南堡油田是渤海湾盆地近年发现的油气储量可观的新油田,为揭示该油田原油特征与成因,对43个原油样品、31块泥岩样品进行详细的地球化学研究与油源对比。依据特征生物标志物、单体烃碳同位素分析,将南堡油田原油分为3种类型:Ⅰ类,南堡1、2号构造带古近系+新近系原油;Ⅱ类,南堡3、4、5号构造带古近系+新近系原油;Ⅲ类,南堡凹陷已发现奥陶系潜山原油。Ⅰ类原油以较低的重排甾烷/规则甾烷,较高的甾烷/藿烷、4-甲基甾烷/C29规则甾烷、伽马蜡烷/C30藿烷值及正构烷烃单体烃碳同位素相对偏重等特征区别于Ⅱ类原油;Ⅲ类原油以较高成熟度、正构烷烃单体烃碳同位素总体偏重等特征不同于Ⅰ、Ⅱ类原油。油源对比结果表明,Ⅰ类原油为沙二+三段、东三段—沙一段烃源岩的混合贡献,Ⅱ类原油主要来源于东三段—沙一段烃源岩,Ⅲ类原油主要来源于沙二+三段烃源岩。首次明确提出南堡1、2号构造带古近系+新近系原油主要为沙二+三段烃源岩的成烃贡献,沙二+三段烃源岩为南堡油田主力烃源岩之一,这对南堡油田油气资源评价和勘探方向决策具有参考意义。  相似文献

The large-scale stratigraphic architecture of forced regressive deposits has been documented in many previous studies. Bed-scale facies architectural analyses of these deposits, however, are still very limited. The Cretaceous Ferron “Notom Delta” in southern Utah, U.S.A. contains a 20 km dip-oriented exposure of a stepped, forced regressive systems tract. The main focus of this paper is to reconstruct the paleogeography and depositional history of the systems tract based on detailed stratigraphic and facies architectural analysis using 23 geological sections, photomosaics, and walking out of beds.Internally, the systems tract consists of 6 parasequences, 11f to 11a from the oldest to the youngest. During the progradation of parasequences 11f to 11b the paleoshorelines were wave-dominated, as indicated by the abundance of HCS and/or SCS beds, wave-ripple cross-laminated beds, and the occurrence of diverse and robust ichnological suites attributable to the Skolithos and Cruziana Ichnofacies. Progradation of the wave-dominated shorelines resulted in more homogeneous and laterally continuous sand bodies. From 11b to 11a, however, there is a distinct change in paleoshoreline regime from wave-dominated to tide-influenced as indicated by the common occurrence of tidal facies in 11a, including: (1) lenticular, wavy, and flaser bedding and bidirectional dipping cross strata; (2) reactivation surfaces, double-mud drapes, and ripple cross lamination with opposing dips at the toe of large dune-scale cross sets; (3) inclined heterolithic strata (IHS) and sigmoidal bedding with tidal rhythmites; and (4) cyclic vertical variation in facies and bed thickness and the common occurrence of sand-mud couplets. These tide-influenced facies show overall lower bioturbation intensity (BI 0-3). Progradation of the tide-influenced shoreline results in more heterolithic delta-front facies. Tidal and/or tidal-fluvial channels further dissect delta-front sandstones, forming more isolated sand bodies.Data from this study, as well as previous work, show that width and thickness of the forced regressive parasequences are small, typically less than 5 km and 20 m respectively. In subsurface studies, identifying and correlating such small-scale parasequences using sparse data involve significant uncertainties. A combination of the diagnostic features indicating forced regression and different data sets is essential to better constrain the geometry and architecture these small-scale bodies.  相似文献

