The ages and accumulation rates of ice are important boundary conditions for paleoclimatic ice models. Radardetected isochronic layers can be used to date the ice column beneath the ice surface and infer past accumulation rates. A Deep Ice-Core Drilling Project has been carried out at Kunlun station in the Dome A region, East Antarctica. Radio echo sounding data are collected during the 2004/2005 Chinese National Research Expedition and the 2007/2008 Dome Connection East Antarctica project of the Alfred Wegener Institute(Germany). Radar isochronic layers from the dataset were linked to compare a new deep ice core site from Kunlun station and the Vostok ice core site. Ten visible layers, accounting for ~50% ice thickness at the Kunlun station ice core site, were dated based on the Vostok ice core chronology. At 1,640 m depth below surface, an age of ~160,400 yr was determined, corresponding to a bright layer at Kunlun station. These layers provided geometric information on the past surface of the ice sheet around the ice core site through the Wisconsin glacial stage, Eemian interglacial and Marine Isotope Stage6. Based on a simple ice flow model and the age-depth relationship, we concluded that the region around the Kunlun ice core site had lower past accumulation rates, consistent with the present pattern. The age-depth relationship would thus be expected to correlate and constrain the chronology of the deep ice core at Kunlun station in the future. 相似文献

为了研究泥炭沼泽源铁有机配合物的络合稳定性,利用pH电位滴定法和荧光淬灭滴定法测定了大九湖泥炭沼泽中不同分子量段的DOM和Fe2+、Fe3+的络合稳定常数.pH电位滴定法结果(4.0~6.1)和荧光淬灭滴定法(1.5~4.1)差异较大,这与高pH条件下OH被脱质子化及Fe2+的氧化有关.相对而言,pH滴定法更适用于探究不同分子量段DOM与铁的络合稳定性,荧光淬灭法不改变样品酸碱条件,更适于研究不同价态铁与DOM的络合稳定性.研究结果表明:DOM与Fe3+的络合稳定常数大于Fe2+,低分子量段(< 3 kDa)的DOM与Fe2+、Fe3+的络合稳定常数更大.泥炭沼泽源铁有机配合物具有较好的络合稳定性,分子量相对较小的DOM与铁的络合能力更强.即便Fe2+氧化为Fe3+,仍能与DOM络合并保持较强的稳定性,这有利于陆源溶解性铁向水生态系统的输出.沼泽源铁有机配合物的络合稳定性还会影响铁的生物可利用性. 相似文献

在广泛收集资料和野外调查工作的基础上,经综合分析控制和影响区域地壳稳定性的主要因素和内外动力地质的耦合作用,基于ArcGIS平台采用多因素加权叠加分析方法开展了沈抚新区区域地壳稳定性评价研究。评价因素主要选取活动断裂、地震活动性和深部地球物理以及工程岩组、地形地貌与地表地质灾害等共12个影响因子,并依据评价因素的关联性和重要性进行分类赋值,进而建立了区域地壳稳定性评价模型。对沈抚新区的区域地壳稳定性进行了定量化评价。结果表明,沈抚新区以稳定区和次稳定区为主,面积为728.9 km2,占总面积的81.07%,有利于规划和建设。建议在地下工程穿越不稳定区和次不稳定区时,要采取必要的工程措施,确保基础和边坡的稳定性。规划的地铁9号线主要穿越次不稳定区和次稳定区。施工带在埋深15~25 m之间,该段地层主要为卵砾石堆积层、泥包砾堆积层与变质片麻岩强风化带及其交接部位,施工带处于地下水浸没带或变动带,其支护比较困难,建议尽早确定合理的施工方案,保障施工顺利和安全,此外还需要采取一定降水防腐措施。 相似文献

