对西施舌(Coelomactra antiquata)肉的水分、灰分、粗蛋白、粗脂肪及部分微量元素等进行了分析,并对其营养价值进行了评价。结果表明:西施舌鲜肉含水量为82.31%,粗蛋白11.18%(占干基质量的63.19%),粗脂肪0.54%,灰分2.36%;西施舌蛋白质中含有18种编码氨基酸,其中含人体所需的全部8种必需氨基酸,必需氨基酸的质量分数为20.93%(干基),占氨基酸总量的36.28%,谷氨酸(Glu)、天冬氨酸(Asp)和甘氨酸(Gly)的质量分数较高,分别占干基的7.80%、5.57%和6.70%;高度不饱和脂肪酸C20:4(EPA)和C22:6(DHA)分别占脂肪酸总数的20.41%和10.20%;对西施舌肉营养价值评价结果显示:Gly,Asp、Glu和丙氨酸(Ala)4种呈味氨基酸占水解氨基酸总量的44.77%,占游离氨基酸总量的72.94%;氨基酸评分(SAA)和化学评分(SC)结果都显示第一限制性氨基酸是色氨酸,其SAA值和SC值分别为0.73和0.43,必需氨基酸指数(IEAA)为64.91,牛磺酸含量丰富,质量比为13 830 mg/kg(干基);西施舌含有较丰富的Fe和Zn,在其干基中的质量比分别为130.0 mg/kg和52.0 mg/kg。  相似文献

The impact of global climate change on runoff components, especially on the type of overland flow, is of utmost significance. High‐resolution temporal rainfall plays an important role in determining the hydrological response of quick runoff components. However, hydrological climate change scenario analyses with high temporal resolution are rare. This study investigates the impact of climate change on discharge peak events generated by rainfall, snowmelt, and soil‐frost induced runoff using high‐resolution hydrological modelling. The study area is Schäfertal catchment (1.44 km2) in the lower Harz Mountains in central Germany. The WaSiM‐ETH hydrological model is used to investigate the rainfall response of runoff components under near future (2021–2050) and far‐distant future (2071–2100) climatic conditions. Disaggregated daily climate variables of WETTREG2010 SRES scenario A1B are used on a temporal resolution of 10 min. Hydrological model parameter optimization and uncertainty analysis was conducted using the Differential Evolution Adaptive Metropolis (DREAM_(ZS)) uncertainty tool. The scenario results show that total runoff and interflow will increase by 3.8% and 3.5% in the near future and decrease by 32.85% and 31% in the far‐distant future compared to the baseline scenario. In contrast, overland flow and the number and size of peak runoff will decrease moderately for the near future and drastically for the far‐distant future compared to the baseline scenario. We found the strongest decrease for soil‐frost induced discharge peaks at 79.6% in the near future and at 98.2% in the far‐distant future scenario. It can be concluded that high‐resolution hydrological modelling can provide detailed predictions of future hydrological regimes and discharge peak events of the catchment. 为研究池塘内循环流水养殖与传统池塘养殖模式条件下鲫鱼的营养品质及特征风味, 对鲫鱼形体、基础营养成分、蒸煮损失和持水力、肌肉蛋白质消化率、氨基酸、脂肪酸和挥发性化合物含量等指标进行分析评价。结果表明: 跑道组和池塘组鲫鱼的形体指标和基础营养成分具有较大差异, 其中跑道组具有高蛋白低脂肪的特点。同时两种养殖模式下鲫鱼的蒸煮损失和持水力相接近。跑道组鲫鱼蛋白质消化率显著高于池塘组鲫鱼(P<0.05)。游离氨基酸分析结果表明跑道组鲫鱼中鲜味氨基酸(天冬氨酸和谷氨酸)和甜味氨基酸(谷氨酸和丙氨酸等)含量均显著高于池塘组(P<0.05), 因此跑道组鲫鱼可能具有更佳的风味。此外两种养殖模式下鲫鱼肌肉氨基酸组成无显著差异(P<0.05), 然而跑道组鲫鱼不饱和脂肪酸含量(4.803 8 g/100 g)高于池塘组(1.411 1 g/100 g)。基于GC-IMS结果可知, 两种养殖模式下鲫鱼的挥发性化合物具有显著差异。通过层次聚类热图分析从57种挥发性化合物中筛选出了33种特性差异标记物用以区分不同养殖模式下的鲫鱼。研究结果表明, 池塘内循环流水跑道养殖在一定程度上对鲫鱼营养品质和特征风味有所改善, 可以通过GC-IMS技术进行有效快速鉴别, 同时阐明了风味感官差异的物质基础, 为淡水鱼养殖模式选择和产品定位提供理论基础。  相似文献

Abstract

This study investigates the characteristics of hydrograph components from a watershed in Taiwan. Hydrograph components were modelled by using a model of three serial reservoirs with one parallel reservoir. Mean rainfall was calculated by using the block kriging method. The model parameters for 38 events were calibrated by using the shuffled complex evolution optimization algorithm. The model verification was made using 18 events. Based on the study results, the following findings were obtained: (1) for single-peak events, times to peak of hydrograph components are an increasing power function of the peak time of rainfall; (2) peak discharges of hydrograph components are linearly proportional to that of total runoff, and the ratios of quick and slow runoff are approximately 83% and 17% of total runoff, respectively; and (3) the total volume of quick runoff component is 52% of total runoff and that of slow runoff is 27%.

