大型海藻栽培碳汇是应对气候变化努力的重要组成部分,其中江蓠属(Gracilaria)的龙须菜(Gracilaria lemaneiformis)、菊花心江蓠(Gracilaria lichenoides)等是中国主要栽培种类.本研究利用2011~2020年《中国渔业统计年鉴》统计的中国江蓠栽培量,提出了一种针对大型海藻净碳汇的核算方法.进而通过差分自回归移动平均模型(ARIMA)对2021~2030年中国江蓠栽培净碳汇趋势进行了预测,并运用情景分析法探讨了中国江蓠栽培固碳增汇和甲烷减排潜力.基于栽培量核算中国2011~2020年江蓠栽培净碳汇约3.21~9.24wt a-1,逐年呈快速增长趋势,因此江蓠栽培具有较大固碳增汇潜力;预测2021~2030年江蓠栽培净碳汇将稳步上升,将达7.78~19.14wt a-1,因此对“碳达峰”具有重要意义.大型海藻栽培基准情景下,江蓠栽培可形成“增汇-净水-经济”协同发展链条;利用大型海藻生产绿色饲料情景下,每吨江蓠还具有0.33~0.68吨碳(甲烷)减排潜力,可形成“增汇-净水-经济-减排”陆海统筹增汇减排协同发展链条.综上,本研究提出了一种基于...  相似文献

采用动力学分析方法对三种海藻(龙须菜、角叉菜和马尾藻)进行了热解和动力学分析。结果表明,角叉菜热稳定性最低,龙须菜和马尾藻的热稳定性相近;与马尾松等典型陆地高等植物相比,海藻的热稳定性都较低。采用Popescu法计算表明,AvramiErofeev方程可以用来描述三种海藻的主要挥发分脱除过程。在三种海藻中,角叉菜的平均活化能最低,这也表明其热稳定性最低。与马尾松等陆高等植物相比,海藻热解发生在较低的温区,且主要表现为放热效应,而马尾松等陆地高等植物热解发生在较高的温区,存在明显的吸热效应。  相似文献

A two-month study was conducted to test the e?ects of macroalgae on the growth and survivorship of juvenile lined seahorse (Hippocampus erectus) in aquaria. Twenty-day old seahorses were cultured in the tanks with green alga Chaetomorpha linum, red alga Gracilaria tikvahiae, green plastic artiˉcial plant (stargrass), and black plastic net, respectively. Increases in wet mass and standard length for the seahorses were signiˉcantly higher in the tanks with macroalgae than those without macroalgae. The seahorse survivorships in the two macroalgal treatments were also signiˉcantly higher than those of the two treatments without macroalgae. In the treatments with macroalgae, the DO and pH were higher than those without marcoalgae. During the experiment, the color of seahorses was changed to certain extent. In the green background (the treatments with C. linum and stargrass), 24.1%{28.4% of black seahorses decreased over time; whereas in the black (plastic net) or brown (G. tikvahiae) background treatments, 14.1%{16.3% of yellow seahorses decreased over time, for matching that of the background. Furthermore, the survival rate of seahorse was correlation with DO and pH, and strong correlation with standard length, wet mass and CF. Polyculture with macroalgae, survival rates of seahorse were higher than without macroaglae.  相似文献

运用硅胶柱层析、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱层析和HPLC等技术,对采自浙江南麂岛海域的衫叶厥藻(Caulerpa taxifolia)的化学成分进行了研究。从丙酮浸取物中分离得到4个二萜类成分,经NMR、MS等波谱技术分析,其结构分别鉴定为α-tocospiros A(1)、cacospongionolide C(2)、phytene-3(20)-1,2-diol(3)和phytenal(4)。其中化合物1为首次从海洋生物中分离得到,2和3均为首次发现于海藻中,4为首次分离于厥藻属海藻中。化合物1~4对蛋白酪氨酸磷酸酯酶1B(PTP1B)均无明显的抑制活性。  相似文献

SCREENING OF AGGLUTININS IN MARINE ALGAE FROM FUJIAN COAST OF CHINA   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
Thirty-three species of marine algae belonging to Rhodophyta, Phaeophyta and Chlorophyta from the Fujian coast were examined for agglutinins with different animal and human erythrocytes. Protein extracts from 26 species were active against at least one type of the erythrocytes tested. There were 3 species (Grateloupia imbricata, lshigefoliacea and Entermorpha prolifera) whose extracts could agglutinate all the erythrocytes used. The lowest protein concentration required to produce erythrocyte agglutination varied remarkably, from 3.1μg/ml to 500μg/ml . The strongest activity was found in the agglutina-tion of rabbit erythrocytes by Gloiopeltis furcata extract. Inhibition assays performed with nine mono- and bisaccharides indicated that agglutinations of rabbit erythrocytes by extracts of 7 species were inhibited by one or more types of the sugars assayed. The agglutinating activity shown by extracts of most species wasnot affected when the test solution was heated to 90℃, but was lost at 95℃ - 100℃. An experiment was performed to determine the dietary phosphorus requirement of the young abalone,Haliotis discus hannai. Five semi-purified diets were formulated to provide a series of graded levels of dietary total phosphorus (0.23%–1.98) from monobasic potassium phosphate (KH2P04). The brown alga,Laminaria japonica, was used as a control diet. Similar size abalone were distributed in a single-pass, flow-through system using a completely randomized design with six treatments and three replicates each treatment. The abalone were hand-fed to satiation with appropriate diets in excess, once daily at 17:00. The feeding trial was run for 120-d. Survival rate and soft-body to shell ratio (SB/S) were constantly maintained regardless of dietary treatment. However, the weight gain rate (WGR), daily increment in shell length (DISL), muscle RNA to DNA ratio (RNA/DNA), carcass levels of lipid and protein, soft-body alkaline phosphatase (SBAKP), and phosphorus concentrations of whole body (WB) and soft body (SB) were significantly (ANOVA, P<0.05) affected by the dietary phosphorus level. The dietary phosphorus requirements of the abalone were evaluated from the WGR, DISL, and RNA/DNA ratio respectively, by using second-order polynomial regression analysis. Based on these criteria, about 1.0%–1.2% total dietary phosphorus, i.e. 0.9%–1.1% dietary available phosphorus is recommended for the maximum growth of the abalone.
