作者对引进的红罗非鱼进行了生物学特性、繁殖育种及海水驯养等方面的试验研究,结果得出:①亲鱼的怀卵量与体长呈正相关(关系式为:Y=124.78L—588.8),在北方地区每年产卵3—4次,产卵量为怀卵量的1/2;②水温25—30℃,11—18d受精卵孵出鱼苗;③红罗非鱼不仅可在淡水中生存,且在自然海水和半咸水中均能生存,是海水养殖的优良品种;④红罗非鱼同虾混养,可提高鱼虾成活率,增大养成规格。  相似文献

为探讨通过人工诱导获得驼背鲈成熟亲鱼的途径,在室内水池进行驼背鲈驯养研究;用口服和注射性激素、控温、控光、营养强化、模拟生态条件等方法处理驼背鲈以诱导其性腺发育。结果表明,控光和模拟生态条件不能有效诱导性腺发育;激素、控温和营养强化相结合可诱导驼背鲈性腺发育并成熟。对其中1 组诱导成熟的亲鱼(雌、雄各1 尾)进行人工催产后,亲鱼自然产卵受精,孵出仔鱼2 万尾。驼背鲈在驯养条件下生长较快;通过人工控制和诱导可达到性腺发育和成熟,性腺发育速度较快。  相似文献

采用分光光度法研究了在不同温度下(包括最适温度、低于或高于最适温度)南极衣藻ICE-L(Chlamydomonassp.ICE-L)谷胱甘肽(GSH)含量、蛋白含量、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GPx)、谷胱甘肽还原酶(GR)和谷胱甘肽硫转移酶(GST)活性,同时分析了已适应高温(16℃)的衣藻重新适应低温(8℃)时这些指标的变化,以期阐明谷胱甘肽系统与南极冰藻低温适应性的关系。结果表明,当温度低于对照组(最适温度8℃)时,蛋白含量降低,而GSH含量、GPx、GST和GR活性上升,已适应高温的衣藻重新适应低温时也出现类似的结果。但当温度高于最适温度时,GSH含量、GST和GPx活性下降,而蛋白含量和GR活力有上升的趋势,GR活力增长幅度比低于最适温度时的变化小。由此可见谷胱甘肽系统在南极衣藻低温适应过程中,GSH、GPx、GR、GST与低温适应呈正相关,同时除GR外其他因子与南极衣藻高温适应呈负相关,GSH及其相关酶在南极冰藻低温适应中具有重要作用。  相似文献

GSH system plays a role in the control of the redox balance state,anti-oxidation and protecting life from injury of ROS(reactive oxygen species).In present paper,the possible GSH system of Chlamydomonas sp.ICE-L has been investigated by evaluating GSH and GSH-related enzymatic responses at different temperatures using spectrophotometer methods.The results showed that the GSH system is correlated positively to low temperature,and other factors but GR are correlated negatively to high temperature.So GSH and GSH-related enzymes play an important role in the adaptation of Antarctic ice microalgae to low temperature.  相似文献

The presences of the common macroalgae Ulva sp. and Jania rubens vary between seasons along the Israeli Mediterranean intertidal zone. To reveal some of the potential acclimation mechanisms of these algae, we examined their photosynthetic traits during the year using rapid light curves (RLC) derived from pulse amplitude modulated (PAM) fluorometry. In addition, the relationships between those photosynthetic traits and the relative abundances of the two algae were investigated. Ulva sp. showed high maximal electron transport rates (ETRmax) (49.7–68.8 μmol electrons m−2 s−1) and onsets of light saturation values (Ek) (75.8–85.6 μmol photons m−2 s−1) in the winter months of December–February, while low values were found in the summer months of June–July (5.2–20.6 μmol electrons m−2 s−1 and 6.0–23.7 μmol photons m−2 s−1, respectively). At noon time (during the highest irradiance of the day), the maximal effective quantum yield (Y0) did not vary significantly during the year. These results indicate that seasonal irradiance influences the number of reaction centres per thallus area. Both algae showed depressions in Y0 at noon (23.8% for Ulva sp. and 20.3% for Jania rubens), indicating an efficient non‐photochemical quenching mechanism. A positive correlation between the relative abundance and the photosynthetic parameter Y0 was found for Jania rubens when Y0 was sampled in the morning or noon, indicating that growth rate and primary production for this alga can be estimated from RLCs. No such correlation was found for Ulva sp., indicating that, in addition to photosynthetic traits, the relative seasonal abundance of this alga is influenced by other factors such as grazing and/or catastrophic events.  相似文献

鲈鱼(Lateolabraxjaponicus)又称花鲈、寨花,是我国广大沿海地区土池和网箱养殖的优良品种之一,具有广温、广盐、生长快、肉质鲜美等优良品质。  鲈鱼人工育苗的关键在于优良亲本的获得。实践证明,在鲈鱼的繁殖季节,很难捕获性腺发育良好(期、期)的野生亲鱼,使得利用海捕亲鱼进行人工授精培育苗种的工作很难实行。培育人工亲鱼的方法虽然较为困难,但势在必行。我国南方沿海由于网箱养殖条件优越,无需越冬,人工养殖4~5a可以成为优质的亲鱼。而北方尤其是山东沿海,由于存在着越冬的障碍,致使养殖业户难以坚持养殖数年,以培育出鲈鱼亲鱼。…  相似文献

The physiological and genetical adaptation of fishes to environmental temperatures has been studied by analyzing data concerning: (i) the oxygen binding properties of haemoglobin recorded during growth experiments on Atlantic cod, and (ii) the primary structure of haemoglobin (Hb) and lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) of several fish species living in polar and temperate areas. The results on the oxygen binding properties of cod's haemoglobin indicate that for this species a temperature of around 12°C is the most favourable one, irrespective of the haemoglobin genotype, and are in line with recent evidence challenging the existence of significant evolutionary differences between cod stocks in North Atlantic. The primary structures of both Hb and LDH from species living under temperate environments show a higher variability as compared to that from polar species, although the difference in the recurrent patterns of hydrophobicity between the two areas is much larger for Hb. These results highlight the dominant role of physiological and genetical factors in shaping the adaptation to temperature at the individual and at the species level, respectively.  相似文献

Seagrasses have substantial capacity to survive long periods of light reduction, but how acclimation to chronic low light environments may influence their ability to cope with additional stress is poorly understood. This study examines the effect of temporal light reduction by adding two levels of shading to Halophila ovalis plants in two meadows with different light histories, one characterized by a low light (turbid) environment and the other by a relatively high light (clear) environment. Additional shading resulted in complete mortality for both shading treatments at the turbid site while the clear site showed a pattern of decreased shoot density and increased photochemical efficiency (Fv/Fm) with increased shading. These contrasting results for the same species in two different locations indicate that acclimation to chronic low light regimes can affect seagrass resilience and highlights the importance of light history in determining the outcome of exposure to further (short-term) stress.  相似文献
