哺乳动物类白蛋白家族成员包括白蛋白（albumin,ALB）、维生素D结合蛋白（vitamin D binding protein,DBP）、甲胎蛋白（alpha-fetoprotein,AFP）和alpha-白蛋白（afamin,AFM）以及甲胎蛋白相关蛋白（alpha-fetoprotein related protein,ARG）,以含有白蛋白结构域为主要特征。前4种蛋白都存在于血清中,参与脂肪酸或激素等的转运,后一种可能存在于细胞中。文中就类白蛋白家族的主要结构特点、相关功能及进化图式等进行阐述,为后续探索该家族成员的演化和应用提供了参考。 相似文献

聚合酶链式反应(Polymerase chain reaction,PCR)较容易受到某些抑制成分的影响,尤其是在对复杂环境样品进行的荧光定量PCR反应中,定量结果的准确性更易受到影响。为减轻这种抑制作用,以采自长江口邻近海域沉积物的DNA为研究对象,采用稀释模板法和添加BSA法对荧光定量PCR反应进行了优化。结果表明2种方法都有减轻抑制的作用,但若考虑方法的准确性和检测的便捷性,则以添加BSA的方法更为优越,最适添加浓度为0.1～0.5μg/μL。这一检测方法的改进,为研究沉积物中微生物在硝化过程中的重要作用提供了可靠的技术途径。 相似文献

The application of biochar (BC) as a soil amendment is of growing interest. BC has recently been shown to decelerate the cycling of soil organic N, and adsorption of proteins to BC surfaces has been put forward as an explanation. However, the effect of BC on the sorption of proteins in soil is largely unknown. The main objective of this study was therefore to test the sorption of a model protein (bovine serum albumin, BSA) on a soil amended with different types of BC. Contrary to our assumption, BC application reduced the sorption of BSA. The BC feedstock type and pyrolysis temperature affected BSA sorption; however, the underlying mechanisms require further investigation. BC-induced liming had no effect on BSA sorption, while BC’s hydrophobicity and surface area seemed to be important factors. 相似文献

The qualitification of tropical temperatures during the last glacial cycle (0-150 kyr BP) is a controversial issue since different proxies seem to provide conflicting informations. To obtain a complementary point of view, we use the alkenone method to estimate sea-surface temperatures and focus our work on deep-sea sediments recovered from the tropical Indian Ocean. We present alkenone data obtained in two cores which cover in detail the last deglaciation and in about twenty cores distributed between 20°S and 20°N that were chosen to evaluate the temperature contrast of the last glacial-interglacial transition. Our results indicate that Indian Ocean tropical temperatures remained an average within 1.5-2.5°C of their present values during the last glaciation. At 10°N the last deglaciation is characterized by two warming steps which is similar to the classical deglacial chronology observed in the North Atlantic area. At 20°S the deglacial warming occurred at ca. 15 cal kyr BP, lagging significantly (5-4 kyr) behind the Antarctic warming, but in phase with northern hemisphere time series. 相似文献

A two-step zero-length cross-linking procedure using active esters was successfully adopted for conjugating enrofloxacin （EF） to human serum albumin （HSA）. The derived conjugate was characterized by UV spectrum and then used for immunization of BALB/C mice. In enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA） and competitive inhibition ELISA experiments, the derived antiserum exhibited high antibody titer （greater than 1 ： 250 000） as well as varied cross-reactivity （from 97.8% to 161.7%） to three analogs of EF belonging to fluoroquinolones family. But over the concentration range studied, no significant cross-reactivity was observed to other group of antibiotics （chloramphenicol, oxytetracycline, sulphamethoxazole and nysfungin）. It was confirmed that the synthesized immunogen was highly antigenic and elicited specific antibody responses in BALB/C mice against EF. 相似文献

以鹌鹑蛋蛋清蛋白作为原料,探讨酶解鹌鹑蛋蛋清蛋白生成小分子活性肽的加工工艺。采用单因素和响应面分析试验,优化出蛋清蛋白酶解的最佳工艺条件为:选用胰蛋白酶,固液比1∶3,加酶量187.5 U/g底物,水解时间5 h,pH 8.07,酶解温度51.76℃,水解度可达到91.37%,且得到的酶解液风味良好。采用高效液相色谱法分析酶解液中游离氨基酸的组成及含量,结果表明:酶解液含有7种人体必需氨基酸,其中赖氨酸含量达16.22%,是1种天然优质的水解制品,可精制成富含多种氨基酸的蛋白溶液,应用于新型产业的开发。 相似文献
