关于我校毕业生就业意向的调查分析

基于捕获−再捕获方法的城市旅游非正规就业群体规模测算——来自北京市的实证研究

非正规就业是旅游就业体系中的重要组成部分,在推动城市旅游经济增长方面发挥着不可替代的作用。以故宫博物院、颐和园等北京10个典型景区为例,调查研究了城市旅游景区非正规就业者的群体特征,并探索性地将测量野生动物和敏感人群数量的“捕获–再捕获”及蒙特卡罗模拟方法引入研究,对该群体的规模进行了测算。研究发现：①城市景区旅游非正规就业群体多为低人力资本从业者,青壮年女性居多,以纪念品（土特产）商贩和导游人员为主,多来自就近地区。②北京10个典型城市景区的旅游非正规就业群体规模较小,大约有1 126人,这与严格的城市人口疏解和旅游业治理举措密切相关。③“捕获–再捕获”方法可以有效测量流动性大、隐蔽性强的旅游非正规就业者的群体规模,具有一定的科学性和可靠性。  相似文献

旅游产业快速发展不仅直接就业效应大,而且对其他行业的间接就业带动能力更为显著。本文结合旅游剥离系数和投入产出分析方法,构建旅游产业发展的间接就业带动能力测算模型,利用Dagum基尼系数分解其时空差异演变,基于中国31个省（自治区、直辖市）的面板数据对旅游产业发展间接就业带动能力及其时空差异进行实证测算。结果显示：中国旅游产业间接就业带动规模从2000年的2684.6万人增长到2019年的4894.9万人,旅游产业发展间接就业带动能力显著提高;各省份旅游产业发展间接就业带动能力存在明显差距,总体上表现为东、中、西部地区依次递减;纵向比较来看,旅游间接就业带动作用有效突破了胡焕庸线的约束,但带动作用较强的地区主要集中在胡焕庸线东南半壁;对不同产业的间接就业带动能力差异显著,其中,对农林牧渔业和制造业的间接就业带动能力最突出;旅游行业内部比较来看,旅游交通运输、仓储和邮政通讯业、旅游住宿和餐饮业的间接就业带动能力处于主导地位;旅游间接就业带动能力总体差异呈收敛趋势,这种总体差异主要来源于地区间差距。  相似文献   

“家”“业”可否兼得：青年农民工回流意愿研究

基于个体心理决策视角,使用定量研究与定性研究相结合的方法,分析流出地的“家”和“业”对青年农民工回流意愿的影响过程。研究发现：文化意义上的“家”是影响青年农民工回流意愿的深层因素,但其影响还需要“业”的强化。流出地的“家”和“业”共同作用,形塑青年农民工的回流意愿。“家”的文化观念通过新的人生节点、具有挑战性的家庭责任和规划中的家庭发展触发青年农民工回流;“业”的想象则通过选择新的就业地点、渴望好的就业条件、寻找独特的创业资源和改变旧的发展路径增强青年农民工回流意愿,由此实现回流决策中的“家”“业”兼得。在中国区域发展不平衡、不充分的情况下,流出地政府既要大力发展经济、增加就业机会、提升收入水平,又要加大对回流的青年农民工的创业扶持,使他们的“业”得到持续强化,“家”“业”可以持续兼得。在对农民工群体进行研究时,可以把“家”作为一个关键的切入点,从“家”出发构建中国话语的分析框架,这蕴含了创建中国本土人口流动理论的可能性。  相似文献   

城镇化发展如何影响非正规就业？

城镇化是城镇非正规经济发展的载体,是影响非正规就业的重要因素之一。采用2006—2017年省际面板数据,并利用邻接矩阵和地理距离矩阵构建空间杜宾（SDM）模型,实证分析了城镇化发展对非正规就业的影响及作用机制。研究发现：城镇化发展会通过直接效应和空间溢出效应两种作用传导机制对非正规就业产生显著的促进作用。其中,直接效应主要通过集聚效应、空间效应、投资效应三种途径来直接促进本地区的非正规就业,同时邻近地区之间的城镇化发展存在协同效应,这使得地区城镇化发展对非正规就业有显著的正向空间溢出效应,而且相比于边界相邻地区,地理距离相近地区的正向溢出效应更强。而且,各省份的政府竞争在城镇化发展对非正规就业的空间溢出效应中具有完全中介作用,是产生正向空间溢出效应的重要因素。  相似文献   

