Alternative Fuzzy Cluster segmentation of remote sensing images based on Adaptive Genetic Algorithm

Remote sensing image segmentation is the basis of image understanding and analysis. However, the precision and the speed of segmentation can not meet the need of image analysis, due to strong uncertainty and rich texture details of remote sensing images. We proposed a new segmentation method based on Adaptive Genetic Algorithm (AGA) and Alternative Fuzzy C-Means (AFCM). Segmentation thresholds were identified by AGA. Then the image was segmented by AFCM. The results indicate that the precision and the speed of segmentation have been greatly increased, and the accuracy of threshold selection is much higher compared with traditional Otsu and Fuzzy C-Means (FCM) segmentation methods. The segmentation results also show that multi-thresholds segmentation has been achieved by combining AGA with AFCM.  相似文献   

Study on drilling mechanism and optimization of percussion-extruding DTH hammer bit

The authors tested the percussion-extruding Down-the-hole （DTH）hammer bit with five different structures and mainly analyzed the drilling mechanism between conical bit and stepped bit. In addition, aiming at ＂the pile effect＂ in combination with the advantage＇ of stepped bit, we design a new cam spinning bit and test it outdoors. The result shows that using cam spinning bit can solve the problem of ＂the pile effect＂, which can also obtain higher drilling efficiency than using conical bit in high confining pressure strata. It is characterized by novel structure and high drilling speed as well as good guiding, and it is significant for improving efficiency in percussion-extruding drilling technique.  相似文献

利用抗牙鲆淋巴囊肿病毒单克隆抗体的间接免疫荧光检测技术,在患淋巴囊肿病牙鲆的表皮、鳃、胃、肠及肾中发现淋巴囊肿病毒的感染,以此确定为病毒感染的主要靶器官。用NP-40细胞裂解液分别抽提靶器官的总蛋白,利用病毒铺覆蛋白印迹技术(VOPBA)对靶器官上淋巴囊肿病毒结合蛋白进行鉴定,结果显示在胃、肠及肾的组织蛋白中均有1个分子量为27.8 kDa的蛋白与淋巴囊肿病毒特异结合,在鳃和表皮的组织蛋白中分别存在分子量为37.6 kDa和56.0 kDa的蛋白与淋巴囊肿病毒特异结合。推测在淋巴囊肿病毒靶器官上的这3种病毒结合蛋白有可能是病毒的受体蛋白。  相似文献

凡纳滨对虾(Litopenaeus vannamei Boone),由于其生长快,抗环境变化能力强,对饵料的要求低,肉味鲜美、出肉率高,成为世界上公认的优良养殖对虾品种之一.凡纳滨对虾自1998年从美国夏威夷再次引进到中国华南,并相继突破集约化防病养殖和全人工繁育技术以来[1],已成为中国海水养殖动物中发展最快的一个种类,其养殖产量已达到中国养殖对虾产量的80%～90%.然而目前中国凡纳滨对虾亲虾多数直接从虾塘挑选,造成品质参差不齐,抗病力下降,生产周期延长,严重制约了中国凡纳滨对虾养殖业持续健康发展.凡纳滨对虾亟需形成稳定优良的养殖品系.  相似文献
