‐dimensional numerical model is presented, which aids in the interpretation of alluvial successions in foreland basins filled by transverse and axial depositional systems, under conditions of variable tectonism and eustatic sea‐level change. The tectono‐sedimentary model is capable of simulating the hierarchical stratigraphic response to both eustatic and tectonic forcing, and is of higher resolution than previous models of foreland basin filling. Numerical results indicate that the onset of tectonic activity is reflected by rapid retrogradation of both depositional systems and by widespread flooding and onlap of carbonate sediments. Syntectonic fluvial patterns on the axial‐deltaic plain are dominated by bifurcating channels, swiftly relocating in response to the general rise in relative sea level induced by flexural subsidence. The resulting surface morphology of the axial delta is convex upwards. Syntectonic eustatic sea‐level fluctuations result in parasequence‐scale packages of retrograding and prograding fan and delta sediments bounded by minor flooding surfaces and type 2 sequence boundaries. Incised channels are rare within the syntectonic parasequences and are formed only during phases of tectonic quiescence when eustatic falls are no longer compensated by the subsidence component in the rise in relative sea level. Suites of amalgamating, axial channels corresponding to multiple eustatic falls delineate the resulting type 1 unconformities. Coarse‐grained, incised‐channel fills are found in the zone between the alluvial fan fringes and the convex‐upward body of the axial delta, as the axial streams tend to migrate towards this zone of maximum accommodation.  相似文献

西昆仑东南甜水海地区表现为由东北往西南以麻扎-康西瓦冲断系、泉水沟冲断系、甜水海冲断系和南南西边缘盲冲断系而限定数个招皱-逆冲构造带或者褶皱构造带的构造格局构造变形样式总体上以向南逆冲的褶席和逆冲叠瓦扇为特征,以由东北往西南构造变形样式依次出现复式背形堆垛和叠瓦扇组合,到侏罗山式语皱构造带的变化其中用皱样式依次出现大型紧闭平卧卜倒转招皱、中尺度尖棱招皱和具圆筒状转折端的开阔格皱,而断层变化则由断层面产状几乎水平的多重复杂冲精席系到缓倾的顶板冲断层-底板冲断层组合样式到叠瓦扇冲断层.大地构造相分析表明研究区构造变形强度自北东向南西呈递减趋势,与库地一麻扎一带的增生楔杂岩可能组成了复杂的增生楔造山作用的增生楔和前陆招皱冲断带的复杂组合因此,研究区的构造格局并非简单的“塔什库尔干一甜水海地体”,而是复杂的增生弧造山带.  相似文献

前陆及前陆盆地的概念历来有多种定义,这些概念应用于中国中西部时有混乱,建议采用“复活前陆盆地”一词。前陆盆地内部结构单元包括活动翼、前渊(或称深坳陷)、稳定前陆斜坡和前隆,这四部分有成因联系,研究中应纳入一个前陆系统进行分析。以国外和中国中西部的多个盆地实例阐述了正确认识和鉴定前陆盆地的内部结构、前渊迁移、空间上沉积楔形态及含油气性等重要特征是对前陆盆地含油气评价和选区评价的重要前提。提出当今准噶尔盆地的地质构造格局是一个由活动翼(天山山前)、前渊(昌吉凹陷)和广大稳定前陆斜坡构成的复活前陆盆地。建议应编制两张准噶尔盆地中、新生代构造区划图。提出在盆地的油气勘探中不能唯“源控论”,勘探目标还应放在背斜以外的其它类型圈闭上。  相似文献

晚三叠世北羌塘前陆盆地为处于金沙江缝合带南缘的周缘前陆盆地,其中充填了厚度大于2 500 m的晚三叠世肖茶卡群,自南向北可分出4个沉积相带,显示为北厚南薄的楔形沉积体,具双物源、双古流向以及沉降中心和沉积中心不一致性等特点,以不整合面为界可将其分为2个构造层序,下部构造层序以诺利期复理石建造为特征,上部构造层序以瑞替期磨拉石建造为特征.  相似文献

Recent seismicity in and around the Gargano Promontory, an uplifted portion of the Southern Adriatic Foreland domain, indicates active E–W strike-slip faulting in a region that has also been struck by large historical earthquakes, particularly along the Mattinata Fault. Seismic profiles published in the past two decades show that the pattern of tectonic deformation along the E–W-trending segment of the Gondola Fault Zone, the offshore counterpart of the Mattinata Fault, is strikingly similar to that observed onshore during the Eocene–Pliocene interval. Based on the lack of instrumental seismicity in the south Adriatic offshore, however, and on standard seismic reflection data showing an undisturbed Quaternary succession above the Gondola Fault Zone, this fault zone has been interpreted as essentially inactive since the Pliocene. Nevertheless, many investigators emphasised the genetic relationships and physical continuity between the Mattinata Fault, a positively active tectonic feature, and the Gondola Fault Zone. The seismotectonic potential of the system formed by these two faults has never been investigated in detail. Recent investigations of Quaternary sedimentary successions on the Adriatic shelf, by means of very high-resolution seismic–stratigraphic data, have led to the identification of fold growth and fault propagation in Middle–Upper Pleistocene and Holocene units. The inferred pattern of gentle folding and shallow faulting indicates that sediments deposited during the past ca. 450 ka were recurrently deformed along the E–W branch of the Gondola Fault Zone.We performed a detailed reconstruction and kinematic interpretation of the most recent deformation observed along the Gondola Fault Zone and interpret it in the broader context of the seismotectonic setting of the Southern Apennines-foreland region. We hypothesise that the entire 180 km-long Molise–Gondola Shear Zone is presently active and speculate that also its offshore portion, the Gondola Fault Zone, has a seismogenic behaviour.  相似文献
