The existence of empty envelope excursions (EEE) brings error to the envelope approach of wave group statistics, which identifies wave group by envelope upcrossing of a critical level. A group number correction scheme is suggested in this paper to exclude EEE from wave group statistics. To this end, the Ditlevson and Lindgren [J. Sound Vib. 122 (1988) 571] theory about the fraction of empty excursion envelopes (FEEE) is examined to see if it fits for ocean waves. The sea waves are simulated with Monte Carlo method and with P-M and JONSWAP spectrums. The values of FEEE of the simulated waves are investigated and compared with the theory of Ditlevson and Lindgren. The comparison shows that, at the second-order approximation, theoretical predictions of FEEE are close to those derived from simulations. This approximate analytical expression of FEEE is then employed to form a group number correction scheme. Comparisons between numerical and theoretical results of wave group properties show that this correction scheme is quite effective.  相似文献

高压下尾矿材料的强度特性是高尾矿坝稳定性分析的基础。理论推导了幂函数型摩尔(Mohr)强度通式 须满足的条件为 , , ;基于高压三轴试验研究了尾矿材料的强度特征,研究表明:幂函数型摩尔强度包络线能较好地反应尾矿材料在高压下的强度特征;尾矿材料在高压作用下试验前、后的颗粒分析结果表明:当围压达到某一阈值时,尾矿材料在剪切过程中将发生颗粒破碎,对于德兴铜矿尾粉砂,阈值为1 200 kPa;对于德兴铜矿尾亚砂,阈值为1 600 kPa。研究成果可为高尾矿坝坝体稳定性评价提供理论依据。  相似文献

剪切破坏是岩土材料失效的一种主要的形式。针对这种形式强度安全考虑的点安全系数可以考察结构中各部分的安全情况,是结构安全分析的一种重要参考,尤其在由关键点控制的结构中显得尤为重要。摩尔库伦剪切破坏准则在岩土材料研究中被广泛应用,将基于该准则的点安全系数定义在三维广义Mohr空间中推广,得到了适用于不同剪切破坏失效准则的点安全系数定义,同时,在三维广义Mohr空间中推导,得到了岩土材料剪切破坏最小点安全系数的求解方法;最危险截面上偏应力和剪应力的关系,该最危险截面与最小点安全系数对应;以及在一定整体安全度下的失效条件。应用该定义及方法,可以研究判断不同岩土材料剪切破坏的安全情况,从而提高工程建设质量。  相似文献

以单次散射模型、球形辐射源、一维线性速度模型为基础计算理论包络线,通过尾波归一化方法把理论与观测包络线结合起来形成非线性方程组,用迭代最小二乘方法反演伽师强震群区的散射系数空间分布.结果表明,伽师强震群区下方中上地壳中存在明显的非均匀结构.在10~25 km各深度图像上,研究区中部都存在一低散射系数区,这个低散射系数区在10 km、15 km深度被高散射系数区包围,在20 km深度仅其东侧存在高散射系数区.1997年的7次Ms≥6.0级地震发生在研究区中部的低散射系数区内或低散射系数区向高散射系数区过渡带的低散射系数一侧.  相似文献

本文在等黏态角落流模型的基础上,建立了上升离散地幔流场,将该流场作用于大陆岩石圈底部,能解释岩石圈减薄、裂解并最终形成海底扩张和张裂大陆边缘等一系列过程.数值模拟的结果表明,岩石圈在上升离散地幔流的作用下发生依赖于深度的伸展减薄,表现为不同深度的拉张因子不同,地表热流显著升高,热扰动引起的均衡调整造成地表沉降,同时热扰动造成岩石圈流变强度尤其是在变形中心处显著减小,脆性变形临界深度变浅,而韧性变形范围扩大.在上升离散地幔流的持续作用下最终导致大陆裂解,岩石圈地幔出露,形成海底扩张和张裂大陆边缘.  相似文献

