浙江章村地区中元古代双溪坞群火山岩是江南造山带的重要组成部分,下部北坞组以中基性至中酸性凝灰岩类为主,中部岩山组以沉凝灰岩类占优势,上部章村组以中酸性至酸性熔结凝灰岩类为特色,形成较完整的中基性-酸性火山岩演化序列。岩石化学和稀土元素、微量元素地球化学均指示其形成于岛弧环境,反映为大陆边缘岛弧挤压背景下同源岩浆连续分异过程中火山作用的产物,自下而上显示了岛弧逐步增大并不断成熟的过程。从所见物质成分分析,它经历了北坞期火山岛弧陆相喷发-岩山期火山间歇弧内盆地沉积-章村期火山岛弧陆相爆溢3个阶段,在经历了持续的火山活动之后,区内之龙门山岛弧处于挤压体制之中并褶皱造山,其起因与Rodinia超大陆发生聚合造山作用有关。  相似文献

云南东川地区昆阳群的形成时代及地层层序一直令人关注,已获得的一些数据虽然具有参考意义,但高质量的SHRIMP 定年还很缺乏。在东川地区昆阳群黑山组中上段发育的近180m厚的具有地层意义的晶屑、岩屑凝灰岩中采集样品D0202一件,选出锆石百余粒,获得SHRIMP U-Pb加权平均年龄为(1503 ± 17 )Ma。样品D0202的锆石Th/U大于0.48,并具清晰的振荡环带结构,均为岩浆成因的锆石,表明黑山组形成于中元古代早期。这一年龄表明昆阳群的形成时代至少大于1500Ma,为准确地标定昆阳群的时代和层序提供了新的参考依据。  相似文献

The Precambrian basement rocks of the Eastern Granite-Rhyolite Province(EGRP)in central Illinois(midcontinent region of North America)exhibit a complex history of early volcanism,granite emplacement,and intrusion of mafic rocks.A comprehensive suite of dedicated petrographic analyses,geophysical logs,and drill core from four basement-penetrating wells,two-dimensional and three-dimensional seismic reflection data,and U-Pb age data from the Illinois Basin–Decatur Project(IBDP)and Illinois Carbon Capture Storage(ICCS)Project site provide new constraints for interpreting the Precambrian basement of the Illinois Basin.These new data reveal the basement to be compositionally and structurally complex,having typical EGRP felsic volcanic rocks intruded by the first reported gabbro in the Precambrian basement in Illinois.Zircons(n?29)from rhyolite give a U-Pb weighted mean average age of 14679 Ma.Zircons(n?3)from a gabbro dike that intrudes the rhyolite yield a concordia age of 107312 Ma,which corresponds to Grenville-age extension and represents the first Grenville-age rock in Illinois and in the EGRP.A high-resolution three-dimensional seismic reflection volume,coincident with the four wells,provides a context for interpreting the petrological data and implies a high degree of heterogeneity for basement rocks at the IBDP–ICCS site,as also shown by the drill cores.The occurrence of Grenville-age gabbro is related to a prominent bowl-like structure observed on local two-dimensional seismic reflection profiles and the three-dimensional volume that is interpreted as a deep-seated mafic sill complex.Furthermore,heterogeneities such as the brecciated EGRP rhyolite and later gabbro intrusion observed in the basement lithology at the IBDP–ICCS may reflect previously unknown distal elements of the 1.1 Ga Midcontinent Rift in the EGRP and more likely Grenville-age extension.  相似文献

