采用负离子热电离质谱和等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)技术建立了^187Os-^186Os和^187Os-^188Os测年方法。方法基于利用核反应^185Re(n,γ)^Re和^187Re(n,γ)^Re所产生的^186Re和^188Re分别经过β衰变生成稳定同位素^186Os和^188Os。^186Os和^188Os的生成量由照射参数和样品中Re含量决定。只要测定Os同位素比值就可计算出Re含量和O  相似文献

利用激光探针等离子体质谱方法研究了阜平杂岩中几种不同类型片麻岩中的锆石样品。实验结果显示,对于较简单的锆石群,其207Pb-206Pb数据分布的峰值年龄给出与常规锆石铅的TIMS方法一致的结果;通过分析大量的锆石颗粒,可以弥补TIMS方法分析数据较少的缺陷,从而给出更全面的年龄分布特征。对于具有多期混合的锆石,以及具有继承铅、多期增生历史的锆石,通过对一个样品中多个颗粒的分析以及对单个颗粒的不同位置的分析,可区分出不同期次地质事件的信息,从而为阜平杂岩的形成、变质演化历史提供了年代学依据。研究结果为阜平杂岩中大量发育的灰片麻岩给出约2.5Ga的岩浆活动年龄信息,出露面积较小的角闪斜长片麻岩给出了约2.7Ga的年龄信息,同时还给出了约2.2Ga和约1.9Ga的两期变质事件年龄信息  相似文献

锆石Hf同位素组成的LAM-MC-ICPMS精确测定   总被引:23,自引:1,他引:23  
在配备了NewWaveMerchantekLUV213型紫外激光探针进样系统的Isoprobe型MC—ICPMS上进行了溶液和锆石单矿物的Hf同位素比值测定,并对^176Yb和^176Lu对^176Hf的同质异位素干扰校正进行了试验。结果表明,由于自然界Lu的丰度远远小于Yb,所以^176Hf的同质异位素干扰主要来自^176Yb。当Yb/Hf较低时,可以通过同质异位素干扰校正直接难确测定出^176Hf/^177Hf比值;当Yb/Hf比值较高时,则需要进行同质异位素干扰校正和外部校正来获得难确的^176Hf/^177Hf比值。因此,用LAM—MC-ICPMS可以难确、快速地测定锆石的Hf同位素组成。  相似文献

Late Archean (2.57 Ga) diamond-bearing eclogite xenoliths from Udachnaya, Siberia, exhibit geochemical characteristics including variation in oxygen isotope values, and correlations of δ18O with major elements and radiogenic isotopes which can be explained by an origin as subducted oceanic crust. Trace element analyses of constituent garnet and clinopyroxene by Laser-ICPMS are used to reconstruct whole-rock trace element compositions, which indicate that the eclogites have very low high field strength element (HFSE) concentrations and Zr/Hf and Nb/Ta ratios most similar to modern island arcs or ultradepleted mantle. Although hydrothermal alteration on the Archean sea floor had enough geochemical effect to allow the recognition of its effects in the eclogites and thus diagnose them as former oceanic crust, it was not severe enough to erase many other geochemical features of the original igneous rocks, particularly the relatively immobile HFSEs. Correlations of the trace element patterns with oxygen isotopes show that some, generally Mg-richer, eclogites originated as lavas, whereas others have lower δ18O and higher Sr and Eu contents indicating an origin as plagioclase-bearing intrusive rocks formed in magma chambers within the ocean crust. Major and trace element correlations demonstrate that the eclogites are residues after partial melting during the subduction process, and that their present compositions were enriched in MgO by this process. The original lava compositions were picritic, but not komatiitic, whereas the intrusives had lower, basaltic MgO contents. The HFSE signature of the eclogites may indicate that ocean floor basalts of the time were relatively close to island arcs and recycled material, which would be consistent with a larger number of smaller oceanic plates. Their composition appears to indicate that komatiitic ocean crust compositions were restricted to the early Archean which is not known to be represented among the eclogite xenolith population.  相似文献

利用激光剥蚀电感耦合等离子质谱 (LA- ICPMS)对扬子克拉通宜昌三峡地区早奥陶世不同时期海相碳酸盐岩地层中的牙形石个体进行了原位分析,并与已发表的世界其他地区古海水的稀土元素 (REE)组成进行了比较,利用 REE和微量元素组成、δ Ce和 Sm/Nd比值等地球化学指标恢复了该时期古海水的地球化学性质.结果表明,该区早奥陶世牙形石的 REE和微量元素地球化学异常与海平面的升降、古环境的变化有关联,与已有的古生物地层、古地理研究结果一致.因此,牙形石的 REE和微量元素地球化学特征可以在古环境再造过程中发挥重要的作用.  相似文献

