The meiotic process in Noctiluca scintillans were observed under light microscope.Some abnormal cell divisions, incompletely separated “zoospores” and the changes of the zoospores are described in this paper. Together with the fmdings of field samplings and the previous results by other researchers, the process of meiosis in N. scintillans was supposed to be a pathway to reduce the extra high density of NH3-N within the cell in order to ensure normal population growth.  相似文献

“吏隐”作为大历十才子的生活特征之一,也成为他们创作的题材,这与当时方外隐逸诗人因其不同的人生观照所创作的诗作相映成趣。方外隐逸诗人又可分为隐士诗人和诗僧两个群体,大历十才子和方外隐逸诗人之间体现出了完全不同的生命体验,方外隐逸诗人对真隐精神的写作与十才子的“伪隐”形成了鲜明的对比,就后者来说,现实的功利主义态度和价值上的物质取向使其隐逸诗作之精神内涵大打折扣。  相似文献

利用Holdridge生命地带系统对1971—2010年甘南草原的Holdridge生命地带偏移趋势及干湿变化进行分析,发现甘南草原目前仍属于青藏高原高寒植被地区的亚高山高寒草甸生命地带,但由于甘南草原生物温度明显升高,甘南草原南部和北部降水量呈现不同的变化趋势,位于青藏高原边坡地带的甘南草原的Holdridge生命地带距平均中心的偏移趋势逐年增大,甘南草原生态系统的稳定性在减弱;甘南草原潜在蒸散率以0.02/10 a~0.03/10 a趋势上升,其中以玛曲上升最明显,达0.03/10 a;20世纪90年代后,甘南草原呈明显的暖干化趋势,其中以位于南部的碌曲、玛曲变化最为明显,碌曲已由极湿润区转变为湿润区;玛曲有从极湿润区向湿润区过渡的趋势。影响甘南草原潜在蒸散率上升的主要气候因子是温度,其次为降水和空气湿度,温度上升是甘南草原暖干化的主要原因。  相似文献

从风暴演变各阶段物理特征出发, 基于多普勒雷达观测的三维反射率因子, 定义物理量———单体重力势能。结果表明:单体重力势能是一个能够简洁、客观描述风暴单体整体强度的物理量; 利用该物理量可描述单体生命史为发展和减弱两个基本过程; 单体重力势能大小有助于辨别风暴类型和强度。同时, 生成和分析了风暴单体演变各阶段的反射率因子垂直廓线, 分析表明:在30~150 km的雷达观测范围内, 风暴单体的反射率因子垂直廓线 (降水廓线) 及其随时间的变化能较好地揭示风暴的垂直结构和生命史演变特征, 但没有用重力势能那样简洁。  相似文献   

Life and habitable zones in the Universe

Currently we are aware of only one biosphere in the entire Universe, our own. Various ongoing observational programmes are, however, attempting to locate more. These searches for extraterrestrial life are among the most challenging and interesting tasks of modern science. The Universe is immense, and even the distances to the nearest stars are beyond our present capabilities to traverse, so that search strategies must be thought through carefully in terms of how, where and what to search for. Life is undoubtedly more likely in some environments than others, and environmental criteria must be fulfilled for life to arise, survive, evolve and thrive. As search resources are limited we should concentrate our search on habitable zones that are suitable for the kind of life we can most easily recognise, in other words, searches should be guided by our own biosphere.  相似文献
