Structure and function of the digestive system of a bivalve mollusc, Solen grandis, were studied using light microscopy and histochemical methods. The wall of digestive tube consists of four layers: the mucosal epithelium, connective tissue, muscular and fibrosa or serosa (only in the portion of rectum) from the inner to the outer. The ciliated columnar epithelial cells, dispersed by cup-shaped mucous cells, rest on a thin base membrane. There are abundant blood spaces in connective tissue layer. The digestive diverticula are composed of multi-branched duct and digestive tubules. The digestive tubules are lined with digestive and basophilic secretory cells, and surrounded by a layer of smooth muscle fibers and connective tissues. Activities of acid and alkaline phosphatases, esterase and lipase are detected in the digestive cells, and the epithelia of stomach and intestine, suggesting that these cells are capable of intracellular digesting of food materials and absorbing. 对长牡蛎二倍体和三倍体生殖腺涂片检查结果表明,三倍体生殖腺发育较二倍体差,三倍体成熟卵母细胞和细胞核的体积分别是二倍体的1.64和1.44倍。组织切片检查结果,二倍体生殖腺发育正常,三倍体生殖腺发育受阻,大部分停留在增殖期的休止期,一部分虽发育至生长期和成熟期,但与同一发育期一二倍体比较,生殖腺发育差。三倍体雌性生殖腺发育较雌性好,三倍体雌雄性比为2.62:1,在所取的样品中到3个雌雄同体个体。  相似文献

锦绣龙虾的消化系统由消化管和消化腺组成,消化管包括口、食道、胃、中肠和后肠。胃分为贲门胃和幽门胃,中肠较长,占消化管总长度的74.18%。消化管的基本结构由内向外可分为4层,即黏膜层、黏膜下层、肌肉层和外膜。黏膜层主要由单层柱状上皮和基膜构成,除中肠外其余消化管管壁上皮均覆盖有几丁质膜,黏膜下层和外膜均为结缔组织层,消化道的结缔组织中分布有皮肤腺。消化腺主要是肝胰腺,由肝小管组成,根据其形态和功能的不同,可把构成肝小管的单层细胞分为四类:分泌细胞、吸收细胞、纤维细胞和胚细胞。  相似文献

A bloom of the green microalga Tetraselmis sp. in a small lagoon in Wellington Harbour, New Zealand, is considered to have caused a fish kill of pilchards (Sardinops sagax). The fish deaths are attributed to anoxia brought about by a combination of reduced dissolved oxygen levels and the microalgae sticking to and clogging the secondary gill lamellae of the fish.  相似文献

采用解剖及石蜡切片技术,观察研究了养殖光唇鱼(Acrossocheilus fasciatus)卵巢发育的形态及组织学结构特征。结果表明,第一次性周期内,4—5月龄鱼卵巢处Ⅰ期,内以第Ⅰ时相卵细胞为主;6—18月龄鱼卵巢处Ⅱ期,内以第Ⅱ时相卵母细胞为主,单层滤泡膜形成;19—20月龄鱼卵巢处Ⅲ期,内以第Ⅲ时相卵母细胞为主,双层滤泡膜及放射带形成,胞质内出现液泡及卵黄粒;21—22月龄鱼卵巢处Ⅳ期,内以第Ⅳ时相卵母细胞为主,胞质内充满卵黄粒;23—24月龄鱼卵巢处Ⅴ期,内以第Ⅴ时相卵母细胞为主,滤泡膜脱落;25月龄鱼卵巢处Ⅵ期,内以空滤泡和第Ⅱ、第Ⅲ时相卵母细胞为主。6—7月为主要产卵期,9月产后卵巢恢复至Ⅱ期,12月进入Ⅲ期,并以该期越冬,4月卵巢重新往前发育。光唇鱼属短期分批产卵类型鱼类。  相似文献

The reproductive cycle of the dwarf oyster Ostreola stentina (Payraudeau 1826) at Monastir in the south of the Gulf of Hammamet on the east coast of Tunisia was studied using condition indices and histological techniques. The species was shown to be a protandric hermaphrodite. Whereas males dominated the small shell length categories (12.45–34.99 mm), females (21.00–47.16 mm) and hermaphroditic individuals (30.00–57.95 mm) become more predominant with increasing size, suggesting that individuals may undergo protandric development. The overall male to female ratio was 1.0:1.7. Gametogenic development begins in February–March for females and in September for males, and spawning occurs during April and July for females and December and July for males. There was a clear relationship between the gonadal condition index and gametogenic stage for both sexes. Values increased from zero in their early stage of development and peaked during ripe and spawning stages, before decreasing in the spent stage. However, the meat condition index did not show any statistical differences between gametogenic stages.  相似文献