In this study, the sequencing of 16S ribosomal DNA was used to characterize the soil bacterial community composition and diversity in Liaohe estuarine wetland. Soil samples were taken from different locations in the wetland dominated by reed. Moreover, the soil quality parameters were evaluated (pH, moisture, organic matter, total nitrogen, available nitrogen, total phosphorus, available phosphorus). The results showed that the organic matter and nutrient contents were significantly higher in irrigated wetland than those in natural wetland. Major phylogenic groups of bacteria in soil samples including Proteobacteria, Acidobacteria, Gemmatimonadetes, Actinobacteria and Cyanobacteria were analyzed and we found that Proteobacteria was the most abundant in the community, and the phylum Acidobacteria was more abundant in irrigated wetland. Beta diversity analyses indicated that the soil bacterial community was mainly affected by sampling sites rather than seasons. In general, the bacterial community in natural wetland was not significantly different with that in artificial irrigated wetland. Artificial hydraulic engineering irrigated according to the water requirement rule of reed, increased the production of reeds, changed the way of wetland soil material input, but the diversity of bacterial community kept stable relatively. 相似文献

利用赤峰台井下和山洞观测、二连浩特台井下和地表观测测震数据,通过计算其加速度PSD值和相应的PDF值及1~20 Hz频段RMS值,研究井下观测压制测震台站背景噪声的特征。结果表明,在大于2 Hz频段,井下观测相比于山洞和地表观测有显著的压制背景噪声特征,尤其在大于9 Hz频段压制背景噪声特征突出;在16 s~2 Hz频段,井下、山洞、地表观测测震台站背景噪声水平一致性较高,井下观测在该频段不能压制背景噪声;在低于16 s频段,井下观测相比于山洞和地表观测有一定的压制背景噪声特征。通过井下观测可有效降低测震台站背景噪声水平,从而提高观测数据质量。 相似文献

近年来,银额盆地哈日凹陷的油气勘探呈现出良好的态势,但对于哈日凹陷油气成藏条件相关研究甚少,已不能满足目前油气勘探开发的需求。本研究基于钻录井、地球物理、分析化验等资料,系统分析哈日凹陷油气成藏的烃源岩、储层、圈闭等条件,总结油气成藏条件配置关系,以期为哈日凹陷的后续油气勘探及地质研究提供依据。哈日凹陷主要发育三套烃源岩,其中银根组烃源岩有机质丰度极高,成熟度较低,有机质类型为Ⅰ-Ⅱ1型;巴二段烃源岩有机质丰度较高,成熟-高成熟,有机质类型为Ⅱ1-Ⅱ2型;巴一段烃源岩有机质丰度中等,成熟-高成熟,有机质类型为Ⅱ1-Ⅱ2型。储层类型为砂(砾)岩常规储层、碳酸质泥岩非常规储层和火山岩储层,且均属于特低孔超低渗储层,其中砂、砾岩储层和灰质泥岩储层物性最好,白云岩储层和火成岩储层次之,目前主力油藏主要集中在砂、砾岩储层和灰质泥岩储层这两种类型中。哈日凹陷主要发育两套岩性圈闭,即巴一段砂岩岩性圈闭和巴二段泥岩岩性圈闭,形成了源内(准)连续成藏模式和近源不连续成藏模式。 相似文献

浑河断裂带是辽宁抚顺地区最为重要的一条活动断裂。为了深入调查沿浑河断裂带地质灾害发育情况,了解灾害形成与先存断裂之间的关系,为同类型灾害的防治和预警提供科学依据。本文采用现场调查方法,结合地面变形监测资料,厘清了浑河断裂带灾害类型和发育规律,剖析了断裂带灾害的形成机理。研究结果表明:断裂隐伏区地裂缝发育,主要沿浑河断裂带分支断裂展布,裂缝延伸长度300~2 400 m;其成因是抚顺城区南部采矿活动诱发了先存软弱断裂面局部拉裂、张开,进而向地表扩展、贯通,形成地裂缝。在断裂延伸的基岩地区沿断裂破碎带及影响带发育小型滑坡,主滑方向与断裂走向垂直或大角度斜交;其形成机制与岩体内部发育的结构面有关,尤其是顺坡向优势结构面的发育,其与坡体耦合形成易滑结构体,在长期降雨作用下,结构面软化、贯通及岩土体加速蠕滑,最终形成滑坡。 相似文献
