文中研究在粒状铁化学还原三氯乙烯渗透反应格栅和生物降解苯和甲苯渗透反应格栅的联合格栅技术中,下游生物降解格栅中铁还原环境下微生物对苯和甲苯的生物降解。通过模拟粒状铁渗透反应格栅下游铁还原环境,主要研究微生物以苯、甲苯作为碳源时,对碳源的专一性。通过批实验发现,对于分别用苯和甲苯培养驯化的微生物,互换碳源后,微生物对2 000.00μg/L苯和甲苯的生物降解半衰期分别由之前的1.0和1.5 d减少到0.7和1.0 d,互换碳源后苯和甲苯的去除率分别增加38%和32%。在粒状铁渗透反应格栅下游生物降解渗透反应格栅中,微生物在铁还原环境下以苯、甲苯作为碳源时对碳源没有专一性,苯和甲苯可以同时被生物降解去除。  相似文献

首次用滴体积法比较系统地测定苯、甲苯与海水在不同温度(20~35℃)、不同盐度(0~40.5)范围内的界面张力。测定值相对误差小于0.5%。用统计方法得出这两个芳烃与海水界面张力分别与温度和盐度的经验公式。指出:公式计算值与实验测定值之间平均标准偏差<0.1mN/m。  相似文献

四川盆地大气层具有湿度高和流通性弱的特征,冬春低温季节易形成雾霾。本文着重构建了低温高湿条件下的石英、方解石纳米颗粒与甲苯、Cr~(3+)共存体系,系统测试了石英、方解石颗粒与甲苯、Cr~(3+)耦合前后Zeta电位值、胶体粒径及团聚形态、亲疏水性的变化趋势,以模拟研究四川盆地低温高湿静稳大气环境中矿物颗粒、有机物、重金属离子之间的耦合作用规律。研究发现:甲苯、Cr~(3+)与石英、方解石之间存在显著的成键耦合作用,甲苯、Cr~(3+)存在时会大幅度降低高湿度环境中石英、方解石颗粒的Zeta电位值,增大两种矿物颗粒在低温条件下的活跃度; Cr~(3+)可通过静电作用力,促使石英、方解石颗粒在高湿度环境中形成粒径更大的团聚状胶体;甲苯吸附在石英和方解石颗粒表面会增强其疏水性,减弱高湿度水分对矿物胶体稳定性的侵扰。上述有关石英/方解石颗粒、甲苯、Cr~(3+)在低温高湿条件下的界面成键耦合作用规律发现,对理解四川盆地雾霾形成机制有积极的启发意义。  相似文献

Zeolite/TiO2 composite photocatalysts were prepared by adding a certain amount of mordenite in TiO2, and degradation experiments on toluene through photocatalytic reactions were implemented. In this paper, these photocatalysts were characterized by using SEM, IR, RAMAN, XRD and UV-Vis to shed light on the microstructure and photocatalytic performance of the composite photocatalysts. The results indicated that the structural hydroxy of zeolite can participate in bonding reaction with TiO2, the addition of zeolite can greatly reduce the diameter of nanometer TiO2 particles in the composite photocatalysts, and enhance the ultraviolet light absorptance of the composite photocatalysts. When the percentage content of zeolite reached 20%, the photocatalytic performance of this catalyst would be highest, with the toluene conversion rate up to 94.58%.  相似文献

丝光沸石/TiO2复合体的特征及对甲苯光催化降解研究   总被引:5,自引:2,他引:3  
在TiO2光催化剂的制备过程中加入一定比例的丝光沸石制备了丝光沸石/TiO2复合体光催化剂.对含甲苯废气进行光催化降解实验.同时运用X射线粉末衍射技术、红外光谱、激光拉曼光谱和紫外一可见漫反射光谱等技术对丝光沸石/TiO2复合体的结构特征和光催化性能进行研究结果表明:丝光沸石的加入能够显著地降低复合光催化剂中TiO2的纳米颗粒粒径、增强其对紫外光的吸收,同时复合光催化剂中TiO2与丝光沸石的结构羟基发生反应形成键合,从而增强了复合体的光催化活性。在丝光沸石和TiO2复合的质量配比为1:5时.复合光催化剂对甲苯的光催化降解率最高.达94.58%。  相似文献