在内蒙古阿巴嘎旗南部新发现一处面积约为9.2km2的片麻状正长花岗岩体,采用LA-MC-ICP-MS锆石U-Pb测年法获得该岩体的同位素年龄为1377±10Ma~1385±14Ma,属中元古代。它是继苏尼特左旗南部锡林浩特微地块的中元古代花岗岩发现后又一处中元古代片麻状正长花岗岩体。片麻状正长花岗岩具条纹状-弱片麻状构造,矿物组成为石英(25%~30%)、微斜长石(30%~40%)、条纹长石(15%~20%)、斜长石5%~10%以及少量黑云母(约5%)。其地球化学成分显示高SiO_2(76.05%~78.16%)、高碱(K_2O+Na_2O=6.69%~8.04%)和较高的K_2O/Na_2O比值(1.01~2.48),低TiO_2(0.17%~0.23%)、A1_2O_3(10.99%~11.97%)、MgO(0.08%~0.44%)和CaO(0.15%~0.37%),铝饱和指数A/CNK值均大于1.1,里特曼指数主体小于1.8,属于过铝质和钙质系列;并且它们具有稀土元素总量高,轻稀土富集而重稀土亏损的特征,显示强烈负铕异常(δEu=0.44~0.53)和高的10000Ga/Al比值(均值为4.43)。上述岩相学、地球化学组成均显示A型花岗岩的特点,暗示其形成于伸展环境。片麻状正长花岗岩锆石ε_(Hf)(t)值主体介于+0.5~+4.6,两阶段模式年龄t2DM为1.88~2.10Ga,表明岩浆可能来源于古元古代新增生地壳的部分熔融。阿巴嘎旗与苏尼特左旗中元古代岩体的发现为锡林浩特微地块的存在提供了直接证据。区域对比显示中亚造山带中的阿拉善微地块、中天山微地块、库鲁克塔格微地块和锡林浩特微地块上均具有~1.4Ga岩浆事件产物,可能是全球哥伦比亚超大陆裂解事件(1.5~1.3Ga)的岩浆响应。  相似文献

The Term, Lawn, Wide and Doom Supersequences represent tectonically driven, second‐order sedimentary accommodation sequences in the Isa Superbasin. The four supersequences are stacked to form two major depositional wedges or packages extending south from the Murphy Inlier onto the central Lawn Hill Platform. A major intrabasin structure, the Elizabeth Creek Fault Zone separates the two depositional wedges. The Term and Lawn Supersequences each form a thick, crudely fining‐upward sedimentary succession. The basal part of each supersequence comprises sand‐dominated facies, deposited under lowstand conditions. The overlying transgressive deposits comprise thick successions of carbonaceous, shale‐prone sediment that represents times of increased accommodation. Synsedimentary fault activity along the northwest‐trending Termite Range Fault and major northeast‐trending faults including the Elizabeth Creek Fault Zone resulted in overthickened sections of parts of the Term and Lawn Supersequences in regional depocentres. A regional extensional event occurred during Wide Supersequence time, and resulted in strike‐slip deformation, uplift and tilting of fault blocks and erosion of underlying Lawn sequences. This tectonic event created small, fault‐bounded depocentres, where basal silty turbidites of the Wide Supersequence are locally thickened. Denudation of fault blocks in the hinterland provided increasing coarse clastic sediment‐supply forming thick, sand‐dominated, lowstand deposits of the upper Wide Supersequence. Overall, the Wide Supersequence exhibits a coarsening‐upwards facies trend. Tectonic quiescence resulted in the accumulation of siltstone‐dominated transgressive and highstand turbidite deposits in mid‐Wide time. The base of the Doom Supersequence comprises thick, feldspathic, debris‐flow sandstones signalling a new provenance. Decreasing accommodation is reflected by coarsening‐ and shallowing‐upwards facies trends in late Doom time. Declining accommodation and the end of sedimentation in the Isa Superbasin were most likely initiated by deformation at the start of the Isan Orogeny.  相似文献

Granulite facies tonalitic gneiss, mafic granulite and late metadolerite dykes from Bremer Bay in the Mesoproterozoic Albany Mobile Belt yield palaeomagnetic remanence that were acquired between ca 1.2 Ga and 1.1 Ga. A well‐constrained pole (66.6°N, 303.7°E) fits the ca 1.2 Ga part of the Precambrian Australian apparent polar wander path. This pole is in agreement with the high‐latitude position of Australia at ca 1.2–1.1 Ga shown on some Rodinia reconstructions. More data are required before any significance can be attributed to a second, poorly defined pole (41.8°S, 243.7°E) that falls at some distance from the ca 0.8 Ga part of the Australian apparent polar wander path. Magnetic anisotropy measurements from all samples except late granite dykes indicate northeast‐southwest elongation (i.e. parallel to the local trend of the orogenic belt) and northwest‐southeast contraction. This is in agreement with the orientation of principal strain axes deduced from structures formed during late stages of ductile deformation. The mean magnetic fabric lineation (long axis of the strain ellipsoid) is subparallel to a mineral elongation lineation and the axes of late upright to inclined folds. Short axes of the strain ellipsoid determined from magnetic fabric measurements are in a similar orientation to poles to the axial surfaces of these folds and to the associated cleavage. This mean shortening axis bisects late conjugate ductile shear zones that overprint the folds. This study has shown that structurally complex high‐grade gneisses and intrusive rocks with variable timing relationships may yield meaningful palaeomagnetic results for late stages of metamorphism. Magnetic anisotropy analysis is also seen to be a valuable tool in providing principal strain directions for late ductile deformation.  相似文献

