This paper introduces the offshore engineering computer programmes worked out independently by SOECO (Shanghai Offshore Engineering Corporation). These computer programmes can be used for static and dynamic analysis of jacket platform. They can also be adopted for other offshore structural calculations, e.g. jack-up and semi-submersible.