Pseudomonas putida MHF 7109 has been isolated and identified from cow dung microbial consortium for biodegradation of selected petroleum hydrocarbon compounds – benzene, toluene, and o‐xylene (BTX). Each compound was applied separately at concentrations of 50, 100, 250, and 500 mg L?1 in minimal salt medium to evaluate degradation activity of the identified microbial strain. The results indicated that the strain used has high potential to degrade BTX at a concentration of 50 mg L?1 within a period of 48, 96, and 168 h, respectively; whereas the concentration of 100 mg L?1 of benzene and toluene was found to be completely degraded within 120 and 168 h, respectively. Sixty‐two percent of o‐xylene were degraded within 168 h at the 100 mg L?1 concentration level. The maximum degradation rates for BTX were 1.35, 1.04, and 0.51 mg L?1 h?1, respectively. At higher concentrations (250 and 500 mg L?1) BTX inhibited the activity of microorganisms. The mass spectrometry analysis identified the intermediates as catechol, 2‐hydroxymuconic semialdehyde, 3‐methylcatechol, cis‐2‐hydroxypenta‐2,4‐dienoate, 2‐methylbenzyl alcohol, and 1,2‐dihydroxy‐6‐methylcyclohexa‐3,5‐dienecarboxylate, for BTX, respectively. P. putida MHF 7109 has been found to have high potential for biodegradation of volatile petroleum hydrocarbons.  相似文献

During the Berlin Ozone Experiment BERLIOZ in July–August 1998 quasi-continuous measurements ofC2–C12 nonmethane hydrocarbons (NMHCs) were carried out at 10 sites in and around the city of Berlin using on-line gas-chromatographic systems (GCs) with a temporal resolution of 20–120 minutes. Additional airborne NMHCmeasurements were made using canister sampling on three aircraft and an on-line GC system on a fourth aircraft. The ground based data are analyzed to characterize the different sites and to identify the influence of emissions from Berlin on its surroundings. Benzene mixing ratios at the 4 rural sites were rather low (<0.5 ppbv). Berlin (and the surrounding highway ring) was identified as the main source of anthropogenic NMHCs at Eichstädt and Blossin, whilst other sources were important at the furthermost site Menz. The median toluene/benzene concentration ratio in Berlin was 2.3 ppbv/ppbv, agreeing well with measurements in other German cities. As expected, the ratios at the background sites decreased with increasing distance to Berlin and were usually around one or below. On 20 and 21 July, the three northwesterly sites were situated downwind of Berlin and thus were influenced by its emissions. Considering the distance between the sites and the windspeed, the city plume was observed at reasonable time scales, showing decreasing toluene/benzene ratios of 2.3, 1.6 and 1.3 with increasing distance from Berlin. Isoprene was the only biogenic NMHC measured at BERLIOZ. It was themost abundant compound at the background sites on the hotter days, dominating the local NMHC reactivity with averaged contributions to the total OH loss rate of 51% and 70% at Pabstthum and Blossin, respectively. Emissionratios (relative to CO and to the sum of analysed NMHCs) were derived from airborne measurements. The comparison with an emission inventory suggests traffic-related emissions to be the predominating source of the considered hydrocarbon species. Problems were identified with the emission inventory for propane, ethene and pentanes.  相似文献

A laboratory study was carried out to investigate the secondary organic aerosol products from photooxidation of the aromatic hydrocarbon toluene. The laboratory experiments consisted of irradiating toluene/propylene/NOx/air mixtures in a smog chamber operated inthe dynamic mode and collecting submicron secondary organic aerosol samples through a sampling train that consisted of an XAD denuder and a ZefluorTM filter. Oxidation products in the filter extracts were treated using O-(2,3,4,5,6,-pentafluorobenzyl)-hydroxylamine (PFBHA) to derivatize carbonyl groups followed by treatment with N,O-Bis(trimethylsilyl)-acetamide (BSTFA) to derivatize OH groups. The derivatized products were detected with a positive chemical ionization (CI) gas chromatography ion trap mass spectroscopy (GC-ITMS) system. The results of the GC-ITMS analyses were consistent with the previous studies that demonstrated the formation of multi-functional oxygenates. Denuder results showed that many of these same compounds were present in the gas, as well as, the particle phase. Moreover, evidence was found for a series of multifunctional acids produced as higher order oxidation products of the toluene/NOx system. Products having nearly the same mass spectrumwere also found in the ambient environment using identical analytical techniques. These products having multiple acid and alcoholic-OH moieties have substantially lower volatility than previously reported SOA products of the toluene photooxidation and might serve as an indicator for aromatic oxidation in the ambient atmosphere.  相似文献
