本文概述性地介绍了发生在海水养殖中的常见细菌性疾病包括弧菌现、链球菌症、卡诺氏菌症、细菌性肾病、巴斯德氏杀菌症、爱德华氏症、滑走细菌症和杀鲑气单胞菌症等的主要症状、流行情况及病原菌特征,通过遗传育种筛选有抗病力的养殖品种是人们正在努力的方向,目前的研究重点主要在鱼类抗病能力方差分析研究及抗病育种的方法研究,免疫接种是提高养殖鱼类对某一特定性病原菌的最有效的方法,目前已有三十多种菌苗上市,通过使用免疫刺激剂提高鱼类的非特异性免疫力已显示一定的应用前景,虽然抗菌素由于存在抗药菌株和鱼体残留,但它仍是目前对细菌性疾病疾病的常规疗法,而海洋藻类提取物对细菌的抑制作用已被人们所认识,它将会成为一种有潜力的抗菌药物。 相似文献

- The dynamic response behaviors of upright breakwaters under broken wave impact are analysed based on the mass-damper-spring dynamic system model. The effects of the mass, damping, stiffness, natural period, and impulse duration (or oscillation period) on the translation, rotation, sliding force, overturning moment, and corresponding dynamic amplifying factors are studied. It is concluded that the ampli-ying factors only depend on the ratio of the system natural period to impulse duration (or oscillation period) under a certain damping ratio. 广东、海南两省多个海水网箱养殖场养殖的点带石斑鱼(Epinephelus malabaricus)发生严重的弧菌病,从海南三亚和广东深圳的发病鱼病灶上分离到2株致病性细菌VAL02和VAL00,经人工回接感染实验证明这2株菌引起点带石斑鱼弧菌病,VAL02对点带石斑鱼苗的半致死量是2.25×10~5 cfu/g。经形态及生理生化特征分析,鉴定出VAL02及VAL00均为溶藻弧菌。应用药敏纸片法研究了22种化学疗剂对VAL02及溶藻弧菌标准株的生长抑制作用,发现VAL02对氯霉素、氟哌酸、卡那霉素和乙酰螺旋霉素等产生耐药性,对复方新诺明和环丙沙星等敏感。 相似文献

A series of transient tests were conducted to determine the seafloor coupling characteristics of a new ocean-bottom seismometer (OBS) developed for the United States Office of Naval Research (ONR). The OBS comprises a large recording package and a separate sensor package that is deployed from the recording package. In addition to the coupling characteristics of both the sensor and the recording packages, the seismic energy radiated from the main recording package as a result of motion of the recording package was measured. The observed vertical coupling resonances of both the recording package and the sensor package are in good agreement with those predicted by a simple model of soil-structure interaction. The most important result of this study is that significant energy is radiated from the recording package in response to horizontal motions of the recording package. When the sensor package is 1 m from the recording package, the amplitude of the recorded signal is similar to that recorded in the recording package. In the field, this effect will result in distortion of seismic signals and increased background noise recorded by the sensor package if the recording package is disturbed by seafloor currents or biological activity. The amplitude of this signal attenuates by approximately a factor of two as sensor/recorder separation is increased from 1 to 6 m, suggesting that an improved response can be achieved by increasing the separation between the recording package and the sensors. This effect is much less severe for vertical disturbances of the recording package. 相似文献

The steady response of the ventilated thermocline to an increase in Ekman pumping is investigated, focusing on the effect
of the mixed layer depth distribution on the subsurface density anomaly. We consider only the subtropical gyre, and the mixed
layer is assumed to be deep in the northwest and shallow elsewhere with a narrow transition zone separating the deep and shallow
mixed layer regions. At the intersection of this narrow transition zone and the outcrop line, low potential vorticity fluid
is subducted into and ventilates the thermocline. In such a situation, an enhancement of the Ekman pumping confined to the
northern subtropical gyre leads to pronounced subsurface cold anomalies in the southern subtropics, which is free of anomalous
forcing. These density anomalies are much greater than those that occur when either the mixed layer depth is zonally uniform
or the Ekman pumping is enhanced in the whole subtropical gyre. They are caused by anomalous changes in the trajectory of
the low potential vorticity fluid in response to anomalous Sverdrup flow.
