Isolated protoplasts from thalli ofPorphyra haitanensis andPorphyra yezoensis were treated with colchicine or irradiated by ultraviolet (UV). Several types of color variants were observed among the protoplast
offspring. After treatment with colchicine: (1) 0.04–0.09% of red type variants inP. haitanensis were obtained; (2) The rate of red type variants and the variegated chimeral thalli composed of red type and wild type of
sectors were 0.31–1.11% inP. yezoensis. After irradiation with UV: (1) 3.5–10.5% of red type variants inP. yezoensis were obtained: (2) 0.5–2.0% of red type variants and the variegated chimeral thalli composed of red type and wild type of
sectors were obtained inP. haitanensis. Colchicine and UV’s mutangenic effects onP. yezoensis protoplasts were stronger than those onP. haitanensis protoplasts. The most efficient concentration of colchicine was 0.05%. The optimal length of UV-radiation was 1/2 min (radiation
distance 5 cm). The red type variants induced by colchicine treatment grew faster than the wild type thalli. The clones of
vegetative propagation from protoplasts of red type variants were still red type thalli. The red type variants will be good

Introduction The surface rupture and aftershocks of the February 3, 1996 Lijiang earthquake are basically distributed along the N-S-trending Lijiang-Daju fault, which is boundary fault between Lijiang Quaternary, fault controlled basin and Yulong-Haba range (ZHANG, et al, 1997). Lijiang-Daju fault, the seismogenic fault of the 1996 Lijiang M=7.0 earthquake, can be divided into Lijiang-Yuhu segment in the south and Yuhu-Daju segment in the north. The two segments show clear difference in geological tectonics, but have the similar dynamic features. Both normal dip-slip and sinistral strike-slip coexist on the fault plane. This kind of movement started at the beginning of the Quaternary (2.4～2.5 Ma B.P.). As to the tectonic types, the detachment fault with low angle was developed in the Early Pleistocene and the normal fault with high angle only after the Mid-Pleistocene (0.8 Ma B.P.). Based on the horizontal displacements of gullies and the vertical variance of planation surfaces cross the Lijiang-Daju fault at east piedmont of Yulong-Haba range, the average horizontal and vertical slip rates are calculated. They are 0.84 mm/a and 0.70 mm/a since the Quaternary and 1.56 mm/a and 1.69 mm/a since the Mid-Pleistocene. The movements of the nearly N-S-trending Lijiang-Daju fault are controlled not only by the regional stress field, but also by the variant movement between the Yulong-Haba range and Lijiang basin. 宏条形码分析（metabarcoding analysis）是通过对野外样本的分子标记（即条形码）进行PCR扩增、测序，并利用测序结果分析野外样本物种组成、物种相对丰度，及其时空动态变化。这项在近20年里逐步发展起来的分子技术，得益于DNA测序技术的快速发展，包括测序通量的提升和测序成本的降低，以及生物信息学分析方法的快速开发。基于可操作分类单元（operational taxonomic units，OTUs）分析方法，特别是最近的扩增子序列变异（amplicon sequence variants，ASVs）方法的开发，极大促进了宏条形码分析的应用。在世界及我国的海洋生态领域，宏条形码分析的应用还处于起步阶段。随着分析方法的日趋成熟，可适用于不同应用领域的分子标记不断增加，以及参考数据库的不断完善，宏条形码分析将释放出广阔的应用潜力。可以预期，宏条形码分析将在系统分析我国近岸海域有害藻华物种（及其他浮游生物物种）的组成和相对丰度中起关键作用，通过发现新物种，辨别隐存种，跟踪物种的生物地理学，进而帮助解析有害藻华暴发机理。 相似文献

作为1996年丽江7.0级地震的发震断层，丽江——大具断裂可以分为丽江——玉湖和玉湖——大具等南北两段. 它们在构造表现、运动方式等方面都存在明显差异，但都表现出比较一致的运动学性质，即既具有垂直正断运动，又有水平左旋走滑运动. 这种运动特征开始于第四纪初期（距今2.4～2.5 Ma）. 在构造形式上，早更新世时期发育低倾角拆离断层；中更新世（0.8 Ma）以来，以高角度正断层活动为主. 根据源于玉龙——哈巴雪山东麓的一系列冲沟, 在穿越山前断裂时同步左旋位错特点和剥夷面垂直落差，初步估算了丽江——大具断裂第四纪以来的平均水平和垂直位错速率分别为0.84和0.70 mm/a；中更新世以来的平均水平和垂直位错速率分别为1.56和1.69 mm/a. 近南北向丽江——大具断裂的运动性质一方面受到区域性北北西 南南东水平主压应力场的影响；另一方面，也受到玉龙——哈巴雪山与丽江盆地之间强烈的差异性运动的制约. 这两种动力学过程的共同作用, 形成了1996年丽江地震构造环境的特色. 相似文献

全球变化研究需要将多种传感器光谱波长接近的图像波段一起使用,以满足遥感应用对时间分辨率和区域覆盖的要求,这给遥感图像处理提出了新要求,涉及多传感器多时相数据几何定位一致性问题、辐射归一化问题及地类属性标识一致性问题以及高度自动化处理的问题。针对上述几方面问题,提出了一个基于"不变特征点集"IFPs(Invariant Feature Points set)作为控制数据集的区域级遥感图像自动化处理框架,将图像的几何空间、辐射值空间和类别属性值空间的时空对齐问题纳入到统一框架,提供了一种间接快速处理的手段和理念,并对构建IFPs的关键技术进行了综述。 相似文献
