根据鞍山市西郊区水文地质条件，建立了双层渗流二维平面系统的数学模型：应用Galerkin有限元法求解模型，从模型的计算结果可见该区观测点水位绝对误差较小，达到了规范要求的计算精度，同时，在此区内有一个大漏斗，在东南的铁西一带也有一个小漏斗。由于铁西一带是主要开采水源区，开采水量较大，所以漏斗逐渐向外扩大且水位有明显下降的趋势。这一变化规律与实际水位一致，说明计算水位基本上反映了实际水位空间变化的规律。因此根据模拟参数利用此模型对该地区进行了水位预测，共预测了四年的水位状况，并依据水位的预测结果对该区的水资源开发利用提出了合理建议。  相似文献

Seasonal climate forecasts have been promoted as a means to increase the resilience of marginal groups in Africa. The manifestations of this are still to be seen. This paper argues that successful dissemination and adoption of the forecast requires an in-depth profile of the characteristics and needs of user groups. The case study of a mountainous village in southern Lesotho is used to highlight the decisions which one group of marginal users – smallholder farmers – might make in response to the forecast. A participatory role-play exercise explores what information households presently receive and how new climate forecast information could be integrated into seasonal decision making. Results show that there are a number of low-input options available to these farmers for responding to the forecast. Adoption, however, is going to require repeated exposure to the forecast in conjunction with forecast development that is suited to users' needs. The case study is linked back to the larger scale by suggesting paths that seasonal climate forecast development could take if it is to contribute to improving livelihood sustainability among marginal groups.  相似文献

本文利用两台FA-11超声风速温度仪于1992年3月到４月间在北京325 m气象观测塔47 m和120 m两个高度观测到的风速三个正交分量以及声虚温的湍流脉动资料，计算和分析了北京城郊粗糙下垫面近地层湍流特征量及其日变化，无量纲垂直速度和声虚温的方差随稳定度的变化，风速分量和温度的归一化湍流能谱以及动量和热通量的互谱及其随稳定度的变化。并且与平坦均一下垫面近地层湍流观测的结果进行了对比。  相似文献

建立异质性农户土地流转行为的理论分析基础,利用Logistic回归分析方法和河南省调查数据,明确农户土地流转决策的影响因素。研究结果表明:农村信贷市场约束是纯农户、以农业收入为主的农户转入土地的需求不足的重要原因;规避就业风险和争夺土地租金是非农户和以非农业收入为主的农户转出土地的供给不足的主要原因;土地控制权偏好与生存预期造成中年、老年农户竭力排斥土地流转;农村土地流转不活跃的决定性因素是国家保护农业与有效管理兼业农户、非农户的责任缺位。  相似文献

The widening empirical and theoretical scope of political ecology has been accompanied by discussions on the coherence and content of the field. While these evaluations necessarily focus on what is included in the conceptual boundaries of political ecology, little is said about what is left out. This paper considers the struggle for land rights by Anjuman Muzareen Punjab, a movement of tenant farmers in Pakistan, to illustrate how changing research priorities, difficulties in crossing theoretical and conceptual boundaries, and geopolitics and research access can hinder the visibility of particular forms of socioenvironmental events in mainstream political ecology scholarship.  相似文献   

快速城镇化背景下居住空间分异与失地农民社会融合的作用机制研究——以长三角地区为例

伴随着快速城镇化进程,中国城镇化已从速度型向质量型转变,这一转变的核心是实现人的城镇化,即农业转移人口的市民化。失地农民的居住形态由原来的宅基地建房为主转变成征地补偿房、租房和自购商品房等多种形式并存,即出现了居住空间分异现象。居住空间分异对失地农民的社会融合会产生重要影响,但其作用机制的有关研究尚少。论文基于长三角地区的调研数据,以“社会—空间”为主要视角,从住房类型(含区位)和住房人均面积2个维度衡量居住空间,通过建立回归模型,分析居住空间对城郊失地农民社会融合的影响。研究发现,其作用机制为：一是不同居住空间的城郊失地农民的社会融合程度有显著差别;二是住房类型对城郊失地农民的社会融合影响最大,住房面积则影响不大;三是性别、年龄、职业、收入、获得非农户口的时间等因素也与住房类型共同产生作用。为推动失地农民的社会融合、提升新型城镇化的质量,可采取的措施有推行混合居住模式、增强就业能力以及政府增加投入提升城郊失地农民社会保障水平等。  相似文献   

Debordering and rebordering in the residential borderlands of suburban Guangzhou

Gated communities and enclave urbanism in China have recently drawn considerable attention of researchers and policy makers. The integration of urban space is now even on the agenda of the Chinese Central Government. This article therefore sets out to advance our understanding of how exactly urban borders function and how they change over time. This is done by applying concepts of border theory to what may be called residential borderlands. The empirical study is conducted in two such borderlands between gated communities and suburban villages in southern Guangzhou. It is based on over 70 qualitative interviews and the observation of spatial behaviour at the respective borders. Both debordering and rebordering processes are found to occur with regards to three dimensions: cross-border mobility, cross-border social connectivity and symbolic border functions. The identified dynamic processes at the neighbourhood borders are embedded in the overall urban spatial reconfiguration of Guangzhou.  相似文献
