结合区域构造和地震活动讨论了万全井水位动态在大同6.1级地震前后的异常变化,并认为这种变化反映了区域构造活动的加强与减弱过程,而地震活动与该过程有关。大同6.1级地震是在1983年万全井水位上升异常背景下发生的。相应于异常背景,发生了几次中等强度的地震;到1985年7月,地震活动迁移到NEE向六棱山断裂带上,水位动态由连续三年上升于8月出现下降转折。此后,包括大同6.1级地震,六棱山断裂带上发生了一系列中强地震,水位动态虽然有时呈现突升变化,但动态趋势仍为下降。直到1991年3月26日大同5.8级地震后,下降速率明显减缓,异常过程逐渐趋向结束。  相似文献

研究了新试剂2,4-二溴-6-羧基苯重氮氨基偶氮苯与Tl(Ⅲ)的高灵敏显色反应。在非离子表面活性剂TritonX-100存在下,于pH10.5的NH_3·H_2O-NH_4Cl缓冲介质中,Tl(Ⅲ’)与该试剂生成红色配合物,其配合物的最大吸收波长位于520nm处,摩尔吸光系数为1.83×10 ̄5L·mol ̄-1·cm ̄-1。Tl(Ⅲ’)量在0~0.64μg/ml范围内符合比尔定律。方法用于废水中痕量Tl的测定,结果与其它方法结果相符。测定工业废水及粉煤灰中痕量Tl的RSD(n=6)在1.6%~3.2%范围。  相似文献

诱导三倍体太平洋牡蛎群体发育过程中三倍体率的变化   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
借助染色体计数和流式细胞计数计对 6 - DMAP处理和冷休克两种诱导方法获得太平洋牡蛎 (Crassostrea gigas)三倍体群体在各个发育时期三倍体率进行了系统检测。结果发现 ,在 4~ 8细胞时期 ,6 - DMAP诱导三倍体率为 75 % ,冷休克诱导三倍体率为 5 0 % ,在发育至 D形幼虫期和稚贝期 ,两类三倍体群体的三倍体率均有所下降。如从 4~ 8细胞期发育至稚贝期 ,冷休克诱导群体下降了 5 3.0 8%以上 ,6 - DMAP诱导群体三倍体率下降了 2 7.36 %。养殖一年后 ,6 - DMAP诱导群体三倍体率仍保持在 6 0 %以上 ,而冷休克诱导群体三倍体率已下降至不足 10 %。这一结果说明 ,利用 6 - DMAP诱导来获得三倍体是比较理想的方法  相似文献

Glutathione S-transferase (GST) and heat shock proteins (hsps) 40, 60, 70 and 90 were determined by immunoblotting using actin as an internal control in Mytilus edulis from one station outside (site1) and three stations within (sites 2-4) Cork Harbour, Ireland. Comparisons were made between gill and digestive gland and between sites. Gill shows generally higher hsp 60, 70 and 90 while digestive gland has higher hsp 40. Site 1 showed higher gill hsps 40 and 70 than sites 2-4 while gill GST was higher in sites 3 and 4 than 1 and 2. Comparison with sites in the North Sea (site 5: outside Tj?rn? in The Koster archipelago in the Skagerack) and Baltic Sea (site 6: Ask? island) also revealed lower hsps 40 and 70 in site 6 (low salinity) than site 5 (high salinity) although hsps 60, 70 and 90 were detectable in digestive gland unlike sites 1-4. Previously, only hsp 70 had been studied at these sites [Mar. Environ. Res. 39. (1995), 181]. At the mRNA level, gill hsp 70 is 80-fold higher at Tj?rn? than Ask?. These data suggest that, while salinity may slightly decrease hsp 40 and 70, both hsp 70 and GST are selectively up-regulated by approx. 10- and 3-fold, respectively, at Tj?rn? compared to the other sites which we attribute to exposure to more widely fluctuating pollution levels.  相似文献

