目前,地下工程围岩尤其是大型岩石地下工程围岩的粘弹塑性分析研究少见报道。针对这种情况,本文根据西原粘弹塑性流变模型相关理论开发了hhu-vp流变计算软件,以用于大型岩石地下工程围岩粘弹塑性流变数值模拟分析;并以一简单算例与软件FLAC-3D比较,结果偏差在容许范围内。将其应用于水布垭大型地下洞室围岩流变研究中,对该地下洞室的施工开挖及支护处理过程进行了模拟,提出了支护处理意见,并对其运营期的长期稳定性作出了评价。  相似文献

采用体外微量细胞病变抑制实验及体内半数致死量LD_(50)测定法,分别观察海藻硫酸多糖911对乙型脑炎病毒的作用。结果表明,海藻硫酸多糖911在体外适宜的浓度条件下,对乙型脑炎病毒有一定的抑制作用,但对病毒无中和作用。体内给药,911对乙型脑炎病毒无明显抑制作用。  相似文献

报道了1989-1993年鲈鱼土池人工育苗的研究结果,捕自天然海区、围垦内 网箱培育的亲鱼注射LRH-A与HCG诱导能顺利排卵,产卵率70-100%,受精卵卵径1.25-1.40mm,浮性卵、受精率21-89.0%,在水温18.0-21.2℃、盐度31.0-34.0的条件下,一般经50.67h孵出仔鱼,孵化率46.0-90.0%。人工育苗在室外土池进行,最高成活率11.7%。初孵仔鱼全长3.53-  相似文献

Abstract Quaternary volcanism of the Japanese Islands is examined from the perspective of experimental petrology, geographic distribution of volcanoes and spatial geochemical variations. The dehydration of amphibole and chlorite at a 110 km depth and of phlogopite at ∼180 km in the downdragged hydrous mantle layer would result in the occurrence of two volcanic chains parallel to the trench axis. Long-term subduction of the old Pacific plate and recent subduction of the young Philippine Sea plate beneath East Japan and West Japan volcanic belts respectively, would be critical for the significant difference in intensity, style and geochemistry of Quaternary volcanism between the two volcanic belts. The geochemistry of volcanic rocks in Northeast Japan and those in the Ryukyu arc is typical of 'island-arcs' having low LIL/HFS element ratios, while alkalic basalts along the Japan Sea coast side in Southwest Japan have high LIL/HFS ratios similar to intra-continental or oceanic island basalts. Across-arc variations in eruptive volume and distributional density of volcanoes and in geochemistry are documented in Northeast Japan and are well explained by the decreasing degrees of partial melting toward back-arc side, and the difference in geochemistry of fluids supplied by the downdragged hydrous layer.  相似文献

Abstract An overview of the regional metamorphic belts of Japan is given in the context of the tectonic evolution of the Japanese Islands. The Japanese Islands were situated on an active margin of the Eurasian continent or its constituent landmass before their assembly during the Phanerozoic. The Japanese Islands are composed mainly of metamorphosed and unmetamorphosed accretionary complexes, granitoids and their effusive equivalents that were formed by the Cordilleran-type orogeny. The metamorphic belts are regarded essentially as a deep-seated portion of an accretionary complex. In spite of continuous subduction of oceanic plates beneath the continents, these orogenic rocks were formed quite episodically, as evidenced by discontinuous matrix ages of the accretionary complexes and a striking concentration of isotopic ages of the granitoids. A systematic along-arc age shift of Cretaceous large-scaled granitic magmatism and regional metamorphism suggests a tectonic control such as ridge subduction, which triggered the episodic orogeny. A tectonic model based on the paired metamorphic belts, combined with the non-steady tectonic control, works well to explain this magmatism and metamorphism in a single arc-trench system as a continental margin process. However, the juxtapositional process of the paired metamorphic belts is still a problem. Two possible cases, namely transcurrent displacement and back-arc overthrusting are discussed.  相似文献

