We present a method, based on the concept of age and residence time, to study the water renewal in a semi-enclosed domain. We split the water of this domain into different water types. The initial water is the water initially present in the semi-enclosed domain. The renewing water is defined as the water entering the domain of interest. Several renewing water types may be considered depending on their origin. We present the equations for computing the age and the residence time of a certain water type. These timescales are of use to understand the rate at which the water renewal takes place. Computing these timescales can be achieved at an acceptable extra computer cost.The above-mentioned method is applied to study the renewal of epilimnion (i.e. the surface layer) water in Lake Tanganyika. We have built a finite element reduced-gravity model modified to take into account the water exchange between the epilimnion and the hypolimnion (i.e. the bottom layer), the water supply from precipitation and incoming rivers, and the water loss from evaporation and the only outgoing river. With our water renewal diagnoses, we show that the only significant process in the renewal of epilimnion water in Lake Tanganyika is the water exchange between the epilimnion and the hypolimnion, other phenomena being negligible.  相似文献

Surface renewal analysis for sensible and latent heat flux density   总被引:1,自引:1,他引:0  
High frequency temperature measurements were recorded at five heights and surface renewal (SR) analysis was used to estimate sensible heat flux density (H) over 0.1 m tall grass. Traces of the temperature data showed ramp-like structures, and the mean amplitude and duration of these ramps were used to calculate H using structure functions. Data were compared with H values measured with a sonic anemometer. Latent heat flux density (E) was calculated using an energy balance and the results were compared with E computed from the sonic anemometer data. SR analysis provided good estimates of H for data recorded at all heights but the canopy top and at the highest measurement level, which was above the fully adjusted boundary layer.  相似文献

Traditional models of urban development are no longer adequate to describe current metropolitan transformations. These are now at the centre of a debate concerning management and administration. In Italy, delays in resolving problems of urban and metropolitan government, despite the legal framework provided by Law 142/90, have weighed heavily on the larger urban areas of the country: Rome, Naples, Milan, which have not been able to tackle the issue of metropolitan government. Recent legislation, while not providing a pre-defined institutional solution, allows separate administrative districts to collectively establish metropolitan institutions of `variable geometry'. The Milan urban area is not one city, but a system of mutually-dependent cities, linked to each other and the rest of the world by a transport network still requiring much investment. The vitality of its economic structure (especially its small firms) is held back by seriously inadequate infrastructure and low external economic efficiency. The provincial capital may boast `historic centrality' but the most interesting potential for development is to be found on the periphery and in the administrative districts immediately surrounding it, in the recovery of derelict industrial areas and dormitory towns established in the 1950s and 1960s, especially to the north. Recovery of derelict areas, green areas, and better transport links within the urban area and with the outside world are the key elements in the reorganization of `Greater Milan'. In this situation of rapid transformation the most appropriate political strategies involve negotiated planning. 我国在发展新常态与城市精细化治理背景下,对城市更新精准施策与量化评估提出了更高的要求。城市更新过程与人、地、房的相互作用紧密相关。不动产登记数据包含丰富的人、地、房空间属性信息,能够在城市的建成环境评估过程中发挥重要作用,现有城市更新评估模型几乎均未使用这一数据支持。本文从大数据量化评估视角出发,在文献研究的基础上,利用不动产登记大数据构建城市更新潜力评估体系,建立评估方法,并以南京市为应用案例,在街道(乡、镇)尺度上,对评估对象区域进行城市更新潜力的量化评估,实现精细化尺度的空间分析,辅助城市更新方向与选址,引导精准施策。  相似文献

针对冀中平原深部地下热水资源可更新性问题,以辛集馆陶组地下热水系统为例,采用相同开采强度下地下热水位降幅异常变化的识别方法,通过2000年以来该地下热水位年际及月际降幅与开采量和上游山区年降水量之间响应变化特征研究,结果表明:(1)冀中平原辛集地区馆陶组地下热水资源具有一定的可更新能力,与上游山区年降水量变化相关,还与地下水位埋深、当年开采引起的水位降幅大小和开采疏干层位砾粗砂岩及细砂岩占比状况有关;(2)辛集地区馆陶组地下热水大规模开采,是该地下水系统获得上游区侧向流入补给的必要条件,属于开采激发型补给,更新补给的资源数量有限;(3)从2000年以来该区地下热水水位动态变化趋势来看,目前该区地下热水资源已处于超采状态,需要压采或人工回灌增大补给,否则难以可持续开发利用。  相似文献

The urban waterfront redevelopment diaspora, formerly confined to advanced countries, is starting to impact upon coastal settlements in former colonial territories. In diverse contexts ranging from postcolonialism and globalization to cultural revival and tourism development, developing countries are seeking to revive their historic port cities. This paper reports on the experience of Mombasa, Kenya, where waterfront redevelopment is a problematic element in the conservation of the historic urban core, and relates local issues to wider policies, relevant literature and experience elsewhere.  相似文献

以湖南省传统村落张谷英村为例,利用GIS技术构造土地利用转移矩阵,探讨旅游驱动型传统村落“三生”空间功能更新特征和逻辑模式。结果表明:1)张谷英村“三生”功能更新主要表现出生活功能产居一体化、生产功能旅游化、生态功能景观化、旅游功能多样化的旅游适应性特征及圈层分化和阶段有序的时空分异特征。2)张谷英村通过生活空间的人文景观开发与民俗文脉挖掘、生产空间的多元高质旅游服务模块构建、生态空间的生态环境保育与自然景观修复,实现传统物质空间的旅游功能更新和功能融合发展。3)旅游驱动型乡村社会通过供需关系构建、示范效应延伸、主客交往反馈,扩展功能更新范围、加深功能更新程度、提升多元功能质量。“三生”功能的更新存在一种相互促进、相互演化的共生耦合关系,其旅游化过程体现了空间结构有序变迁和空间属性质量提升的协同演化进程,以多功能交互、多层次联动的综合路径推助乡村振兴。  相似文献
