根据《全国天气雷达终端更新》和《全国天气雷达定标》项目的技术规定,研制了一套完整的雷达业务数据处理系统,实现了全国布网天气雷达数据格式统一、产品生成、产品分发和图像回显的全自动化业务,提高了我国天气雷达网的业务质量、以及数据处理和产品应用水平,收效显著。在研发过程中,充分考虑了业务条件、实际要求和探测技术的发展,系统功能丰富,算法先进,接口开放,设计精美,投入业务两年来系统运行稳定。该系统放弃了传统对话框和工具栏的设计方式,创新设计了操作面板控制。文中的研发思路,设计方法,系统特点对我国业务软件的研制具有很好的借鉴作用。 相似文献

The Institute of Urban Water Management and Landscape Water Engineering of the Graz University of Technology (Austria) operates a hydrological research area in the City of Graz. In this urban research area precipitation and runoff data are collected by order of the municipality of Graz. At present precipitation data are measured by seven tipping bucket rain gauges. Comparative measurements have shown a deviation between the recorded and the actual precipitation intensity. This made the institute calibrate the rain gauges periodically. In the middle of the 1990s, the development of a field calibration kit was started. Based on the experiences with the first field calibration kit, a microprocessor controlled device was developed. With this calibration device, the tipping bucket rain gauges are calibrated at regular intervals. In this paper the calibration process and the current results for seven rain gauges are discussed. The calibration process is dynamic calibration and uses a peristaltic pump. Not all of the tipping buckets investigated underestimate the rain intensity in the whole measuring range. Several rain gauges have a positive relative deviation, not exceeding 22%, in the low intensity range up to 0.5 mm/min. Positive deviation can be explained by retention of water in the buckets between tips. The reason for the negative deviation is the loss of water during the tips. It leads to the underestimate of the actual intensity. The largest relative deviation in the range of underestimate exceeds 30%. In the range of extreme intensities, the larger buckets (5 cm3) show a lower relative deviation than the smaller (2 cm3) buckets. The gauge characteristic can change in favourable or unfavourable directions after several years. Therefore, the calibration of tipping buckets is recommended at least every 2 to 3 years. 相似文献

Empirical garnet-muscovite-plagioclase-quartz geobarometry in medium- to high-grade metapelites 总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2
Based on the net transfer reactions among garnet, muscovite, plagioclase, and quartz (for both Mg and Fe end-member models), the garnet-muscovite-plagioclase-quartz (GMPQ) geobarometry was empirically calibrated under the physical conditions of P=1.0-11.4 kbar and T=505-745 °C for 128 natural metapelitic rock samples collected from the literature. The input temperatures and pressures were simultaneously determined by the garnet-biotite thermometer and the garnet-aluminosilicate-plagioclase-quartz (GASP) barometer. The GMPQ calibrations adopted the same asymmetric quaternary solid solution model of garnet and the same Al-avoidance asymmetric ternary model of plagioclase as the calibrations of the garnet-biotite geothermometer and the GASP geobarometer. A symmetric Fe-Mg-AlVI ternary solid solution model of muscovite was adopted, and the Margules parameters of muscovite were obtained through regression. The Mg and Fe model reactions, along with the assumption of whether the ferric iron content in muscovite is 0% or 50%, resulted in four GMPQ barometry formulae. The GMPQ barometry formulae reproduce the input GASP pressures well within ±1.0 kbar (mostly within ±0.5 kbar). For both aluminosilicate-bearing and aluminosilicate-absent samples, the GMPQ barometry formulae yield identical pressures for every sample, whether the sample was included or not in calibrating the barometers. For each of the Mg or Fe model reaction, the formulae gave identical pressures within ±40 bars. The random error of the GMPQ barometry may be expected as ±1.4 kbar. The dP/dT slopes of these GMPQ formulae are close to that of the GASP barometer in the P-T space. Applications of the GMPQ barometry to aluminosilicate-absent metapelites within a limited geographic area without postmetamorphic structural discontinuity generally show no pressure difference. It may be concluded that the GMPQ barometry formulae derived in this work may be used as practical tools for metamorphic pelites under the conditions of 505-745 °C and 1-11.4 kbar, in the composition range of Xgros>3% in garnet and XAn>17% in plagioclase. 相似文献

The three-dimensional groundwater flow model MODFLOW was applied to simulate water level change in the complex multi-aquifer
systems (the Upper and Middle Aquifers) of the Azraq basin. The model was calibrated by matching observed and simulated drawdown
for steady and transient states over the period 1970–1992. Drawdown data for the period 1993–1997 were used to test the model's
ability to predict the response of the aquifers. The model performed well in representing the water level contours of the
Upper and Middle Aquifers for steady state calibration. Agreement between the observed and simulated drawdowns was obtained
for transient state calibration. To predict the aquifer system responses for the period of 1997–2025, four different pumping
schemes (scenarios) have been investigated. The first scenario (present pumping rate) reveals that there will be approximately
a 25 m drop in the water level at the well-field area in 2025. However, the worst scenario (pumping rate at 1.5 times the
present rate) reveals an approximate 39 m drop in the water level at the well-field area in 2025. The safe yield for the Upper
Aquifer System was found to be about 25 million cubic meters (MCM) yearly.

Effects of laser beam alignment tolerance on lidar accuracy 总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2
One of the major lidar error sources not yet analyzed in the literature is the tolerance of the laser beam alignment with respect to the scanning mirror. In this paper, the problem of quantifying these errors is solved for rotating polygon mirror type lidar systems. An arbitrary deviation of the beam from its design direction–the vector of beam misalignment–can be described by two independent parameters. We choose these as horizontal and vertical components of the misalignment vector in the body frame. Either component affects both, horizontal and vertical lidar accuracy. Horizontal lidar errors appear as scan line distortions—along and across track shifts, rotations and scaling. It is shown that the horizontal component of misalignment results in a scan line first being shifted across the track and then rotated around the vertical at the new center of the scan line. Resulting vertical lidar error, being a linear function of the scan angle, is similar to that produced by a roll bias. The vertical component of the beam misalignment causes scan line scaling and an along track shift. The corresponding vertical error is quadratic with respect to the scan angle. The magnitude of these effects is significant even at tight alignment tolerances and cannot be realistically accounted for in the conventional calibration model, which includes only range, attitude and GPS biases. Therefore, in order to attain better accuracy, this model must be expanded to include the beam misalignment parameters as well. Addition of new parameters into the model raises a question of whether they can be reliably solved for. To give a positive answer to this question, a calibration method must utilize not only ground control information, which is typically very limited, but also the relative accuracy information from the overlapping flight lines. 相似文献

本文对如何利用强震加速度记录测定近震震级ML的问题进行了研究,指出了在我国所使用的原始量规函数存在着系统偏差,并用回归现有观测资料的方法修正了这种系统偏差。用修正后的量规函数,利用近场加速度记录计算的ML值同微震台网所测定的值符合得较好,说明本文所提出的方法是可行的。 相似文献
