河流输入的陆源有机碳在河口和陆架区的生物地球化学过程是全球碳循环的重要环节,对陆源有机质的输入量的估算是研究陆架区的生物地球化学过程的基础。黄河输沙量极大,为探究其携带的陆源有机质对陆架边缘海有机碳库的影响,以黄河河口及邻近渤海海域为研究对象,分析了表层沉积物中的木质素,结合总有机碳含量、总氮含量和有机碳稳定同位素评估了表层沉积物中有机碳的组成、来源和分布。8种木质素酚单体中,紫丁香基酚类(S)与香草基酚类(V)的含量比值S/V(0.63±0.31)和肉桂基酚类(C)与香草基酚类含量比值C/V(0.25±0.15),反映出研究区陆源有机碳主要来自草本被子植物。V系列中木质素酸(Ad)与木质素醛(Al)的比值(Ad/Al)V较高(0.53±0.14),表明陆源有机质的降解程度较高。利用稳定碳同位素比值δ13C和木质素含量Λ8相结合的土壤有机质-陆生维管植物-水生有机质三端元模型对陆源有机物的贡献的分析结果显示,土壤有机质、陆源维管植物和水生有机质的平均贡献分别为59.9%±15.0%、7.3%±7.0%、32.8%±11.8%。土壤在陆源有机质中的贡献占有绝对优势,可能与该区域沉积物的主要源区——黄土高原植被覆盖率低、土壤侵蚀严重有关。  相似文献

Understanding the mechanisms responsible for long-term storage of organic carbon (OC) in marine environment is important for studying the marine carbon cycling and predicting how the global carbon cycle will respond to climate change. It is estimated that more than 20% of the OC in marine sediments is associated with iron oxides and thus these complexes are one of the most important factors in the long-term storage of OC. The OC-iron oxide (OC-Fe) association can be formed through either adsorption or co-precipitation, but the dominant mechanism of OC-Fe association in marine environments is co-precipitation. The combination of OC from different sources with iron oxides is selective. Iron oxides preferentially combine with marine OC in most marine environments, but in estuarine delta regions they prefer terrestrial OC. Due to large inputs of terrestrial materials, high primary production and frequent re-suspension, estuarine and marginal seas are suitable sites for OC-Fe association studies, which should be emphasized in the future.  相似文献

为了探讨流域岩溶生态系统土壤碳酸酐酶(CA)活性、有机碳含量及CA固碳之间的潜在关系,选取长江流域干流及支流沿岸不同地质生态环境下的10个样地,比较长江流域不同地质生态环境下表层土壤(0~20cm)中的碳酸酐酶(CA)活性与土壤有机碳(SOC)含量,并分析二者之间的关系。结果表明:(1)长江流域岩溶区的表层土壤CA活性要高于非岩溶区(P0.01),土壤CA活性的差异与样地的地质类型及植被类型不同有关;(2)位于岩溶区高场(GC)样地的年平均SOC含量最高(1.09%),而位于非岩溶区外洲(WZ)样地的年平均SOC含量最低(0.29%),而且总体比较而言,长江流域冬季表层土壤的平均SOC含量显著高于夏季(P0.01);(3)相关性分析结果显示,不同季节长江流域岩溶区表层土壤CA活性与SOC含量呈一定的正相关。研究结果为进一步研究流域岩溶生态系统土壤CA与土壤固碳能力之间的关系奠定了基础。  相似文献

志留系地层是桂东南博白―岑溪地区铅锌矿床的主要赋矿层位,产出佛子冲和东桃等层状铅锌矿床,其直接赋矿围岩均为下志留统碎屑岩地层中的层状绿色岩和碳酸盐岩夹层。碳、氧同位素测试结果显示,赋矿层位中碳酸盐岩夹层的δ18 O值显著低于正常海相灰岩,在δ18 O-δ13 C图解上碳酸盐岩夹层和矿石中方解石样品投点均集中分布在基性-超基性岩浆岩和花岗岩区及附近。该碳酸盐岩夹层的形成与海底热水沉积作用有关,类似于现代海底烟囱中的低温喷口产物。桂东南志留纪热水沉积成矿作用可以概括为电解成矿机制。  相似文献