报道了一个改进的锍镍试金一等离子体质谱测定铂族元素和金的分析流程,用封闭溶解贵金属硫化物滤渣与同位素稀释法测锇相结合,解决了包括锇在内的全部铂族元素和金的测定,避免了锇的蒸馏分离和(或)单独测定,简化了分析流程,以适应大批量化探样品的要求,用所拟方法分析了标准物质中铂族元素和金,其结果与参考值相符。  相似文献

多收集器等离子体质谱(MCICPMS)用于分析SmNd同位素时,质量分馏系数(β)与同位素的质量数呈线性关系.可以采用两种方法进行质量分馏校正:双分馏系数内部校正法(DFIC)和单分馏系数外部校正法(SFEC).采用DFIC法,对国际标样ShinEtsuJNdi1和实验室标样NdGIG进行了为期五个月的143Nd/144Nd比值测量统计,结果分别为0.512120±0.000012(2σSD)、0.511532±0.000013(2σSD).采用SFEC法,对NdGIG标样的测量统计结果为0.511525±0.000015(2σSD).两种方法的测量结果在分析误差范围内与其推荐值或TIMS测量值完全一致.对加Ce和Sm的NdGIG混合溶液分别进行了Ce和Sm对143Nd/144Nd比值分析的干扰校正研究和Sm/Nd比值测量,结果显示,143Nd/144Nd比值分别与Ce/Nd、Sm/Nd测量值呈线性关系,Sm/Nd测量值与其质量比值亦呈很好的线性关系.这表明利用MCICPMS可以快速精确地测定存在Ce、Sm干扰的样品的143Nd/144Nd比值,同时可获得精确的Sm/Nd比值,而无需加入稀释剂.这就使直接测定地质样品的SmNd等时线年龄成为可能.  相似文献

Two methods have been developed to measure indium (In) in natural waters by flow injection inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICPMS). One is the isotope dilution technique using an113In enriched spike and the other utilizes natural yttrium present in the sample as an internal standard. In the former, optimization of the113In spike to minimize error is often difficult for samples in which In concentrations are variable, whereas in the latter method, a separate determination of Y in the sample is necessary and hence more sample is required. Using about 1 liter of a water sample, 200 fold preconcentration of In was performed by solvent extraction and back extraction technique and then introduced into the ICPMS to measure the113In/115In or115In/89Y ratios. The detection limits were 0.01–0.02 pmol kg−1 for both methods. Application of the methods to seawater samples yielded the concentrations of 0.06–0.15 pmol kg−1 for the Pacific and 0.6–1.5 pmol kg−1 for the Atlantic. The large inter-oceanic variation of In best resembles that of Al amongst the 3B group of elements in the periodic table. River and estuarine samples gave a more variable range of concentrations of 0.01–15 pmol kg−1. Most of the In supplied by rivers is removed by scavenging in the estuarine mixing zone, suggesting that the fluvial input of In to the ocean is small.  相似文献

Plutonic zircons from the Cretaceous Separation Point Suite (SPS) were analysed by LA-ICPMS for U–Pb isotope ratios and trace element concentrations. Pooled 206Pb/238U ages range from 112 to 124 Ma. Cathodoluminescence imaging reveals minor inheritence and textural evidence of repeated dissolution and re-precipitation of zircon. Core and rim spot analyses, however, document zircon growth during extended periods of time (>2 myr). Protracted crystallisation histories for simple plutonic systems are inconsistent with generalised thermal constraints, which predict cooling below the solidus within <1 myr. Consequently, we conclude that the SPS granitoids sampled in this study were not emplaced rapidly but incrementally over extended time periods. Zircon Th/U and Zr/Hf ratios are positively correlated with crystallisation temperatures, consistent with crystallisation from evolving melts. However, highly variable trace element concentrations, along with temperature reversals are indicative of complex crystallisation histories involving continuous fractional crystallisation repeatedly punctuated by hotter, more mafic magma recharge. Normalised abundances of the redox-sensitive elements Eu and Ce in zircon vary systematically with degrees of whole rock differentiation, pointing to evolutionary trends in magmatic oxidation states coupled with feldspar crystallisation.  相似文献