Mössbauer spectroscopy was applied to study the valence state of iron in chromite from massive, nodular and disseminated podiform chromitite ores of the Luobasa ophiolite massif of Tibet. The results show that Fe3+/ΣFe = 0.42 in chromite from massive ore, and Fe3+/ΣFe = 0.22 in chromite from nodular and disseminated ores. The massive ore records traces of ultra high pressure mineralogical assemblages, such as diamond inclusions in OsIr alloys, exsolution lamellae of coesite and diopside in chromite, inclusions of metal‐nitrides, native iron and others, which suggests a strongly reducing environment. In contrast, chromite from nodular and disseminated ore contains abundant low‐pressure OH‐bearing mineral inclusions whose formation requires a more oxidizing environment. The high value of Fe3+/ΣFe in the ‘reduced’ massive ore is explained by crystallographic stabilization of Fe3+ in a high‐pressure polymorph of chromite deep in the upper mantle despite low ambient fO2 conditions. The presence of high‐pressure phases within the massive chromitite ore requires that the latter, together with its host peridotite, was transported in the solid state from a highly reduced deep mantle environment to shallow depths beneath an ocean spreading centre. It is suggested that in the low‐pressure environment of the spreading centre, the deep‐seated, reduced, massive chromitites partially reacted with their host peridotite in the presence of hydrous melt, yielding the nodular and disseminated chromitite ores. The preponderance of evidence suggests that the latter interaction involved boninitic melts in a supra‐subduction zone environment as proposed previously.  相似文献

Aeolian dune fields characterized by partly vegetated bedforms undergoing active construction and with interdune depressions that lie at or close to the water table are widespread on Skei?arársandur, Southern Iceland. The largest aeolian dune complex on the sandur covers an area of 80 km2 and is characterized by four distinct landform types: (i) spatially isolated aeolian dunes; (ii) extensive areas of damp and wet (flooded) interdune flat with small fluvial channels; (iii) small aeolian dune fields composed of assemblages of bedforms with simple morphologies and small, predominantly damp, interdune corridors; and (iv) larger aeolian dune fields composed of assemblages of complex bedforms floored by older aeolian dune deposits that are themselves raised above the level of the surrounding wet sandur plain. The morphology of each of these landform areas reflects a range of styles of interaction between aeolian dune, interdune and fluvial processes that operate coevally on the sandur surface. The geometry, scale, orientation and facies composition of sets of strata in the cores of the aeolian dunes, and their relationship to adjoining interdune strata, have been analysed to explain the temporal behaviour of the dunes in terms of their mode of initiation, construction, pattern of migration, style of accumulation and nature of preservation. Seasonal and longer‐term flooding‐induced changes in water table level have caused episodic expansion and contraction of the wet interdune ponds. Most of the dunes are currently undergoing active construction and migration and, although sediment availability is limited because of the high water table, substantial aeolian transport must occur, especially during winter months when the surface of the wet interdune ponds is frozen and sand can be blown across the sandur without being trapped by surface moisture. Bedforms within the larger dune fields have grown to a size whereby formerly damp interdune flats have been reduced to dry enclosed depressions and dry aeolian system accumulation via bedform climb is ongoing. Despite regional uplift of the proximal sandur surface in response to glacial retreat and unloading over the past century, sediment compaction‐induced subsidence of the distal sandur is progressively placing aeolian deposits below the water table and is enabling the accumulation of wet aeolian systems and increasing the likelihood of their long‐term preservation. Wet, dry and stabilizing aeolian system types all co‐exist on Skei?arársandur and the dunes are variously undergoing coeval construction, accumulation, bypass, stabilization and destruction as a result of interactions between localized factors.  相似文献

鄂尔多斯盆地史家湾地区长6油层组层序-岩相古地理   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
通过岩心描述、岩石薄片鏊定和古生物、物源区和测井曲线等资料的综合分析,对鄂尔多斯盆地史家湾地区上三叠统长6油层组沉积相和层序地层学特征进行了详细研究,确定长6油层组属于河控型三角洲沉积体系.可划分为1个长期、3个中期和10个短期旋回层序.以古盐度的定量计算和盐度分区为依据,进一步确定了史家湾地区长6油层组沉积期的古湖岸线位置.在此基础上,以物源区和沉积相、层序分析成果为基础,选取中期旋回层序的上升和下降相域为等时地层单元编制史家湾地区长6油层组各时期层序-岩相古地理图,结果表明各时期古地理面貌和砂体展布格局主要受湖平面升、降和物源区方向控制.最有利储层发育的水上一水下分流河道主要出现在各中期旋回的湖侵相域,砂体的延伸方向与东北部的主物源方向相平行,此研究成果对史家湾地区长6油藏的后续勘探有重要的指导意义.  相似文献

从邯郸6井水氡1986年以来的月均值曲线分析,2001年以来水氡处于高值异常变化,2003年5月月均值一阶差分出现超出2倍均方误差的单点异常。在以往日常资料分析中,如果邯郸6井水氡出现一些显著变化,往往习惯性地怀疑其观测环境特殊性影响资料的信度,即将其归因于邯郸6井停泵、观测水样为井网混合水所致。随着分析的深人,认为如此分析过于简单。鉴于以上原因,本文拟对该井多年资料进行深人分析,对资料的映震能力做进一步探讨。  相似文献