渤海表层沉积物中有机碳的分布和来源   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
大河影响下的陆架边缘海沉积有机碳的分布和来源是全球碳循环研究的重要内容。本研究于2012年5月采集了渤海海域的29个表层沉积物样品,分析了粒度组成、总有机碳(TOC)、总氮(TN)、木质素含量和稳定碳同位素丰度(δ13C)等参数,结合基于蒙特卡洛模拟的三端元混合模型,定量研究了沉积物中有机碳的分布和来源情况,并讨论了其影响因素。结果表明,研究区域表层沉积物中TOC含量为0.19%~0.81%,渤海中部泥质区站位(大于0.65%)明显高于其周围砂质区域站位(小于0.40%);TOC与黏土含量也有显著的正相关性,说明细颗粒沉积物容易富集有机碳。沉积有机碳的δ13C范围为-23.7‰~-21.8‰,显示沉积有机碳是海源和陆源有机碳的混合输入。木质素参数,如C/V、S/V和LPVI的数值范围显示研究区域表层沉积物中木质素主要来源于被子植物草本组织与木本组织的混合,同时有少量裸子植物的贡献。基于蒙特卡洛模拟的三端元混合模型显示研究区域沉积物中有机碳主要来源于海洋浮游植物,平均为64%,陆源有机碳中来自土壤的贡献最高(平均为27%),C3维管植物的贡献较少(平均为9%)。海洋浮游植物有机碳主要分布在渤海中部泥质区及离岸较远的区域,而土壤有机碳和C3维管植物有机碳则主要沉积在河口附近及近岸区,并可以离岸输运到较远的地方。  相似文献

Oil samples from Lower Cretaceous to Eocene reservoirs in southwest Iran were analyzed using gas chromatography–mass spectrometry and gas chromatography–isotope ratio mass spectrometry for genetic classification of oil families and determining their maturity. The Studied oil samples are non-biodegraded and their gravity range from 18.3 to 37° API. The slight even/odd n-alkane predominance, coupled with low Pr/Ph values, suggests their likely source rocks with a predominance of algal organic matter, type IIS kerogen deposited under strongly reducing marine environments. The biomarker distribution of investigated oils is characterized by high concentration of both C29 and C30 hopanes and ratios of C29/C30H are generally greater than unity. There is a marked predominance of C29 regular sterane over C27 and C28 homologs in our studied oils. High sterane/hopane values and cross plot of the δ13C sat versus δ13C aro show contribution of marine organic matter. Medium value of gammacerane index and other salinity indices show water density stratification and high salinity conditions of the environment of deposition. It can be concluded that the studied reservoirs, due to their variable maturity have different API gravity and contain two oil families (types A and B) with latter being deeper and comprising more mature oils.  相似文献

海洋浮游动物可以对因二氧化碳浓度升高导致的海水酸化做出敏感的响应,然而关于海水酸化对其生理机能的研究却较少。因此,我们研究了暴露于不同二氧化碳浓度(0.08,0.20,0.50 and 1.00%)的酸化条件下中华哲水蚤主要抗氧化酶以及2种解毒酶的活性变化情况。结果表明,暴露于酸化海水中的中华哲水蚤的GPx酶活性显著高于对照组,然而,其它抗氧化组分,包括GST、SOD活性,GSH水平和GSH/GSSG比值均被显著抑制。中华哲水蚤的ATPase活性被海水酸化显著刺激,而AchE活性却显著被抑制。此外,主成分分析结果表明,各指标变化的75.93%可以用第一和第二主成分解释。因二氧化碳浓度升高导致的海水酸化可以通过影响桡足类体内一些酶类的活性来影响其新陈代谢及存活。在未来的研究工作中,需要对海水酸化和其它环境因素的协同作用对桡足类的影响作进一步研究。  相似文献