针对1种典型的酸性、高有机质含量类型土壤-红树林土壤,从DNA产量、DNA纯度、土壤腐殖酸类物质的提取量以及DNA提取物PCR(polymerase chain reaction)扩增反应的敏感度等方面比较了不同提取缓冲液对土壤DNA品质的影响.结果表明,酸性SDS(sodium dodecyl sulfate)提取缓冲液所获得的土壤DNA产量及纯度均较低;PVP (polyvinylpyrrolidone)提取缓冲液所获得的土壤DNA产量较高,但土壤腐殖酸类物质的提取量亦远高于其他提取缓冲液;酸性SDS提取缓冲液及PVP提取缓冲液所获得的土壤DNA提取物即使稀释到10-3量级亦不能获得目的基因PCR扩增条带.PVPP(polyvinylpolypyrrolidone)提取缓冲液及CTAB(cetyltrimethylammoniumbromide)+PVPP提取缓冲液所获得的土壤DNA产量较PVP提取缓冲液低,但其纯度较高,并且其纯度随提取缓冲液中PVPP浓度的升高而提高;当2%PVPP提取缓冲液及CTAB+PVPP提取缓冲液所获得的土壤DNA提取物分别稀释到10-2及10-1量级时,均能获得PCR扩增条带.综上所述,酸性提取缓冲液及PVP提取缓冲液不适用于酸性、高有机质含量类型土壤DNA的提取,而2%PVPP提取缓冲液及CTAB+PVPP提取缓冲液均能提高此类土壤DNA的提取品质.  相似文献

实验研究了NaOH、HCl、NaCl和CaCl2等电解质加入量对蒙脱石悬浮液膨胀性的影响,并通过离子色谱、体视显微镜和激光粒度分析技术,研究了蒙脱石粒度变化与体积膨胀之间的关系。实验结果表明,NaOH、HCl对蒙脱石悬浮液膨胀性影响不明显,而NaCl和CaCl2对蒙脱石悬浮液的膨胀有明显的抑制作用;而且CaCl2对蒙脱石膨胀的抑制作用明显强于NaCl,CaCl2浓度比NaCl少了1个数量级时即可达到相同的膨胀抑制效果。离子色谱分析显示,CaCl2溶液与蒙脱石混合后,悬浮液上清液中的Ca2+浓度减少,而Na+浓度增加,分析存在离子交换过程。经激光粒度分析仪和体视显微镜观察,电解质的加入使颗粒之间产生了团聚作用,改变了颗粒的粒径,从而在宏观上表现为蒙脱石悬浮液体积的减少。  相似文献

This review summarizes the general developments of the operational mesoscale modeling based on the Global/Regional Assimilation and Prediction System-Tropical Monsoon Model (GRAPES-TMM) at the Guangzhou Regional Meteorological Center. GRAPES-TMM consists of the Tropical Regional Atmospheric Model System for the South China Sea (TRAMS, a typhoon model with a horizontal resolution of 9 km), the Mesoscale Atmospheric Regional Model System (MARS, 3km) and the fine-scale Rapid Update Cycling (RUC, 1km) forecasting system. The advances of model dynamical core and physical processes are summarized; the progress of model applications is reviewed and evaluated. The results show that the updated 9-3-1 forecasting system provides an overall improved performance on the weather forecasting in south China. Capabilities and limitations as well as the future development of the forecasting system are also discussed  相似文献

The characteristic distributions of regional sand-dust storm(SDS) weather processes over Northeast Asia from 1980 to 2011 were investigated using the shared WMO surface station meteorological data,atmospheric sounding data,China high density weather data,NCEP/NCAR reanalysis data,as well as the archived original weather maps of China.The concentration-weighted trajectory(CWT) method was used to calculate the SDS frequency from the discrete station data and to track the large-scale regional SDS weather processes in Northeast Asia.A spline trend analysis method was employed to investigate the variability of the SDS weather systems.The results show that during 1980-2011,the SDS weather processes exhibit both a historical persistence and abrupt transitions with an approximate 10-yr high-low occurrence oscillation.Through composite analysis of atmospheric circulation during high and low SDS years,it is found that the SDS occurrences are closely related to the anomalies of arctic vortex and midlatitude westerly,and the circulation patterns around the Lake Baikal.During the high frequency years,the meridianal flows in the upper and mid troposphere above the high SDS corridor in East Asia(from the Lake Balkhash along Northwest and North China,Korean Peninsula,and Japan Islands) are apparently stronger than the meridianal flows during the low SDS frequency years,favoring the development and transport of SDSs in the midlatitude regions.  相似文献

Biological soil crusts (BSCs), composed of lichens, cyanobacteria, mosses, liverworts and microorganisms, are key biotic components of arid and semi-arid ecosystems worldwide. Despite they are widespread in Spain, these organisms have been historically understudied in this country. This trend is beginning to change as a recent wave of research has been identifying BSCs as a model ecological system. Many studies and research projects carried out in Spain have explored the role of BSCs on water, carbon and nitrogen fluxes, the interactions between BSCs and vascular plants, their dynamics after disturbances, and their response to global change, among other topics. In this article we review the growing body of research on BSCs available from semi-arid areas of Spain, highlighting its importance for increasing our knowledge on this group of organisms. We also discuss how it is breaking new ground in emerging research areas on the ecology of BSCs, and how it can be use to guide management and restoration efforts. Finally, we provide directions for future research on the ecology of BSCs in Spain and abroad.  相似文献