Modeling the Probability of Niche Employment: Exploring Workforce Segmentation in Metropolitan Atlanta

This paper examines employment concentrations (commonly called niches) in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area. Concentration ratios (created from 1990 5% Public Use Microdata Samples) reveal niches characterized by gender, race, and ethnicity. White workers of both sexes commonly hold niches in white-collar occupations and non-Whites (Blacks, Mexicans, Koreans, Chinese, and Asian Indians) primarily occupy niches as blue-collar, or secondary service workers. Chinese, Korean and Asian Indian males are the only groups of non-Whites to hold jobs in a significant number of white-collar employment niches. Generally, non-White niches pay very little and for women, especially, niche employment is generally not very lucrative. Logistic regression models explore predictors of niche employment and indicate that the social constructs of ethnicity and race have the most substantial impact upon an individual's odds for niche employment. Human capital measures alone do not sufficiently account for niche employment, and segmentation theory best explains the phenomenon.  相似文献   

Gendering Job Competition: Immigration and African American Employment in Chicago, 1990-2000

This investigation of demographic changes between 1990 and 2000 within African American employment concentrations in Chicago finds that the effects of immigration on African American employment differ by gender. Black women increasingly shared their niche industries with immigrant women without being displaced, a pattern of coexistence that indicates the primacy of gender in sorting women into employment. By contrast, similar patterns were absent between African American and immigrant men, and several niche industries reflected competition. Yet economic restructuring more significantly affected African American male and female employment than immigration. Among women, these same trends also affected immigrants. Both groups were adversely affected by the growth of low-wage employment in female-dominated, care-work jobs—their primary industries of overlap. These findings underscore the significance of gender in problematizing ethnic/racial divisions of labor and the need to consider economic consequences that cross these divisions as well as derive from them within urban economies.  相似文献

根据行为地理学观点,通过农村劳动力转移就业决策过程分析,认为农村劳动力转移就业环境认知,是指农村劳动力面临多样化的就业地和就业环境,对其进行的环境外观感觉以及整体认识和综合解释过程。依据地理认知理论,构建了农村劳动力转移就业环境认知研究体系:基于目标与过程的转移就业环境认知研究;基于个体变量与群体文化因子的转移就业环境认知研究;转移就业环境认知层次(环境特征感知、环境对象认知、环境格局认知)研究。探讨了农村劳动力转移就业环境认知研究的基本方法:民族志方法、定量关系模型、时空路径等。可以预测,农村劳动力转移就业环境认知研究将促进混合研究路径的发展。  相似文献   

Regional development and the impact of the public sector in Denmark: employment growth and human capital

This paper analyses the relationships between employment growth, human capital and regional development. To understand the spatial development of employment growth, we distinguish between the public and the private sector. The public sector has a major role in Denmark in the form of a large share of total employment and employment growth across space. We examine in particular the uneven geography of human capital and the relationships between the growth of human capital and total employment growth by Danish municipalities. It is moreover analysed, whether there is a concentration of human capital in the largest city-regions, and how such concentrations contribute to the uneven geography of employment growth. The paper concludes that both the public and private sectors are important regarding employment growth in Danish municipalities. Further, public and private human capital contributes to employment growth, and the public sector contributes, over time, to diminishing the uneven spatial distribution of human capital while the private sector increases the spatial inequality. Moreover, urbanisation has a significant effect on employment growth and human capital formation, both when it comes to the large city regions, and, in general, the distance to city centres.  相似文献
