| 摘 要： | “九五”期间在全国陆续建设了二十来个地电场观测场地，经过几年的观测，已经观测到了一些地电场的基本特征，但在观测中也发现存在很多问题。现就一些主要问题展开讨论，并提出建议，供地电场的观测和建设参考。

| Abstract: | About twenty observation fields for electric field have been built in the country during the ninth-five-years period.Some basic characteristics have been obtained through several years' observation and some problems have been found.In this paper,we have a discussion on these problems and bring forward some suggestions as reference to the observation and construction of electric field. |