This study aims to quantify the effects of different pretreatment methods on the stable carbon isotope values of fatty acids in marine microalgae(Isochrysis zhanjiangenisis).To identify the effects of sample preparation on theδ~(13)C value and the fatty acid composition,we examined eight types of pretreatment methods including:(a) drying the sample followed by direct methyl esterification using HCl-CH_3OH;(b) drying the sample followed by direct methyl esterification using H_2SO_4-CH_3OH;(c) drying the sample by ultrasonic extraction and methylesterification using HCl-CH_3OH;(d) drying the sample by ultrasonic extraction and methyl-esterification using H_2SO_4-CH_3OH;(e) fresh sample followed by direct methyl-esterification using HCl-CH_3OH;(f) fresh sample followed by direct methyl-esterification using H_2SO_4-CH_3OH;(g) fresh sample with ultrasonic extraction followed by methyl-esterification using HCl-CH_3OH,and(h) fresh sample with ultrasonic extraction followed by methylesterification using H_2SO_4-CH_3 OH.The results show that the δ~(13)C values from Groups a–e,g and h fluctuated within 0.3‰,and the δ~(13)C values of Group f were approximately 0.7‰ lower than the other seven groups.Therefore,the different sample pretreatment methods used towards the extraction of fatty acids from marine microalgae may result in different results regarding the stable carbon isotope ratios,and if necessary a correction should be applied.  相似文献

Surficial sediment composition and spatial variability reflect the dynamics and level of natural and anthropogenic impact in estuarine systems. The aim of this study is to evaluate some key environmental and sedimentary variables, as well as to evaluate the current environmental quality in the tide-dominated Caravelas estuarine system (Brazil). Sixty-five surficial sediment samples were studied for grain size as well as calcium carbonate, total organic carbon, total nitrogen, metals, semi-metals and rare earth elements and for organic matter δ13C. Based on the spatial distribution of these data and summarizing our findings, three sectors can be individualized in the Caravelas estuarine system: i. Barra Velha inlet; ii. the main channel of the Caravelas estuary, and iii. the channel interconnecting Caravelas and Nova Viçosa estuaries. In the inlet the sedimentary organic matter is provided essentially by marine sources, which corroborates the small continental input. Freshwater dissolved organic carbon and particulate organic carbon occur in the interconnecting channel, proving the occurrence of the residual transport towards the Caravelas estuary, with continental contribution towards Caravelas River. The geochemical fingerprint indicates that the Barreiras Group, composed by Neogene terrigenous deposits, located west of the study area, as an important source of terrigenous material to the entire Caravelas estuary system. The higher values of heavy rare earth elements (between 20 and 30 mg kg−1) in the northern sector of the study area may be related to the high degree of chemical weathering in magmatic or metamorphic rocks, which occur to the north of the study area.  相似文献

In this paper,the RIEMS 2.0 model,source emission in 2006 and 2010 are used to simulate the distributions and radiative effects of different anthropogenic aerosols over China.The comparison between the results forced by source emissions in 2006 and 2010 also reveals the sensitivity of the radiative effects to source emission.The results are shown as follows:(1) Compared with those in 2006,the annual average surface concentration of sulfate in 2010 decreased over central and eastern China with a range of-5 to 0 μg/m~3;the decrease of annual average aerosol optical depth of sulfate over East China varied from 0.04 to 0.08;the annual average surface concentrations of BC,OC and nitrate increased over central and eastern China with maximums of 10.90,11.52 and 12.50μg/m~3,respectively;the annual aerosol optical depths of BC,OC and nitrate increased over some areas of East China with extremes of 0.006,0.007 and 0.008,respectively.(2)For the regional average results in 2010,the radiative forcings of sulfate,BC,OC,nitrate and their total net radiative forcing at the top of the atmosphere over central and eastern China were-0.64,0.29,-0.41,-0.33 and-1.1 W/m~2,respectively.Compared with those in 2006,the radiative forcings of BC and OC in 2010 were both enhanced,while that of sulfate and the net radiative forcing were both weakened over East China mostly.(3)The reduction of the cooling effect of sulfate in 2010 produced a warmer surface air temperature over central and eastern China;the maximum value was 0.25 K.The cooling effect of nitrate was also slightly weakened.The warming effect of BC was enhanced over most of the areas in China,while the cooling effect of OC was enhanced over the similar area,particularly the area between Yangtze and Huanghe Rivers.The net radiative effect of the four anthropogenic aerosols generated the annual average reduction and the maximum reduction were-0.096 and-0.285 K,respectively,for the surface temperature in 2006,while in 2010 they were-0.063 and-0.256 K,respectively.In summary,the change in source emission lowered the cooling effect of anthropogenic aerosols,mainly because of the enhanced warming effect of BC and weakened cooling effect of scattering aerosols.  相似文献