Poaceae plant species, such as silver grass, are commonly used in mulching activities Japan. In contrast, local farmers have traditionally used Japanese knotweed (Fallopia japonica) mulch in the cultivation of solanaceous crops in the Nishi-Awa area of Japan, which is a Globally Important Agricultural Heritage Systems site. We have previously evaluated the positive effects of Japanese knotweed mulching on solanaceous crops, such as eggplants, tomato, and potato. In the present study, we observed that the naturally occurring diseases in the solanaceous crops tended to decrease when the knotweed mulching system was adopted, in comparison to when Poaceae mulch was adopted. In eggplants, leaf mold and powdery mildew decreased under Japanese knotweed mulching. We further evaluated the effects of Japanese knotweed mulching by inoculating test plants with Pseudomonas cichorii. We observed suppression of bacterial disease and tomato mosaic virus under Japanese knotweed mulching and following spraying with Japanese knotweed extracts. In addition, disease-resistance genes were expressed at high levels in Arabidopsis thaliana, a model plant, following treatment with Japanese knotweed extracts. The results suggest that Japanese knotweed has potential applications in future sustainable agriculture activities.  相似文献

应用石蜡切片技术和显微测量法,对条石鲷(Oplegnathus fasciatus)鳔的早期发生、分化和形成过程进行了连续观察。结果显示:条石鲷为闭鳔鱼类,在水温为23.5℃±0.5℃的条件下,鳔的形成过程可分为鳔原基出现、鳔管形成、鳔腔充气、鳔管退化及气腺形成4个时期。1日龄(孵化后第2天)仔鱼,在食道与肠的交界处分化出鳔原基;4日龄,鳔管原基出现;5日龄,气腺原基出现;6日龄,迷网出现;8日龄,鳔管形成;10日龄,鳔开始充气;17日龄,鳔充气完毕,鳔管开始退化;20日龄左右,鳔管从幽门处完全脱离;25日龄,气腺迷网发育完全;30日龄,鳔管完全消失,鳔的发育基本完善。在条石鲷的苗种培育过程中,鳔器官的发育影响到条石鲷仔鱼的成活率。  相似文献

以日本七鳃鳗(Lampetrajaponica)为研究对象,观察其外周血细胞显微结构和探讨类淋巴细胞原代培养条件。采用Wright氏和Giemsa氏染色法对日本七鳃鳗外周血液有形成分进行显微观察,可鉴别出红细胞、淋巴细胞、中性粒细胞、单核细胞、嗜酸性粒细胞:未发现嗜碱性粒细胞。通过Ficoll密度梯度离心法和流式细胞仪分选获得高纯度的七鳃鳗类淋巴细胞。经条件优化后确定最适培养液L15+20%FBS(5%七鳃鳗血清)+0.46%NaCl,在18℃,pH6.8~7.0的条件下对日本七鳃鳗类淋巴细胞进行体外培养,大多数类淋巴细胞半贴壁生长,细胞状态较好,最长可以存活近一个月。类淋巴细胞的原代培养为日本七鳃鳗细胞体外培养的深入研究提供了实验依据。  相似文献

目前国内外已报道的牙鲆(Paralichthys olivaceus)细菌病的病原有鳗弧菌(Vibrio anguillarum)以及弧菌(Vibrio spp.)属的其他一些种类、爱德华氏菌(Edwardsiella tarda)、屈挠杆菌(Flexibacter maritimus)、肠球菌(Enterococcus seriolicida)、链球菌(Streptococcus spp.)、卡帕奇诺卡氏菌(Nocardia kampachi)、变异微球菌(Micrococcus varians)[1].  相似文献

鱼类淋巴囊肿病毒靶器官的组织病理研究   总被引:9,自引:3,他引:9  
探讨病毒传播途径,运用组织病理学技术,对患淋巴囊肿病毒病的牙鲆和鲈鱼的组织进行显微观察,并对病毒感染的靶器官进行了研究。结果表明,在牙鲆体表皮下结缔组织中,当大量成纤维细胞膨大、变圆,大小为10~18μm时,细胞膜外未出现囊壁,少数细胞的细胞质中观察到嗜碱性物质;18~20μm的膨大细胞在细胞膜外出现囊壁,细胞质内出现嗜碱性物质;>20μm的细胞具有了淋巴囊肿细胞的典型特征。另外,在牙鲆鳃、肠上皮下结缔组织和粘膜下层中,脾、头肾边缘组织和表面系膜、肝表面系膜,以及鲈鱼的鳃等部位均观察到淋巴囊肿细胞,并在牙鲆和鲈鱼脾内观察到膨大细胞。因此,淋巴囊肿病毒的靶器官主要是鱼体表皮下结缔组织,其次是鳃、体腔膜、肠、脾和头肾。鱼体表皮下结缔组织是淋巴囊肿病毒病的检测、检疫和早期诊断的最佳样品。  相似文献