New three-dimensional hydrodynamic simulations of hypervelocity impacts into the crust of Titan were undertaken to determine the fraction of liquid water generated on the surface of Saturn's largest moon over its history and, hence, the potential for surface—modification of hydrocarbons and nitriles by exposure to liquid water. We model in detail an individual impact event in terms of ejecta produced and melt generated, and use this to estimate melt production over Titan's history, taking into account the total flux of the impactors and its decay over time. Our estimates show that a global melt layer at any time after the very beginning of Titan's history is improbable; but transient melting local to newly formed craters has occurred over large parts of the surface. Local maxima of the melt are connected with the largest impact events. We also calculate the amount of volatiles delivered at the impact with various impact velocities (from 3 km/s for possible Hyperion fragments to 11 km/s for Jupiter family comets) and their retention as a possible source of Titan's atmosphere. We find the probability of impact ejecta escaping Titan with its modern dense and thick atmosphere is rather low, and dispersal of Titan organics throughout the rest of the Solar System requires impactors tens of kilometers in diameter. Water ice melting and exposure of organics to liquid water has been widespread because of impacts, but burial or obscuration of craters by organic deposits or cryovolcanism is aided by viscous relaxation. The largest impactors may breach an ammonia-water mantle layer, creating a circular albedo contrast rather than a crater.  相似文献

The rayed crater Zunil and interpretations of small impact craters on Mars   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
A 10-km diameter crater named Zunil in the Cerberus Plains of Mars created ∼107 secondary craters 10 to 200 m in diameter. Many of these secondary craters are concentrated in radial streaks that extend up to 1600 km from the primary crater, identical to lunar rays. Most of the larger Zunil secondaries are distinctive in both visible and thermal infrared imaging. MOC images of the secondary craters show sharp rims and bright ejecta and rays, but the craters are shallow and often noncircular, as expected for relatively low-velocity impacts. About 80% of the impact craters superimposed over the youngest surfaces in the Cerberus Plains, such as Athabasca Valles, have the distinctive characteristics of Zunil secondaries. We have not identified any other large (?10 km diameter) impact crater on Mars with such distinctive rays of young secondary craters, so the age of the crater may be less than a few Ma. Zunil formed in the apparently youngest (least cratered) large-scale lava plains on Mars, and may be an excellent example of how spallation of a competent surface layer can produce high-velocity ejecta (Melosh, 1984, Impact ejection, spallation, and the origin of meteorites, Icarus 59, 234-260). It could be the source crater for some of the basaltic shergottites, consistent with their crystallization and ejection ages, composition, and the fact that Zunil produced abundant high-velocity ejecta fragments. A 3D hydrodynamic simulation of the impact event produced 1010 rock fragments ?10 cm diameter, leading to up to 109 secondary craters ?10 m diameter. Nearly all of the simulated secondary craters larger than 50 m are within 800 km of the impact site but the more abundant smaller (10-50 m) craters extend out to 3500 km. If Zunil is representative of large impact events on Mars, then secondaries should be more abundant than primaries at diameters a factor of ∼1000 smaller than that of the largest primary crater that contributed secondaries. As a result, most small craters on Mars could be secondaries. Depth/diameter ratios of 1300 small craters (10-500 m diameter) in Isidis Planitia and Gusev crater have a mean value of 0.08; the freshest of these craters give a ratio of 0.11, identical to that of fresh secondary craters on the Moon (Pike and Wilhelms, 1978, Secondary-impact craters on the Moon: topographic form and geologic process, Lunar Planet. Sci. IX, 907-909) and significantly less than the value of ∼0.2 or more expected for fresh primary craters of this size range. Several observations suggest that the production functions of Hartmann and Neukum (2001, Cratering chronology and the evolution of Mars, Space Sci. Rev. 96, 165-194) predict too many primary craters smaller than a few hundred meters in diameter. Fewer small, high-velocity impacts may explain why there appears to be little impact regolith over Amazonian terrains. Martian terrains dated by small craters could be older than reported in recent publications.  相似文献
