铜试金预富集-辉光放电质谱法测定贵金属矿样中痕量铂钯铱金 总被引:4,自引:2,他引:2
对利用铜试金预富集后辉光放电质谱法(GDMS)测定贵金属矿样中痕量Pt、Pd、Ir、Au的方法进行了探索性研究。着重考察了铜试金条件的选择和辉光放电电极的匹配、质谱的测定条件和测定方法等。分析结果表明,痕量(μg级)贵金属元素Pt的含量在1.99~15.0μg,回收率为92.0%~111.9%;Pd的含量在3.15~29.78μg,回收率为88.4%~113.3%;Ir的含量在0.12~0.60μg,回收率为68.3%~100.0%;Au的含量在10.43~24.08μg,回收率为98.9%~127.0%。方法可应用于矿石、矿物及其他物料中痕量贵金属的分析。 相似文献

A method was developed for the determination of platinum‐group elements (PGE) in geological samples by isotope dilution‐inductively coupled plasma‐mass spectrometry combined with sulfide fire assay preconcentration. Samples were fused and PGE analytes were concentrated in sulfide buttons. The buttons were dissolved using HCl leaving PGE analytes in insoluble residues, which were digested in HNO3 and simultaneously processed for the distillation of Os. The remaining solutions were further prepared for the purification of Ru, Rh, Pd, Ir and Pt using a tandem assembly of cation and Ln resin columns. The eluents were directly analysed by membrane desolvation‐ICP‐MS. Ruthenium, Pd, Os, Ir and Pt were determined by isotope dilution, whereas Rh was determined by conventional reference material calibration combined with 193Ir as the internal standard element. The method was validated using a series of PGE reference materials, and the measurement data were consistent with the recommended and the literature values. The measurement precision was better than 10% RSD. The procedural blanks were 0.121 ng for Ru, 0.204 for Rh, 0.960 ng for Pd, 0.111 ng for Os, 0.045 ng for Ir and 0.661 ng for Pt, and the limits of detection (3s) were 0.011 ng g?1 for Ru, 0.008 ng g?1 for Rh, 0.045 ng g?1 for Pd, 0.009 ng g?1 for Os, 0.006 ng g?1 for Ir and 0.016 ng g?1 for Pt when a test portion mass of 10 g was used. 目的 在前期蛋白质组学研究中,明确了一系列候选血浆差异蛋白指标,包括RelB、PSMD10 等含量上调可能是宫颈癌的候选血浆蛋白质指标。本研究对上述指标进行定量验证,探讨宫颈癌发生及进展与血浆蛋白质表达调控的关系及临床意义。方法 收集维吾尔族女性宫颈病变患者外周血标本共70例,其中宫颈炎(cervicitis,CV)20例,宫颈内上皮瘤变(cervical intraepithelial neoplasisa,CIN)Ⅱ~Ⅲ 20例及宫颈鳞癌(cervical squamous cell carcinoma,CSCC)30例,采用酶联免疫法对血浆RelB、PSMD10 表达水平进行定量鉴定。结果 宫颈病变进展伴有血浆RelB、PSMD10 蛋白质含量梯度性上调,其差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。通过不同血浆蛋白质含量变化的相关性分析,发现血浆PSMD10与RelB呈低度正相关(r<0.4,P<0.01)。对不同蛋白质指标的检测对宫颈癌及癌前病变的预测能力分析,发现血浆RelB蛋白质检测的敏感度、特异性和准确度较高(依次为90.0%、50.0%和75.7%),对宫颈癌诊断可能有较高的预测价值。结论 宫颈癌发生与血浆蛋白质表达调控存在密切关系,血浆RelB、PSMD10 含量上调可能是宫颈癌发生的早期预警的血浆检测指标,对其检测对宫颈癌诊断具有较高的预测价值。 相似文献

Stars passing through the Oort cloud eject comets to interstellar space and initiate showers of comets into the planetary region. Monte Carlo simulations of such passages are performed on a representative distribution of cometary orbits. Ejected comets generally lie along a narrow tunnel drilled by the star through the cloud. However, shower comets come from the entire cloud, and do not give a strong signature of the star's passage, except in the inverse semimajor axis distribution for the shower comets. The planetary system is likely not experiencing a cometary shower at this time. 相似文献

The direct analysis of nickel sulfide fire assay buttons by UV laser ablation ICP-MS was used to determine the platinum-group elements and gold in the following reference materials: UMT-1, WPR-1, WMG-1, GPt-4, GPt-6 and CHR-Bkg. The instrument was calibrated with buttons prepared using quartz doped with the appropriate standard solutions. Analytical precision (RSD) was generally better than 10%, although occasional higher RSDs may infer local heterogeneities within nickel sulfide buttons. Good or excellent agreement was observed between analysed and reference material values except Rh in UMT-1 and WMG-1, which suffered an interference from copper. Detection limits calculated as 10 s quantitation limits were Au (1.7 ng g−1 ), Pd (3.3 ng g−1 ), Pt (8.3 ng g−1 ), Os (1.3 ng g−1 ), Rh (1 ng g−1 ), Ru (5 ng g−1 ) and Ir (0.7 ng g−1 ). 相似文献

采用微生物富集培养分离法对南洋油田不同油样中的菲降解菌进行了分离鉴定。分离得到2株以菲作为唯一碳源和能源的细菌菌株S17和S28,经革兰氏染色及显微镜形态观察,发现两者都是具有极生单鞭毛的革兰氏阴性、无芽孢杆菌。根据生理生化特性分析,以及16S rDNA序列同源性分析,两者属于假单胞菌属的不同种。菌株S17与食树脂假单孢菌(Pseudomonas resinovorans)序列同源性为97%;菌株S28则为高温假单胞菌(Pseudomonas thermaerum),其序列同源性达到100%。在以菲为唯一底物的条件下,菌株S28的生长速度是S17的2倍多,第4天即达到最大生长量,但是对于菲的降解而言,两者都在第10天达到最大,降解率分别为88.86%和82.02%,但是二者在起始的两天内对菲的降解效率最高,分别达到70.21%和72.74%,因此可用于菲污染的快速治理领域。 相似文献