Marine carbonate rocks of the Delhi Supergroup of northwestern India show little deviation in whole‐rock δ 13Ccarb and δ 18Ocarb values, which generally are around 0 and –10‰ respectively. These narrow ranges and almost constant δ 13Ccarb values persist despite close sampling through long sections. The data suggest that the global rate of organic carbon burial was probably constant during deposition of the Delhi Supergroup. The nearly invariant C isotopic profile of the Delhi Supergroup is similar to C isotopic profiles of Mesoproterozoic carbonates older than 1.3 Ga, as reported from different parts of world. Carbonate units on the western margin of the Delhi Supergroup however, have on average moderately positive δ 13C values (from 2 to +4.96‰). These high δ 13C carbonates may represent the Mesoproterozoic–Neoproterozoic transition (from ~1.25 to ~0.85 Ga), a period characterized by high positive δ 13C values globally.  相似文献

The NNW-trending Nova Lacerda tholeiitic dike swarm in Mato Grosso State, Central Brazil, intrudes the Nova Lacerda granite (1.46 Ga) and the Jauru granite-greenstone terrain (ca. 1.79–1.77 Ga). The swarm comprises diabases I and II and amphibolites emplaced at ca. 1.38 Ga. Geochemical data indicate that these are evolved tholeiites characterized by high LILE/HSFE and LREE/HSFE ratios. Isotopic modelling yields positive ?Nd(T) values (+0.86 to?+2.65), whereas values for ?Sr(T) range from positive to negative (+1.96 to -5.56). Crustal contamination did not play a significant petrogenetic role, as indicated by a comparison of isotopic data (Sr–Nd) from both dikes and country rocks, and by the relationship between isotopic and geochemical parameters (SiO2, K2O, Rb/Sr, and La/Yb) of the dikes. We attribute the origin of these tholeiites to fractional crystallization of evolved melts derived from a heterogeneous mantle source. Comparison of the geochemical and isotopic data of the studied swarm and other tholeiitic Mesoproterozoic mafic intrusions of the SW Amazonian Craton – the Serra da Providência, Colorado, and Nova Brasilândia bimodal suites – indicates that parental melts of the Nova Lacerda swarm were derived from the most enriched mantle source. This enrichment was probably caused by the stronger influence of the EMI component on the DMM end-member. These data, coupled with trace element bulk-rock geochemistry of the country rocks, and comparisons with the Colorado Complex of similar age, suggest a continental-margin arc setting for the emplacement of the Nova Lacerda dikes.  相似文献

燕辽裂陷槽中元古代沉积层序中出现多个沉积间断和不整合面。本次研究对其中的5个不整合面进行野外考察,分析其地质特征并进行地层对比,最后判断其性质。大红峪组底部、高于庄组底部和杨庄组底部的不整合面是沉积属性,其中大红峪组底部不整合面是海侵超覆沉积的结果,高于庄组底部和杨庄组底部的不整合面由海平面升降变化所引起;铁岭组顶部和下马岭组顶部不整合面是构造属性,系大规模的抬升运动所造成。  相似文献

全吉地块东端古元古代二长花岗片麻岩中普遍发育变质的基性岩体,它们的形成时代、变质作用时代和对地块基底构造演化的指示意义尚不清楚。应用LA-ICP-MS技术测定其中的一个变基性岩体的锆石U-Pb年龄,获得的10个测点数据显示,锆石受到热事件的强烈改造而发生严重铅丢失,但拟合的不一致线仍给出相关性较好的上交点年龄1712Ma±47Ma和下交点年龄472Ma±29Ma,MSWD=1.4。这表明,变质基性岩的原岩形成于中元古代早期,是全吉地块在古元古代末期汇入Columbia超大陆之后于中元古代早期初始裂解而侵位的基性岩体。这些基性岩体在早古生代卷入了柴北缘碰撞带而发生角闪岩相变质作用,并受到构造肢解。  相似文献