An envelope‐based pushover analysis procedure is presented that assumes that the seismic demand for each response parameter is controlled by a predominant system failure mode that may vary according to the ground motion. To be able to simulate the most important system failure modes, several pushover analyses need to be performed, as in a modal pushover analysis procedure, whereas the total seismic demand is determined by enveloping the results associated with each pushover analysis. The demand for the most common system failure mode resulting from the ‘first‐mode’ pushover analysis is obtained by response history analysis for the equivalent ‘modal‐based’ SDOF model, whereas demand for other failure modes is based on the ‘failure‐based’ SDOF models. This makes the envelope‐based pushover analysis procedure equivalent to the N2 method provided that it involves only ‘first‐mode’ pushover analysis and response history analysis of the corresponding ‘modal‐based’ SDOF model. It is shown that the accuracy of the approximate 16th, 50th and 84th percentile response expressed in terms of IDA curves does not decrease with the height of the building or with the intensity of ground motion. This is because the estimates of the roof displacement and the maximum storey drift due to individual ground motions were predicted with a sufficient degree of accuracy for almost all the ground motions from the analysed sets. 运用自主研制的煤岩热-流-固耦合试验系统,以原煤为研究对象,进行峰后轴压保持在不同应力水平下围压的卸载试验,以分析围压卸载对原煤变形特性和渗透特性的影响。研究结果表明:通过径向应变 、轴向应变 和体应变 的不可恢复变形量以及三者在力加载过程中的响应程度来定义损伤变量,满足损伤变量的变化区间[0, 1],并以此计算煤样在卸载过程中的损伤量,得到在峰后轴压 保持不变,对围压 进行卸载时,损伤量D随着 的减小而增大,煤样的损伤程度越来越大;当轴压卸荷到不同应力时,煤样的渗透率随围压卸载次数的增加而增大,表明当 减小时, 对渗透率的影响越来越重要,同时煤样内部的孔隙裂隙以发育、扩展、延伸为主。此外,渗透率k在 卸载初期,几乎不增加;当 继续卸载时, 开始增大,并且斜率越来越大,表明煤样的损伤加剧。当保持 不变,对 进行卸载时,相当于摩尔应力圆半径增大,煤样向破坏的趋势发展,发生二次破坏的可能性增大。随着 的卸载,卸围压前 越大,摩尔应力圆半径越大,煤样的承载能力就越弱,更易发生煤样的二次破坏,表现在煤样的轴向应变 和径向应变 发生突变。  相似文献

This paper presents the analytical methods of slope-stabilising piles using the three-dimensional (3-D) finite element (FE) analysis with the strength reduction method (SRM). This 3-D FE model is employed to overcome the limitations observed in two-dimensional (2-D) FE analysis. The solutions obtained from 3-D FE analyses are verified to be less conservative in this paper. The 3-D analysis is considered to be of particular importance to pile-slope problems. The soil that flows between piles cannot be taken account properly in the 2-D FE analysis. The method adopted in this paper can avoid the assumption of soil movement and the pressure distribution along the piles subjected to soil movement. The numerical analysis employs the Mohr–Coulomb failure criterion with the strength reduction technique for soil and an elastic member for piles. The spacing effect of the pile is considered in the 3-D model, the S/D (S: centre to centre, D: diameter of pile) ratio, equal to 4.0, is found to be equivalent to the single pile stabilisation. The middle portion of the slope is identified as the optimal location to place the piles. The proper length of the pile, which can be used to stabilise the slope, is also examined using 3-D FE analyses. It is concluded that L/H greater or equal 0.70 is recommended (L: pile length, H: slope height). The numerical analyses are conducted based on a coupled analysis, which simultaneously considers both the slope stability and the pile response. The failure mechanisms of the pile-slope system subjected to the pile locations, pile head conditions and pile length are each discussed. The contact pressure, shear force and moment along the piles are presented to illustrate the pile stabilising mechanism herein.  相似文献

High-frequency S-wave seismogram envelopes of microearthquakes broaden with increasing travel distance,a phenomenon known as S-wave envelope broadening. Multiple forward scattering and diffraction for the random inhomogeneities along the seismic ray path are the main causes of S-wave envelope broadening,so the phenomenon of S-wave envelope broadening is used to study the inhomogeneity of the medium. The peak delay time of an S-wave,which is defined as the time lag from the direct S-wave onset to the maximum amplitude arrival of its envelope,is accepted to quantify S-wave envelope broadening. 204 small earthquake records in Changbaishan Tianchi volcano were analyzed by the S-wave envelope broadening algorithm. The results show that S-wave envelope broadening in the Changbaishan Tianchi volcano is obvious,and that the peak delay time of S-wave has a positive correlation with the hypocenter distance and frequency of the S-wave. The relationships between the S-wave peak delay time and the hypocenter distance for different frequency bands were obtained using the statistics method. The results are beneficial to the understanding of the S-wave envelope broadening phenomena and the quantitative research on the inhomogeneities of the crust medium in the Changbaishan Tianchi volcano region.  相似文献

本文给出了以目标功率谱和目标包线函数为双目标函数的人工地震动合成方法,使人工地震动不仅符合目标功率谱,还基本符合目标包线函数,并对加速度基线进行了调整,使速度时程和位移时程更为合理。作者认为如果用反应谱作为目标谱,生成的人工地震动时程可能会弱化地震动的随机特性,用这样的人工地震动时程作为输入来分析建筑结构的非线性动力反应,不是理想的选择。对建筑结构进行非线性时程分析时,用基于功率谱的人工地震动作为输入,应当是一种更为合理的方法。作者认为平方和具有明确的物理意义,是随机信号的总能量参数,并通过理论分析和数值计算,对于一定持时的随机平稳信号样本,平方和(持时×平方平均值)对振幅起重要控制作用。平方和、归一化功率谱、时域包线函数是基于功率谱模型的地震动三要素。  相似文献