鱼类消化系统的组织结构特点与食性密切相关。为了探究岛礁性鱼类黑魢的消化生理特点, 文章以黑鱾(Girella leonina)为研究对象, 采用苏木精-伊红(H.E)染色法研究其消化系统的组织结构特点, 探讨其组织结构特点与食性、环境适应性之间的相关性。结果显示: 1) 食道向腔内形成纵向6个粗大皱褶, 该皱褶具明显横纹肌, 扩张性较强, 黏膜上皮间分布着黏液细胞, 呈锥形; 2) 黑鱾为“V”形胃, 可分为贲门部、胃体部和幽门部3个部分, 胃腺横切面为圆形, 管腔由数个腺细胞围成, 胃肌层平滑肌层极厚, 为内环肌层外纵肌层结构, 其中胃体部固有层处胃腺最为发达, 胃黏膜形成许多皱襞, 幽门胃具多级分枝皱褶; 3) 幽门处分布有150多条分枝状盲囊, 盲囊腔内充满黏膜褶, 黏膜上皮由单层柱状上皮细胞组成, 不具有杯状细胞; 4) 肝脏分为左右两叶, 组织结构呈现出一般硬骨鱼类的共性, 肝细胞体积较大, 呈多边形, 大小约为30μm; 5) 肠道具有4个肠曲, 比肠长值约为1.52±0.06, 介于植食性和肉食性鱼类之间, 整个肠道均有大量杯状细胞分布, 肠道内具发达的小肠绒毛凸起, 绒毛基部上皮向固有层内陷形成肠腺, 腺体开口于相邻绒毛基部之间, 前中肠作为主要消化吸收场所, 其绒毛数量和高度要大于后肠。文章研究了黑鱾消化系统组织学特征与其消化、吸收的关系, 认为黑鱾消化系统具备典型杂食性鱼类消化系统的特征。  相似文献

为了解小黄鱼(Larimichthyspolyactis)消化道结构特点及其功能与食性的相关性,采用解剖、石蜡切片、AB-PAS反应及酶活检测技术,观察研究了小黄鱼消化道的形态及组织学结构、黏液细胞定位及消化酶活性。结果显示:消化道由口咽腔(舌)、食道、胃及肠构成,食道粗短,胃卜型,肠呈"S"型弯曲,肠指数为0.63;舌上皮中分布有味蕾及少量各型黏液细胞。食道、胃及肠均由黏膜层、黏膜下层、肌层及外膜组成;食道含初级及次级突起,分别被覆复层扁平及单层柱状上皮,大量黏液细胞分布于复层上皮内,以Ⅱ型为主。胃内胃腺发达,分布有大量Ⅰ及Ⅱ型黏液细胞;胃中蛋白酶活性较高。肠上皮为单层柱状上皮,上皮层分布有各型黏液细胞,以Ⅱ型为主;肠道肌层厚度、黏膜褶皱高度及黏液细胞总密度由前往后递增;肠道中胰蛋白酶、脂肪酶、淀粉酶及碱性磷酸酶活性较高,且后肠高于前、中肠。小黄鱼消化道形态、组织结构及酶活性分布特点与其肉食食性相适应,口咽腔(舌)及食道上皮具有较好的保护作用,胃在蛋白质消化吸收方面发挥重要作用,肠道在蛋白质、脂类、糖类、无机盐等物质的消化吸收方面起重要作用。  相似文献

Test diameter and gonad volume were recorded over 1 year for bimonthly samples of Evechinus chloroticus (Valenciennes) from each of 3 subtidal populations 10 km apart in the Hauraki Gulf. Histological analysis was used to relate cellular events during gametogenesis to the annual cycle of change in gonad size. Mean gonad sizes of the different sea urchin populations were compared by analysis of covariance. Gametogenesis began in the spring, and major spawning occurred in mid to late summer. The proportion of the gonads taken up by nutritive phagocyte cells increased from autumn to spring. During proliferation and growth of gametes the nutritive phagocytes declined in abundance and globulation, suggesting that reserves stored in these cells were transferred to developing gametes. Gonad size doubled during gametogenesis, declined after spawning, and remained low in autumn and winter. Differences in gonad size between populations were significant during most of the year, and were most pronounced in mid summer. Although synchronous gametogenesis occurred in the 3 populations studied, spawning occurred at different times. This suggested that spawning in this species was induced by factors acting either within sea urchin populations or over distances of a few km or less.  相似文献

应用石蜡切片技术和显微测量法,对条石鲷(Oplegnathusfasciatus)视觉器官的早期发生、分化和形成过程进行了连续观察。结果显示:在水温24℃±1.0℃的条件下,受精后10.5h,视杯出现;受精后15.5h,晶状体形成;受精后22h,在脉络膜裂口处出现角膜;2日龄,巩膜和脉络膜形成;3日龄,虹膜出现:6日龄,视网膜分化完全,由色素层、视锥视杆层、外界膜、外核层、外网状层、内核层、内网状层、神经节细胞层、神经纤维层和内界膜组成;13日龄,角膜分化完全,由外向内依次为复层扁平上皮、前弹性膜、纤维层、后弹性膜和肉皮层;21日龄,虹膜完全分化,由内向外依次为色素层、后缘层、基质层、前缘层和内皮层。此时条石鲷眼的各个部分(巩膜、脉络膜、视网膜、晶状体、虹膜、角膜)均发育完善。  相似文献