Since the Early Cenozoic, the Philippine Sea Plate (PSP) has undergone a complex tectonic evolution. During this period the Parece Vela Basin (PVB) was formed by seafloor spreading in the back-arc region of the proto-Izu-Bonin-Mariana (IBM) arc. However, until now, studies of the geological, geophysical, and tectonic evolution of the PVB have been rare. In this study, we obtained in situ trace element and major element compositions of minerals in basalts collected from two sites in the southern part of the PVB. The results reveal that the basalts from site CJ09-63 were likely formed via ~10% partial melting of spinel-garnet lherzolite, while the basalts from site CJ09-64 were likely formed via 15%–25% partial melting of garnet lherzolite. The order of mineral crystallization for the basalts from site CJ09-64 was olivine, spinel, clinopyroxene, and plagioclase, while the plagioclase in the basalts from site CJ09-63 crystallized earlier than the clinopyroxene. Using a plagioclase-liquid hygrometer and an olivine-liquid oxybarometer, we determined that the basalts in this study have high H2O contents and oxygen fugacities, suggesting that the magma source of the Parece Vela basalts was affected by subduction components, which is consistent with the trace element composition of whole rock.  相似文献

通过设置不同梯度的温度环境,分析高温处理后玉米各项生理指标的变化情况,并对处理过的植株进行跟踪观测,分析产量构成因素的变化,确定玉米高温热害的关键温度。研究结果表明:(1)≥32℃的高温环境,对玉米各项生理指标和产量构成产生一定影响;(2)随着处理温度的升高和高温胁迫时间的延长,可溶性糖含量、可溶性蛋白含量与SOD活性均表现为先升后降的波动变化趋势,百粒重、茎秆重呈现波动下降趋势,秃尖比呈波动上升趋势;(3)38℃是多数生理指标变化的转折点,可视为玉米耐受高温的重要转折温度。  相似文献

红土镍矿进口量大、成分复杂、差异性大。为全面了解红土镍矿中各化学成分的相关性,以日照港为主,连云港、天津港为辅,从2013年1月—12月,按进港量多少,每月抽取11~25个样本,共228个。通过元素分析,检出主要元素19个,逐对分析相关性。发现地质作用造成的多元素共生关系,也有外部环境风化淋滤后的弱相关、不相关,甚至有风化淋滤过程中形成的强相关。  相似文献

Wildcat modelling of mineral prospectivity has been proposed for greenfields geologically-permissive terranes where mineral targets have not yet been discovered but a geological map is available as a source of spatial data of predictors of mineral prospectivity. This paper (i) revisits the initial way of assigning wildcat scores (Sc) to predictors of mineral prospectivity and (ii) proposes an improvement by transforming Sc into improved wildcat scores (ISc) by using a logistic function. This was shown in wildcat modelling of prospectivity for low-sulphidation epithermal-Au (LSEG) deposits in Aroroy district (Philippines). Based on knowledge of characteristics of and controls on LSEG mineralization in the Philippines, the spatial predictors of LSEG prospectivity used in the study are proximity to porphyry plutonic stocks, faults/fractures and fault/fracture intersections. The Sc and ISc of spatial predictors are input separately to principal components analysis to extract a favourability function that can be interpreted as a wildcat model of LSEG prospectivity. The predictive capacity of the wildcat model of LSEG prospectivity based on the ISc of geological predictors is roughly 70% higher than that of the wildcat model of LSEG prospectivity based on the Sc of geological predictors. A slight increase of predictive capacity of wildcat modelling of LSEG prospectivity is also achieved when the ISc of geological predictors are integrated with the ISc of geochemical anomalies, but not with the Sc of geochemical anomalies. The proposed improvement is significant because if the study district were a greenfields exploration area, then a wildcat model of LSEG prospectivity based on the old wildcat methodology would have caused several LSEG targets to be missed.  相似文献

Increasing concern about possible links between emissions of radon and certain types of malignant disease has led to local and regional surveys to measure radon concentrations in the soil and in dwellings. The spatial scale at which radon varies is largely unknown, and so efficient sampling schemes and methods of mapping cannot be selected. To determine the spatial scale of radon variation in the English Midlands we measured radon in the soil using solid-state nuclear track detection in three areas of different geological complexity. In two of them we used an unbalanced multistage sampling scheme with seven stages of nesting: the Hereford survey covered distances from 10 m to 7.5 km, and the Buxton survey distances from 1 m to 3.75 km. The results from the nested surveys suggested that geology exerts a strong control on the variation. Finally radon was measured every 20 m along a 2-km long transect which crossed several lithologies close to Nottingham. The soil radon values changed in an erratic way along the transect. The sample variogram of radon has a substantial nugget variance, suggesting that much of the variation occurred for distances less than the sampling interval. The structure at the longer scale seems to be controlled by the underlying geology. These results have implications for designing further surveys and for selecting a method of mapping. Stratification based on lithology might be the only feasible solution to sampling, estimating and mapping radon concentrations over large areas. Where the locally erratic component of variation is large, estimation by kriging, for example, would confer little additional benefit compared with that by classification.  相似文献
