We present results of time series photometry to search for variable stars in the field of metal-poor globular cluster NGC 4590 (M68). Periods have been revised for 40 known variables and no significant changes were found. A considerable change in Blazhko effect for V25 has been detected. Among nine newly discovered variable candidates, 5 stars are of RRc Bailey type variables while 4 stars are unclassified. The variable stars V10, V21, V50 and V51 are found to be cluster members based on the radial velocity data taken from literature. 相似文献

目的：观察中医序贯疗法治疗儿童重症监护室（PICU）喘息性肺炎的临床疗效及对IgE水平的影响。方法：将60 例PICU喘息性肺炎患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各30 例。对照组采用西医常规治疗,疗程为14d;治疗组在对照组基础上采用中医序贯疗法,第1～7天服用小青龙汤治疗,第8～14天服用六君子汤加味治疗。比较2组综合疗效、喘息消失时间、平均住院天数,治疗后第8天、15天及1个月血清IgE水平,随访6个月,比较2组复发率。结果：总有效率治疗组为93.3%（28/30）,对照组为76.7%（23/30）,2组比较,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。2组IgE治疗后第8天、第15天、1个月组内比较,差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.01）,治疗后第15天、1个月组间比较,差异亦有统计学意义（P＜0.01）。2组喘息消失时间、平均住院天数、复发率比较,差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.01或P<0.05）。结论：中医序贯疗法能有效改善PICU喘息性肺炎患儿喘息症状,降低IgE水平,缩短住院时间,降低复发率,疗效显著。 相似文献

新型冠状病毒疫情扩散范围广、感染人数多，被世界卫生组织列为“国际公共卫生紧急事件”。以2003年中国非典型肺炎、2009年墨西哥甲型H1N1流感、2015年韩国中东呼吸道综合症和截至目前的2020年全球新冠疫情作为典型案例，比较全球重大疫情的经济影响与各地的响应措施，有助于积极探索更好地应对本次新冠疫情经济影响的政策响应途径。在历次疫情影响下，中国、墨西哥、韩国、美国等国家的经济系统都受到了突发疫情的重大影响。2003年中国第二季度GDP增速环比降低1.98%，交通运输、住宿、餐饮等第三产业首当其冲；墨西哥2009年GDP增长率降至-5.286%，旅游、零售餐饮与猪肉行业受到较大冲击；韩国2015年GDP增速由2014年的3.3%降至2.79%，旅游业与零售业的市场需求受到极大抑制；美国2020年第二季度实际GDP按年率计算下滑32.9%，是自1947年以来的最大降幅。为此，各国政府积极响应和应对，多策并举减轻疫情对经济系统的短期冲击：一是通过设立专项资金、增加财政预算，全面支持经济复苏；二是通过为企业提供经营补贴、延缓税收缴纳等举措，减轻企业尤其中小企业的经营负担；三是通过电商平台、城市宣传、简化签证手续等举措，振兴旅游业和商业发展。为了更好地应对此次新型冠状病毒疫情对经济系统的影响，各国应当统筹疫情防控与经济发展，积极采取减费降税、减少企业负担、扶持第三产业等响应举措，尽快恢复正常的世界经济秩序。 相似文献

The observational properties of globular cluster systems (GCSs) are vital tools to investigate the violent star formation
histories of their host galaxies. This violence is thought to have been triggered by galaxy interactions or mergers. The most
basic properties of a GCS are its luminosity function (number of clusters per luminosity bin) and color distributions. A large
number of observed GCS show bimodal color distributions, which can be translated into a bimodality in either metallicity and/or
age. An additional uncertainty comes into play when one considers extinction. These effects can be disentangled either by
obtaining spectroscopic data for the clusters or by imaging observations in at least four passbands. This allows us then to
discriminate between various formation scenarios of GCSs, e.g. the merger scenario by Ashman and Zepf, and the multi-phase
collapse model by Forbes et al. Young and metal-rich star cluster populations are seen to form in interacting and merging
galaxies. We analyse multiwavelength broad-band observations of these young cluster systems provided by the ASTROVIRTEL project.

Summary. Galactic globular clusters, which are ancient building blocks of our Galaxy, represent a very interesting family of stellar
systems in which some fundamental dynamical processes have taken place on time scales shorter than the age of the universe.
In contrast with galaxies, these clusters represent unique laboratories for learning about two-body relaxation, mass segregation
from equipartition of energy, stellar collisions, stellar mergers, and core collapse. In the present review, we summarize
the tremendous developments, as much theoretical as observational, that have taken place during the last two decades, and
which have led to a quantum jump in our understanding of these beautiful dynamical systems.

目的：观察人参败毒散加减治疗脾肺气虚、寒湿郁肺型新型冠状病毒感染（或肺炎）的临床疗效。方法：选择脾肺气虚、寒湿郁肺型新型冠状病毒感染（或肺炎）患者28 例,采用西药联合人参败毒散加减治疗。观察患者平均连续2次呼吸道标本核酸检测阴性的时间、中医证候积分和复阳情况。结果：平均连续2次核酸转阴时间为（10.22±8.84）d;治疗后患者胸闷气短、咳嗽咳痰、纳差、便溏、神疲乏力症状积分均较治疗前降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);出院后14 d有1 例患者在隔离点出现复阳。结论：人参败毒散加减治疗脾肺气虚、寒湿郁肺型新型冠状病毒感染（或肺炎）疗效颇佳,且可对反复复阳患者起到稳定转阴的作用,值得临床推广运用。 相似文献
